We had such a memorable evening at Il Colmetto! Firstly we were met by the welcoming party- a group of donkeys! Then Riccardo gave us a short tour of the garden and the goat dairy, the products of which we were able to try later. The service from Niccolo and Stefano was perfect and they were so patient with our four kids. We particularly appreciated the kids toilet facilities and outside playground. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The wine paring was superb. Highly recommended and huge thanks to the whole team ♥️🙏

Fantastic dining experience! We were here for a birthday with two families with young children and we all felt taken care of and welcomed. Fantastic food and service, amenities for children (+ the farm animals were a hit), and overall excellent dining experience. Creative cuisine, a true love and appreciation for the farm to table concept. Thanks a lot!

Nice place very clean but too much design oriented Food is nice, not common but not all the mix were aligned with my expectations and tastes Plates description is too mich complex Wine is far outrageously overpriced!!!! Fine for the imported one, but for the local, it basically has no sense

Amazing restaurant right in the heart of Franciacorta. Almost everything you'll have che chance to taste here comes from their farms, animals, greenhouses, and so on. The look and the cooking are modern, yet the place manages to stay authentic. The staff is very welcoming and the service impeccable. The menu changes slightly every week (or every other week), and some of the entries are quite unique (for the area anyway). For instance, this was my very first time trying the pigeon - and I was not disappointed. The selection of natural wines is impressive, and the one they recommended was nothing short of amazing.

Some vegetarian options but limited ones. The starred ambitions are not fulfilled in my opinion but the place is nice with a lot of animals for your children enjoyment.

We went to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful experience. Upon entering the place we immediately liked the ambience, -tidy and warm, beautiful lighting, but not with the air of fanciness that demands you to be self-conscious of how you're dressed, -if you know what I mean. We went with the four courses menu, all were delicious and in good (not too much) portion. Worth special mention was the 'funghi di quercia' and the star of the night was the torta di rose (definitely a go-to dessert). Not a cheap place, but in our opinion the price was super honest and worth every penny. It is a perfect middle way between a fine dining and a homey and welcoming ambience. Definitely coming back!

Good quality of food and wine (even by the glass). Nice and well organised staff. When the dairy is open you may buy a yummy goat cheese.

Incredibly good food. We had the vegetarian tasting menu. Highlight was spaghetti with cherry sauce (yes, you read that right :). Beautiful fresh produce.
