My Review for Bulgari Branch:
I visited the branch recently and was extremely disappointed with the behavior of two customer service employees. The employee Hadi, along with a female staff member (I don’t know her name, she wears glasses and speaks with a North African accent), showed a clear lack of respect, an unprofessional tone, and an attitude that is unacceptable, especially from a luxury brand like Bulgari.
Their manner of speaking was rude and disrespectful, and it created a very uncomfortable experience. I truly expect better treatment from such a high-end.
I strongly hope that management will take this feedback seriously, improve staff training, and ensure customers are treated with professionalism and courtesy.
