I ordered the food through Grubhub at work, and found a bone in my sesame chicken. I was disgusted so I threw the food away, later when I was able to call, like I said I was at work, so I couldn't call right away, anyway when I called and told them, the guy on the phone said I had no right to throw away the food, and that I have to bring the food back if I want a refund. That is ridiculous. I bought food and expected it to not have bone in it, and when I call and tell them they yell at me and he just kept saying that I had no right to throw the food away. Like I'm sorry, that it was disgusting and made me loose my appetite. He basically made it seem like I had to dig it out of the trash and bring it back to get a refund. I explained that I was at work and couldn't bring it back and he was like well you had no right to throw it away. Never ordering there again, there food and customer service is horrible.
