In Good Spirits

I love the people there and they are just so friendly and professional. I've been doing business with in good spirits since I moved up here from Texas in 1995 and have never had a problem writing a check there for any liquor until tonight. On December 5th 2025. Only because the manager has only approved five people that she knows personally well I don't know her I've never even seen her I see all the guys working at night time. So I guess now they've lost my business because me and my husband spend about a hundred or more dollars there a week every week.! So I guess I'll just have to find me another liquor store! And I don't give it five stars they're lucky they get one star thank you to the manager

Best selection of beverages available in Ft. Smith. Staff is always friendly and extremely helpful. Anything you’re looking for and unique choices for gifts, can’t go wrong stopping here. I’m the uneducated wine drinker ( red famously lowers cholesterol ) not being a drinker staff can point out good choices. Highly recommended!!!

The best things come in small packages! This little place has a VAST selection of products from wine to vodka to beer and more. The employees are super friendly and ready to help you out with what ever you need!! My favorite part is, that they have a beautiful refridgerated walk in for perfectly chilled champagne and wines. It looks like an entrance to a medieval castle or Italian villa! I plan to go back for my next big celebration for some of their champagne because they have such a great selection 👌

The manager at this location is horrible. She talks about people that work there via text to other employees but then never takes care of the employees. Her staff is rude and hateful to customers and with several complaints she has not done anything. There is always holes in the stock and if I cant see it there I cannot buy it. POOR POOR management. You would think the Hadleys cared more about there business than to keep allowing this woman to run it down. The staff is allowed to drink on the job and she knows about it. I personally do not recommend anyone to shop there when there is Happy hour across the street with a friendly staff or Sodies that has so much more to offer in everyway.

Friendly staff, good prices , no public restroom so don't drink a large tea before you go in like did. You can get a t-shirt for 10$ . I would have gave 5 stars but its dusty.Dusty bottles and allergies are not good friends. They have cold beer and ice. So far this is my favorite liquor store.

A few years ago I went into this store to purchase some beer well my wife waited in the truck. I had forgotten my debit card at home so I used hers. When the clerk rang me up he accused me of purchasing alcohol for minors because it was someone else's card. I tried to explain to him that it was my wife's card. He asked for me to go get her and bring her in the store. At this point I was very angry so I walked out and never returned. I understand that a different name on a debit card is an issue but there was no reason to be accused of buying for minors

It's on the way home for us, for one. They're also very friendly, professional, organized, and always keep my mangoritas stocked 🤣🤷🏼‍♀️ they already know they have our business!

Very frendly. Good selection and competitive pricing. The handi cap parking was not near front door is the only reason tor not getting 5 stars.

Was in there today, a day marked by record COVID cases and deaths in Arkansas. There were 4 people in there laughing and talking and no one wearing a mask. Some of them appeared to be employees. I quickly exited and went to a different store. They have permanently lost my business.

A really nice liquor store. One of the best selections I have seen in Arkansas. Pretty good beer selection, although there were some oddities like having several of the seasonal Anchor beers but not Anchor Steam itself. The main reason to visit here, however, would be the wine. They have a nicely stocked room with pricier Napa and French wines I would never buy. More importantly, they have a pretty impressive selection of $8-20 wines including a couple of places that I have been to the winery for but never seen in a store before [good in one case, not so good in the other]. I would probably have to say that this would be my new go to source for wine in Fort Smith, even if it is across town from where I stay.

Very nice store with friendly and accommodating staff who will help you find the libation you require for the occasion of the week! Wide open aisles help you shop without feeling cramped. Nice selection of wines, chilled or not.

The four stars is mostly for the Staff. They are always friendly and willing to give suggestions. I don't drink wine, but they seem to have a big selection of it. I do drink beer and they have a fairly good selection of craft and micro brews. I can almost always find something new to try. They just resently added a pick six shelve. I wish they would expand this. Overall, a very friendly store with quality product.

The staff here are rude and condescending. I have spoke to the manager on several occasions about her staff on dayshift and she always says she knows and understands and she is so sorry. The man on days just stands there and never offers a hand to help a customer and the older lady smells of liquor all the time. So I have stopped going there only in the evenings. The young girl on evenings is LAZY LAZY she sits there and never moves as if she is a statue of some kind. She even said one night to another employee why do you say hi to everyone that walks in???? SERIOUSLY!!!! The guys there are AWESOME. I recently learned that the only lady there that was friendly was let go because she and another girl couldn't get along....AND THIS CAME FROM THE MANAGERS MOUTH. I am sorry but seems to me that is a HUGE HR violation. I pass there everyday and its sad that the manager chooses to ignore the complaints and allows them to treat the people that pay her salary to go elsewhere. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. And believe me if I am asked I will tell everyone I know to take their business where its appreciated.
