We were looking for a good Chinese restaurant and this was close to us so we tried it. The guy took our orders even pointing to the photos on the menu. 1st order came, no problem. 2nd came out, not our order. We told the waiter this is not our order and I said we ordered braised pork. Ok, I thought he understood and took the dish away. 3rd order came out no problem. Still waiting for my pork order. 4th order came, no problem. New waitress came and I asked about our missing order. I think she didn't understand English well so I did Google translate to Italian and told her the issue of the missing order and that the previous waiter made a mistake. My understanding was she was going to get my order finally out. Waiting. Waiting. After 1 hour and 20 minutes after we 1st ordered, still no order. I'm finally at the end of my patience and got up asked where the order was. There seemed like a disconnect between the employees. That was it. I just told the waitress to forget it, paid my bill, although the waitress was apologetic, I was too tired and hungry to care. Rhe waiter who originally took our order was no where to be seen as I was paying. I wanted to ask what happened but I didn't want to say something rude or something I will definitely regret later. This was just a bad experience but my son and wife liked the food they got. I was just pissed and hungry. Paid, left and got spaghetti instead.
