Ike's Love & Sandwiches

Finally trying a Vegas location. The sandwiches were just as great as we remembered from our San Diego trip! I got the Terrell Davis again, my husband got the Hunter Pence, and my kids got the Matt Cain, the Lil’ Mac, and the Damon Bruce. We also got onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and jalapeño poppers. Everything was delicious! The kids that were working were all very nice and helpful. My only complaints are of the 3 Vegas locations, 2 are inside gas stations and all 3 are not anywhere close to where we live. Even though we love the sandwiches, we won’t drive out of our way again to get them.

Absolutely 5 stars. I ate at Ike’s after the lunch rush and ordered what turned out to be the best sandwich I’ve ever had—no exaggeration. Fresh French roll loaded with ham, crispy bacon, mozzarella sticks (yes, mozzarella sticks!), American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, banana peppers, and a heavy dose of Ike’s Dirty Sauce. Every bite was perfection—hot, messy, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Even after a busy lunch crowd, they were still slinging sandwiches like pros. Props to the crew for keeping the quality high and the flavors dialed in. I’ll be thinking about that sandwich for a long time.

What a lucky find!!! I stopped in because I needed a quick bite and there wasn’t much else close by. I’m so glad I did! Ike’s makes a fantastic sandwich. On the surface it looks like another big brand sub shop knockoff but if you give them a try, you’ll see very quickly that they’re different. I’ve been back a couple times since my first visit and plan to be a regular!

Just moved to this side of town from the south valley. Googled sandwich places near my new apartment. Ike’s caught my attention so decided to give it a try. Did not disappoint. Got the San Francisco cheesesteak sandwich. Very good. Definitely making this place my new go to sandwich spot.

Used to go to the location in Austin on the foot of downtown every so often. So glad to see it here in Vegas, and the quality is exactly how I remember. The sandwich I had was delicious and huge, and I highly recommend the Dutch crunch bread. Bonus points for the blow pop, as well :) :)

First time trying Ikes, and oh my god! Probably one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Fresh and super tasty, not greasy or heavy at all. The bread was so good paired with the fillings and their signature sauces. I wish they had this in Canada!

The sandwiches are SO Good!!! I highly recommend giving them a try!!! My 6 year old said He LOVES Ikes!! He wouldn't stop taking about his turkey sandwich lol which says alot he can be picky. We'll definitely be going back or ordering online!!

Honestly, this place is a hidden gem! Ike's is tucked into a gas station off Durango, and if you love Cali style sammies, it's the best! Sooo many options with vegetarian choices too. Mine was super filling, I could only eat half and saved the rest for later.

I tried Ike's 'Elvis Keith' sandwich (yes, I had to Google the name later), and it's a sweet-savory rollercoaster in the best way. The teriyaki and wasabi mayo combo is chef's kiss, though the Swiss cheese kind of disappears under all that bold flavor. Overall, a tasty pick if you're into sandwiches that stand out! Service was friendly, and ambiance well it's in a gas station so can't expect much lol. But the taste makes up for it!!

Reached out on the website (as instructed here) and got no where. Response was: "The Las Vegas (Durango Dr) location is an independent operator who will need to resolve for you directly. We've forwarded your message to them, but should you like to contact them directly, you can call the store here: (702) 779-2256." So basically, just avoid coming to this location altogether and be weary of Ike's in general from here in out.

Inside the Shell gas station/Fabulous Freddy's at Durango, in between Peace and Flamingo. We live around the corner and have received promo mailers, several times, but we've never visited. Until now. There are three locations in Las Vegas (*Fashion Show Mall* & *1101 Fort Apache*- inside the gas station/Fabulous Freddy's at Rampart/Charleston). Wow! Different combo flavors- meats and veggie categories. And some of the sandwiches can be made into Vegan too. The Dirty Sauce looks good. Some people have mentioned the bread, but also noted that the sourdough is a fave. No pricing online. But I checked out the menu online. Size isn't specified but people said it was good sized. We're Just Friends- halal chicken, zesty orange glaze, avocado, pepper jack- this is a hot sandwich. Elvis Keith- halal chicken, teriyaki,wasabi, mayo, swiss- this is a hot sandwich Ike's Reuben- pastrami, mack sauce, purple slaw, gouda cheese- this is a hot sandwich Da Vinci- turkey, ham, salami, italian dressing, provolone- this is a hot sandwich These four sandwiches caught my eye. We all got got different sandwiches. Menage a trois, beastmode & paul reubens. We used the coupons. $16.26. Mmm. We saw Raquel. She used to manage the Chipotle (Sahara/Fort Apache) we went to. Six tables here. Three single chairs. Massage chair. Inside the Fabulous Freddys. 8 games for gamblers. Yummy! Oh my gosh! We each sampled each other's sandwiches. Oh man, saucy hands. The bread is very good. The toppings, the meat, and the sauce, mmm. I'm glad we finally tried it.

3 stars so far...the food was pretty good. They have a good variety of vegan options to choose from. We definitely want to go back to try different vegan sandwich options. The ambience was motor oil and air fresheners located inside a gas station, so it was different experience I'd say. The review of this establishment is to be continued. Yelp on!!!

Was craving a cheesesteak and this place answered well. The Dutch crunch bread is the best bread ever you have to get it. Their sauce game is next level too don't be scared to get extra. This tasted fresh and delicious. One of my new favorite sandwich spots and it's located in the gas station but don't let that fool you. I had a pick up order and it was ready quick and easy to pick up from the lady behind the desk, quick friendly service what more could you ask for? Oh ya, a great rewards app too!

All of the sandwiches are very tasty. They have regular, vegetarian, and vegan options. Dutch Crunch is their most popular bread. During my most recent visit, we enjoyed two plant-based sandwiches: Fall'ing for Ike's is a Thanksgiving-style sandwich; Persephone is a steak sandwich. The three employees provided lackadaisical service. When my order was ready, the employee who bagged it didn't bother to announce it. Then, when I approached the three employees, and made eye contact with one of them, she wouldn't acknowledge me until I got her attention verbally.

I'm from San Francisco, even met Ike years ago and always recommended his place. I was disappointed in the Fashion Show location show closing because I had to drive almost 30 mins to this Durango location. So, I ordered 1 of my favorites, Madison Bumgarner and there was hardly any meat and wasn't even thinly sliced steak like it's supposed to be. I usually only eat 1/2 with a bag of Voodoo chips and wasn't even full this time. I wish I wouldn't have ordered ahead because if I would've watched them make it, I definitely would've asked for more meat or a refund. I won't be coming back to this location...

Arrived at Ike's on Durango, and all their stuff was out except for their fridge. I got a Hunter Pence sandwich and it was the worse thing I've ever had. Bread was stale, turkey was covered in water. Despite how messy and wet it was, it was completely dry to stale bread. Horrible experience. U would say to not make sandwiches today u til you fix all your tools, ovens, microwaves etc. Worst experience ever.

Vegan restaurant in a gas station, as my daughter put it, we are about to have some really good food. It did not disappoint. Food was delicious, prices reasonable, and staff helpful and friendly. Ambiance is gas station so enjoy the vibe.

I love this place especially this location & I always try my best to visit when I'm in Vegas. The sandwich is amazing especially in the crunch bread, the service Is great from the time I first visited this place, even the recent new employees was great & the location is chill.

If you're looking to get an affordable tasty sandwich to go at a casual place, Ike's is a pretty satisfying find. Portions are reasonable. Taste is better then I expected. Service is pretty good, too!

Ordering in store is consistently bad. Waiting ten mins to order with no one else in line is rough. Having your order be wrong after that is unacceptable.

Excellent service . Excellent food . Most thankful for Darius. He cared like an owner. Wanted me as a customer, and was so accomadating to make sure I had a good experience. And it was because of the great hospitable service (Darius)and yummy food . I highly recommend IKE'S LOVE . I LOVE IKE'S !!! In Fashion Show Mall Las Vegas.

I had been to another location prior to this one and loved their sandwiches. Their online ordering system is super intuitive and even lets you use rewards. This location is precariously located inside a gas station, which allows you to grab all the essentials along with your sandwich as well as get gas and a car wash while you await your sandwich. I got the Paul Reubens on their infamous Dutch crunch bread. I have dreams about this bread honestly and for me, it's what sets this place apart from all the other sandwich chains. Their sandwiches are consistently hot, delicious and creatively curated. If there was a location closer to me, I would be there all the time. Service at this location was excellent as the cashier confirmed my name and provided me with a sandwich and a smile.

First time eating a sandwich from this wonderful place. OMG when I say I fell in love with the sandwich I got which was Steve Jobs and my husband had the meatless mike. The options for Vegans and Vegetarians are amazing. Will definitely be back

Tried this spot after having read positive comments. It is a deli-like service inside a convenience store attached to a car wash. Friendly, fun staff. The sandwich (reuben) was delicious.

Service is painfully slow. It took me a half hour to get a sandwich and the gas station attendant yelled at me when I sat in a massage chair. Like actually yelled at me. Will not be back.

Drove 15 mins to this location just for them to be close an hour early well I'm already disappointed with this place and I didn't even get to try their food.

Sandwich is good but it takes longer than a restaurant ,no reason for this ,I will not be driving there anymore

The only reason I'm leaving just one star is because the paper menu and the digital menu BOTH say that the kids menu offeres turkey OR ham for the kids sandwich, and I was told that ham is an extra charge. If that's the case, put an asterisk next to ham and let us know that it costs more. Don't think I'll give it another try.

Both on the IKE's location website and on yelp, it states that this location is open until 9 PM. I drove 30 minutes from East Las Vegas because the location that used to be nearest me by UNLV no longer is there. However, when I arrived at 8 PM they told me that they were closed. I was really upset since I drove so far and the hours listed are incorrect and I was really looking forward to trying specific menu items at this location. This should be updated Online so no one else is inconvenienced.

Sandwich was good and so was service. I'll probably try a sandwich again. Convenient while having my car washed is a plus also.

A new shop to the Vegas scene, I first meet the owner at a cool class in Northern California. And looked forward to his shop hitting our market! I tried the Maryland parkway location they are always slammed what I love about this location is the quality! The cleanliness ! With plenty of seats and you can get your vehicle washed!! The food is amazing I ordered Tailors Booty, PeeWee, and Handsome Owl each sandwich is delicious and Ike's dirty sauce is flavorful and goes great with all his choices they have amazing specials everyday! See the photos they might change based on the season!

I'm writing this review as someone who ordered from DoorDash so it may be a little different had I gone into the restaurant. Ikes has been in my list for a hot minute and my husband and I decided it would be a great time to try since we were STARVING. I do have to knock a star simply because they do not have the full menu available on DoorDash. I am not sure if that's up to the restaurant or not, however seems like it would be. I opted for the Barry Zito and had to try the onion rings. My husband did the Matt Cain. Within 20 minutes or so our lunch arrived and we dove in. I was a little upset with the fact the sandwiches were not warm despite arriving fairly quickly, however the flavor made up for it. I loved the fresh avocado and I added pickles and banana peppers which gave it the perfect crunch. I was only able to eat half because they are super filling. Now the onion rings I have to give a 1/5 stars. They came cold and soggy. I was not impressed. I was so looking forward to them though. I am definitely going to try again since there were a chunk of sandwiches not on the delivery menu and would like to experience the sandwiches hot and in all their glory. Keeping my fingers crossed they are super tasty in person too.

Not usually a fan of sandwiches or sandwich shops. I ordered the "Matt Cain" sandwich, and I am excited to try others. The location is inside a convenience store with a car wash. The staff was polite but not overly helpful or talkative.

Sandwiches were very tasty! My husband and I wanted to try and new place and we are so glad we came to Ike's. Food was very fresh and the staff were nice and friendly! They had a lot of options to choose from We will definitely be coming back again!

Dutch crunch sandwiches are always good. Doing the Jayme sirewich fried chicken and ikes yellow bbq. So good

Only reason leaving 2 stars the person was nice , but first time I came no one was there for forever so I couldn't order . Then second time I tried to give it a try they were literally out of every single sandwich I wanted. So I definitely won't try this place again

Was here at 7:02 because Yelp and Google shows 7:30 closing and the lady working there said they close at 7:00. And this is despite the fact that she was still making an order for another customer. Seriously? I didn't have to waste my gas and time for this. Bad service.

I love Ikes. Perfect ratio of filling to bread. Delicious sandwiches. Flavorful sauces. Fresh ingredients. Clean store. Friendly workers. Perfecto.

The service and food were great. There are so many sandwich choices. I am vegetarian so this helped. Have to just make sure to ask if sandwich comes with dressing in case you don't like. My husband hates mayo, dressing and pickles. Had to make sure sandwich was dry. He bases his reviews on how his food is made. If things turn out wrong, he doesn't come back . Ambiance is very relaxed.

These sandwiches were cool, I've been a couple of times. I can't recall exactly which sandwiches we ordered but I will say thus spot isn't on my "get back to" spot. I think that the pricing is a bit steep for what you get. I understand that everything is up in price due to inflation but with that said, I'm going to be strategic and smart about who I spend my dollars with. I definitely want a solid 5 star sandwich that aligns with the prices.

Ike's where have you been all my life?! I could eat here for days in a row. There's so many different sandwiches you can get and mix and match sauces, meats, & toppings. It can easily become a calorie-filled but delicious meal with fried chicken, cheese (even cheese sticks), & creamy sauces. The Dutch bread has a nice sweetness to it but my fave is the sourdough.

YUUUM ! This has got to be my favorite sandwich place in vegas. I take family here all the time. I'm always surprised at how amazing the crunch bread. We get the Hunter Pence every time. I've tried a few others but I just don't enjoy them as much as the pence. So yummy! turkey, the spread, the bread. All together give it a nice flavorful crunch! And to top it off, the customer service is always on point. The cashiers are always friendly. Very clean and personable. Usually Ike's is inside of a gas station so mostly it's a to-go type place. But they do have a few tables inside this location where you could sit down to eat.

One of the best sandwiches I have had in Vegas! They are expensive but they are so good! The reason for the four stars is because it's in a convenience store so you have to take it away to eat it.

What you need to know about Ike's: Massive menu of crazy sandwiches, including several vegetarian and vegan options, and dutch crunch bread- that's about all you need to know. If you like sandwiches, you're sure to find something you like here. Bonus points for having Zappos chips as a side, and each order comes with a lollipop. What you need to know about this location: It's inside the Freddy's convenience store/car wash shop. Sandwich counter may have previously been a Subway, this is a huge upgrade. There are a handful of tables inside and out to dine-in, but most orders seem to be takeout. What I ate here: Madison Baumgarner and Matt Cain have treated me well in the past, but this time I tried the Backstabber (Halal chicken, creamy caesar, marinated artichoke hearts, and provolone). I asked to add pickles and onions but was told they were out- odd for a sandwich shop. They also have a couple of sandwiches exclusive to this location, so keep an eye out for those.

Just like Philadelphia has the Philly Cheesesteak and New York City has Pizza; The Bay Area has...wait...did you just say Sourdough breadbowls? Ok... I'll admit Sourdough is pretty much as iconic as trolleys but any Bay Area resident, past or present, like myself, will quickly correct you and inform you that Dutch Crunch Bread is the superior choice of bread in The Bay. Now, I've never known how difficult it's been to get a sandwhich on Dutch Crunch outside the Bay Area until after I had left my hometown of San Jose, California. One shop had it in Vegas but they went belly up so for the last few years there's been a dry spell. Luckily, a coworker told me that she saw an Ike's in Vegas and I had to check it out. Much like Philadelphia has Gino's and Pat's, and NYC has a thousand pizzerias claiming to be the best; The Bay Area has tons of awesome sandwhich shops. And Ike's has gotten to be the farthest reaching one. And good thing too because their sandwiches are so bomb. So come in and try one of their many subs named after various Bay Area Sports Figures like Matt Cain, Andre Ward or Steph Curry. But be sure you get it on Dutch Crunch or you'll be missing out. My personal go-to has been the Madison Bumgarner: a steak sandwhich smothered in their Ike's sauce. There are vegetarian options and some halal chicken options for our friends with dietary restrictions. So there's a bit of everything for everyone.

I absolutely love this place. The backstabber and menage are my favorite sandwiches. My food is always ready in minutes and even when I get delivery it gets delivered in under 20 minutes. Love love love it

Finally! Another Bay Area favorite that's close to home! The sauce, the DUTCH CRUNCH, the flavors, all consistent with everything that I've missed. I decided to get the Adam Richman cause it's underrated but awesome and really enjoyed it. My only complaint - the chicken!! In California, locations use chicken tenders where you can really get that crunch but what I got yesterday just didn't give that to me but otherwise, it was still delicious. We also got a [Name of the girl I'm dating] which ended up being so good and just the way we remembered it from Cali! Highly recommended. We will be back to fulfill our cravings! Matt Online ordering was a breeze and pick up went smooth! All i ask - please give us the chicken tenders for the sandwiches with the fried chicken!

WOW!!! Ike's Love & Sandwiches is one of the best sandwich restaurants that I've been to!! I was meaning to try the Ike's Love & Sandwiches location near the Las Vegas strip, but noticed a new location pop up at the Fabulous Freddy's near Jones/Durango. Ike's Love & Sandwiches is located inside the Fabulous Freddy's station at the main entrance. There are a ton of sandwich selections at Ike's Love & Sandwiches. They also have a dessert menu which includes cookies and much more! After reviewing their menu, I ended up ordering the Super Mario, with no Ike's sauce, tomatoes, or lettuce on sour dough. The order took about 10 minutes to prepare. It smelled amazing as they toasted the sour dough, put marinara on it, and then layered it with meatballs, marinara, and mozzarella sticks! I thought I wouldn't be able to finish the sub, but I did. The sandwich was awesome!! The Sour Dough bread was so delicious. The meatballs were perfectly sized and the mozzarella sticks were a great addition to the food toppings. Next time, I'll have to try their chicken, bbq, and bacon sandwich! [2] sandwiches were pretty inexpensive, under $24.00!

Christina who helped with my order did a fantastic job! She went through my sandwich toppings and add ons. She provided great customer service and went the extra mile to help enter my Ikes account number for points. The gentleman making the sanwiches was quick and he made it perfectly as asked. Sandwhich and dutch crunch bread was also on point.

The Durango Ike's is the one I like to eat at. Super friendly staff and the sandwiches are made perfect here. This time I just wanted a ham Turkey with everything sun. Yum delicious. When in Vegas go visit Ike's. I wonder if the one in Honolulu is open again?

My first time trying or even hearing of this place . I was in the neighborhood and stopped to get my car washed . I decided to try a sandwich and they had a $3 coupon so cool . I liked they had halal chicken , so I got the Elvis Kieth with Dutch Bread . I liked the bread , but not so much the sandwich . The chicken didn't even taste like chicken , just kind of bland even with teriyaki sauce and wasabi mayo . They also forgot the Swiss cheese . I see people giving 5 stars and I have no clue why ! I go to another place for halal fried chicken and it is some of the best I've ever had , but this was just disappointing . They also give you a sucker with it .
