I'm visiting from Canada, Jan 17, and 18 2026 I visited this location from the start the Hostesses, were cheery, Nesha(sp), Donelle, Angel, are very helpful, smiley, even though it was very busy both days. My food was cooked perfectly an came in a timely fashion. Great place if you are hungry!

Ordered on Door Dash. Got inedible Cartilage they tried to pass off as Steak tips and spoiled mashed potatoes. Currently on hold for the 3rd time. Definitely going to make a BBB complaint. Do not order from here unless you're trying to lose weight. You'll definitely get food poisoning and projectile vomit everywhere. SHAMEFUL!

Absolutely unacceptable. I waited 30 minutes just for someone to take my order, not to get food, not for refills, just to acknowledge my existence. Staff walked by, avoided eye contact, and acted like customers were an inconvenience instead of their literal job. When I finally addressed the issue, the attitude was disrespectful, dismissive, and not even a basic apology was offered. No accountability. No explanation. Just pure indifference. This was hands down the worst IHOP experience I’ve ever had. If you value your time, your money, or basic human respect, stay far away. I came in hungry and left irritated and that’s on them.

Too overly priced for quantity of food you receive. Ordered the $ 7.00 value meal. Maybe enough food for a 2 year old child. Ordered toast on the side $4.19. Ordered an order of hashbrowns to go for $6.19. Coffee was $4.59. $23.78 total for my scam of a $7.00 meal. Totally deceiving. My buddy and I go to alot of different restaurants. Quality establishments like Blackbear Diner, Susies Country Oaks café. Ashleys. You are better off ordering the kids meal. I will never go back.

1/5/26 8am. I had their scrambled eggs and steak tips. And the steak tips tasted like lab grown beef, which is nasty and unhealthy.. I mentioned it to my server lisa & she. Reacted Insinuating that what I was saying was ridiculous. She said, I have never heard of such a thing.. I told her IHOP should be aware of it for the public health. She immediately started to refer me to her manager. I said no. That's not gonna do anything if you guys are already defending it. And serving it, my complaining about it's not going to do any good. I told Lisa I was in shock that she had never heard of lab grown meats & she said, they only serve what is legal for them to serve, which means she does know about it & she lied & whether it's healthy or not, as long as it's legal, they're gonna serve it to you and I believe that is extremely greedy selfish. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Especially for the waitress to communicate that to the customer as well. I am in further shock that they would act like this and defend this in that manner.... RTM

Very busy staff that did not have time to tend my needs or take my order on time. Food came out cold, and I needed them to redo it! It is a convenient location to where i'm located. But I do not always look forward to coming back.

Happy Veteran's Day! Today is the day of recognition of all who served in the military past and present. It feels good to be recognized and appreciate the praise. IHOP restaurant honors Veteran's Day with a free breakfast combination. Just show identification, from 7 am - 7 pm. Bella's customer service was awesome and served me well. I am very proud of how Bella represented IHOP restaurant. She is one of our future leaders!

Went to IHOP with my family today. Our server was Dawn, she was amazing. She recommended their new taco pancakes, they were really good. We had the strawberry banana, the caramel and the chicken and gravy ones, we loved all of them. The price was pretty inexpensive also. I definitely recommend to everyone.

Time for an update as it has been 7 years when they first opened replacing my beloved Carrows Restaurant. We come here once every 3-4 months when we are in the area and craving pancakes! They do have the best pancakes. I ordered the tri tips and eggs with hashbrowns that came with 2 pancakes. Perfect. In fact, our experience here today was perfect. We were sat quickly. Ordered quickly and received our food quickly. Everything was cooked to order. Our waiter was very kind and attentive. Breakfast nowadays runs you about $20. It is no different here. Do get the app to earn PAN coins which is nice because you only need 3 coins to get a short stake of pancakes that would normally be $8 or other items you can redeem. I will be back!

At night service is great and good was excellent. Weekend morning it was just okay. Smaller portions for sure but come on now with the lack of gravy.

Ordered the Steak Tips on Door Dash with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. I got left over, inedible Cartilage and Spoiled Mashed Potatoes. Called twice and was left on hold for over 7 minutes each time before hanging up. Do not eat here unless you want to get food poisoning. Completely disgusting. This place should be shut down.

We decided to come here since we got a room not too far away. It was late and only a couple tables in here. We both ordered the fish and chips since it was simple and we didn't want breakfast (which is what I usually get). When it arrived, it looked good.... however, it was just ok. The fish on the outside was fried crispy but there was a slimy texture below the batter that left me feeling gross. Yes, I know it's fried, but the amount of grease that was on it lead to parts of the fish being soggy before the first bite. So I didn't eat it. The fries were not fresh, but warm. We didn't bother telling the waitress since it is what I have come to expect from this IHOP. I love when my expectations are proven wrong, but this time... a food truck would've been better for the price we paid. I nibbled on the fries and we got on our way with our other festivities for the evening. I think from here on out, I will stick with what I know best... breakfast.

Place is nice and bright and clean. We went on a Sunday at 12:30 and the place was packed. It felt like we waited a long time for our server to come and take our order but after that the service got better. I ordered the chicken and waffles and my Dad got the crispy chicken sandwich. Both of our meals were nice and hot when we got them. They also tasted really good and the chicken was really crispy. All in all I may come back next time I am in this area.

After my kids had a doctors appointment at Kaiser we stopped by this IHOP for breakfast. They sat us quickly and the hostess and our waitress were both very nice. Note, if you have to use the bathroom, you have to ask for the code to get in. The restaurant is a good size and there is a lot of seating. The outside of the restaurant was kind of dirty, and there was trash littered around, but the inside was clean. Food wise, my kids got the fruity pebble pancakes and the rocket pop blue raspberry soda that are limited time items from the new movie IF. I would say the pancakes were a 2.5/5 because they were so sweet that neither of my kids could finish them and my kids love pancakes. The soda was a 5/5. My kids loved it and the little popsicle inside and they finished it. my oldest child got the regular birthday pancakes that were basically just regular pancakes with sprinkles and whip cream and she loved those with a side of bacon and eggs so we will give that a 5/5. I got a seasonal eggs Benedict with beef and a side of the country potatoes and I was actually pleasantly surprised by how good it was.

December, 2024, where can you find a modest, but custom-cooked breakfast - not fast food - at a full-service, sit-down restaurant for $7.00? Does such a thing even exist at a full-service, sit-down restaurant? Yes it does, and it's served weekday mornings at IHOP, located North Sunrise Ave., in Roseville, CA. As you enter the lobby, you'll arrive at a counter, where you'll be greeted by a staff member, and seated. You can pay for your meal at your seat, or at this counter. It's all first come and first served, as IHOP doesn't take reservations. The dining room is spacious and furnished with a mixture of tables and booths. On this early Monday morning, the restaurant was lightly seated, which is a great reason why I prefer to dine early when it comes to breakfast! The Roseville location is open 24 hours a day, every day of the week. That's no surprise, as the restaurant is just off busy Interstate 80, and it receives a lot of traffic from the nearby freeway. From the $7.00 "House Faves" of the separate breakfast menu, I went with the "House Scramble," with my eggs scrambled, just like this selection is pictured on the menu. IHOP is happy to cook eggs to your choosing, but I went with scrambled. My breakfast began with a scramble of two eggs, two slices of bacon, topped with shredded melted and partially melted cheese. I didn't think the breakfast included meat, and I was surprised, dazzled and amazed to fine the scramble included two pieces of perfectly cooked bacon, cut up to the perfect size, which truly enhanced the fine egg scramble. The shredded Cheddar cheese topping added the final flair, and goodness to the delicious egg scramble. Accompanying the scramble was a slab of perfectly cooked hashbrowns, as they were a rich, golden brown on the outside, white, tender and juicy on the inside, which made for perfect hashbrowns. I added a touch of Cholula Hot Sauce on the side for fine dipping, as Cholula is MADE for eggs, and if it's available, I add it to every breakfast. This breakfast was simply delicious, as it was cooked perfectly, it arrived fresh and hot from the kitchen in a very timely manner, and at $7.00 plus state sales tax... you simply can't beat the price anywhere. You're talking about a custom-cooked, hot-from-the-kitchen breakfast, in a full-service, sit-down restaurant for about the same price as you'd pay for a soggy to-go bag of "stuff" from a fast food restaurant. Give me IHOP, Monday through Friday mornings, five days of the week. Portion size was modest, but not skimpy, and I found it just about the right size for my Monday morning appetite. If you're an NFL linebacker or a lumberjack, you might want to order a second breakfast. This modest breakfast was simply delicious, and a breakfast that would put a smile on the face of any "foodie" who appreciates a great breakfast. Yes, the breakfast was delicious, but the $7.00 - plus state tax - made the breakfast taste even better! You can't go wrong with any selection on the "House Faves" menu at IHOP, located in Roseville, CA.

I enjoy the food at IHOP, but they are easily over charging you if you're not paying attention.

The House Fave for 7 bucks which ends the end of March with scrambled eggs, sausage and/or bacon and hotcakes is all good except the pancakes have little taste and fall apart on the fork. The coffee is okay. If you can use the kids and senior menus it's worth the price, full price items seem high. The service is very good and the dining area is clean.

Server Jaime was great. I do feel that the wait time was too long to get our food. We got our omelets first but didn't get our sides until after we finished eating the entree. Seems like your cook staff needs help.

We went here yesterday at 8am Early breakfast. The store is located in line the accesible to highway 1-80 Douglas Blvd nearby exit. There so many parking spaces available. The place is nice and clean, when you arrive server great you right away! have couch to wait while helping others customers. Has huge space inside, lots of chairs and couches to set. Has bathroom cleaned accessible to everyone. While to wait about 2mins on the lobby, server assist us to find right table for us specially we have kids. We got the perfect spot and close lobby. Server give us menu to choose for food. The menu is clear and lots of option for breakfast, We have breakfast benedict, waffles, pancakes, coffee, egg omelet, and many more...my wife and kids love the foods in Ihop. We enjoy our food is incredible tasty and flavorful. The price is reasonable for the early breakfast. I glad we had check out this place. I highly recommended. Rating: Service- 4.75 due to waiting time for amount of time. Food- 4.9 delish and flavorful. Ambiance- 5.0 cleaned and spacious.

The service is wonderful and the ambiance appears to be pleasant and not too loud. The coffee tasted great. I ordered the Grand Slam but I have not received it yet but I'm pretty sure it will taste great also.

Don't bother. I've tasted water better than this food. Service wasn't that bad but took hella long for subpar food.

IHOP has always been a go to restaurant for us at all hours of the night! This location has a 24hr service and always delivers great quality food! This most recent visit we had the pleasure of dealing with Tina and she was absolutely exceptional!! Always recommending this location for their hospitality!

Ordered my order via the app an hour before picking up. I get there at the time and I have to wait. 5-10 minutes is fine, but 30+ minutes, is not acceptable under the condition I had my order in anticipation. I get my order. I have missing items and the staff claims I got everything. I did not. They subsisted items without my consent. Obviously they did not value me. No cutlery or napkins after I asked 3 times and stated in the app. Food was not well cooked and it was cold. Waffle was soggy and was ripping as i was moving it. Omelettes were still watery in yolk. One star for the human effort.

I went on the 4th of July around 10:30 am to get a quick and easy breakfast. I have had great food and service at this location before-Not today! I was seated pretty quickly by a very sweet hostess. I waited for about 15 minutes before a server, Bella took my order. My food came out pretty quickly and was brought by another server who was very friendly. She noticed I never received the orange juice or the iced tea I had ordered and went to get them. Bella came with the drinks a few minutes later. The only time I saw her after that is when she placed my check at the table. She was not friendly the entire time I was there. I went to pay my bill at the front because she never came back and I saw her at the front where I thought I could check out. She then was so rude and told me that I was supposed to pay at the table..I was so surprised that her rudeness continued.. But we all have bad days, right? I always give the benefit of the doubt because we never know what someone may be going through.. I wanted to give a custom tip, it was a holiday and honestly, my bill was low and didn't feel the $2.45 the check suggested was enough. I asked how to make a custom tip because I made a mistake on the iPad she used to reconcile the check and she again was so rude and was pressing the screen so hard to correct the tip screen.. So, instead of a $20 tip, I left her a $2 tip.. I see in other yelps that she has had excellent reviews.. I don't know what happened that day.. I have never left a tip like that.. I may go back another time, give the place another try.. The food was good, the place was clean.. Just the service wasn't the standard IHOP aims to give..

The food is great! The ONLY THING I didn't like is that Hasan took my ATM card behind the door for about a minute to get me my receipt. I wasn't comfortable with that and don't understand why they can't do it in front of you.

It's an IHOP. You went in with low expectations after discovering that the Denny's across the street is "closed for repairs." How bad could it be? Strike one: terrible attitude from the host, who could not hate his job more. After being seated - a solid 15 minutes before we have our order taken - or are acknowledged. The same host brings over our drink order - incorrectly. Twice. They ran out of milk. They didn't have coffee prepared. Must've been crazy late night, right? Nah, middle of a weekend. At lunch time. Four syrups on the menu... and one on the table. Food came 30 minutes after we walked in. Well, for 2 of us. Add another 10 min for the 3rd. Eggs were good. Hash browns good. Bacon tasted old. Pancakes were not something I'd order again. If you're in the area, go to Brookfields. For pancakes, the Pancake Circus is 100000x better. This is definitely not a location you seek out, but it sort of will do in a pinch. Sort of. And a big pinch.

Walked in at 6 in the morning and they were ready to serve and very respectful and nice. Good service and the vibe was a classic. It was a very nice time.

Bella gave great service today as usual! Tried to new Beacon Benedict and it was fantastic!

This needs to be a zero-star for the combination of lack of service and incorrect order. We came in on a Tuesday at 11:15pm to a completely empty restaurant .. I mean I walked through yelling loudly, "hello," and nobody responded. The cash register unattended while I walked around and turning each corner yelling "hello," with no response. I had plenty of time to take all the money and leave with nobody knowing. It was more than five minutes before someone came out - I can only guess they were all outside. One server and one cook, and we must have interrupted something, for they did not want to work and made it clear to us.

Great food, quick and friendly server, she made my kiddos day by playing along with her idea of getting a free girl scouts pancake since she's a Girl Scout overall this is our go to ihop, not sure why they have a lot of negative reviews, it is what it is. Thank you all for the good food and friendly atmosphere.

Nothing as it was in the past. IHOP always seemed so exciting to go to for breakfast. Not this time. We wanted to come to IHOP for a breakfast birthday. Arrived around 10:30ish. Waited, waited, got told someone would be right with us, after about 8mins finally we got told to go sit. After about 10mins of sitting at the table, finally asked if we wanted drinks. (Mind you, they were not busy) Should have known from the customer service that it wasn't going to be a good experience but my son wanted to eat so we continued. Our son ordered the strawberry banana French toast. I got the chicken fajita omelet with avocado. Our daughter got the Colorado omelet and husband got the same as I the chicken fajita and added a side of New York cheesecake pancakes. Waited for about 35mins after ordering for our food to come to the table cold. Not good. Not once did they offer to refill drinks. Husband's pancakes were raw in the middle and when I asked about it the two ladies got attitude as if I was insulting them. Strawberries on the French toast tasted funny and our daughter omelet was nothing but egg and greasy cheese for a Colorado omelet. My chicken fajita omelet was pretty good but after, on the way home, boy was my tummy turning. Then time to go, got the bill and it was $120. I know prices are crazy in today's world but wow! I will not be returning to this location. Pros: Spent time with my family Cons: service, cleanness, customer service, quality!

The smell of urine was overwhelming. The service was slow. The bacon was over cooked bordering on burnt. The eggs were almost raw. Pancakes were cold. Hash browns had an off taste. Worst ihop I've ever been to.

My family and I went here for Veterans Day. There wasn't anything special to note about the food. It was decent just wish we had a server that checked in more often but when she did, she was quick to leave before we could even say what we wanted. This meant we had to wait longer until she stopped by again.

Staff is rude as hell! Ordered a vegetarian omelette and they put chicken in it. I think they did it as a joke! What a dump of a restaurant!

Came inside waited for 30 minutes, when they said it will be 15. Such bad customer service. Sat us at a table and waited 15 minutes for someone to come up and take drink order. Ridiculous! We got up and left!

Went for breakfast to this place on Christmas Day 12/25/2022 with friends on our way to Tahoe. Place is right before Auburn and right of 80East freeway. Good location for quick exit and back. Service was fast and courteous. The place was very busy when we got there as other places around were closed for Christmas. Ordered chicken fajita omelette, breakfast platter, waffles, stack of pancakes, spinach chicken omelette, hot chocolate, vanilla milk shake, and fried chicken waffle. All the food was fresh and ample quantity. Will visit this place for breakfast on way to Tahoe

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Took over an hour to get our food and we hardly ever saw our server. Extremely disappointed in the service and the food wasn't even good.

Today my wife and I popped into ihop for lunch. As always we were met with warm friendly people and we were seated promptly. We decided to have 2 of their $7.00 French toast specials. Horatio was our server. He took our orders with a big smile . We just love the coffee there and we love they way they leave a nice hot pitcher on the table. You know the best part of coffee ? The best part of coffee is that first sip,especially ihope coffees. When our food was delivered Nisha the GM stop by our table to say hi and welcome us in. This restaurant has to be one of the best ran establishments in the area. The restaurant is consistently clean, friendly,the food is sooo good and the prices are very reasonable. Thank you Nisha for consistently delivering a wonderful dining experience.

This is the best ihop... because KEOSHY is here! She is the best server! She is so sweet and takes care of her customers! We come so much she knows our orders! Ihop.. give her a raise!!

Leah's customer service is very good she's a hard worker with a nice personality. The food came out in a reasonable manner and she kept coming to refill my coffee.

Pancake are delicious however: -items are missing -give you an entire different item that you ask for -ordered specialty pancakes, they will replace with plain pancakes -portion size is small for their ham, cut into small pieces

My husband and I came here for Sunday breakfast on Christmas Eve and the server, Arianna was wonderful. She was pleasant and attentive. Our meals came as order, nothing to send back and no mistakes. Over all, all of the servers at this location were great. We would come back here again. But I will not get the Big Steak omelette, I was disappointed.

Arianna was wonderful , she saw us sitting at our table for quite a few minutes.. so even though it wasn't her table she took our order. We will surely be back just because of her . She always was smiling and attentive!

Excellent breakfast omelet and perfect for a diabetic. No need for syrup on eggs and potatoes. Enjoyed coffee with my meal.

Pretty standard ihop fare. Service is good. I prefer this location to the Rocklin one because the service and wait time is much better.

Dropped by late to get some food. Only one cook in the kitchen but we decided to stay put and roll with whatever would happen next. Seated about 40 minutes later, we decided on the French toast breakfast and the Sampler breakfast. The sampler breakfast was 3 meats, an egg, hash browns and pancake. Sounds filling enough right? The meat on the plate was small pieces of bacon, a small breakfast sausage and the ham slice as described on the menu was a small piece. Although delicious the portion size of these meats was surprisingly small. It's getting more and more difficult to eat out. The prices are on the menu are sky high with reason. Good thing the food tasted good and hit the spot. You've been forewarned! Small portions, higher than usual prices. Some things on the menu were in the $18-$25 range and they weren't steaks!

Food was really tasty! I haven't been to IHOP in years but the price was affordable and the new menu is great. The service was really great too, everyone was friendly and we were seated quickly. I ordered the new biscuit chicken sandwich with a side of fries and was very pleased. My husband and I split the cinnamon pancakes and he ordered the steak omelet and we enjoyed it all.

3 stars. Thank you for being open. Food is what you'd expect for the price. 3 stars quick 2-egg breakfast. Everything was good. Sausage, eggs, hash browns, and toast were nicely cooked. Needed a little flavor.

Bomb pancakes. What can you say? If you want pancakes then just come here and get it. Everything else is just alright. Get your hash browns extra crispy. You won't be sad

I came into IHOP to eat early morning and my waitress was so incredibly attentive. She was easy to talk to and made sure she was always checking in with us... I think her name was Kiara ... Excellent service and conversation you have a die hard regular for your section... She should definitely get a bonus for Christmas. Food was hot and everything was provided before asking ten out of ten. Ambiance was IHOP , delicious.

We went in here for breakfast and it was such a nice experience!! The server skylar was very busy but was so friendly. The restaurant was clean and the manager really stuck out in my mind because he was so kind and so helpful. It was wonderful to see the manager supporting his staff. We will 100% be back to this location.

Came here for brunch with my kids and had a great experience! When we walked in we were immediately greeted and got seated by a nice gentleman with glasses. Our server was Arianna and she was sweet as can be! She checked on us often and made sure we were taken care of. We will be back!

Came here and got the pancake with strawberry on top was pretty decent size but to my opinion it came out a lil on the softer side. The waiter was ok check on us one time but didn't offer to fill our water it was down to the last dip. Probably won't be going back.

Service is horrible. There's no one watching the door. Then they see you and still don't come. Take forever to take order, then no drink refills. Then you're ignored when you try to pay. Horrible, no wonder why parking lot is empty most of time.
