Il Ristorante Alain Ducasse Roma

Me and my wife had a beautiful experience at Alain Ducasse, from the impeccable service to the outstanding execution of the dishes, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. We ordered the 6 course tasting menu, and each one of the dishes hit perfectly - a blend of creativity, presentation, aroma and flavor, building up from light and fresh to the meaty portion of the meal. Special call out to the pattissiere who made *incredible* bread and desserts. The special bread served with the main dish was the highlight for me, and they kindly made us a fresh one to take home with us. The service was extremely attentive and gracious, with the dishes being served and taken away in harmony, providing colorful explanations without getting too fancy with it. The level of planning and attention to detail was very apparent. We felt that it well worth the money, and would definitely come back when we visit Rome again.

Our experience here was excellent! The service was fantastic and each dish was phenomenal. Highly recommend the tasting menu for anyone looking for an impeccable culinary experience. It was unique, fresh, and the flavors were all amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly too!

Absolutely fantastic ambiance, service, and most importantly, the food was excellent! Chef Iacopo is wonderful and I highly recommend. Open kitchen, and can watch the chefs work!

Mio punto di visione, sei un albergo e ristorante che fa pure lunch con il cortile. Chiamo per venire de domenica. A fare un pranzo non se può il adesso e disponibile solo per gli ospiti del albergo. Chiedo se è possibile fare un aperitivo, ricevo la stessa risposta. Qui stiamo parlando di alain ducasse, e una vergogna per un pluripremiato chef come lui, fare un servizio o disponibilizare suo nome per una mancanza di gentilezza. Secondo me causa una ma visione del posto, dire un no ad un clienti crea una bruttissima sensazione, e inizia con un punto negativo. Ripensate questa cosa qui, perché sono sicuro che avrete dipenza degli esterni... Boca in lupo a voi.
