Very cute place. Food was good. Loved the beet salad. Wish I knew what more of the dishes were when ordering, had a hard time ordering some of sides cause I wasn’t sure exactly what they were. Only taking a star off cause I wasn’t WOWED by the food (especially for the price)

Food is solid. Don’t come during lunch time on the weekdays. They move so quickly during the 12-1 time period that they don’t listen to what you want, confuse orders, and don’t adjust. I’m in the parking lot currently with what I didn’t order and when I told the lady at the counter it got switched and she said they were the same. Even the guy behind me just shrugged it off cause they were moving too fast to even try and get it right. I was so annoyed I went to my car to eat instead of eating outside the restaurant as I planned.

Ilios Crafted Greek truly stands above any other Greek restaurant I’ve been to. The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, and the quality really shows in every bite. The chicken, in particular, is incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. The overall experience was excellent, from the friendly service to the clean, modern atmosphere. It’s the kind of place you look forward to returning to.

It's a decent place. This was my first visit. I placed on online order for pickup. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki plate. The chicken has good flavor. A couple of pieces had a bit of pink which I didn't care for. I choose the Greek style fries, which are good and herbed rice pilaf, which was ok. Portion is small. Atmosphere ok. I'd order again someday.

My husband and I dined at Ilios at South End and were very pleased with the food and service. Upon entering we were informed of the variety of options on the menu to choose from. I chose the Greek chicken pita with greek fries which was highly recommended. My husband had the Greek chicken plate with rice and beets. Service was swift and food was served hot and delicious. Special thanks to John and Teresa who gave us the best recommendations. We highly recommend Ilios and will return very soon.

We ordered catering from here, lamb and chicken a la carte for a birthday party and everyone loved the food! Ilios just got a bunch of new customers because people were talking about the food for weeks, and we ate leftovers for days and I had no complaints! Best Greek food in charlotte, hands down.

Let me say that it is an absolute CRIME that this place is not packed wall to wall full of customers at open. This is one of the best restaurants I have eaten at in years! The staff was so friendly and kind. The manager Sabrina was willing to let us try and food we wanted and offered great suggestions. The food is exceptionally fresh and absolutely full of flavor. The meats are roasted over a charcoal grill and sauces are clearly made in house. The spanakopita is also made by hand and came fresh out of the over when I arrived. Absolutely everything about this was a treat! Do yourself a favor and go!

Cameron is truly one of the most kind, genuine, and hospitable humans we’ve met in a long time. From the moment we walked into Ilios, he welcomed us so warmly and gave us a thoughtful lay of the land that immediately made us feel at ease. Throughout our entire meal, we watched him move through the restaurant — checking in on tables, anticipating needs, and taking extra steps to care for people in a way that felt completely natural and unforced. When he came by our table, we ended up having a lovely conversation and told him how exceptional his customer service was. His response? “I just love people and serving them.” And he truly meant it. That level of authenticity is something you don’t come across often. At the end of our meal, he surprised us with a complimentary dessert, which was such a thoughtful and generous touch. Having worked and trained in hospitality management myself, I know how rare this kind of presence and heart is in the industry today. We left feeling deeply grateful to have met him — reminded that hospitality, at its best, is about humanity, generosity, and care. Cameron is truly special, and Ilios is better because of him!

Wow! Delicious flavors. The chicken souvla is so well seasoned. Delicious every bite. The small Greek salad is very fresh. A little mushy tomatoes but works. The side of rice pilaf was great too. Love the pita bread. Very soft and great with tzatziki sauce. Flavors all around feel healthy. hearty portions. Net the owner. He came over and was extremely friendly. He made sure to check in on us and start a conversation. Love when you can see that an owner invests and cares about the business.

Ordered via DoorDash which is normally scary but Ilios was great! I got the chicken soulvaki with a side of herb rice and lentil salad. I also got a side of grape leaves. Everything was well seasoned and so good! Highly recommend!

Good food! Good service! The baklava was delicious! I got the half chicken meal. The fry's were great, but I think the hummus could have been a little better. Overall, delicious!

One of my go to spots in South end with really good food at an affordable price when I need a quick bite! The staff are super friendly and give you good portion sizes. This place is super casual and more for people who want a really tasty but lowkey meal! Need to find street parking but it's super walkable if you live in south end. Tons of seating inside or out and they have clean bathrooms as well :)

Ilios Crafted Greek - located in the SouthEnd area of Charlotte - was an undiscovered gem for me! But no longer! The food is super fresh and made daily! The menu has a good amount of options like full Greek plates with variety of proteins, pita sandwiches, salads and sides. I LOVE lamb, so I ordered the Greek Plate with lamb and a sides of Greek salad and Greek fries. They were so flavorful and good! The staff is also amazing! If it's your first time visiting the restaurant, they give you an overview of the menus - what your options are, the freshness of the foods, specials, etc! Super friendly and helpful! Inside feels like you've stepped into a small, intimate Greek city! Ilios is great place for lunch or dinner, if you're looking for great, fresh, Greek cuisine! Won't be disappointed! Very big fan! Ilios always has very high quality food with fresh ingredients and lots of herbs. Plus, they give you a generous serving of protein and have a rotating seasonal vegetable (Brussels are amazing). Also helps that the customer service is top notch - very welcoming environment! 10/10 recommend!

This review is for the Ft. Mill location. I cannot figure out how to erase this review. Met a friend for lunch and had high hopes for this restaurant. I kept hearing the Stone Crest location was very good but this Ft. Mill location is closer to me. They were busy and I think the staff feels overwhelmed. Perhaps this may be why my pork was very dry ? The staff did not have time to answer questions since this was our first time there. They were busy cutting pita bread or working on the food assembly line. At the end, I asked for a fountain soda. I was looking forward to being able to refill my drink if needed. However, after paying for my meal and attempting to get my drink, I realized the soda was out. I informed the girl at the cash register, but she seemed frustrated. She came over, verified the soda was out, and then asked if I would take a bottled soda instead. I went ahead and did so, since it seemed too much trouble for her to refill the machine. The sides and sauce were good, but like I stated, my meat was very dry. Someone did come by our table later to ask if everything was ok. I guess it was because we ate it but I wouldn't likely return. To me, this is a fast-food Greek place. Sorry, but I've had better at Show Mars.

The food is amazing, I got the rotisserie chicken with the bean soup and fries, my husband orders the ilios salad with falafel balls OMG OUR NEW FAVE SPOT!!!! Hubby loves it so much took a pic of what was left lol

Came here on a weekday with my best friend for dinner. She'd been here before, but this was my first time. The parking is a bit tricky but was ample when we came. Walking in, you feel like you've been transported to Greece. The large olive tree makes for a unique interior. The smells of Greek spices flood the air. Few people were present, which made for a seamless service experience. I ordered the rotisserie chicken, beet salad, fries, spinach, and feta pie. Everything we had hot was fresh; the rotisserie chicken was fresh off the grill, and the spinach pie was fresh out of the oven. The portion sizes were generous and of great value. Instead of fast food, opt for this local fresh food option.

I come in this location all the time and while I like the food this latest experience was not the best. As a regular customer I would not expect to be charged $1 for one extra Greek dressing. That one seems very outrageous for a single shot cup worth of dressing. Then my portion of food was not what it typically it is. As much as I like this place I guess I should choose to come here my usual time during the day as it's a different experience.

Obsessed with everything from the vibe, to the food, to the helpful staff! Although it's a made-to-order walk through line, there is no rush from staff members. On my first visit I was contemplating between which platter to get, and the man behind the counter picked my brain to figure out which one I'd like more. I settled on the Pork platter with Greek Salad & French fries. You cannot skip out on the fries- they're season to perfection. Last but certainly not least, this might be Charlotte's BEST pita bread.... Fluffy, doughy, crispy, DELICIOUS! Pro tip- Double up on the pita if you're carrying out, and use it for DIY meals throughout the week

For a quick eats place, I thought this was awesome and wish we had it in ATL! Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because my boyfriend said the lamb was boring unfortunately. I ordered the half chicken and it was super tasty. Fries and side of chickpeas also very good. My boyfriend got the beets side as well, which was good and I'm not even a beets person usually. This place is worth a try for lunch or dinner if you're wanting someone easy and convenient but not crap quality. Go for the chicken and not the lamb though!

Quick and to the point. The food here is awesome, perfect for an afternoon date. Lots of seating inside and outside. Dont order for pickup or to go. The food is better served fresh in-house. Bathrooms on site. Good luck finding parking. There's a garage across the street if you dont mind a short walk. But i highly recommend eating here without modifications. Its good as is.

Ok so yes I went back today... I got the chicken plate and yes I got the brussel sprouts and beet salad... I was not disappointed in my selections at all. Both the side were delicious and I didn't even miss the fries. I was in and out as always and the service is A+. I can't recommend Ilios enough

MY FAV GREEK SPOT IN CLT!! I found Ilios back when I moved to the area and was greeted by a friendly staff member who walked me through the menu and ordering process! I was taken aback by the friendly welcome and immediately became a fan of their establishment! The place is small but the decor fills up the room to appear as though you are teleported into Greece! This visit I grabbed the falafel pita sandwich with the Greek style fries. I love the tzatziki dressing here as well as all the fresh veggies wrapped up in the pita! Although I'm not a huge French fry person, these crunchy Greek style fries are perfectly seasoned and are addicting!! Parking is tough here since it's right in South End but there are some parallel spots as well as nearby garages. A must-try spot for all my fellow Greek food lovers!!

Yum. Just yum the vegetable options that is. Can't do pork nor can anything with pork touch my food so options are limited, but what I had was good. Thr grill seems to be used for all animal products except the gyro. The French fries are good. You can see the set up in case there are food allergies you have. Place super busy for lunch and the team there is very efficient.

My wife and I are from out of state and were looking for greek food wheb Ilios Crafted Greek came up on Yelp. The food here is amazing! I had the falafel pita sandwich with a side of greek style fries. My wife had the falafel plate with herbed rice pilaf and chickpea hummus spread. Our plates were clean by the end of the meal. The team was extremely kind and provided fast service. The owner even checked in on us to ensure we were satisified with our meal. The only downside is the street parking is limited near the restaurant so we had to take a couple laps before finding a spot. We will definitely be back when we are in town again!

The food, The Food, THE FOOOOD!! So good. My bestie and I got this for takeout one night. It was sooooo good. Grape leaves were lovely, Greek salad was big, fresh with lots of feta. We got chicken, rice, and a bunch of other stuff. I absolutely recommend this place, we loved it!

I loved everything about my visited today Ilios. We had the menu explained to us by the manager - I guess he could tell it was our first time as we stood in front of the menus looking lost. Service was wonderful and I appreciated the honesty of those working the service line - they were like "you can get chicken anytime, get the spinach and feta pie." Say less. And they still gave me a sample of the chicken just to make sure I knew what they meant. And the chicken is good. Everything was good. Finding parking in South End is always tricky but there are a few visitor parking spots behind the restaurant which was my saving grace. Oh, the only frustration is having to grab your own silverware and having to feel around in the packets to make sure you're grabbing the exact one you need. Enjoy!

Love the fresh fast and healthy greek food. Sitting outside in stonecrest on a lovely day was fantastic. Although my cashier was friendly and helpful, the lady serving the food was sweet but we were having a hard time communicating with each other. I am gluten free and loved the options, but can't find nutritional information on dishes.

One of my favorite lunch restaurants in CLT. Great authentic Greek food, attentive and friendly staff, and super clean everywhere! My wife had a lamb gyro and I had the 1/2 rotisserie chicken for lunch today. The Greek fries and red pepper hummus were fantastic sides to entrees that really rocked. They are expanding to some new locations around town, and they are worth a try if you have not been here before.

This review is for the Stonecrest restaurant. I would actually my collect experience at this location about a 4.5. I had my first less than satisfying experience today for a carry-out order. I normally order a plate which comes with 2 sides, a half of a pita cut in wedges, and a choice of a "sauce". I usually order either the spinach pie or the Chicken Souvlaki as my main, and grape leaves and the chicken lemon soup as my sides. For my "sauce" I get the tzaziki. I highly recommend all these options. Today, I decided to skip the soup (it's beastly hot out today) and chose to get Tzaziki as my second side. I got a HUGE scoop of Tzaziki, but I still only got a half of a pita bread. WTH??? I asked the server if that was all the pita bread I got and he either didn't hear me or ignored me. When I got home I called and asked to speak to the manager and explained what had happened. The manager confirmed that was policy. He explained that If I had ordered the Tzaziki as a seperate Meze appetizer it would have come with a full pita but as a side to a platter I got the measly half pita. Between the "side" and the "sauce" portion, I have a full cup of Tzaziki! (They also offer Hummus and Red Pepper Hummus Spread as sides, so I would expect simila policy from them) The manager was polite, but did not get my point about getting 3-times the amount of Tzaziki but no extra pita bread. He just kept repeating that was "company policy". He could hear the increasing frustration in my voice, so he offered to refund the price of my lunch so that I could "fully enjoy my lunch the next time I visited". So we left it at that. But it inspired me to post this review so buyers could beware and avaoid disappointment! I will definitely be back again soon because the food is JUST THAT GOOD! But I will NOT be ordering any of their spreads as one of my side items. Maybe I'll just get two sides orders of grape leaves if I decide not to get the soup!

Their door was open at 9:15pm on 11/10/24, I walked in, their food was out, and they said they were closed. Cmon guys. All you had to do was pour it on a plate. Do better!

I love going here for lunch. The chicken combination platter is a lot of food. I normally eat half for lunch and save the other half for the next day. I consistently get the beets and Greek chicken soup as my two sides. Frank, the owner is there a lot and remembers people so it makes you feel like it's a small neighborhood place. (Even though it's part of a restaurant group.)

YUM YUM YUM!!! Ilios is always a great lunch, dinner, or date option. They have great portions and all the meats are good. The salads and pitas are yummy, but I always recommend the plate to people their first time!!

Cute authentic Greek restaurant in South End. We came early on a Sunday afternoon and there was plenty of street parking! The place is small with nice decor. The staff was very friendly and welcoming! I ordered the chicken souvlaki sandwich and it was really good! The chicken was so juicy and flavorful. They put a lot of chicken in the pita! I could barely finish it. The fries were good too. My sister got the pork souvlaki sandwich and it was also really flavorful and tasty! The pork was crispy on the outside and had a nice chargrilled flavor. My other sisters got the falafel plate, and they really enjoyed it. I like that the plates come with 2 sides, pitas and a sauce. Overall, the food here was really great! I can't wait to come back and try other dishes and desserts!

I was really excited to try this place. I stumbled upon it while walking around Baxter Village - having never been I had a few questions about the menu. My family is vegetarian and I wanted to insure I could order things to our needs. It was really disappointing being met with an unwarranted attitude from the girl working. I asked her a question about the menu and rather than her being helpful and answering it, she directed me away, and proceeded to talk rudely about our interaction with her counterpart. It's not difficult to be nice.. not a great first impression. I left without finishing my order.

Found this spot after trying to find a quick lunch to pickup. The convenience of ordering pickup was wonderful. We ordered two Lamb Gyro Plates with Herbed Rice, Fries, and Aegean Slaw. Everything was good but the standout was the rice. The meat was really tender and full of flavor. However, it was on the greasy side causing upset stomachs for both of my dad and I. Worth coming back to try another entree item.

Absolutely amazing food. I came here for my birthday with my parents and I just wanted a gyro. I got it and it was absolutely incredible. Everything I tried was so full of flavor and the employees and service was so nice and caring. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. It was so much food for so little aswell! I will definitely be coming back

I have been going to the Ilios South End location since they first opened and overall, I am always satisfied with the food and service that I receive from Ilios. Every time I come to Ilios, it brings a feeling of nostalgia from my childhood of growing up in New York and going to the Greek restaurants and enjoying lunch and dinner. I have always been impressed with the food and the service. If you are originally from NY (especially Astoria)/NJ/CT/PA and want a legit Greek experience, then Ilios is your spot!

Overall good food and quick service. The falafel and seasonal vegetable (cauliflower) were the best parts of my meal, so don't be hesitant if a vegetarian. Only reason for a 4 rating was it felt like the place could've been a little cleaner and their fountain soda machine seemed to be spraying all over your hands when dispensing. Pricing on food wasn't cheap but not much is now... Would go back

Absolutely love this fast casual Greek restaurant. I frequent the location in South End but it looks like they've opened a 2nd location as well. The food is always fresh and delicious and it's super quick to get your order prepared. The plates are a big portion and come with 2 sides, I can usually split one as a meal or have leftovers from it. The pita sandwiches are also so delicious and a great portion size for lunch. There's usually a seasonal salad and seasonal side featured, but you really can't go wrong with any of the sides. Some favorites are the lentil salad, the Greek fries, and the rice. I absolutely love their summer salad that has halloumi and beets on it. And their Greek soup is incredible. Everyone working there is always so friendly and pleasant, highly recommend ilios!

Get everything you want and more I left a happy person and the food was top tier! Service was fast and the area was very well decorated.

I use to love this place until today. Ordered Togo in the store. Got the lamb plate. As he's putting the lamb in my box, he's putting all of the greasy old bit from the bottom on the pot into my plate and there's a large pile of fresh in tack pieces on top. After all the tiny pieces were in he put one good piece on top. Will reconsider going back here if this is the quality I should expect to reciec

Out of 6 listed menu items on an online menu. portions were pitifully small. don't sit in back as there is a chance you are hotter than your entree.

Not only is the food incredible but the service is fantastic, you really feel taken care of. such delicious, authentic Greek food: definitely recommend! also for pick up, make sure you order online for best deals :)
