Ikos Dassia

We just returned from the most incredible week at this stunning hotel in Corfu, and I can honestly say it exceeded all expectations — and that’s saying something, as we were here 4 years ago and absolutely loved it then too! We were a bit nervous this time around, wondering if it could live up to our wonderful memories… but to our delight, it was even better.||From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Every member of the team — from reception to housekeeping to the restaurant and beach staff — was warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Their attention to detail and kindness truly made our stay feel special. It was also great to see Elena again who is now at Dassia in Corfu, Elena really looked after us last year at Ikos Aria in Kos. Katerina the manager is amazing, she seems to be everywhere 24/7, always smiling and making sure guests are happy and everything runs smoothly. ||The food was absolutely divine. Each meal was a joy — beautifully presented, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The variety was impressive, whether we were enjoying a leisurely breakfast with a sea view, or dining under the stars with perfectly cooked seafood and local wines.||And of course, the location is just breath taking. Set on the most picturesque part of the island, the views are mesmerizing — turquoise waters, lush greenery, and postcard-perfect sunsets every evening. The hotel grounds are immaculately kept, with elegant touches everywhere you look.||It’s rare to find a place that gets better with time, but this hotel somehow managed to do exactly that. We left feeling rested, pampered, and already dreaming about our next visit. Thank you for another unforgettable experience — we’ll be back!||One word of warning, if you start staying at Ikos resorts, you won't be able to stay anywhere else, nothing else compares!

We stay at a different ikos every year. We decided to return to Dassia, as the last time we stayed at Dassia was in 2018. We definitely had a much better experience back then. This resort has gone down hill. Service slow, food quality and portions sizes are smaller. We have been given dirty glasses on numerous occasions. We paid extra for deluxe, but are not seeing the benefits. It’s the small details that matter sometimes. I do however think that the entertainment at the theatre has been good. My children have enjoyed the football and water sports. Certain members of staff are very good at their job, Vanesa at The Grill, Paulo & Georgina at the beach, Larisa at the deluxe pool. We feel the staff are under pressure, as they don’t have enough staff during peak season. I spoke with another guest who also agreed with me. It’s such a beautiful location, but I sadly don’t think we will return to this resort.

In my personal opinion and in my own experience I can honestly say I've never had a holiday as good as this. Traveled with my partner and from the very first moment we arrived it was simply magical. The hotel itself is situated in one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and the views are incredible. The service is second to none, Cristina, who was professional, warm and friendly was such a great host and welcomed us like we had been there 100 times, nice touch checking in on us throughout the holiday. The rooms are fantastic, minibar, shower and space with great beds, slept so well every night. Housekeepers do such a great job. Best restaurant for me was the grill house, best steak I've ever had but every restaurant we visited was simply amazing with service and choice. The pools are so nice and Paulo and Sophia made our days around the pool the best with their service and smiles. Beach service just as good. The bars in both the Sea and Sky building were so spacious and clean with again Mario and Aretti giving us 5 star service. Such a great selection of drinks in all the bars and food around the pool was a great addition especially when you can order without leaving your sun lounger. The resort is the cleanest I've ever been to so massive respect to all the maintenance and gardeners, they do a wonderful job. This place is simply incredible, I leave honest reviews both good and bad but I honestly have not a single negative thing to say. I knew this place was luxurious from my research but every room is quality and the service from the staff, who work so incredibly hard, is the best I've ever received. Credit to all of you for making Ikos Dassia one incredible place to holiday. All I want is to go back, best week ever.

Staff talk the talk but sadly this hotel doesn’t deliver what it promises.|Our room wasn’t cleaned on arrival, we had a few bad experiences with staff and our rental car ( Tesla for the day) which was included in our ‘deluxe ‘ suite room booking had dangerous wheels and vomit on the back seat, when reported the Hertz staff member said it wasn’t good and they had informed the hotel but it wasn’t their responsibility. We were also told there was another car we could use instead but it had a ‘worse front tyre’ . We missed a day out with family. Safety and cleanliness especially in this standard of hotel should be top priority. All issues were ‘looked into’ but there was one thing after another. We had flowers delivered to our room- possibly extras from reception, but it didn’t help….

Our family returned to Dassia for the second time this summer for ten nights and stayed in a deluxe two bedroom bungalow suite private pool beachfront. The resort is spectacular with beautiful landscaping and modern, comfortable design, but the hospitality of the staff is what sets the resort apart.||We had met Elena, the front of house manager, at Ikos Aria. She provides an incredibly warm, welcoming, and personalized atmosphere to the guests and we were happy to reconnect with her.||We were also Alex as our personal concierge. He was by far the best personal concierge we have had at Ikos and beyond. He is extremely responsive, friendly, and able to handle requests efficiently.||Both Elena and Alex perfectly walk the line between being personal and professional.||Our children spent time in the kids club and the Creche. Both Anisa and Anna were wonderful and we felt our kids were in great hands.||We are already considering returning to Dassia again next year and it is mainly due to the exceptional staff.||Thank you, Elena, Alex, Anisa, Anna and the rest of the Ikos team!

My family of 5+nanny with 3 young kids (all under 5) stayed there along with another couple. It was fantastic in all respects. I strongly recommend. I think the sunset cruise can be skipped--that was about it. But overall, a GREAT place and would encourage any young family to attend--awesome kid's programming. Especially for those 4 and older.

I give it 9 out of 10 . What stops this getting 10 out 10? . Well the only reason is when we checked in at about 12.30 pm we was greeted with a towel to wipe your face and a glass of bubbles , and someone one was on hand to explain everything about the resort. (Great start to the holiday) . Then to be told the room isn’t ready until 3pm . You are hot , in the clothes you have been in since 2am . They should have your room ready for the money you are paying . Also going home , we was getting picked up at 7pm only to be told we have to vacate our room by 11 am. Sorry not acceptable. We was offered a shower room for 45 minutes that day . But don’t let put you off . It’s probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at . Every thing is first class . We have already booked for next year . Just get the right flights in and out to work with the rooms . This then would have been a 10 out of 10 for IKOS DASSIA
