⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An unforgettable date night at Ilios Cabo San Lucas We were absolutely blown away by our experience at Ilios in Cabo. From the moment we walked in, the attention to detail was beyond anything we’ve experienced in Cabo before. The entryway, with its dramatic tree feature and candle-lined walls, sets the tone immediately. The view, the house music, the ambiance… everything felt intentionally curated. Our main waitress, Ixmana, was truly exceptional. She was warm, kind, attentive, and made the entire evening feel special. In addition to her, there were multiple staff members caring for our table throughout the night, creating a seamless, elevated dining experience. Right away, we were served chilled water with a beautiful garnish and an amazing bread basket. We also loved the personalized cocktail cart with a mixologist. The staff even presents the fresh seafood on a platter to show you what’s available as a mini “show,” which was such a cool touch. Food highlights: • Lobster ceviche – fresh, bright, and beautifully plated • Lobster roll – one of our favorites of the night; the wasabi garnish design was such a special detail • Octopus entrée – perfectly cooked and full of flavor • Dessert – the perfect sweet ending The service choreography at Ilios is unmatched: they clear and reset the table between courses, replace dinnerware, wipe any surfaces, and were incredibly thoughtful with chairs and napkins. It feels like dining in a luxury performance. Ilios is more than just dinner, it’s an experience. Perfect for a date night, and truly one of the most memorable meals we’ve had in Cabo. Highly, highly recommend!

Service by Mr. Moises was exceptional, very attentive, cleared plates the second they were done with, was super fast while grabbing menus twice after the initial order. Atmosphere was great, there were a few shows as we were eating. Music was very loud and was always playing to the point where it was hard to hear the servers and each other but otherwise was enjoyable, the small greek play was much enjoyed. Food was very interesting, greek based with a splash of Italian. Very fresh and light start with a hearty fulfilling main and an acceptable dessert. There were bites of beef that were super dry (dish not pictured, was some kind of risotto with beef cheek) but other than that the food was quite good.

Attentive, professional, charismatic, and with perfect timing — always there when needed without ever being intrusive. You can genuinely tell when someone loves what they do, and they made us feel welcome and well taken care of from start to finish. Wow! Our concierge recommended Ilios for a great place to celebrate our 20th anniversary. We had no idea just how perfect it was. From the moment we walked in, we knew this was something special. The atmosphere, decor, and view alone are worth the visit. The host took a note about my gluten allergy, which several restaurants have done in Cabo, but then did nothing with that info. We sat on the patio watching the sun set over the arch. Soon, our fabulous waiter, Juan, introduced himself, immediately acknowledged my allergy, and continued recommending dishes that I could enjoy, all of which I tried and loved! Highlights are the Greek salad, crab cake, musaka, and flourless chocolate cake. Every member of the staff was pleasant and helpful and just seemed like they loved being there. The manager visited our table twice to see how our experience was, and we happily detailed our delight. We were just a party of two but they were serving numerous groups and had two large reservations later that evening (41 and 56 people!). The place was just starting to pulse for the night as we left, and what a vibe! We’ll be back soon to check out the music and shows! It was a perfect celebration. ❤️

Celebrated Christmas dinner at Ilios and it did not disappoint! The branzino took the top place of everything we ate. All the apps and entrees were absolutely delicious. The DJ keeps the vibes going and the shows are a nice touch to this dinner atmosphere. Alberto was amazing!

A special shoutout to Alberto and Anton—they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our night unforgettable. The vibes at Ilios are next-level. The energy, the music, the atmosphere—it all comes together to create a unique and memorable dining experience. And the show they put on was such a fun surprise! It really added to the overall experience and made the evening feel like a celebration. The food was delicious, the drinks were spot on, and the service was top-tier. We’ll definitely be returning the next time we’re in Cabo! Highly recommend!

This restaurant truly was one of the most magical experiences I’ve ever experienced, not only is the food and drink fresh, perfect and delicious, the tree and design transports us and transcends us into a completely night escape! The serve was the best service at any restaurant in Cabo. 11/10 recommend to come to this restaurant. We were served by Maggy + Al Rino, who were so incredible.
