IHOP

Food is delicious when we can get it timely. Service is usually great but today was lacking. Manager, umberto, was kind and tried his best to make up the delay in arrival of all the order. I understand that there are circumstances that dictate this but our server seemed hard of hearing and did not remember any of our drinks or what we had even ordered. Photo is of one of the 5 entree’s ordered.

I waited 2 hours. Not an exaggeration. Supposedly their cooks walked out. We got cold, raw food. When I complained the guy said there was nothing he could do.

I will start with the service always pleasant and enjoyable most of servers are very attentive and polite the food is always good very consistent we come in for breakfast and we were informed about the $ 6.00 dollar menu when I ordered a 2x2x2 my server also told me about other choices well that is a value now days so good job ihop for offering a such a good value as I was leaving I noticed how clean the restaurant looked and I know that some times people don’t notice the hard work of other people we will definitely keep coming back

My server was absolutely amazing, best server ever. The food was out of this world, and the environment was pleasant.

Michelle J is the best server here! She always gets our order correctly and makes the experience friendly and happy. Much better than some of the other servers we have experienced here. That girl deserves a promotion!

Where do I being. Should I start with the poor management? Thanksgiving Night, I placed an order for online pick up. I arrive about 2 mins early from the pick up time. Called and got a well it's not ready yet..in a rude voice for a worker. Stung a little. But I thought ok maybe she's having a bad day.. Then I noticed staffing coming in and out of the restaurant. Specifically a worker named Rick. Rick was throwing a fit outside. Pacing around the parking lot angry. He and other workers were also smoking.. No big deal. they deserve a smoke break. Until you realize the smoke break area is literally at the front door. So anyone coming there either to eat in or to pick up, has to se the staff smoking right at the door.. lol. Then the heavy set manager came out and talked Rick of the ledge. lol. Though it looked like the manager couldn't control the situation. At this point my food is about 15 mins past the pick up time. I called 5 times and no one picked up, Long story short. I had to wait 30 mins past the pick up time.. This was late late in the evening about 11pm. They were not busy from what the parking lot looked like. maybe 10 cars at most. My 30 dollars worth of food was wasted. Steak was dry and uneatable. Egg case was filled with condensation water. Pancakes cold. All the food was colder than it was outside! Worst food every. I will contact tthe manager and ask for a refund. I'd also like to see some interior cctv footage to see how ling my order was sitting without being brought outside to me. Get a better manager!!

Had my best breakfast experience here. Food, service, and experience were all amazing

I normally don't do reviews I leave it to the wife to do. But we ate overnight an I believe the manager name was Rico. Very polite and a joy to talk to. We ordered and he cooked our food. A manager an a cook, and the food came out perfect. The manager came by the table and we had to tell him the food was great! It's hard to find a all around perfect restaurant esp over nights this IHOP tops the many I've been too. We will be back!

Omg I just had the BEST jalapeno burger EVER! IT WAS Soo juicy and PERFECT. Can't wait to come back and get that again.

Ordered a family feast with waffles. Used DoorDash. The restaurant kept the Dasher waiting for 15 minutes. You'd think given the abundance of time they could get the order correct but you'd be wrong. We're visiting from out of town and were ordering food for 4. The order arrived missing all the hash browns, half of the sausage, 3/4 of the bacon, only enough butter for 1 waffle, 2 sets of silverware and no creamer or sugar for 2 cups of decaf.

The food was good, but the customer service is horrible! The 2 ladies that came to the front were more concerned about thier personal life and not the people waiting to sit down, order, or even pay. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty. Do you deserve 2 stars, probably not, but the food was good enough for an extra.

Most of the time the food is good here. They have some really good specials sometimes and the people that work there are usually very polite and helpful. It does seem like they go through a lot of help?

Currently still waiting to be sat. Been standing here for about 25 minutes now was told "there's only 2 of us so we will get to you when we can" then proceeded to walk to another table and chat it up. after waiting for another 10 minutes I was told "the night person just pulled up so they should be inside to sit you at any moment" I was sitting and waiting for someone to wait on us and we happened to glance over at the guy taking someone else's order and as we glanced over he interrupted them talking and very loudly and rudely exclaimed "we will get to you when we get to you!" And we hadn't even said anything. I came in during the evening and maybe I just have way too high of expectations for a VERY slow Sunday evening but this was like something out of a drugged out horror scene. Edit: after waiting for the food we got cussed out and when we were asked when our food would be ready the waiter exclaimed "maybe you should fill out an application or square up because I'm not the one" I'll be contacting HR on Monday and if something is not done I'll be pressing charges.

If i can i would give them negative 5 stars I would , i cant believe that place is in business, tweaker show i would have better service in wallmart in frozen food Section, i almost went to the kitchen to ask the cook if he/she would be so kind to explain why it takes one hour in an empty restaurant to cook a fucking 2 scrambled eggs, this ihop should be closed down amd reported to the ihop headquarters, mother fuckers didnt even have audacity to say they sorry not a word I can't believe this shit.

I don't understand all the terrible reviews. Visited 02/07/2023 about 8:30 AM. Greeted about ten seconds after reaching front desk. Taken to seat and brought drinks a minute later. Placed order and waitress returned with breakfast 7 minutes later. Eggs, bacon, pancakes. All served hot. Restaurant exceptionally clean. Plenty of waitresses. All customers seemed happy with no restaurant issues.

I waited an hour. A woman came in and said she been waiting 25 minutes. She was 3 names blow me and they gave her a table first.

Such a great place to get a late night meal with my friends. Ryan and Elsie are the best and always make sure we have everything we need.

They gave me the wrong order at midnight last night I tried calling the restaurant once I returned home but no one answered. I called back today and they tell me because I left with food my order was right the manager here is a joke. Find somewhere else that will take care of their customers.

Food was absolutely cooked to perfection, everyone who works here is very kind and accommodating. It's hard to find it these days. The only downside is the wait because of the low amount of employees. Great service :)

The only thing good about our visit was the server was nice; not fast or efficient but nice. We waited three hours for food in to go boxes when we were an in restraint order. Awful.

Waited for over one hour after pick up time for our order. Of the 4 meals ordered only two were correct, one was incomplete and the other totally wrong.

If I could give zero stars that would be my response. My husband and I went to eat a late dinner. Every table was dirty and not a worker in sight. The entire lobby was full of customers and nobody had been greeted or anything. It was a ghost town as far as workers. We decided to give it a shot one last time. Again, nobody greeted us, stood there for 30 minutes. Three different groups that had already been seated walked out without being helped by a server at their table. Not even as much as a glass of water. So needless to say we left. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN BARTLESVILLE IHOP EVER AGAIN!!!

Ordered big brunch burger. Their fryers are down which is ok because I intended on ordering fruit as a side. When meal arrived I had to ask for a setup since I don't like to eat fruit with my fingers and a napkin is handy at a restaurant. Burger was ok EXCEPT no egg as described in menu and online. One booth in entire restaurant has an outlet so if you need to charge your phone you can forget about it. Summary, No setup, no fries available, incomplete sandwich. At least it wasn't bad tasting but I won't be back.

1st Visit-We got Sterling as our server and he was the best so nice and really thought of his customers he made sure everyone was happy and was just overall amazing! I do recommend this 2nd Visit-We got Zoey as our server and she was very nice and let her personality shine and I tell you she did very well she complemented us quite a bit and didn't mess up our order she was overall amazing! AI do recommend this

I previously gave this location of a 5 star review. Until tonight. We went to donate to the Shriners. Okay, they got the $10 that I donated for that and we were sat at our table. And waited and waited and waited. At least 15-20 minutes. As I had a rambunctious 17 month old, so it isn't like we were quiet or could be ignored. Finally, I stand up, wrestling to put my coat on because I'm trying to hold said child. At least 5 waiters/waitresses made eye contact with me and could obviously see my empty table, so it's not like we had eaten. Our drink order hadn't even been taken. There were empty tables, so it was a manageable load. I went to the front counter, told them what happened and we left. I will NEVER go back to IHOP again. As it is, it's a treat for us to go out to eat at this time because said 17 month old doesn't want to sit in a high chair waiting for food. So, I was not happy. Then to have to go somewhere else, and wait for our food. Because at this point, he also isn't waiting at home. So, on 7/12/19, this was my review: I gave them 5 stars. Every server here is amazing. This is our go to spot when we want something filling. The stuffed French toast is to die for.

had late breakfast with my kids. our waitress was fantastic but there was tons of hair in our food. the waitress brought the manager over and he said " ok I don't know what to do" . he took one item off our ticket even though three different plates of food had hair in the food. some hairs were long and straight. some were short and in clumps like animal fur. the waitress was very apologetic but the manager didn't seem to care so I emailed corporate. I got a call from the general manager who tried the blame the hair on my youngest child even though her hair is super curly and the hair was cooked into the food on three different plates. she only had one plate. talk about gaslighting. I will never eat at this ihop again and I know several others who won't either. they should have a warning sign on the door that says eat at your own risk. I was never refunded my money nor did the manager offer to remake our food no gift certificate nothing. very poor management. that's why this place has so many problems. Also for the record my daughters hair was up in a pony tail and I don't recall her moving a lot or messing with her hair. She has better table manners than that but nice try

This restaurant had bad service...the servers took forever to get our food and drinks refilled and did not get them right...some were even rude.

Waited 20 minutes for a to go order. Told at last minute they have no burgers..i had 4 in my order. Was told to substitute for something else. App makes you pay before you get there...they cant refund because it has to be a manager, and then the employee acted like we had done something wrong?! Feel robbed. Inconvenienced doesnt even begin to cover it. Once refund is issued will not be going back or ordering again period. Screw these guys and their BS.

Great restaurant for a good breakfast when in a hurry. Service was great and attentive. Food was served in a timely manner as ordered. Only issue is the bathroom upkeep, the toilet was clogged, which presented an issue after a delicious breakfast. Besides that not bad.

Well we decided to get breakfast and turned around because we saw a person in a IHOP uniform coughing really hard going into work is what I am Assuming ( personal opinion / guess)? And during these times it was uncomfortable.

Ordered To-Go, arrived and they had the food ready. 3 girls were behind the counter and none of them checked me out. Had to wait on someone for 10 mins to come check me out. He did. He left and didnt hand me my food. I stood around again, he came back and handed me the food, while the girls were still standing there....this makes 0 sense. To-Go anyone should be able to check the customer out. So food is not cold, if we wanted to wait on a waiter, we would have dined in the restaurant. He finally came back and me the food. Got home and I am missing the extra bacon we ordered and the orange juice. I will take my business to Eggberts for now on.

It's absolutely delicious! I got the crepes and the turkey chedder club. Amazing, the prices are great as well!

I still feel like I wanna throw up after finding a hair in my plate for a second time. The service was very horrible my coffee was so cold and they said it was just made. I'm sorry but when I said I just wanted to let you know it wasn't mine she raised her voice and said I didn't say it was yours, like come on I def will never come back thought I would try it again but the service was just as awful and I'll never step foot in the Bartlesville IHOP again

Can't use coupons with senior meals. Can never complain about the food or the portions because they are consistent as hell. My service is always friendly enough. I mean for breakfast can I really expect Gourmet then nail it in an American old-fashioned way that's familiar and comfortable and frankly, makes me feel good! When I come back again good god I've been coming for over 30 years I might as well keep on coming back

Just walked in and it took them 15min. To be seated and they aren't busy we've been sitting for about ten minutes and have not been attended it took the manger to get us service this place has gone down hill no one gives a shit about being here the entire waiting staff needs to be fired and an overhaul is NEEDED!!!!!!

If you like to be ignored for up to 8 minutes and enjoy having to go ask a server if it was "seat your self Saturday " ,then the location in The Colony, Tx is your place to go....was super awesome to finally sit down to see there was not 172 people inside a blown out restaurant, just 12 other souls, whom all probably waited more patiently than I did....

My wife and I went in at 3 or 3:30 about a week ago not many people were there so we expected a quick meal but we were 40 minutes waiting on our food my wife is diabetic so she was getting tired of waiting and I was very disappointed since times before we had good service I got mad n told the waitress to toss it in the trash that day before we walked out

My wife and I decided to go to breakfast on a relative slow Monday morning to enable a quick and quiet visit. The restaurant was not busy. There was no hostess and we had to wait in the lobby until someone found us. The meals took way too long to be served for the number of patrons present. The waitress could not be found when she was needed on two occasions. I finally located her in the lobby as she was visiting with a friend.The food quality was good but slightly overpriced.

My caregiver and I arrived midmorning for a late breakfast. on Thursday, October 7. I am mobility challenged and must use a rollator when up and about. We were met by agent who seemed uninterested in anything other than seating us. The restaurant was nearly empty but we were showed to the darkened overflow area. There was no one else there. he told us to sit anywhere we wanted. The only options were low-seated booths or unanchored tables for two, one bench seat against the wall and a chair on the aisle side. We were handed menus and served juice. The seating was handicap-unfriendly in every way: seats were too low and the tables were unsecured. That's OK for folks unencumbered by mobility issues but for folks challenged by transitioning from/to standard seats, it is important that the table be secure and not able to be tipped while transitioning. No one came to take our order for 10 minute. Finally, when a second couple was seated in the area, I called the server to tell him we had been waiting too long to order, please have someone take our order. She came and our food was presented on china that was too small for the food it contained. The pancakes were as large as the salad plate on which they were served and the egg, hash browns and sausage combo filled the plate on which they were served. The only bright light was that the food was good. IHOP needs to instruct it's employees to be more sensitive to the needs of handicapped customers. We are not coming back to Grass Valley IHOP.

Great service once we were seated. We waited several minutes. There were four tables seated In the restaurant at the time, two of them had only 1 person seated at them. Very quick reception of food ordered. I did have to point out that my avocado and eggs had no avocado on it, but this was swiftly corrected. Music was good 80's mix in the background. Overall, good, pleasant visit.

I've never had a bad experience at an iHop. Their new poblano omelette is really delicious. We usually visit them on Christmas Day and it's busy. This past Christmas our server was super friendly and the bathrooms were clean.

I worked on a movie in Bartlesville, and one night I received a call at 2:30 AM telling me that I need to secure a hot meal for 50 people that needs to be picked up by 5:15 AM. On productions, you're bound by union rules to feed the crew at certain times, and if that food is late, then penalties must be paid to the crew, which can get very expensive. So timing is very important. The only restaurant in town open at that hour: IHOP. I called and spoke to Morgan the manager-on-duty and ask her if it's possible. She says she'll have to call in extra staff, but thinks she can get it done. At 5:10 AM my car rolls out of the parking lot with 50 hot meals on board. Throughout the process, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and honestly seemed excited by the challenge. I have never written a yelp review before, but my experiences with Morgan and the IHOP staff of Bartlesville pushed me to sign up just to give them the credit they deserve. Five damn stars.

Had a party of 6 eating dinner tonight. There was not but 4 or 5 other tables in the restaurant. Service was very slow waited 15 mins to get drink refilled. While several staff members hung around the counter. My sons biscuits and gravy was cold. Told them sausage links he got patties. I ordered the NEW turkey sandwich that was supposed to come with Swiss cheese guess they ran out so they just threw a mix of shredded cheese on it. It's was also supposed to come with some kind of mayo but forgot that also. It was so dry I had to put some ketchup on it just to get it down. Don't think I will be back to thi

Waited over 30 minutes to order and get drinks then another 45 to get our cold food and after that we asked for 3 water refills and we didn't even get that until another 20 minutes later worst service

Our waitress was really slow our food came out cold and took almost 30 minutes to get. We didn't get our coffee until we were done eating and it tasted burnt.

Fast service. Didn't wait to be seated and waitress - Amber - was right there. Food was fast and delicious. We will be back.

Very poor service and slow wait staff. Waited ten years to get our food. There was literally no-one in there besides our table. I don't recommend any IHOP but this is the worst one. It was really gay.

I've been to eat here several times and it's always great! Fast and polite service. The food comes out quick and is delicious! There are so many different choices and everything is always so good. I definitely recommend IHOP for any occasion breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Love this place!

Hour long wait, the order was missing about half its ingredients and cold. Let the staff know and got the missing. Got the missing items which included rotten avocados. Left without eating.

While staff visited at kitchen doorway we waited 5 minutes to be seated. No senior discounts. Limited menu when we arrived at 945pm. Ordered appetizer sampler. Onion rings and chicken strips were greasy and cold. Cheese sticks were tasty but cold. Hash browns were greasy and cold on breakfast plate. Pancakes were delicious as usual. As a side note we noticed people who arrived after we did were allowed to order from full menu. Our waitress told us we were too late.

We visited the new one that just open in Cabot, Ar... we had to wait but we were okay with that... anyways after we were seated we order what we wanted. so we took our silverware out of the napkin and the silverware was dirty, dont know why they did not see it when they wrapped then up in the clean napkin... So we finally got our order they first brought it out, but they walked right by us, brought it back to the kitchen and 5 minutes later we finally get it. So we ask our waiter for clean silverware we never got the clean silverware lucky we did not need them we order the hamburger.. but it would of been nice to get the silverware.. the whole time we were their our waiter never came by to check on us saw her only twice.. so we were done eating 20 minutes later finally get our check.... i hope they get there act together and learn there table numbers so customers are not waiting for there food....

We had to wait about fifteen minutes to be seated, but as soon as we were, our server was at the table taking our order. She was new, but we expected that because they haven't been open that long. The food was very good! Once the staff settles into their own, this will be an excellent restaurant.

I love ihop I go every week to my hometown location. but my first trip to Bartlesville Oklahoma was awful! We sat down put our orders in and received things we didn't even order. Let's not forget that non of the scrambled eggs were done!! How can you mess that up. We took 2 orders back 3 TIMES! And still messed up. The waitress appologized and took 5 minutes telling us about why it's messed up and saying they have 3 tables that they are dealing with because ALL the orders got messed up. We didn't get to enjoy time together. I do not recommend this location.

They never get the order right. If you ask for anything to be prepared a certain way forget it. Everything is DRENCHED in butter. The eggs, the bread, just about anything tastes like you ate a spoonful of butter. The service is slow and the employees are seemingly not friendly for the most part. There are some good ones, but the bad ones rule them out. It doesn't matter the time of day or the day of the week. It's a constant struggle to make it through the dining experience. My advice would be to drive further to a different IHOP if you're going to spend your money. If I could have given this zero stars then I would have.

I have been to Ihop twice since it opened, had terrible service the first time we went in to eat. Our server was very rude, not only to our group but to other workers as well. Our food was okay, but not as good as any other time we have eaten at Ihop. We sent in an email to Corporate and explained our situation and service, Management apologized and explained the servers weren't trained to treat customers that way. So giving Ihop a second change, we went in a second time and had the same server and service was almost worst than the first time. I will definitely think twice before going back to Ihop.
