I went a few times there, the crew is awesome and the waiters as very friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and it is evident that the chef invites the crew to be creative. There are great options for drinks, simple or complex, but I missed more options of sake. We had the 15 course experience menu three different times, and the first two were amazing. The third one was rather disappointing because they removed the bluefin tuna in favor of local tuna (saying that it was the same, but I disagree) and also the wagyu sushi was surprisingly bad (hard meat difficulty to swallow). On the other hand, the octopus "sonho" was amazing as always. The bancha cheesecake could be more complex but it was great to see the desert included in the menu. If you are looking for traditional Japanese food, with creative mix of flavors, this is the place.
