The croquettes are spectacular: a light, crispy bite with juicy, flavorful meat and a perfectly balanced creamy sauce. A 10/10 dish—I only wish there were more of them.
The rigatoni carbonara is equally impressive. Perfectly al dente pasta, a silky and intense sauce, guanciale in two textures (crispy shards and soft, fatty cubes), strong pecorino that lingers beautifully, and just the right touch of pepper. It can feel a bit heavy toward the end, but overall it’s a fantastic plate.
The whole experience is truly pleasant. The place itself is beautiful but laid-back—not pretentious, just a genuine traditional Italian spot. The staff are outstanding, prices are fair, and the cost-benefit is excellent. My guess? This restaurant could easily be looking at a Michelin star in a few years. For now, it’s already a solid 9/10.
