Thank you for giving us the best time during our honeymoon. Every course was absolutely delightful, and all the staff who served us were so kind and attentive. Thanks to the detailed and thoughtful explanations of each dish, I was able to truly understand the rich flavors with every bite. I was deeply touched by the meticulous care given to everything I did—even down to not having to pour my own cola. Every moment of the meal was filled with happiness and smiles. I would like to sincerely thank the chef for creating such delicious and beautiful dishes. One of the biggest reasons I will return to Portugal in the future is to visit this restaurant again. I wholeheartedly recommend this place not only to all Koreans but also to people around the world who are reading this review. The only regret is that I am not famous enough to introduce this restaurant to more people than through this review. We enjoyed the meal so much, and we will definitely come back again. Thank you! Last week we spent our anniversary dinner at this wonderful place. The service was outstanding, very attentive and excelling our expectations by far. My husband and I had the tasting menu 'In Diferente' which came in 8 delicious courses, each served with a story around it and showing the passion and creativity of the chef. Also the servers impressed us by their knowledge of the ingredients and taste of the served food. As we didn't want to drink much, we choose to have only two glasses of white wine. The sommelier recommended two perfectly matching wines, that topped of the menu. To make this whole experience even more exceptional, the chef sent us a personal anniversary gift on top in form of two mini chocolate souffles. Thanks to the staff, the delicious and even eye pleasing meals and the excellent service you made our anniversary evening an unforgettable event, we enjoyed to the fullest! Thank you and we'll definitely visit again in the future!

First- our waiter tipped himself 30%+ without authorization. Was it an error? Maybe. However, I didn’t notice till the next day and should’ve been more vigilant. Second the food was mediocre at best. They try to make a great presentation but when the presentation is better than the food and even that wasn’t magnificent, then I don’t know what to tell you. If this place is a Michelin Star restaurant then I’ll take a hard pass on other Michelin star restaurants.

Long overdue review of InDiferente. Though I visited two years ago, I still think about this meal a lot and wish to go back. The tasting menu not only tasted delicious but the execution was surprising, thoughtful and playful. The meal was worth every penny and honestly sits at a very reasonable price point compared to many other Michelin restaurants. Well worth the drive out of city centre!

I rarely leave reviews, but tonight at InDiferente was an experience like none other I’ve ever had, and a perfect way to wrap up my honeymoon trip. After having been underwhelmed by multiple ‘Michelin recommended’ restaurants, we weren’t sure what to expect from InDiferente. To start, the food. Complex yet perfectly balanced both in flavor and texture, while staying true to the foundation of the traditional dishes they are inspired by. But the service was what really made the meal memorable - it was off the charts. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, every detail was taken care of while making us feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire experience. If you’re visiting or live in Porto, definitely worth a visit!

This was a truly transcendent dining experience, from beginning to end. Creative and inspired takes on traditional Brazilian and Portuguese cuisine made the "tribute" tasting menu a total joy. When you go to a place like this, you expect everything to be good, but the team really took the experience to another level. This was kind of a celebratory meal after my mother and I completed the Camino and came back to Porto for a couple days. It's worth the drive or walk out to Foz to see this gem, which sits unassumingly in a neighborhood but delivers on every level with the best restaurants I've ever been in.

We decided to visit InDiferente on our first night in Porto. It has been one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. From arrival to departure, the waiters made sure you were in good hands. They told great stories, were kind and elegant in serving out food and drinks. Some of them mixed in a bit of humor at times. They helped to make this a night to remember. Let’s talk about the food. We decided to go for their tasting menu InDiferente where they served some of the chef’s all time favourites. I love how the identity of the chef Angélica came through. The subtle use of cassava as a crisp in the Veal Tartare came through (also the use of broccoli in a tartare was refreshing and delicious!), the bold moves with the tonka bean and foie gras, the piece of art that the scarlet shrimp was on the plate. I decided to go with the monk fish instead of the sea bass and the chef yet again amazed me with the beurre blanc with seasonal vegetables. The Veal tenderloin was delicious, juicy and well accompanied by the mushrooms and the beans that were melt-in your-mouth velvety. The desserts were out of this world. The pistachio dessert was light, airy and fresh and the acerola was a pleasant kick of zesty freshness. The chef’s take on the pastel de nata is something worth returning for. I felt bad when I finished the dish and am sure that I won’t be having any better pastels this year (at least). It’s almost like a custard moelleux but unmistakably has all the flavors you would want to relish for far longer. All in all, great dishes with a Brazilian twist and strokes of genius from the chef. I cannot recommend it enough, go visit! We had an amazing night.

At the time of writing this review, In Diferente restaurant holds a Bib Gourmand award from Michelin. However, the quality and presentation of the food, professional service, and atmosphere make it feel like a Michelin star establishment. Chef Angelica Salvador, who runs the restaurant, brings traditional Portuguese cuisine with a modern twist, creating a delightful gastronomic journey that exceeds every expectation. Each dish is a delicacy for your tastebuds, offering flavors your mind never knew it craved. The service was absolutely incredible. Each waiter knew the menu inside and out, answering every question with expertise. They were extremely professional, attentive to our needs, and ensured our wine glasses were never empty, seamlessly keeping the wine pairing flowing. During this trip, I also visited another local Michelin star restaurant in Porto. While I won't disparage the specific Michelin restaurant, I can honestly say that In Diferente surpassed it in all categories. We did the tasting menu and wine pairing (it is worth every penny). We both left full and believed this was the best meal we had while visiting Portugal. It is a must try if you are in the Porto area.
