ILEC Conference Centre, London

It’s a perfect venue for a large conference. I attended a 3-day all-day event. They had water tanks that we could help ourselves to in the room. There is a little Kiosk where they sell hot drinks, cold drinks and snacks, but i’d recommend to go to the one in the hotel lobby. They have a proper coffee machine. This conference room is located on the ground floor of the Ibis hotel. There are a few coffee shops and take away places nearby within walking distance. As the weather was so nice, I walked to the BBC Earth. There were lots of mobile pop up shops and benches that in could sit down and chill out.

Had a wonderful 3 days at the ILEC Conference Centre exhibiting my rum at the UK Rumfest. Fantastic security and a great venue. I highly recommend it.

I’m giving 1 star solely for the location. I overheard a staff member speaking very disrespectfully to a student and mocking them, with another staff member laughing along at the comment made. It was very disappointing to witness. Is this the standard of behaviour expected here?

Great venue for events. The conference centre is located close to tube and overground stations within a 10min walk. There's coat and luggage counter which takes care of your belongings and they also provide catering as an add on service. Highly recommended for events with a large attendance.

Was an excellent venue for an event. A good main hall for talks, networking area for coffees and lunch and breakout areas. The speakers struggled with mics that intermittently worked.

Last week, we organized an event (ASBESTONOMIE) at the ILEC conference center. We are a French team and we are very grateful to have been hosted by Patrick and David. They helped us a lot. A big thank you also to Andrianna, for her responsiveness, she helped us a lot before the event to make sure everything went smoothly. We recommend this place for sure!

For a conference room which can fit circa 200 people, the only toilet available and allowed to use has 8 stalls and 3 sinks, with soap nearly inexistent. Imagine the queues to the loo 🫣. Also, the conference room is located on the ground floor of a pretty big hotel. One will expect to have parking - is a big hotel, for Pete's sake. Well, it has underground parking, but it costs! £21 for up to 9 hours of parking, as not being a guess in the hotel and only being there to attend the meeting in their conference room! That's NOT cheap! If you think that's fair, well, I don't! The chairs were positioned so close to each other, that every move made, will bumb into the person sitting next to you. This arrangement made us feel quite uncomfortable and difficult to sit and enjoy the conference. These are my reasons for giving it 3 stars out of 5.
