I've never had a Haitian patty before but this was absolutely amazing, each one had a perfectly flaky crust and a generous amount of filling. I'd recommend this place to anyone

I passed this place while in the area and was super intrigued to try a Haitian bakery. I stopped in and ordered a few patties (fish and herring), and was very pleasantly surprised at the non-inflated prices. The patties themselves were SO good and filled me up a lot more than I expected. I will be back and highly recommend!!

Too good to go app order. Haitian baked goods, with cod/fish meat inside pastry, they have other patties, thought it's going to be traditional baked goods.

I used to come here with my family after church and we would get a whole box of patties they used to taste SO GOOD! After today I’m never coming back here again I was so entirely and utterly dissatisfied and disappointed at the lack of effort put into these patties! The chicken was way too vinegary could hardly taste the seasoning and they barely put any chicken in there! I’m so upset because I wanted to show more of my culture food to my bf and even he was disappointed! Will not be buying from here again! Y’all Need to do better! Stopped in and got a herring patty and a chicken patty. It was hot and flaky. Definitely will come back here! Not everywhere makes good patties, but they definitely make them right. The lady taking my order was pleasant.

They're small but extremely filling, felt more than full after one, only $1.25 each, four for $5!!! Madness. Don't forget akasan, I think it's like a corn flour porridge with milkshake consistency if you want to treat yourself!

Buttery hot fresh pastry, fast, affordable price, what more can you ask for? I also enjoyed their bottled corn meal drink, it sort of tastes like cake batter and is really good balance of sweet and salty. This place is fantastic, definitely recommend checking it out. Very small though, no seating room.

This is probably my favorite place to grab some Haitian patties. This is kinda like a mom and pop store in little Haiti in Flatbush, and the patties are delicious! I normally go and get a dozen and freeze them until I'm ready to eat them. They freeze and reheat well. I normally get all flavors, chicken, fish and beef. All so good! Definitely give them a try if you're ever in the area.

Quick, Cheap & Flaky: A Great Patty Pit Stop in Brooklyn During a casual Saturday date night, my husband and I made a pit stop in Brooklyn to check out this little takeout-only patty spot before heading to our main dinner reservation. When we walked in, I'll admit--the cashier's demeanor wasn't super warm, but honestly, for a takeout place, I wasn't too bothered. We were just there for a quick bite and got: - 4 patties total: 3 beef, 1 chicken - $1.50 each -- yes, in New York City, that's kind of miraculous Food: 4/5 The patties came out fast, the crust was flaky, and there was a generous amount of filling inside. They're not gourmet or comparable to more premium places like Martha's Bakery or Empanada Mama, but I don't think it's fair to hold them to that standard either. For the price point, they absolutely delivered. Final Thoughts Would I go back? Yes, especially if I'm in the area and looking for something quick, warm, and filling. That said, if you're looking for something more satiating or substantial, maybe head to a knish spot on the Lower East Side instead. This was more of a light snack than a full meal--but one that totally hit the spot.

Got 1 dz patties, and I see there's actually 13. Not sure if that was because the gal miscounted or she gave a bakers dozen. Either way, no complaints. Well, not on that at least. I truly don't understand why some of my people have a hard time smiling, making eye contact, being kind, and speaking in an audible manner when doing customer service. The gals demeanor, was off putting and uninviting. Thankfully I won't have to encounter it again since I live out of town, and since I like LA Baguette better. I prefer when the pastry has layers you can just pull apart (vs all mushed together). That said, I tried someplace different, and now I know better.

Flakiest most delicious patties! Very highly recommend. I'm Jamaican and these Hatian patties rival the best Jamaican patties.

If you want authentic, affordable Haitian patties then look no further. They are consistently good & made fresh daily. They usually have beef, chicken, and a fish option. They also have fresh baked bread and other Haitian goodies. Take out only. Definitely worth the trip!

I love a good bakery! The breads are always soft and pâte are ways perfectly seasoned. I didn't have patties this time around. The service was quick and to the point. This is an order to go food stop with lots to choose from; Akasan, Beef Patties, Bonbon Lanmidon, Cod Patties, Pistache, Tablet Pistach and much more! Definitely head over and check out the ambiance!

This place is amazing! I was at the FedEx and could literally smell it all the way down the road. The bakery was what was the most delicious smelling. I followed my nose and decided to pick up the pistache, and the soft white biscuits as well as the big flat palmier. Would love to know the real names if someone could tell me! The older man behind the counter mostly speaks Haitian but we got along with my rusty French. The space is small and it's definitely a grab and go but it's never quiet or empty. All the food that I got was simply delicious to the extent that I will come back to try out all their other baked goods as well as their pate. The pistache was heavy and had a kind of molasses on it with what tasted to me of rum. The biscuits were incredible! They had a sweet and spicy combo with a hint of cinnamon to them and they are soft but have a home made cotton candy texture to them The big flat thing is like a palmier but less flakey. Slightly sweet and would do well with tea and honey / jam on it And everything is a dollar each! That's value that can't be beat. I'll be back!

Great patties and akasan (cornmeal drink). The chicken flavored party seasoning wasn't the best though, but the fish flavored ones were good. Would go back.

The neighborhood of Little Caribbean is rife with myriad places to get a delicious Haitian patty, but perhaps none as fresh as the ones from Immaculee. There's a reason there are always lines at this tiny storefront, which was recently updated to feature bright, bold, colorful lettering etched across their windows. You can order at their little takeout window and within minutes you'll have a piping hot, fresh patty in your hands. The pastry is wonderfully flaky and the fillings are always deeply flavorful. I always marvel at how each only sets you back $1.25, and four for $5-- the sort of prices you only find at an outer borough. The cod patty is my favorite, but know that any flavor is a winner.

Fresh, tasty pastries for only $1.50 each; can't get a much better deal than that. I believe it's cash only. Tried the beef and cod patties and the cod was my favorite, although both were good. They do skimp on the fillings tho, like the pastry to filling ratio is definitely off, which is the only reason I docked a star. Otherwise patties are delicious and filling, 1-2 is definitely enough to fill you up. Keeps well too, toss it in the oven for a few min at 400 degrees and you can't even tell it's been reheated. Will be back to try their other patties.

I've never had Haitian patties before so I have nothing to compare it to, but I had an underwhelming experience with these! I got beef patties. Flaky crust but definitely a small amount of filling, spread thin on the inside. It's only $1.50 though so I guess you get the amount you pay for lol. The filling tasted super dried out to me. I give 3 stars instead of 2 as benefit of the doubt, it could be that there's nothing wrong with this store and I'm just not a fan of Haitian patties as a whole

The Woman behind the counter is so nasty. She has a hateful look plastered on her face 24/7. She'll have you wondering if she poisoned the patties. I won't be back even though I crave those damn patties. And judging by all the other one star reviews mentioning how rude this lady is, she already has the bakery making way less than they would if she actually had any people skills! One of the rich dense Haitian patties that are out there! My go to is always the beef and chicken patty which is a must!!! Especially if you need something quick and on the go during lunch time!

I liked the fish Patty the best. The beef was a bit flakey than I expected. The atmosphere was not very welcoming but the lady at the register seemed like she was having a bad day.

The patties are good but the cashier was extremely rude. Customer service was lacking.

Wow wow wow never met a more nastier lady in my life. I swear I understand Caribbeans are just stern and mean in restaurants but that shit is so tiring. Like it's okay to be respectful, you just ask one thing and just because you are nice they take it for weakness. I don't know if it's embedded in there culture to just be that way. But I'm tired of it, She damn near ignored me after asking her the same question twice because she wouldn't reply. Food good. Go there often, after work to get food to go. Never ate and sat in restaurant, it's not the type of place to sit and eat if you're looking for ambiance. Good traditional Haitian food

The go to Haitian "pate" spot. Just the aroma of bread and patties baking when you pass by is enough to make you want to go in. Their patties have a special flaky and buttery crust. Poul (chicken) and the beef options are well seasoned, beef with chopped onions. Not oily. You can never go wrong with the fish. Yes the proportion of dough to meat is not totally ideal (we would all want more meat in our patties) but I feel they are ahead of many other places. I was happy to see this mom and pop shop still thriving. Line out the door this past Christmas Eve. 30-45mn wait. People of all ages but mostly us Haitians supporting each other. Long time customers coming through, recapping with each other, tipping the workers on the way out. Speaks to the consistency of this place. And they don't just sell patties. Anything pertinent to Haitian cooking is sold here, from condiments, groceries to baked goods (bonbon lanmidon, langue palmier are my favs) and special drinks you don't get everywhere (AK100, cola champagne). Full meals are made here as well (stewed dishes, rice and peas). Just expect to take them to go. In this heavily gentrified neighborhood, it's heartwarming to see an authentic and traditional establishment still standing.

Just updated my review. Good product, but depends who's working. I suggest going in Sundays for the freshest patties. I had a great experience the last time I went. However, a month prior to that I was given a box of burnt dry patties that were inedible. I suggest trying one before you buy a bunch. Also a good spot to pick up soup joumou for New Year's Day.

Best Beef Patty I ever had in life so much better than Jamaica beef patty. Crust is flaky but melts in mouth. Filling is just right. No complaints

This place is bomb and Ive never been my parents keep getting me patties here cakes and I fell for them immediately. However, my beef request continues to be sold out, and my parents just get the herring or cod fish and they're still good but my favorite like beef and chicken continues to get soldout oh my God I don't know when I'm going to be able to step foot in this place myself but everything they make seems to be the most amazing thing I've ever had

This review is for fan #87 80 cents for a beef patty. Not only cheap but ridiculously good. I also had a swordfish patty. I'm not sure which one I liked more. The swordfish oil mixed in with the flakes of dough sent me wild. This is a long way from the yellow Jamaican beef patties on every corner of the nether regions of Brooklyn. This is so different. For once, it's a baked good. A wonderful creation created from a bakery. Buttery and creamy, layers and layers of flaky crust infusing with the curried insides and your fingers. This is crust in the highest sense. Only this isn't a bakery. It looks like they mostly sell raw materials for cooking. And what the heck is AK-100? and the heck Phoscao? These drinks are intriguing. Everything a Haitian patty should be. It's flaky, warm,and the meat oozes out with each bite. The beef even contains onions, something I've never before seen in my patty. And it's only a buck.

Food is amazing. They catered an event for us. The Patties are the best!! The soup was A1! The buffet they catered was delicious and the service was top tier. The owner and staff was very attentive a pleasure to handle business with. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Omg talk about amazing patties!!! Every time I'm driving down Nostrand Avenue I find myself searching the block to see if I can find a miracle parking spot to jump out and get a patty or 2. This is authentic Haitian cuisine and is nothing but tasty with every bite. My favorite are the chicken and fish patties. They're so flavorful and filling. Worth every moment it takes me to get a parking spot.

I come here often but not really sure why I haven't reviewed it. These are my favorite type of pates and everything just works out so right here. I always get each flavor when I visit since I live pretty far. Yes, I take the bus all the way here with no regrets. The fish, beef and chicken all taste delicious with flaky pastry dough and buttery goodness. The lemonade is sweet but the vanilla is a nice touch. I like it better than regular lemonade actually. They also sell other items like dried lalo (jute leaves) for $5 a bundle which is like an earthy spinach that goes great with crab or meat bits. The Haitian bread is super fresh and they have little items like candied nuts and salted popped corn kernels. The castor oil is by request in the back but it's cheap vs. store brand stuff and sold in little baby food jars. It's a small hole in the wall spot but service is friendly enough with a simple hello, thanks and welcome. No frills needed.

Haven't been there in a long while so I said let me stop by see how the food tasting because They just fixed up the place nice Ordered fried pork peas and rice they didn't have no black rice I was shocked the rice that order it had no season so gave 2half stars

I've only tried the Haitian patties on a friend's recommendation. I tried the chicken patty first for only $1. It was warm, flaky and buttery. The perfect pastry. Then the meat is seasoned with a little kick of spiciness. I went back the next day for a beef patty and this time was smart enough to buy 2. Just as good as the chicken patty. If I weren't dieting, I would probably go there every day for a daily fix. But I'm definitely looking forward to having this as an occasional treat. Cash only and usually no wait. The best time to go is at night when they do all the baking. Everything is fresh and you can smell the dough down the block.

Hours: M-Sat 8am-9:30pm, Sun 8-6pm I went at the end of the day on Friday, so I wasn't expecting the freshest baked goods. The rhomboid-shaped flat rolls with two toothpick holes in each that they had in twist-tied plastic bags sitting on trays on the glass display case were amazing! Soft crust on the outside, al dente and fragrant white bread on the inside. Each roll had several layers. No butter needed! And they were still warm from the oven. The meringue-like cookies were ok. The beef and fish patties were stale and didn't have much meat inside, but I could tell the generously-layered pastry was painstakingly made and of high quality, though it was probably fresher at the beginning of the day. $6.75 for 2 beef patties, 1 fish patty, bag of 5 small cookies, and bag of 6 rolls

Always wishing to have cash passing this spot. I was put onto Haitian beef patties and never wanna go back! Sometimes super super good, other times dry lacking meat but the flaky crust makes up for it. Nice ladies inside and always smells wonderful!

I'll echo what every other person has said: get the patties/pates. Fantastic pastry, a small amount of flavorful filling. The other baked goods, etc. are good, but the patties are what will infiltrate your thoughts at all hours.

I made a special trip to Immaculee Bakery to get some fish pate (pah-tay) after reading a review online. I was taken aback & put off by the appearance of the shop (cramped & messy), but since I had schlepped all the way there in the pouring rain, I decided to get my pate. Note: Be prepared to take them to go since there is no seating area. Definitely more crust than filling, but good crust, very flaky & rich, but a little dry. I ended up getting fish & chicken pate, both were good, but with the same over abundance of crust & not enough filling. Flavorful filling but too little of it. Needed a balance between the crust & filling. Great as an occasional, rich treat.

The patties here are magical! Texture is perfect, they are flaky but still solid. Stop in and grab a bite!!

Nice warm flaky crust with well seasoned meat, can't go wrong with that! I do wish they did more with the decor but hey c'est la vie. This is a takeout kind of place and I believe it's cash only like many other small mom and pop shops in the area.

This is a great place to come for the Haitian patty. I got the fish/cod patty. It was warm and flaky very good. I also had their AK 100 drink plus some other baked goods. Everything in there is fresh. The staff is friendly. The prices are decent.

Every Haitian person has their favorite bakery to go for pate (please dont call these patty/patties as these have nothing to do with Jamaican patties. Just cause there is meat surrounded by a starch doesnt mean its the same. Chinese have roast pork buns but aint nobody calling these pastries Haitian pork buns... but I digress). As you can see we get very passionate about our pate. At a Haitian get together people can get very outspoken about the key qualities of perfect pate as well as which bakery gets the title of maker of the perfect pate. That being said Im pretty picky about my pate. And I have been on the search for the perfect pate since moving to NYC more than 8 years ago. These are good Haitian pates. I have been going here at least 5 years. These are not the best I have ever had in a lifetime of eating pates. But if you want a consistent and reliable treat this is a great place to go. The standout here is the flaky crust in all its buttery flaky goodness. The reason that the pate doesnt get higher rating from me is I think the dough to meat ratio is too high. That is too much puff pastry for the amount of meat. The meat is always well seasoned with a tiny kick from hot pepper. I always order the beef pate or the codfish as I find the chicken underwhelming. The staff are nice. And the value of bakery items is amazing.

Well, what can I say? Reliable stupid delicious Haitian food. And I'm Haitian so I know good Haitian food when I taste it. No don't expect a royal waitressing experience. It's more of a take out place. Mom and Pop style. Hence the one $ sign and I think that's fair but maybe they can be more aware of greeting people upon entering. For its category it's good portions, fairly priced and exceptional food TASTE!! Tip: It's also not just a bakery and has a full service breakfast, lunch and dinner menu.
