This company is not reliable at all.
I submitted my claim on December 5, 2025, and it is now almost March with no resolution. Nearly three months have passed, and I still do not have a clear answer regarding my claim.
Every time I reach out, I receive the same generic response: “Your claim is being reviewed” or “We are experiencing a high volume of claims.” While I understand that companies can be busy, repeating the same explanation for months without any meaningful update is unacceptable. It feels like a scripted response rather than genuine assistance.
What is most frustrating is the complete lack of transparency. There is no clear timeline, no detailed update, and no indication of when this matter will be resolved. As a paying customer, being left in uncertainty for months is incredibly disappointing.
Insurance should provide peace of mind during stressful situations. Instead, this experience has added more stress and frustration. When you pay for coverage, you expect your claim to be handled professionally and within a reasonable timeframe.
At this point, I feel ignored and let down. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.
