My wife and I celebrated our 3rd anniversary here and it was amazing. Great atmosphere, fantastic food and the most exceptional service. The staff is efficient, friendly, attentive and polite. When I made the reservation I mentioned it was our anniversary but didn’t expect anyone to care or notice however they did and made us feel special. This has been the best service and experience I have ever had at a restaurant! Thank you Alex, Dana, Roger & Nadia!!

Google
We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere is beautiful, the service superior and the food is delicious! We first sat down and a server comes to our table with a big hunk of cheese that he cut and gave a piece to each of us. Then another server came with a small plate of fried zucchini. Then another server came with assorted breads! All were delicious and complimentary. We ordered the calamari as our appetizer that was tender and cooked perfectly. For our meal we shared the chicken parm and the spaghetti pomodoro. The sauce was delicious! The chicken was tender and cooked to perfection! We were too full for dessert but when we got our check they gave us a complimentary after dinner drinks! We loved this restaurant and can’t wait to go back!

Google
My wife and I went for our anniversary and we had an absolutely amazing experience. The food is great and everyone that worked there was incredibly nice and helpful. At the end the night they gave us an anniversary card signed by everyone that helped. This is my new favorite restaurant in the casinos.

Google
The food was delicious. The service spectacular. I’ve never experienced service like this before. Everyone was so friendly , the staff all work together. I was left speechless. This is a just try. I will be coming this is officially my favorite restaurant in all of Atlantic City. One thing I saw that left me impressed was repeat customers walking in and being greeted and hugged by the staff, they remember their customers. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. Thank you Jairo for going to get Lychees for our martinis.

Google
This was my 3rd time and I love introducing new people to this wonderful restaurant! The complementary cheese and breads and appetizers, the leisurely but 100% attentive service, and the amazing food itself makes this a must do! And although, like any restaurant in AC it's is not cheap, they are kind and more than willing to allow free sharing!

Came here with a group of 17 people for a bachelor party. The staff were so great and helpful with the arrangement, the service was top notch, the food was amazing, love Il Mulino! Just as good as their Nashville location!

Google
This was one of the best meals of my life. The service was off the charts!!! The staff brought all sorts of tastings to the table before we ordered and they were delicious. The table side carved branzino was superb and shrimp scampi was a lil overcooked but very good. The fresh pasta was amazing as was the cannoli. Please give this place a try and you won't regret it

Google
If I rated this on service it would be 5 stars. We had a work dinner here and the waitress was extremely friendly and attentive. She offered suggestions and was quick with service. The food was hit or miss. The meat dishes were great and the pizza we split was good, but some of the pasta dishes were too basic and lacked flavor, especially for how much they cost. Still a nice environment and worth checking out

Yelp
This was a Acxion company dinner. We were seated immediately. Amy came over and introduced herself. She shared every detail of the special and then recited a very favorable meals on the menu. She also offered a few favorites and popular food pairings. We were super impressed on how she communicated to us. I had ordered chicken piccata. It was amazing! The waiter paire it perfectly with a nice full body white wine. I enjoyed every bite. The restaurant is very inviting. Lights are perfect. Table placed as if you're the only group there. I love the entire experience. It's a phenomenal Italy restaurant. It's a must visit on your next AC venture.

Yelp
This was a flawless dining experience. The service was amazing and the food was spectacular! Loved the complimentary bruschetta, focaccia bread and parma padana cheese. Nice touch. The meatball appetizer was delicious. So tender and bursting with flavor. You must try the Chicken Scarpiello is was the star of the show! Wonderful spicy flavor but not overpowering. It was heaven in my mouth. Ended with the chocolate flourless cake which was beautiful presented and not too fattening. lol. The service was second to none. I was so impressed. Great place to take someone to make an impression. Superb!

Yelp
Meh. That's how I describe this Italian restaurant in the hard rock hotel. I assume it's part of the same restaurant with the same name that's in New York City, but these prices are just too arrogant for the quality of food here. Although I must say that the complementary parmigiano Reggiano and thinly sliced soppressata to start was a nice treat. Then moved on to spaghetti Cacio e Pepe - underwhelming and dry- not creamy as I've had in other restaurants and Italy, where they develop a nice cream sauce with the pasta water. Then came the chicken Parm which unexpectedly was a bit soggy - meaning the cutlet had no crisp. It just was a thinly pounded breast that seemed like it was not fried long enough. Sauce had some tangy flavor, but to charge $50 for a chicken parm for this quality and not even an offering of a side dish accompaniment was a bit much. Didn't even bother with dessert because the feeling was that getting overcharged for unimpressive desserts would be too much at that point. Despite the unimpressive food , for some reason the restaurant was packed- although I understand that they have somewhat of a captive clientele being the only Italian restaurant in the casino - but they really should do better. To put it in perspective two people no appetizer, split the pasta, each had an entrée , no dessert with two glasses of wine was almost $300.

Yelp
I recently dined at iL Mulino in Atlantic City and had an excellent experience. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection, tender and full of flavor. The branzino special was a standout, delicately prepared with just the right balance of seasoning, and the caprese salad was fresh, with vibrant tomatoes and creamy mozzarella. The calamari appetizer was perfectly fried and tender, a real treat. I also tried octopus for the first time, and it was delicious--beautifully charred and seasoned. While the dessert flight was not my favorite part of the meal, the rest of the dinner more than made up for it. Overall, I give iL Mulino 4 stars and would definitely recommend it for a memorable dining experience!

Yelp
Make a reservation! Dress for dining at a semi upscale restaurant Apparently, there is a pre-fix menu but we were not offered or told about that...booooo When you're first seated, we were offered some delicious cheese from a cheese wheel, and a few other complimentary foods that we shared among the table I had the lemon chicken -- delicious! More so, the vegetables that came along with it were really good. Chicken, def. needed some salt and pepper For desert, we had a trio. The tiramisu was the best Guests enjoyed their food as well

Lisa B.

Yelp
If it weren't for the entrees being bland and nothing special, I would rate this restaurant higher. The best part of our meal was the complimentary items, drinks and the bread. The bread is delicious. The staff is wonderful. Would I return, probably not. The food just isn't good enough at the astronomical prices they charge. I've had better chicken parm at my local pizzeria and it came with pasta there. Here it was an extremely flat chewy slightly burnt -tasting mess. The other entrees lacked flavor. Only way I'd return is maybe for a happy hour to sit at the bar. The atmosphere is beautiful.

Yelp
Top tier, amazing. I don't even know where to start. We were greeted by a fashionable and fun host who quickly showed us to our table (big group, 12). The restaurant is beautiful, modern, classic single res rose on the tables, spacious and not too noisy. I loved that the hostess also provided me with a black linen napkin vs the white that everyone else had, as I was wearing black and the white would have caught on to my clothes. Extra points for that!! I knew we were off to a great start when the complimentary dishes come out like the aged cheese (phenomenal), zucchini chips (to do for) and bread (I would risk it all for whatever that skinny, crisp, buttery slice was). Apps were amazing, possibly the largest shrimp I've ever encountered. It was as big as my forehead... and I have a big head. Everyone enjoyed their apps, octopus, tuna tartare, oysters, calamari. Entrees came out quick and were also amazing, from the chicken parm to the ravioli and the dish with every seafood you can think of. 10/10- definitely coming back. Also, our servers were great, attentive, and helpful. We had a great

Yelp
Spoiler alert--prepare for lots of gushing. The Atlantic City outpost of the Greenwich Village Il Mulino is unquestionably splendibulous. Truly a memorable experience, or more accurately indubitably fantastical. Over two visits we find this place a gem! From the host, to the multiple servers--each of which has a separate responsibility. The sizable hunks of parmesan cheese--cut table side from a huge wheel--are the beginning of the complementary appetizers which includes fried zucchini, bruschetta and a variety of wonderful breads. Daily specials are presented in a theatrical performance. Thoroughly enjoyed Alex and Freddy, as well as the other servers. I must also commend our cocktail waitress who gets an assist w/ the bartender in selecting just the right Tequila for my Espresso Martini--Casamigos Reposado. The Branzino, which is deboned table side, was a beautiful and delicious piece of fish. It is served with a vial of olive oil, lemon and garlic to pour. The Pollo alla Parmigiana is possibly the best ever. I would recommend a side of Rigatoni to mix things up a bit. For dessert we sampled the Latte with our Torta di Ricotta. Thanks again Il Mulino it was fun!

Yelp
Food: 7/10 Got the prix fixe menu for $60 and the clam linguine. To start they gave us complimentary fried zucchini, age Parmesan cheese, and bruschetta. We weren't a fan of the fried zucchini, it was way to oily. For the appetizer, we got the beef carpaccio - very fresh beef, so thin, we couldn't even lift the beef off our forks! For the main, we got the clam, linguine and red snapper fish. Both could have been more savory. We asked for more cheese and ground pepper in our dishes. Atmosphere: 8/10 Lighting, music, general vibes were so good! Service: 10/10. amazing staff, and waiters and waitresses, they even gave us a lovely handwritten card for our anniversary date dinner! Also complimentary chocolate cake, which was actually better than the cheesecake we got for our main dessert. Price was about $165 including two wine glasses, one prix fixe menu! Wouldn't come back for the food here, but Service was amazing and if you are ever staying at Hard Rock Cafe hotel I would recommend!

Yelp
In AC for a business conference. Was seated without a reservation. Great service and food was excellent. Would definitely go back.

Yelp
I'm a little late on this review but me and my entire family decided to celebrate our Thanksgiving at Il Mulino. We had such a great time and beautiful dining experience. Our server Giovanni was great, super friendly and entertaining. Il Mulino is fine dining so be prepared to spend a lot. Overall it is worth the splurge for the elevated dining experience. Some pasta dishes were on the smaller side like the gnocchi I ordered and raviolis but others were very large! Especially the chicken parm. We had leftovers for days. Everything was delicious overall. I also loved the cocktails. I usually find that Italian places don't get that creative with cocktails but El Molino did a great job with cocktail options. Like the Limoncello Cocktail and Italian Margarita. I would recommend dining here.

Joann F.

Yelp
Amazing food and service. Wayne and his team took very good care of us. The Parmesan and zucchini were not just a nice touch, but also delicious. The prefix menu has great options and portions are filling. My only complaint is the cheesecake has Amaretto on it and I wasn't told ahead of time. Not a huge complaint, but I would've ordered something different. Overall - wonderful dinner and we'll be back. Thank you, Wayne.

Dena H.

Yelp
We came to Il Mulino for my birthday and had a great time. The staff here are extremely friendly and go above and beyond. I enjoyed the different pre entree dishes they handed out complimentary including the Parmesan cheese, bread, and two chefs tastings. Our meals were also very delicious! I highly recommend the cacio e Pepe and chicken parmigiana. For my birthday they brought out a tiramisu dessert and gave me a thoughtful card. They really made me feel special celebrating my birthday here. Highly recommend checking them out!

Sam C.

Yelp
The restaurant is very beautiful and very clean. We arrived and immediately seated at our table. Our waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. The veal chop was outstanding. My guests veal saltimbocca dish was average. Place is totally overpriced and not worth it.

Jane S.

Yelp
I visited Il Mulino during restaurant week. I was most impressed. This is definitely a 5 star restaurant. Service was absolutely outstanding! A great deal of attention from the multiple people serving our table. A very romantic setting--candlelight and a fresh red rose on each table. Food was outstanding! I felt like a princess. Will definitely return to Il Mulino on my next visit here!

Kanea M.

Yelp
Food- excellent quality and Portia are more than fair in terms of plate size, but are examples of "you get what you pay for" in the best way! Their service is always top notch and they do treat everyone with the upmost care. They offer 3 free small plates as your putting your drink orders in (the house bruschetta, fried zucchini and their imported cheese). They have a very good salad! It's pretty hefty and a full size family sharing dish. Their ambience is very nice, they have a clean, cozy atmosphere. The women's bathroom was clean and updated with nice decor. I would also like to add that you can see the large wedge of cheese that they serve you as a house starter. I would highly recommend this place with a family or a date night.

Brad M.

Yelp
Had reservations at 5pm which is when they open for business on Fridays. Was seated right away in a romantic corner to ourselves. Was waited on right away with water with bread & cheese. Very good touch. Drinks were first with a lemonade type cocktail & a Italian margarita. Both really good but we like the lemonade drink more. Wait staff is absolutely doing above & beyond making you feel welcomed and treated nicely. Fried zucchini & sautéed asparagus was 1st and it was a great start. Zucchini was crispy, sauce was top notch & asparagus had its snap but still cooked through. Angel Hair w/ vodka sauce with chicken parm to share was perfect. Chicken was pounded out thin and cooked crispy. Such a great experience

Mitch S.

Yelp
Overrated, if you're spending this money on Italian food?...wait until you get a reservation at cafe 2825 because this place is not worth it. The garlic bread sucks, I don't know what else to say about it, too much onion maybe? It's just not good. The assortment of bread and cheeses and zucchini is very boring, didn't waste my time trying. I got the cacio e Pepe, for over 40 dollars, it was an embarrassment. Small-medium Portion lacking seasoning, huge disappointment, the bolognese was pretty good, again very expensive but at least tasted good. The mashed potatoes with bolognese was cooked well but not seasoned, very bland. I don't mind spend top dollar for food. This place is charging top dollar for average food. I'd rate it 2 stars but that may be a bit unfair, no love or. Heart in this food. You can tell this is just people showing up to collect a paycheck, won't be back

Tracey D.

Yelp
What an amazing experience and I say experience. From sitting down with fresh shaved cheese to complimentary bruschetta and bread (Italian, focaccia or toasted focaccia) each course was better than the next. So many drink options and my husband loved the smoky bourbon. Another excellent experience was watching them smoke it tables side! My husband started off with the fried Burrata appetizer special and served with prosciutto, roasted red pepper and balsamic which was the best we ever had. The fettuccine with crab was a chef's special and was phenomenal. I ordered off of the price fix menu and enjoyed my meal. I selected calamari, chicken Marsala and chocolate flourless cake. All three courses were great. My husband ordered strawberry flambé for dessert and that, too, was made table side. Your water glass was never less than half full and service from everyone was impeccable. I look forward to going back!

Jolie S.

Yelp
Recently dined here, and the service was so seamlessly orchestrated, and exceptional! My party of 3 opted for the Prixe Fixe menu, and the appetizer standout was the perfectly tender calamari. The mains of chicken parm/Marsala, and Rigatoni, were delicious and plentiful. We requested that two of our desserts be packed to go, and we also had plenty left over from our meal. Definitely check-them out when staying at the Hard Rock!

Michael K.

Yelp
Upon my returning visit, food was amazing as per usual, but the price is just insane. It has skyrocketed majorly since my last visit. I still enjoy the setting and service, but it is just far too pricey now.

James S.

Yelp
As a person who grew up eating conventional Italian food I usually don't go to Italian restaurants. But this place is awesome . Ambiance is really nice, drinks are made by an actual bartender, and the carbonara doesn't have cream!! As soon as you sit you are surrounded by waiters slamming delicious cheese, bread ,and fried zucchini on your dish. You eat this so your kids will give you 5 min to look at the menu (demons I should say). Caprese salad delicious, baked clams were good, but the mushroom ravioli knocked my socks off my feet into the next room! Creamy and delicious. And my wife ordered veal which was spot on too. (Loser)

Julie D.

Yelp
Food for the price was just average. Nothing really wowed us unfortunately. We liked some dishes like the lemon and cheese chicken and chicken parm. The gnocchi in pesto was tasty. The cacio Pepe was so awful we sent it back, basically buttered noodles with no flavor! Desserts weren't great. For a cray expensive meal there wasn't a thing we would want to run back for.

Jionni B.

Yelp
The service is phenomenal, honestly coming here is just an overall experience different than an ordinary restaurant. My only issue is their entrees... I've been here several times and have not yet had a great entree. Also their prices have gone up significantly recently.

Ann S.

Yelp
Service is awesome. Food is excellent Restaurant's ambience is amazing. Staff was always ahead of whatever you need.

Richard C.

Yelp
Went on Tuesday July 2nd & sat at the bar for drinks & dinner. 2 male bartenders with no personality served us, no smiles just looked miserable. you would think the manager who was walking around would notice that, bit he was too busy cracking jokes with waitstaff. I am in the hospitality business & it was disappointing for two people celebrating their anniversary. Shared an appetizer and each had entrees. Food runner brings entree out with our dirty plates in front of us. My wife asks if he was going to take our dirty plates away and he says after I serve this, but can you move the plates? really!!! and you want to say this is fine dining? Food was ok, not bad but not over the top, basic Italian food. The ambiance was nice except for the creaming kids, but no fault of the restaurant

Nicole N.

Yelp
We visit AC frequently and have been to many of the Italian restaurants ...let me be happy to say we finally found a delicious restaurant at a casino. Il Mulino hit on all the checkboxes - great ambiance, great service and amazing food. I felt like we were special guests from the moment we walked in. They serve each table a complimentary array of apps such as fresh cheese, eggplant and bruschetta which was all amazing. We ordered the meatballs and ceasar as an app. Then followed by the chicken park and the pasta with sausage. The chicken was legit the size of the plate. Everything came out super hot and delicious. We ended the meal with a home made tiramisu which is plenty big for at least 3-4 people. Highly recommend!!

Hailey B.

Yelp
One of my favorite spots! They start you out with yummy complimentary snacks and aged parmesan. We got the Filet pre-fix meal

Joshua M.

Yelp
Bar none, Il Mulino is the best restaurant experience I've had in a very long time. Within moments of sitting down, we had several waiters come to our table to deliver us chunks of Parmesan cheese, fried zucchini, soppressata, bruschetta, crostini, and a variety of breads. That is how you make your customers feel welcomed. This should be standard practice at every restaurant, just phenomenal. Granted, Il Mulino is very expensive for pretty much everything, but it's worth the price. We came for their early prix fixe special, which was $54/person. The Caprese was just the perfect opening appetizer, and I love that a sever comes over and drizzles balsamic over it tableside. Light, clean, enjoyable. The Ravioli Porcini had a luscious cream sauce, so good. Also tried the Pollo alla Parmigiana, again, hit the spot. Thin, crispy, the perfect sauce, to cheese, to chicken ratio. The only thing I'll ding this place on is the desserts. I tried all three (cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, and tiramisu) of the ones on the prix fixe menu, and they just weren't that good at all. Compliments of the house we got a shot of pineapple grappa to end the evening. Delicious food, service second to none. Il Mulino is the gold standard, not just in Atlantic City, but of any place I've been to. Bravo!

Yelp
Overrated and Overpriced are the right words to describe this restaurant. Atmosphere was very nice. Service was odd. I've been to high end in Manhattan but having six Different people come to the table was bothersome and just plain odd as it looked like no one knew what the other person was doing nor did they really show that they cared -Drinks were just prepared ok nothing special. The complimentary carved out parmigiano cheese could not fill a cavity. The zucchini fritti was cold as ice. The bruschetta was average like any other restaurant. The bread tray served was ridiculous- with three types of bread sliced paper thin and cold. When Specials were stated they provided little description and zero passion and rushed away. As for apps - Caesar's salad although large was bland and un flavorful. Lentil soup looked more like tomato soup with a tiny amount of lentils and 2 strands of pasta- literally . Main course of chicken Parm although large was good but lacked sauce and flavor- no pasta was served w it. Chicken breast limone served w peas was good but nothing special for the price. Side of Mashed Potatoes $17.00-Eh. By this time I was so disappointed we decided to Not order desserts or coffee here. A shame - because I really wanted to like it here but food was so disappointing., there was nothing for me to brag about. Sorry- one and done here- A disappointing anniversary dinner.

John K.

Yelp
I wasn't expecting a lot of but was blown away by the service and the quality of the food. Can't say enough. I think this is my first five star review ever.

Walter G.

Yelp
Great place, the food is amazing as is the service. Second time visiting this establishment and it didn't disappoint. The octopus is really really good.

Emily P.

Yelp
Had one of the best meals I have ever had here! Our waiter Alex was very helpful and made great recommendations. He was very personable and friendly. They started us with some complimentary cheese, meat and fried zucchini. They also came around with a basket of bread that had quite a few options to choose from! I loved the langostino's as an appetizer! The sauce that came with it was so tasty, we got it with risotto but you can also get it with spinach. The Italian Flag Pasta dish was prepared table side and it was delicious. It was the perfect way to try a few of their homemade pastas. The mushroom ravioli were to DIE FOR! I mean they melted in your mouth and were so flavorful. The veal parm was so tender and was cooked perfectly. I seriously don't have a single bad thing to say about this place, I can't wait to come back!

Pam M.

Yelp
Ate here for the first time last week, after spending 4 days at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in AC. From the second we walked in, we were treated like royalty. Fabiano and his team were amazing. We were asked what kind of water we'd like, sparkling always seems to win over my preferred flat, but that's fine. Drinks were promptly brought, while this tremendous wedge of Grana Padano was brought to the table and we were carved a piece. We were also brought crispy zucchini & salami while we decided what to eat.once we ordered, another waiter came around with the most delicious bruschetta! We decided on meatballs with ricotta to start, they were extremely light & melted in your mouth. I had Capellini Il Mulino, mixed mushrooms, pancetta, sweet peas, vodka cream, black truffle sauce. Has to be one of the best mushroom dishes I've had. My friend had the Rigatoni Alla Bolognese, a combo of veal, beef, pork, in a rich tomato sauce. A definite favorite. We shared a lemon cake, which was served with homemade vanilla ice cream. It was light yet the lemon flavor burst open your senses & the ice cream was decadently creamy & delicious. Fabiano & his team took care of us, answered every question and were there before we needed them. There was a large party of about 16 men that came in towards the end of our meal, we were in a room off to the side. They were a rambunctious bunch, had to he tv on with the basketball playoffs, were teasing the wait staff & asking Fabiano if he was Rid Stewart & had opened up for the killers, who had played that night. He took it well. We were glad that they were seated at the end of our meal, we couldn't hear ourselves think. I'd definitely recommend Il Mulino, they have a sister restaurant in NYC!

J J.

Yelp
The complementary dishes drastically reduced in portion size since pre covid. They give you a bite size worth of bread... Chicken parm was mid, although calamari and mushroom ravioli were pretty tasty. I'd recommend once but no again, service was pretty good though

Michele W.

Yelp
Outstanding food and professional, very attentive service. A true fine dining experience!

Lori F.

Yelp
Located the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in the fine dining section. Reservation recommended. Top notch service by the staff- super knowledgeable on the specials and menu recommendations. Extensive wine list, All you would expect in a high end establishment and more. Thank goodness I wasn't paying for this dinner. To give you an idea.....specials included a zuppe di pesce -$85. My Langostini entree was $60 The Branzino ($85) is presented and deboned table-side. We were a party of six and everyone raves about their meal. A delightful experience!

Paul W.

Yelp
The food is amazing. The portions are huge. You are greeted by Nadine and Carmine who are just wonderful hosts. They really appreciate your business even though the place is always crowded. It is best to make a reservation. The atmosphere is very conducive for a good meal and a wonderful night out. Just a really great place. If you can't go to Italy, come here.

ge c.

Yelp
Excellent service and delicious food. Blanco was very accommodating and makes you feel special. Pass on the meatball appetizer

Patrice N.

Yelp
Loved this place ... amazing food ... service was prompt ... they did an amazing presentation from the appetizers , to the desserts ... loved it

John R.

Yelp
Welcome to Atlantic City. There just seems to be something about this destination in general that strives to provide something beyond the lure of gambling, yet always manages to fall short somehow. For me, Il Mulino was no exception. The place is modern, spacious, perhaps overmanned during a time in history when it is hard to get people to work. Forgive me that this is my first time seeing a 'captains gratuity' called out separately on the final bill... Anyway, quality of service was not an issue, beyond trying to count how many people were serving the table...and this was just a table for two! The chef's special items coming to the table as part of the experience, and outside the order, were nice add-ons. However, it is all about the food and the presentation and, for me, the lamb Osso Buco special was average at best. The lamb itself was cooked very well, the plate was served hotter than usual, which I thought was great. The end result was still average at best, both in taste and presentation. Before the main course, the Caesar salad was bland and perhaps even below average. The other main course at the table was a Branzino, which looked wonderful and got a good review, but $90? Where does that pricing come from? Yes, food inflation is here, but that's just ridiculous. There was another strange point about the layout of the place; a large mirror tilted over some tables. Like you would see for a cooking demonstration or something of the like. I am not sure those guests sitting under it knew that they were part of an eating and iPhone surfing demonstration.

Manfred S.

Yelp
Il Mulino was a fantastic choice of a restaurant. Front of the house service was excellent and on point. Kudos to Alex, Joe and Val for the attentive and top notch service. Kitchen produced meals of exceptional quality, taste and very generous and appealing presentation. We enjoyed the Pollo Marsala and the Salmone ala Griglia. Both were wonderful! Resaurant had a brighter and fine dining experience side and a more dimly lit bistro side for more intimate dining. Five Stars no doubt and will come to visit again when in Atlantic City.

Yelp
I'm addicted! I love Il Mulino in Atlantic City. The food is delicious and the service is perfect. The first time I had the veal chop parmigiana and my husband had the stuffed veal chop. Both were a taste sensation. I'm serious when I say the restaurant runs like a well oiled machine. From the time you enter until you leave the servers make sure you are enjoying your meal. We then went back twice for their early bird price fixed menu. Just be there and seated before 7:00pm weekdays. You are offered many selections inclusive of an appetizer, entree, and dessert. All for an unbelievable $59. We both ordered the rigatoni bolognese for the app and chicken parm for the entree, tiramisu for dessert. The chicken parm is unbelievable, the size of the entire plate and scrumptious. Their sauces are excellent. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel welcome from the time you walk in. You feel like you're seeing old friends. Nadine is wonderful. If you are staying at the Hard Rock, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Yelp
We were in the mood for good Italian food and found the perfect spot at Ill Mulino in our Hard Rock Casino hotel. We did the Price Fixed Menu to share with each other. Outstanding value! Perfect to oversized portions. Delicious taste. Service was top notch. You'd think price fixed folks would be treated as second class citizens but you'd be wrong again high roller breath. We were seated in the high energy performance section on the darker, more romantic side. Our head waiter had iconic hair reminiscent of a meld of early Rod Stewart/teased up Barry Manilow/ Big 80s Band player matched with the flair of a seasoned waiter professional who started working there the day they first opened the doors. His team had another sharp styled hair number server number two, a high and tight haircut as busser and a customer service waitress that made sure the party never stopped by keeping close tabs all night. The white glove service was in a word outstanding. Got calamari, rigatoni bolognese, chicken parmigiana, veal Milanese chocolate cake and tiramisu. Glass of Merlot (only one on menu) was delicious and reasonable.

Yelp
Il Mulino is the epitome of fine dining and, although it's pricey, I would recommend going there at least once for the experience. I loved the modern look and live music from the saxophonist. My fiancé planned my birthday dinner here and they were very helpful and attentive during the process. They asked we request appetizers for the table in advance so they would come out immediately for the table. We chose the Caesar salad, caprese salad, and calamari. Though we were seated a few minutes later than our reservation, I will not be holding it against the restaurant as it was super busy. We started with drinks at the bar- cocktails were $18/each, but worth every penny! Once everyone got their cocktails, our table was ready for us. Here comes the exciting parts! As you are greeted by your servers, fresh cut parmigiana cheese is set on the table to munch on followed by salami, bread, and bruschetta. It is a non-stop eating fest from there as our appetizers were served shortly after, as promised! Everything was mouth watering! The calamari was my favorite of the starters, but I can't deny that I loved the presentation of the caprese salad, as they drizzle the balsamic, table side. As you can imagine, you do need to constantly drink water with all these rich and delicious treats but no worries- your glass will never be close to empty, that is how impeccable the service is. There was 10 of us and we all got different items from the menu. I opted for the shrimp francaise over risotto- OMG kind of delicious! J got the chicken piccata and I'm pretty sure it was the best I've ever tasted. Breast on the bone tender and juicy and came with the most tasty charred spring peas with onions and bacon. For dessert, the group couldn't pass up a bday singalong. J requested 2 samplers for the table which came with cheesecake, tiramisu, and others Italian treats. I insisted on getting an affogato, as well which was huge! But, I got to share it with my friends. As you're greeted with the candle lit sampler a loud roar of happy birthday begins. It was a lovely celebration! And for the grand finale, we were all served complimentary Grappa, an Italian after-dinner cocktail, in honor of my birthday, which I'm OBSESSED WITH! I said it once and I'll say it again- do pay a visit to this magnificent restaurant. You will not be disappointed!

Yelp
WOW OMG WOW LISTEN. Can you hear it? That's the sound of pure joy!! I'm gonna try to be as succinct as possible. If you read the other recent 5 star reviews, It's very similar. I do, however, want to convey what was really special for us. We were greeted by Nadine at the podium. She was perfect. Our online reservation was as it should be. From the moment we were seated we were attended to....by 3-4 different people. One of my biggest peeves is to be neglected and/or forgotten in a restaurant. Not here. Service = Excellent from start to finish. Food = OMG!! I had the Frutti Di Mare Risotto (Calamari, Scallops, Shrimp, Clams) and my wife had the Chicken Parmigiana. Pounded super thin and as big as the plate. Their tomato sauce and cheese are very tasty!! I don't know what they did to the calamari but it's texture was the best ever..and the creamiest, most wonderful risotto! Complimentary after dinner drinks (vodka, simple syrup and pear). Then dessert......OMG. First of all there are 13 dessert options! We chose the Flourless Chocolate Cake and I had the Tiramisu. Both made in-house. Both were wonderful and both had the most delicious homemade whipped cream! We could've eaten a plate of just that! Geez! For 1/2 hour after we left the restaurant my wife, Melissa, was just saying 'WOW'! And they paid close attention to details. Hot dishes came out on hot plates and cold dishes came out on cold plates. A person came around and cleaned off our table cloth with a neat little brush tool after we finished our entrees. The hostess came back around to see if all was well and offered to get us more bread. Certainly she didn't need to do that but she did anyway. Not to mention all the complimentary appetizers we were offered (aged cheese cut right from the wheel, soppressata, bruschetta, fried zucchini, 4-5 bread options). So, we were really taken care of and we just love feeling that way at a dining experience. One of our best restaurant experiences ever! Absolutely recommend this amazing fine dining restaurant! Worth every penny.

Yelp
What an experience. First time going last night and everything was perfect! From the food to the service! Couldn't thank the staff more for everything. While bringing out one of the entrees it was dropped on the way to our table. Everyone including the executive chef came to apologize and the chef insisted on making us a a pasta flight for the inconvenience and that was absolutely phenomenal! Thank you to the staff for going above and beyond! I will definitely be back!!!!

Yelp
Delish is the word that comes to my mind after having dinner here on New Year's Day with our friends. The ambiance is romantic and the staff is superb. We were warmly greeted and seated by Nedine ( who had a fabulous skirt on!) The zucchini chips and Parmesan cheese along with the bread to start was divine. Our dishes were plentiful and the seasoning was just right....definately going to go back here again whenever I'm in town

Yelp
We LOVE this place!! Came here for a date with my husband & knew we'd be coming back! Next trip to AC with the kids & we knew where to take them ("kids" are 15 &20;). They loved it as much as we did. The atmosphere, the service, the drinks & most importantly- the FOOD are all fabulous!! Friendly, accommodating & delicious. Order everything, it's all so yummy. We were lucky enough to try their house made grappas. Mmmm mmmmm good! ...but be careful -it's potent! Made for a fun rest of the night! Haha
