"The change of chef at this restaurant is echoed by the excellent level of cuisine on offer here. Young Onofrio Pagnotto, who was already sous-chef at the resort’s Tenerumi restaurant and who is supported by the hotel’s executive chef Davide Guidara, offers two tasting menus (one shorter than the other). Both menus showcase local ingredients prepared with technical expertise to create contemporary, Mediterranean dishes that are full of flavour. Onofrio is not afraid to use the occasional French sauce, as well as his beloved fermentations in his dishes. As a final flourish, the desserts come courtesy of Gianluca Colucci, the pastry chef shared with Tenerumi. After enjoying a first, delicious dessert in the dining room, guests move to the “pasticceria” corner where pastry chefs “improvise” a final dessert in line with guests’ preferences. Last but not least, the restaurant boasts a superb setting within the Therasia Resort perched on the Vulcanello promontory above the sea, with breathtaking views of the Aeolian islands often enhanced by blazing sunsets." - Michelin Inspector

A nice and friendly place, a good atmosphere. A very popular place for locals. I'd recommend booking a table beforehand.

Lovely Italian restaurant with delicious food. The pizza and tartare were both delicious! Even with limited English as communication, waiters were really helpful and polite and everything was made clear. Loved the experience from start to finish!

Excellent food, even our strange wishes to get icecubes in red wine were happily accepted. Dessert was excellent: tiramisu and mille fuglia. Would come definitely again!

Google
Very nice restaurant with delicious Italian food. We went for dinner during the week. We had 2 starters (Melanzane and the vegetarian starter) and 2 pasta dishes as main course. The melanzane was excellent and super fresh. The vegetables in the 2nd starter were very fresh. The two main courses were also excellent. The gnocchi with gourmet sauce were beautifully flavorful and the pasta cacio e pepe was nice and creamy. The service was extremely courteous and quick. All in all, an absolutely pleasant stay and we would recommend the restaurant at any time.

We were walking back from the train station and saw a family meeting up to eat here. We figured if it was good enough for some locals to get together here, then we should try it! It was amazing, the buffalo-mozzarella pizza's were delicious, the staff were super kind and funny. All around a great experience away from the hustle-and-bustle of Old Town.

Yelp
An excellent, primarily pizza, restaurant in the Borgo Trento area of Verona. We ate there on a Tuesday night, and it was mostly locals. They have a nice garden terrace as well as a lovely dining room inside (with AC!). Started with mixed grilled vegetables and the house cured salmon which came with a bit of salad. They do have some pasta and specials of the day, but we all had pizza, of which there is a rather wide selection to choose from. I had the melanzane which was definitely the most delicious eggplant pizza I've ever had. My husband had the "Trentino" with had wild mushrooms, Emmentaler and speck. And my son had the Capricciosa (mix of various things including prosciutto, olives, artichokes, etc.) I tasted them all and they were all great. House wine: $12.50 for a liter. Awesome deal, very drinkable and went well with the pizza. Service was attentive and efficient. I hope to return while I am staying in Verona. It's a neighborhood gem with extremely reasonable prices, away from the tourist bustle of the centro historico.

Yelp
As we walked inside this place. very courteous waiters greeted us. Service was fast. Food was so tasty and evident that they used good quality ingredients. Price is average what you paid for this delicious food. Yeaterday we had lunch in downtown and paid almost twice as much and wasnt as tasty. (lesson learned) This is a family oriented place to eat however they have a bar and a patio for prefference. My family was very satisfied overall.

Yelp
This is one of my favourite spot in Verona. Excellent service and very good food. An authentic Italian restaurant priced very well for the location, food and service you get. A hidden gem from all the poor places tourists can have when they are more central. YOU GOTTA EAT HERE: both, either if you are a local or a tourist or both (I was born and raised in Verona but now I live abroad). A truly true spot for what would be consider in North American a very high standard restaurant.

Yelp
This place was given as a recommendation by our Bed and Breakfast host (and also another guest that was staying at the bed and breakfast had been there and liked it). So we decided to give the place a try. Unfortunately, on Saturday for a lot of places you either need a reservation, or you need to be very patient. When we arrived here without a reservation, we were fortunate enough to be asked whether we minded sitting at one of the tables next to the bar, close to the entrance and not really in the restaurant part (we had the feeling of sitting where you normally would wait for your take-away pizza to be ready :) ). Have to say that besides this, the experience was very good and the food was very nice also! Especially the price-quality ratio of this place is very good! It is very close by the city center, but you don't pay a lot for a very good meal here. For sure can recommend this place if you are in Verona!

Yelp
My last night in beautiful Verona n following the recommendation of this posting I sttolled here from my bnb. I ordered the Carpaccio de Salmon to start n the Linguini del Cappero as my main course. They were both excellent! ! The Salmon melted in my mouth while the el dante linguini was just perfectly cooked. Now the SAUCE was the killer. Trying to be good, I declined the bread. It would have been heavenly to clean the plate of sauce with. Probably the best meal I've had in Italy n I've had some amazing meals. I declined dessert n coffee as I was not ready to wash off these delicious flavors still lingering in my mouth.

Yelp
Bad to mediocre food with very poor service. would not recommend to anyone planning to enjoy a nice meal.
