This independent food truck blends Japanese and Korean comfort—bulgogi bowls, gochujang-forward plates—and is the sibling concept to In-Yun. Urban Milwaukee documented its launch and steady following at Zócalo.

I will give it two stars because the owner at the window was nice. The experience was horrible. I initially placed my order online. Once I arrived, I noticed a couple names. One on the food truck and one next to the food truck. I was informed right away that there wasn't an order in the system.I then went to my bank account to show. He informed me that something about. They changed the name that they can make the food. I was happy with that up until I realized it's a completely different restaurant now completely different menu. What I had ordered, I could not order anymore. And instead, they made me grilled brisket fried rice, which ended up being completely dry.No, flavor and was listed at sixteen dollars. Lol. Man, come on.If you're going run a business, you got to do better than this. You cannot be advertising something that is not. How would you like it if you ordered food somewhere and ordered a steak and instead they bring you a fish. Not only that, you also don't have a way to re get your money back. SMH. So basically, you're left with three options on the menu that you typically would never eat. Brisket-Dry. Did not taste like brisket tasted like steak. Was steak. Not Brisket. Lacked flavor. I guess if you like a bunch of rice thrown in the bowl with about six pieces of steak then have at it.This is your place!
