Ikinari Steak

I gave it 5 stars because it's exactly what you expect to get for the price. Very good service also, didn't have to wait for our orders to be taken. The food was really good, we each had a Sirloin with garlic rice on the side which is also a must.

My husband and I went here this afternoon and the food and service were great. Our steaks came out just how we wanted and everything was hot and so good. The service was excellent not only for us but another elderly customer. The chef/waiter took very good care of her and she didn't have to move from her seat. I hope they can continue this level of service. We will be back

I’ve been to this location three times since it opened. It is refreshing to have an affordable, delicious, no-frills option for great steak. Always cooked perfectly. Staff member Marie was especially warm, friendly and attentive.

The service is beyond horrible. The servers do not check on the tables and seem to have an attitude when you do ask for something as they walk by. The servers do not refill you drinks at the right time. Water was room temperature with no ice. Steaks seem to go out at a slow pace. The server didn't know which dish/steak went where. All basic things that servers should be good at, they're horrible at. Do not order the Pepper Steak Rice as it always goes arrives late after your steak is almost done. Only go here if you want average steak and below average service.

Hands down the best cheapest steaks in the city. Waitresses were friendly, explained how to order, answered to all my questions. Chef were impressed by me not ordering any sides(which is totally free and included). Just listen to the sound of it! Thanks god they have few branches all over the city!

Has the potential to be something special and the steaks are good, but the environment is noisy, made more so by the VERY LOUD radio, and constantly changing internal seating configuration which always seems related to price increases. Service staff also seem quite disinterested in the patrons. Management does not seem enthusiastic about addressing any of these issues. Two stars for a good steak, but you will want to eat it quickly and get out of the place.

It's nice to eat a well cooked steak without the gut and wallet hit of the typical steakhouse experience. I think the service is fine for what it is... this is not a fine dining place, it's assisted self service.

It was very good, excellent!!! the service, the attention of the girls at all times, the steak oh God that delicious I congratulate the cook, but my most special congratulations to the Manager Eugene Lum for the very professional management in this business. 😀 I will recommend all my family and friends.
