Where to find casual Thanksgiving dishes in Las Vegas - Eater Vegas

"All year long, Ike’s Love & Sandwiches at Fashion Show offers two holiday-inspired sandwiches: Going Home for Thanksgiving with turkey, cranberry, sriracha, and Havarti cheese, as well as a vegetarian version made with vegan turkey, called The Pilgrim. Both are offered at $11.11 each." - Susan Stapleton

Ike’s Love & Sandwiches opens at Fashion Show - Eater Vegas

False Alarm: Ike’s Sandwiches will open on the Strip - Eater Vegas

"It looked like San Francisco-based chain Ike’s Love & Sandwiches was no longer making its long in the works expansion to the Strip, but the Fashion Show mall has confirmed the home of “Dirty Sauce” and Dutch Crunch bread is officially headed to Las Vegas Boulevard. Yet to file construction permits, or reveal an exact location in the mall, all mention of Ike Shehadeh’s over-sized sandwiches were recently deleted from Fashion Show’s future tenant directory. Served with a choice of bread, including its famous “Dutch Crunch,” Ike’s’ customers can add extra meat, fried chicken, and beer battered onion rings or zucchini to the already hearty portions, named after local and national celebrities and pop culture landmarks." - Bradley Martin

I will admit, I have lived in Vegas for over a year and a half now as of this posting and been to Fashion Show mall many times but have never been to Ike’s. Since I have never been and didn’t want to go to the usual restaurants I decided to try it today and now I feel sad that I have waited so long. I got the Paul Reubens and it was fantastic, I think because of the sauce. For the price you get a good sized sandwich that will easily fill you up. I also got a bag of the spicy voodoo chips and those were great as well. Definitely earned a repeat customer.

Google
Had the "Time traveler's wife" It was a pretty good sandwich. I don't like onion and this sandwich didn't have any. The orange glaze was good. The Dutch crunch bread was good too. The best part about this place is that they actually had an accessible list of allergens in the food. The person who handled the menu took the time to check.

Google
Tasty sandwich but more impressed with the friendly, smiling, energetic woman who assisted us (wearing “busy thinking about girls” t-shirt today at 12:40pm). Its always refreshing to experience a worker who is happy and positive in a world where customer service skills seem to be in the decline. Keep of the great work!!!!

Google
The vegan and vegetarian options were outstanding! The sandwiches were one of the bests we have had so far, with very fresh ingredients. The owner is super friendly and the service was really good.

Google
Certainly a solid sandwich, but is it worth double to triple a regular $5 Subway footlong? They ha e awesome sauces that top the sandwich, but the fried chicken sandwich (Marshall Lynch) was nothing to write home about. They have a ridiculous amount of sandwich combinations so they may be worth several visits to find a favorite!

Google
Ikes is my FAV!!! I cannot get enough! I live in Salt Lake and was SO happy to see the mall had an Ikes sandwiches....I HAD to hit it before driving home. I visit family in the Bay Area a lot and Ikes is a MUST each time. I am crossing my fingers they will hopefully head to Salt Lake ;) Anyways, I always get the Mark Appell sandwich! It is fried chicken with honey, bbq sauce and it is the perfect combo of salty and sweet. The dutch crunch bread is my favorite too. The employees are always so cool and friendly. I love their message and love their sandwiches and will forever remain faithful! <3

Google
Seen this place so many times and finally gave it a try today. I got the #9 sandwich and it was absolutely delicious with that bread! I love the fact that it's a sandwich shop that has vegan options AND halal meat #wow, very rare! Anyways I'll be doing my best to try everything on the menu (wish me luck lol)

Google
Terrible service, inconsiderate workers. Decent sandwich spot and flavor pairings. Took 5 minutes for the workers to even acknowledge customers waiting in line, despite waving & making eye contact. 2 people ahead of me got fed up with waiting and went to competing food stalls in the food court. I finally pinned down the least helpful gen Z on their payroll and asked may I please place my order with you, I've been waiting for quite some time. At least the kitchen is open/visible or I'd fear for food safety & cleanliness after practically begging them to take my money.

Yelp
How can a sandwich be that good? I ordered via Uber eats so I can't speak to the ambience of the place or the service but I can talk about the food. I got the Barry Bonds on sourdough and it was INCREDIBLE! The bread is so fluffy, soft and tasty. The sauce, the pickles, the bread- it was perfection. So much so that I ordered the same thing again the next day. They have a wide variety of sandwiches that I would love to try but I can't stop thinking about the Barry Bonds and will probably get that again next time.

Yelp
The service was really good. The lady behind the counter was very helpful. Lots of veggie choices. The wheat bread was really good. I tried the tomato pesto, but thought it wasn't for me. The chocolate chip cookie was no good. I would go back, but I think I would try the veggie meatballs. I also would skip the cookie.

Yelp
This was an unexpected find in the food court but what a great one! The employees were friendly and helped me decide which sandwich to try out. It's a cute little place in the food court and a colorful little spot that stands out. What a bargain too! For less than the price of one fancy Vegas cocktail, I got a delicious, nutritious, vegan meal.

Yelp
Found myself in the Food Court and spotted Ike's! Ye. I ordered the Hollywood. It's basically a sandwich with Steak, Mushrooms, and Provolone. Oh, and Hollywood is Ike's brother (truth). I met him a few years ago at the opening of a store in The Bay. The tasty topping is Ike's Dirty Sauce. It is a mixture of garlic aioli with a secret blend of seasonings and spices. Delicious! Thanks Jenny for making me a special sammie!

Yelp
Just had lunch at Ike's ...never heard of this place, but was at the Wynn and wanted a sandwich that was not Earl of Sandwich. This is located in the food court of the Fashion show mall on the 3rd floor. Hub was concerned that he would not get filled up with just a sandwich...but we both walked out of there plenty full and all the ingredients were super fresh. He ordered the Super Mario, a meatball with fried cheese sticks on sourdough..I went with the Paul Rueben's pretty much a Rueben, but with coleslaw in it. These were extremely tasty and hit the spot! We will most definitely be back. Workers were super sweet and I guess they have 3-4 of these stores in the valley. If down on the strip, this particular store was really clean and just great sandwiches.

Yelp
Well they finally made their way to Las Vegas. Of course the best vegetarian and vegan options available for a sandwich. Service is always on point and you must ask for the "crunchy" bread.
google avatar

Yelp
This Ike's location is conveniently located in the Fashion Show's food court, making it the perfect option for fuel while shopping. The service is comparable to other locations: friendly and helpful. I ordered the Madison sandwich (#240) which contained yellow bbq sauce and steak on wheat. Service was slightly slow after initially ordering but maybe it was an off day. The sandwich itself is rather hefty and filling. There was plenty of steak and sauce! I recommend this location if you find yourself getting hungry during your shopping spree.

Yelp
Back in my meat eating days, I loved a good meatball sub. Even now I will occasionally make a meatless one at home. So, when I saw they had a meatless meatball sub, i had to stop in and try it I went to the location in the fashion mall on the strip. I went with the Dutch bread, added all the freebies, and included pickles because I put pickles on every sandwich. First, the bread was delicious. I've never had bread like this before. So crispy and crumbly. The meatballs had a lot of oat flavors so it wasn't quite like what I am used to, but the dirty sauce and marinara really gave the sandwich some good flavors. I wanted to eat it as it came, but if I got another one I would add avocado or sauteed mushrooms. Or both. Overall, its a great spot with a large veggie menu of unique options. I'd like to try some of the others, but the trip was short.

Yelp
Ordered 3 sandwiches for pick up at 6:15. I arrived to Ike's at 6:45 only to be told that they didn't make my sandwiches. There were no other customers and the guy working the counter was just standing around, on his phone, when I arrived. When I asked why he didn't make my sandwiches he replied "I was busy cleaning" Do better Ike's.

Yelp
I wish I visited Ike's more often in LA...I had to try one of their sandwiches in Vegas to realize this! This location is easily accessible in Fashion Show Mall's food court, so if you're staying at the Wynn, Palazzo, Venetian, Treasure Island, or Mirage, it's not too far of a walk for a quick bite for lunch. I was not too hungry, so my sis and I decided to split the "Silver Slipper" , one of the many vegan options on the menu, and it also happened to be a Fashion Show Mall "exclusive". Our customized order included whole wheat bread, all the ingredients listed on the menu card, extra dirty sauce, red onion, banana peppers, and pickles. The extra sauce made this sandwich next level, and I almost wish I didn't split it with my sis, haha!

Yelp
Amazing sandwiches! Better than Jersey Mikes, we tried the Ménage a Trois and the Reading Rainbow, only change was add bacon on the reading rainbow. Sauce is amazing, tons of toppings, you won't be disappointed. Strip location and off strip too, it's tons of food you can share! Enjoy!
google avatar

Shivangi S.

Yelp
Great location with lots of vegetarian options! Customer service was also great! Love the reading rainbow sandwich

Yelp
On the occasion of my 31 Anniversary with my wife, we came back to Las Vegas again. Our first night, we want to go someplace reasonable (for the strip in Vegas) and found our selves here. Being that I contend that no place can come close to Neptunes Subs in Seabrook Texas, this place just about did. We were greeted nicely by the counter staff and they were eager to make our sandwiches. My wife had the Tuna and I had the roast beef. Very good. I started thinking, is it fair that I compare any sandwich place to my hometown favorite? Yes, and no. There will never be another Neptune Subs, so I get kind of bias and skeptical about other sandwich places. I feel sometimes I should not compare other places to my favorite and just enjoy their own merits. Anyhow this place makes a pretty good sandwich. Give it a try and wonder How Good Neptunes must have been.

Yelp
This is my first time eating at Ike's. They have a lot of choices with unfamiliar names, many named after famous people. Regardless what you ordered, one bite is all it takes to realize these are awesome sandwiches. My Matt Cain was delightful. I enjoyed how cheese and meat melted together and full of flavor. Located in the food court (3F) of Fashion Show, I'm surprised it is less crowded than other more familiar brands. Personally I picked Ike's because of its Yelp review. And I'm glad I did. It does take a moment to wait for the sandwich, I assume they are made to order. Give it a try when you are in Vegas.

Yelp
I will always come to Ike's Love and Sandwiches when I visit Vegas. They have various locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Texas, and Utah, but I have only visited this location and a newer location in downtown LA. The restaurant is fast casual in a mall food court. There are lots of food court tables available. Ike's offers maybe 50 different sandwiches - half are by default vegetarian and can be made vegan. Not just vegetables on plain bread vegan - they have vegan cheese, mayo, chick'n, turkey, etc. They are customizable - change out the bread, add toppings, etc. Try anything, it's all good. But if you don't have any dietary restrictions, get Ike's bread, it's the best! Service here is fast, they make the sandwiches fresh in front of you. The person who helped me was very sweet and patient as I stood there staring at the board trying to make a decision. Drinks here are fountain and bottled soda. They have cookies and caramel apple lollipops which I have never tried. My sandwich and drink total was $15 so one of the cheapest options I found off the Strip. The sandwiches are huge so you definitely get your money's worth. Ike - please come to the East coast!

Yelp
Was at the mall and needed something to eat but I recently stopped eating meat so I thought my options would be extremely limited...enter Ike's. They have a whole section of their menu that offers vegan options. I got the "meatless Mike" and my wife got the "sometimes I'm a vegetarian". We were both very happy with our selections, the bread was great and the fillings were delicious as well. To top it off the sandwiches are actually big enough for two people. Good food and good value..hard to beat!
google avatar

Yelp
Very good, flavorful and filling. I would recommend this sandwich spot! We got two a tuna sandwich and the popular buffalo, wish it was a bit more spicy.

Yelp
My coworker from San Francisco recommend Ikes. Went Christmas shopping at Fashion Show and ordered Ike's to go. I chose the Madison Bumgarner with everything on it. Omg so freaking GOOD! The bread is amazing, it's so flavorful with garlicky cheese taste to the sauce they use inside, tasted tangy and very fulfilling. I have been craving this everyday since. I will go grab one my next day off! She recommended the SF giants sandwich, will try that next time also very fast and friendly staff!

Yelp
Miracle was very friendly and professional. The customer service is wonderful. The food is good and they have SOOOOOOO many options for us which is unusual for a sandwich place since we are vegetarian. Highly recommend!

Laura P.

Yelp
The BEST sandwiches we ever had. My husband and I ordered 2 of the vegan sandwiches and they are so delicious we went the next day and ordered them again on the way to the airport. My son had one that wasn't vegan and he fell in love with it too. The bread and their sauce is just truly amazing.

Yelp
waited in line for a while and right as we got to the front they told us they were done taking orders for 45 minutes. never ever will go back because of customer relations. poor choice for them allowing this.

Yelp
Huge shoutout to Josh at Ike's! My dinner plans were rescued by his awesome customer service and positive vibes. Thanks, Josh, you're a star!

Yelp
So it was another day working on air conditioners when I stumbled upon a service call for the fashion show. After I finished my service call, I felt quite famished. So what better place to eat than the fine establishment of Ike's Love and Sandwiches. Okay I'm going to get to the point l. The food is ducking good. (Yes it's DUCKing good. Keeping it PG) I had the Ménage A Trois and it was definitely the best sandwich I've ever had. It's a guarantee when I work at the fashion show or if I even just go to the fashion show to shop. I will eat at Ike's again. P.S I don't have a picture because I ate the sandwich too fast :)
google avatar

Yelp
First time coming to this location and it's my new favorite sandwich spot. I got the # 569 called "don't you put me on the back burner" it's an exclusive sandwich from this location. Finger lickin good! Yza had great customer service helping us decide on a sandwich. The friendly staff even added lollipops to our order. Amazing!!!

Yelp
What's love got to do with it?  Plenty. The food at Ike's is crafted so well, you will end up loving it and returning for more. A few of the sandwich names may hit home, as some of us have also been called 'Backstabber' and 'Fat Bastard' inside a courtroom.  But they do have Bay Area icons on the menu to choose from as well, like the 'MadBum' or the 'Panda' (What, no Ike Diogu?).  They also offer a highly acclaimed vegan meatball sandwich, if that's your thing (can't remember, think it's called 'Meatless Caitlyn'). You can go beast mode with the Marshawn Lynch -  fried chicken sandwich with bacon, cheddar, and bbq sauce that tastes much better than fast food chicken sandwiches.  The bread's fresh and crunchy, the chicken juicy, and the bacon quality.  This has to be the only menu I've ever seen with both 'Lizzy's Lips' and 'Menage a Trois' on it....sounds like a double feature Paul Reubens would pay to watch and if you like pastrami, Swiss, and slaw, the Paul Reubens sandwich is for you. Another thing you can appreciate about Ike's is how they list the ingredients and nutritional content of each item. It makes it easier to pick and choose based on your dietary needs. These are well-crafted sandwiches from Ike's in the Fashion Show food court so if you're a hungry shopper, this is superior to most of the others in the mall.

Yelp
Tried this place for the first time today. Sandwich was so good!! I had the Matt Cain. It's pure fantastical!!

Yelp
The service here is the best!! This was the best service experience I've ever had at an Ike's and I've been to about 5-6! Darius and Michael helped me out this time and I hope I can go to this location when they're there every time! Will definitely be coming back soon! Love Ike's Sandwiches! Thank you for everything :)

Yelp
I'm so glad that Vegas finally has an Ike's. It's one of my old favorites from living in the Bay Area. Ike's sandwiches are unique and delicious! There are so many combinations to choose from - you will definitely crave it once you have had it. For me, their "dirty sauce" is the star. I can't quite describe it... It's mayo-ish with spices but I don't know what - but I like it enough to ask for my sandwich to be "extra dirty" every time. My favorite? It's a combination of vegan meatballs (I'm not even vegan!), mozzarella cheese sticks, green pesto, provolone, extra dirty on dutch crunch. I love it and crave it. When I'm craving a meatier sandwich, I get the Damon Bruce - which is steak, onion rings, provolone, steak sauce (add dirty sauce). Why only 4 stars? Sometimes they forget the dirty sauce. :-/ I also feel that the bread to filling ratio can improve (more meat).

Yelp
This place is a go to for vegan sandwiches!! Good variety and much better than the other stuff they sell in this food court.

Anabelle C.

Yelp
i was so excited to find a place with so many vegetarian options and the sandwiches were AMAZING. my boyfriend got a chicken sandwich and he loved it too. the 2 people that were working tonight around 5 were extremely sweet and helpful. 10/10 amazing experience

Yelp
The sandwiches at Ike's are great but for some reason the service at this location really let me down. The location is on a food court which may be the issue but I ordered a sandwich, was given my number and waited to the side. I wanted to the side for a while and noticed other order numbers placed after me were being called. I finally went up to the order counter and asked about my order even requesting a refund. When the person looked at the order order they looked on the cooker/griller and found a bag with my sandwich in it. They said they called me "like 4 times". I told them that's not possible, I was standing to the side hearing other orders being called but not mine. The guy at the counter insisted he called me over and over and that I was the one who didn't hear it. He then asked me "do you want the sandwich or the refund". I said if the sandwich is done I'll take it and be on my way. It just sucks to get such attitude and if a sandwich is sitting why not call the number again between orders? Why not ask the customer waiting in front of your food kiosk what number they are and see where the order status is? All this would have been much better than blaming me for "not hearing my name called out". I still love the sandwiches at Ike's locations, just disappointed by the service here.

Yelp
I love this chain from back home in San Jose, and was so excited to find out they have a location in Vegas, given I am deprived in Seattle. Matt Cain $11.75: My one and only thing I order. I love it on their Dutch crunch bread. So good with their dirty sauce and godfather sauce. One of these has a slight horseradish flavor I think, which pairs well with the bread and meat. When I first opened the sandwich I thought it was smaller than I remember. However, I still got pretty full from it at lunch so I can't complain. Photo Mention: - Madison Bumgarner $11.95

Yelp
Sometimes it's crazy to me to think that I haven't lived in the Bay Area in six years. That's where I found (and fell for) Ike's sandwiches! They're known for the Dutch crunch bread, the massive 100+ item menu, and their huge, messy sandwiches! Bonus points for having vegan options and online ordering available. Favorites I've tried are the Madison Baumgartner (rib eye, pepper jack, yellow bbq, cheese and habanero) and the Menage a Trois (halal chicken with three cheeses and three sauces), but the huge menu has enough that you could try something different every visit- find the protein you want that day and go from there! Toppings range from the typical (honey mustard, avocado) to the crazy (mozzarella sticks, cranberry sauce, orange glaze, breaded eggplant, etc). Service is quick and friendly at this grab-and-go counter in the Fashion Show Mall food court. For quick and easy access, order online then park in the garage in the back right ("restaurant" area), take elevator to three, grab and go. Hot Tip: add the dirty sauce for an extra blast of flavor.

Yelp
I frequent the Fashion Show Food court...frequently..I had no idea what Ike's was all about until the Babayaga BFF told me today... Their extensive sandwich menu are named after famous athletes, performs, actors, actresses, movies, pop culture references, etc The names make it fun to order but the sandwiches are delicious. The warm Dutch crunch bread and fresh ingredients really sets their sandwiches off. My first Ike's sandwich was the Steph Curry: Turkey, yellow mustard, bbq sauce, provolone cheese, dirty sauce and lettuce. Delicious in taste and generous in size, I'm looking forward to trying more sandwiches off their list. What's also great is that you get to really work with numerous options to personalize your sandwich as much as you want. The service was fast and friendly at this food court location in the Fashion Show mall. There's multiple visits in the near future and you should definitely check out what the sandwich hype is all about if in the area. Enjoy!

Yelp
What the world needs now....is Ike's Love and Sandwiches!! Folks, this could be the solution to world peace! Delicious sandwiches that just bring love to your taste buds and puts you in a good mood instantly!!! Located in the food court on the third floor of the Fashion Show Mall, Ike's has an extensive menu of bomb diggity sandwiches with catchy names and a TON of vegetarian and vegan options!! They even have a secret menu! Say what?!?! After fun exhaustion from shopping, Ike's can definitely cure the hangry monster inside you! Ike's isn't your order and then get your sandwich right away type of place. Respect the art of sandwich making and wait for the gloriousness that is an Ike's sandwich. You won't be disappointed!! I tried the #61, Sometimes I'm a Vegetarian! Tis true and the sandwich was LOADED!! When the employee handed me the sandwich and let me pick a lollipop (fun little treat to satisfy the inner kid in us all), I was surprised how hefty the sandwich felt! After eating the first half, my waist line knew I should stop but it was just too darn good to save for later. You can choose what kind of bread you want, but the Dutch Crunch is the way to go!!! It is a chewy, kind of sweet type of potato bread with a crisp crunch on the top bun!! Rice flour gives it that crisp crunch that is scrumdiddlyumptious!! Also, get the dirty sauce if you want to get down n' dirty with your sammy in all the right ways! Ike, I wish you continued success and my only regret is that I did not go to Ike's all the times I have been to SF!! So glad you're here!!! :)

Billy M.

Yelp
Amazing sandwiches! Great service from the employees! This is my 1000th time visiting this location, and they always have amazing recommendations!!! They truly care about their customers by taking great care of them and making sure WE get a good sandwich fix The silver bbq sauce is SOOO GOOD Cleanliness: They are always switching gloves and washing their hands! A must and very important! The store itself is clean! Service: Great customer service! They get out their sandwiches quickly and they give out a lollipop if you would like one as a treat! Food: 100/100 I've tried a variety of sandwiches and by far, they have NOT disappoint! The Fashion Show location by far has the best customer service and quick with their sandwiches!! Go check them out

Yelp
Amazing location super kind staff and perfectly made our sandwiches. Love coming here whenever I'm working and even when I'm off. Yza is the nicest lady I've ever met and made amazing suggestions for my order thank you:)

Yelp
Ike's is a located in the food court of the Fashion Mall on the Strip by the Wynn. Ike's is a Bay Area sandwich chain with special sandwich combo's, often times named after Bay Area sports legends. My favorite is the Paul's Reuben, although the Marshawn Lynch (fried chicken sandwich) was pretty good. I ordered one at this Ike's and they turned around the order pretty quickly. There is a lot of good competition on that food court, this is a welcome addition.

Yelp
About to be my go to lunch sandwich spot. Third floor of Fashion Show Mall in food court. Be prepared to read because that menu is no joke. Thankfully they mark which are the top favorites with hearts. Tons on veggie and vegan options for the healthy people and then there is me... I tried Matt Cain with dirty sauce and Dutch crunch bread option cause you have to try it in its natural form. I loved the Dutch crunch bread. She describes it as a little crunchy with a sweet bread but I don't know how to explain it... I just liked that I wasn't boring and that it held up great with the contents and tasted well. I asked for light banana peppers which was perfect amount for me. It's was nice and meaty. So dirty sauce has a slight horseradish thing going on. Light enough for me not to be bothered cause I usually don't like it. I enjoyed it overall. I may be wrong if there is no horseradish in it but what ever it was it was similar. I actually got full from the half but I know one day I could easily eat a whole. Met Ike since opening week he said one of his personal favs is Paul reuben. Oh while you wait or collect they offer lollipops haha. Yup get you one of those apple caramel ones. They remind me of my childhood. For opening the staff was on point. Friendly and patient with the whole menu and explaining. Great place.

Yelp
This location in Vegas is located inside the fashion show mall, and is next to yogurt land and Panda Express at the food court up the escalator. We came here for lunch after shopping in Vegas, and WE SAW IKE WITH HIS FRIENDS. There's a cardboard cut out of him in front of the shop and he was wearing the same shirt as his cardboard cut out, it was great. The sandwiches are soooo good!! My favorite is the 240. Madison Bumgarner with Dutch crunch bread and everything inside. You cannot go wrong with this choice, I always get this at Ike's. Also get the voodoo chips, if you like spice, get the voodoo spicy version. It's tangy and unlike any flavor I've tried! Overall, great sandwiches, I like that they're toasted and a decent size! It also comes with a lollipop with your sandwich, and the employees at this location are nice!

Yelp
I've walked passed Ike's for about 6 months. I was in a hurry and they had a small line. So, I decided to try them out. I was overwhelmed by the large selection of sandwiches, so I decided to go with the Marshaun Lynch. (Can I recommend naming a sandwich after Drew Brees?) The service was great, fresh ingredients, made to order, and delicious. The service was also great. I want to try some of their other sandwiches. I'll warn you, better bring your appetite. One sandwich can easily feed 2 people. It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny.
