Il Delfino Seaside Inn

We absolutely loved our stay in the Portofino suite. The view from the room (and the bedrooms) is absolutely spectacular and there isn’t anything that the owners haven’t thought to supply to make your stay comfortable. The aesthetics of the suite alone, are reason enough to come back. You feel at home the minute you walk in. We will be counting the days until we can return. Highly recommend.

We experienced a little slice of heaven staying for 4 unbelievably fantastic nights. The rooms are exceptionally tasteful and perfectly appointed with Aesop products, beautiful architectural books and a cappuccino machine. The sounds of the sea crashing against the rocks and the king sized bed allowed blissful sleep. Time and space was beautifully created. I felt transported away…..

Don’t think twice, book! Had such a beautiful stay. If looking for a peaceful, restorative time away, this place ticks the box. Beautifully styled, right on the ocean and walking distance to lovely cafes.

We truly had the most divine stay, and I’ve never experienced anything like it! Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it stand out even compared to luxury resorts. From the beautifully crafted drinks and the perfectly set-up kitchen (including thoughtful touches like almond milk and good quality oil, containers) to the luxurious body products, everything felt so personal and well-curated. The added luxury of being able to purchase my favorite products from the shop with your own room, the cafe recommendations, and even the eco-conscious details like paper bin bags in the bathrooms were so appreciated. The branding throughout was perfectly done, in all the right places, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. It truly felt like a place that mirrored the comforts and beauty of my own home. I often miss these kinds of luxury elements when I travel, but here, every element was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for making our weekend getaway so special. I can’t wait to return to such a divine and thoughtfully designed space.

the dreamiest and chicest stay. thoroughly impressed with the details like ample shelves and storage for belongings, a nicely equipped kitchen and excellent appliances (the speaker!). incredible beds. didn't need the car after arriving as everything is so close.

The most incredible and quintessential Aussie holiday we have ever had. Il Delfino ticked all the boxes - amazing location, absolutely stunning design, friendly team members, in a really cool little town. We will be back year after year. Felt like the perfect blend of Europe meets Australia. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Il Delfino was absolutely perfect and exactly as we expected based on the almost too-good-to-be-true pictures online. Located in a laid back yet charming town, with just enough to do while you’re not at the beach or soaking up your beautiful room. The details of the inn itself are stunning - soft towels, sheets and robes, Aesop products, and SMEG appliances in the kitchen. It felt like a luxurious and comfortable home. Bec was incredibly responsive and lovely, and made sure our stay was comfortable and special. Can’t recommend enough!
