Some time ago I went to four cuts steakhouse, which is next to this Tuscan eatery. Since then I was already interested in going here once, but didn’t had the motivation to do so. I finally went to visit the place for a lunch, which wasn’t disappointing.
Initially I was supposed to have one course, and call it a meal. Yet once the menu was displayed in front of me this idea quickly vanished. I ended up ordering a 3-course lunch over a span of almost 2 hours. I started out with the bruschetta, following up by a Nova Scotia sandwich and to finish it of I had the crème Brule. The staff was quick in response, and there was never a moment where you had to wait for either your food or your drinks. The Nova Scotia was for my taste a bit too much covered with cream cheese, which kind of swept away the taste of the salmon, but furthermore the food lived up to all the expectations.
Luckily the bruschetta and the crème Brule made up for the sandwich, which were one of the best I’ve had so far. For the price they’ve set for their food and service Il Valentino is definitely something that I would recommend.
