Such a beautiful leather goods store! Axel the manager is wonderful as is all the staff, the quality of the products is incredible, the variety of leather goods is wide. I desperately needed a backpack and the staff personally told me they use the same one I purchased! I know it will last for years…I can not wait to go back for another piece. It was truly such a special store and experience

Came to Florence end of November to beginning of December of 2026 for tourism, sightseing and exploring. Florence is famously known for authentic italian leather and being in the right time and in the right place, we couldn't waste this amazing opportunity. Social media says il Bisonte is one of the best that you can find in Florence, uses authentic leather materials, high end materials, and exceptional artisanship. So we went into the store and browsed to see what we could find. There were lots of amazing items made by leather: wallets, card holders, coin holders, passport holders, bags, etc. The customer service was exceptional they were on top of us describing the process, the workmanship, the different color, designs, pricing, etc. I wanted a L type tri-fold wallet but they didn't have that in their design and they may consider putting it out next year. Can't wait for that to happen. In the meantime, we saw passport covers to be amazing so we purchased two: black and brown. They soft and hearing from social media review should be very durable. Can't wait until their color wear down to become better looking. I am so amazed for the purchase and happy that we were in the right spot and right time for this purchase. I'd say it was one of the best purchases i've made that came with amazing customer service, on top of the product being a high end product. Super satisfied with the process : )

fantastic service and fantastic products . i probably spent more than 2k euro here because the craftsmanship of the products and the expertise on the leather goods . a no miss place if you love leather products .

One of my favourite leather goods shops. I discovered their products in NYC at a small shop and couldn't resist coming to their original store in Florence. Good quality, hand made in Italy. Amazing customer service. Ive had leather goods which i bought from them last for 10 years now.

I accidentally entered the store, but soon attracted by the whole products in here! All of them looked so elegant with high quality!! The staffs are all kindly and friendly! Best leather shop in Florence. The tanning is spectacular and the finish feel is out of this world. I must see if you want leather goods.

Another thing the Italians exceed at... working that leather!! I discovered this brand in Italy, and then stumbled upon their shop while in Venice. They had a massive selection. The shop people are friendly, professional, and helpful without being pushy. This place is indeed expensive, but it will last. You can find some thing much cheaper in the tourist shops anywhere else in Florence but if you're looking for a real quality, this is a must. Plus it's old school which I dig!! And not a brand that the Kardashians are whoring about in.

Took a side trip from Bologna to Florence to visit this store because I knew they had a certain card wallet in stock. I was able to find it myself. The store has a wide variety of selections and is a pretty big store. Il Bisonte stores often have a heat stamping option to customize your leather goods once purchased. I got my backpack stamped in Milan and it came out perfect. So I decided to get my newly purchased wallet stamped and it came out crooked. I wished the employee would have taken her time or they should designate certain people who are specialized. This is the second store (once in Rome) where they have messed up on the heat stamp. I don't understand why they are so careless about the outcome of the stamp as it is not like they can do it over and you are stuck with whatever quality of work they have provided. I am trying to get over it but thinking that this is a wallet I planned to use for several years, the thought of having to look at these crooked letters irritates me very much. I would say buy the goods and skip the heat stamp at this store and save yourself some grief.
