Beware of this company. They are crooks. I was quoted a price of $400. The movers did not arrived on time and then took more than was told to take. Imperial also tried to charge me double than what I was quoted. After a long back and forth, it was stated that my total would $547. When I looked at my invoice yesterday, the deposit was not deducted. I was then told that the $50 would be returned to my card. Then next thing I know, I get a new invoice which shows the wrong amount again and the so called dispatch manager tried to say that my original price was over $600 and with the $50 deposit being deducted brings the total to the $547. That is 100% incorrect. They still did what they wanted to do to take my money. A bunch of CROOKS! It's not the $50 that upsets me, it's the principle behind it all and how this company rips people off and charge you more than what was stated and quoted. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. I wish I could give them ZERO stars. They h a very good customer to get your deposit, but the actually move is done, they come up with false claims to charge you double to triple the price. Not good business at all.

Friday night was a nice vibe. The roof top was cool and the DJ was playing good music all night. I’m not really into the new club scene being heavily influenced by “section culture” because it makes the experience extremely anti-social. I miss when clubs were for socializing and dancing and not just smoking hookah and paying for a section to buy overpriced bottles of liquor. Anyways, I enjoyed my time here because I know how to fun. Not because the club knew how to host.

Me and my wife had an Incredible time at Imperial Saturday night. The bartender she was so nice to us, making us amazing drinks and hookah. The hip hop music and videos was poppin and great indoor and outdoor vibe. We recommend to everyone. Enjoy!

I'm from out of town & went to imperial & it was a good time ! I stayed downstairs because it seemed more lively so i can't vouch for upstairs but Charlotte have alot of beautiful women ! Bartenders were beautiful & so were the ladies in the club I was able to get a dance from 1 of them & got the number ! Would highly recommend anyone to check it out !

I went there with a guy that actually works their and they wanted $1000 for a bottle of tequila. Super overpriced I don't even pay that in NYC. Don't waste your time. Service was slow and horrible. Music was unclear so they need to fix that sound. Never again.

Expensive drinks, but good music!

10/10 rooftop vibes for the city but definitely be prepared to spend a little coin no more than $50-100 per person in your group . Hookah isn’t the best but the dj and rooftop energy makes you forget the hookah isn’t the best lol .

Bouncers will try to make you pay 40 to get into a place if you don’t have a ID. Crazy how does 40 validate age? That’s bout the brokest mess I ever heard gagged

It was a good vibe. The DJ was very entertaining and played good music. The service was good. The bartenders made decent drinks. Did not get a chance to taste the food unfortunately. But it was an overall a good time.

I would've gave it 5 stars but I had a rude server who got mad because in her words I gave her exact change. I attended a party Sunday night and did 3 bottles each bottle was almost $400 each which included tax and gratuity. Even after paying this this rude disrespectful server turned her back on me and didn't want to serve me when I wanted to order another bottle because she claimed I didn't tip her even tho it was already included in the price. Besides that I had a good time, please train your rude disrespectful server I promise she will lose you business in the future. The other server had to come apologize for her and take care of me. I liked the vibe and rooftop access. Bar service was great and my drink was perfect! It was definitely a quick trip since I was on my way to the Festival but would definitely stop back again when I'm in town. Security at the front made it a lot of fun too, I enjoyed talking with them and they made me laugh a lot.

Imperial is a great vibe. I love the music and the people's the bartenders are super friendly. Although I wasn't drinking my friends got 6 shots for $80. The cover before 11pm is $10. Seems like it may be the most lively on Saturdays. Overall I had an amazing experience and would 10000% come back. Also the rooftop is heated. They also have blankets to use in sections!

Terrible. Drinks are incredibly overpriced. Bartender charged me for premium vodka even though we ASKED for non top shelf liquor. 3 drinks were $80 !!! Small space as well so we had to wait a minimum 45 minutes in line for each drink. Never coming back here. Bouncers were also very rude

Although I've been here many times with no issues the treatment my friends received today was not up to par. We were informed that we could purchase a hookah but upon the hookah being ready the bar tender refused to service us and proceeded to argue with my friends for no apparent reason. We also had issues and waited for 45 minutes before receiving a refund. Although the vibe is nice for modern millennials, customer service is extremely sub-par. I will not return.
