Amazing restaurant right in the heart of Franciacorta. Almost everything you'll have che chance to taste here comes from their farms, animals, greenhouses, and so on. The look and the cooking are modern, yet the place manages to stay authentic. The staff is very welcoming and the service impeccable.
The menu changes slightly every week (or every other week), and some of the entries are quite unique (for the area anyway). For instance, this was my very first time trying the pigeon - and I was not disappointed.
The selection of natural wines is impressive, and the one they recommended was nothing short of amazing.
