The Baseline: For a Fast food burger joint it needs to do well with burgers, fries, and drinks. Food: I was hungry so I had a 3x3 Animal style with extra toasted bun and chopped chilis. It was extra beefy and cheesy, so it was really good. The fries here were crisp and up to In-N-Out standards. Large Dr. Pepper was well carbonated, but not as carbonated as a McDonalds coke. Service: The Drive thru at this location wraps almost to the entrance off the street so it is a stressful operation for the staff there so be kind. The team member who took our order was able to walk along the vehicle as we inched along. We came during an average service time and they were great getting our order in a timely manner. Atmosphere: This In-N-Out layout has a good inside but the drive-thru operation is impressive due to its constraints of needing a bigger queue than they have. Clean restaurant. Note this location competes with Costco traffic and the parking is easier after Costco closes.

Coming from the east coast, in n out was #1 on my list of things to do in LA and it did not disappoint. It's fast food but the quality of the food and the service is far above most comparable restaurants. The fries are probably the low point. After a few minutes, they kinda start to taste like cardboard. Maybe getting them well done would be an improvement? But the burgers are delicious. The number of ways to customize your order is also a huge plus. My only advice is to animal style everything.

Tried In-N-Out for the first time. The fries were actually really good-crispy and fresh. The burger, though, didn't quite live up to the hype for me. It was decent, but nothing mind-blowing. On the plus side, the service was fast and the food was definitely fresh.

I was there during a lunch before go to a Costco nearby and honestly it wasn’t too crowded as many people say. I eat inside so I am not sure about drive through but inside the restaurant I waited around 5 minutes in the line. Many people say that it is super crowded so probably I just got lucky. I also was able to find a table. As far as food, it was great. I got classic double-double meal and it was better then I expected. In my experience in “crowded places” food tastes not good but this restaurant is exceptionally good. Burger was juicy and tender. All ingredients tasted fresh. Fries was good even though I am not a big fan of In-N-Out fries. Prices here are pretty good compared to some other fast food chains. The restaurant itself is clean. There is a small restroom and I expected it to be busy and dirty but it was clean and free. There were no problems with drink machine. The staff is friendly and they clean tables pretty frequently. Overall, I would probably not recommend this place if you just want to eat some “In and out” but if you go to Costco nearby and want to have some food - it is definitely place to go.

Nice store and location. Went around 2 for lunch and got in front of the drive through rush. Didn’t wait long and the food was on point, per usual. I for a cheese burger animal style with no pickles or lettuce and my dad got a double double animal style with fries.

This place does it with such Grace and Style and almost seems like it’s effortless. You always know what you’re getting when you come here in terms of food so there’s no need to rate it and they’re so consistent that it always stays the same. I recommend coming here around 4:30 during the weekday as it slows down after the school rush.

One star because I ordered a burger for my dog (a special treat) for his birthday. When I got home the burger was stale , the bread was hard as plastic. It ruined the meal on a special day . Whoever handled the food KNEW this. It felt hard like it sat there for a week. They're usually good about making a good burger but they dropped the ball with this one

This restaurant is located in ront of a COSTCO with limited parking, but also a drive-thru. It seems rather new, but can't imagine the age of the location, as it seems timeless and so clean inside. It seems In-N-Out is opening earlier now, so I was able to avoid the lunch crowd, but still had to wait a bit, as the Drive-thru takes priority. I was able to order my "No-Salt" cheeseburger with extra onion fairly quickly, as the staff was working like clockwork. The outside design is rather different from other stores, so at first, I thought it was a McDonalds with a play area; my bad...

Challenging to find a parking spot on the weekend, so we pivoted and did drive-thru. The service was great and the burgers were delicious. The fries were cold by the time we got home since we didn't get to eat in, so not the best, but they would have been great hot, so not a quality issue - just a logistics thing.

Now, we love In-N-Out, but we will never be back to this mess of a place again. We have given them 5 chances and we are so done. We will go elsewhere. The place is always packed and the service is so slow and unfriendly you want to scream. The bathrooms are never cleaned. Worst of all they burn the hamburgers and the bun 100% of the time. I don't mean well done, I mean the bum is always black on the edges and sometimes the entire bun. The burger is so small because it is burned so badly that it looks like a 50 cent piece. And we have asked please don't burn the burgers and they do anyway. It happens all the time. There is not one good thing I can say about this place. The fries are okay, but usually, you guessed it burnt.

Burgers and service are top-notch, just what you'd expect from In-N-Out. The only downside is the crazy long lines -- no matter how many staff they have working, it's always packed. That said, they move things along as quickly as possible and still take great care of customers. Plenty of free parking, but if the drive-thru line is so long that you can't even turn in, I highly recommend walking inside and ordering takeout instead. It's usually faster and just as easy.

This In N Out is very clean for the crazy flow of customers they have! Staff is very friendly but my In N Out order was incorrect. They forgot to add grilled onions to my burger and our fries were not the best as most of them had burnt ends. They have lots of seating outside which is great because seating is very full inside.

I come to this COSTCO shopping and gas all the time. Today we try out Puppy patties! Meat without salt and oils, just cooked on the grill. They are definitely delish without the condiments. Straight up protein style. Sizzling hot off the grill. These were actually for my dogs. Many people eat this as is for a meal by itself. Not a bad choice. Try it. 10 patties = $14. Take some home!

Haven't been here for years. I ordered the off the menu grilled cheese sandwich with grilled onions, (2 of them, $3.19 per), plus a French fry. A cup was requested for water and as many know they offer still and carbonated at no charge. The French fry hasn't changed, still poor. I'm surprised that this company can't get the fries correctly done. But the sandwiches were ok if you want to go meatless here. It's not a classic grilled cheese. It's the same configuration as a regular burger sandwich without the meat. The secret menu grilled cheese is two slices of melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, spread, with or without grilled onions on a bun.

So we've been living in Los Angeles for over 20 years. As you can see from my profile I have over 450 reviews and a thousand plus photos. This means you can validate my activity on Yelp. If you see reviews from users with less than five total reviews, please remember these are usually suspect. As I mentioned, we've lived here for over 20 years, and unfortunately the last five are showing the city is in serious decline. So much so that in our case we are leaving it shortly for Greener and cheaper pastures. With in and out, I always admire their pricing and their excellent service. Normally I would have given them two stars but they get an extra star because the service is always stellar. So what's happening with with In-N-Out burgers. First, the quality of the beef has taken a big dip. There's a lot of gristle in it. Also, shrinkflation has hit their burgers. I estimate they're 10 to 15% smaller than a couple of years ago. Also, on our most recent, and probably last visit, the quality of the bun was terrible. It was falling apart... It is sad to see Los Angeles, and really California faltering this badly. What's even more frustrating is the cost of living continues to skyrocket and taxes are terrible. If you've never had In-N-Out burgers, you may like them now... But they were so much better a few years ago. It's a damn shame.

It's In N Out. Since I've lived in CA for almost 10 years, I've come to "get" it. It's fresh made, at a decent price point, and tastes pretty good. I am, however, still NOT a fan of the fries. Fresh or not. I've ordered them all of the ways and they just are not my cup of tea...but shocker, I still get some, every time. I've come to just accept they are "fine"....but you have to eat them right away or else, forget it. Anyhow, the staff at this one is super friendly and our order is almost always correct. Double, double, extra cheese, mustard fried, chopped grilled onions, protein style, pickles and spread on the side. Sometimes a flying dutchman with extra cheese. The lines are not as bad at this location as, say, the one up on Venice and the 10. Well, now I want a burger. Also not a shocker.

In n out is always a nice stop for a quick, casual meal that's fresh and tastes good! This location is in the Costco parking lot, honestly is nice to shop, get gas, and get a burger to go. Line is always long and parking is rough whenever the Costco is during business hours. Staff is friendly and they always prioritize wiping down the tables between customers! They have indoor and outdoor seating.

I'm always a lover of in n out burger, as I am a former in n out employee myself, but I will not stand for this! As I was walking into the establishment, an employee saw me walking towards the door and walked away. I didn't think much of it, but I was a little annoyed. Later on, after I ordered my food, this very same employee got put on the fry table. I ordered a cheese fry well done and once I got it, it came like this (seen in photo attached). The cheese was half off the fry and the fry was more like a light fry than a fry well. I felt like I ordered a fry with a side of cheese, not a cheese fry! I felt very upset because I love in n out as I mentioned before! This very same employee who didn't hold the door open for me, sabotaged my cheese fry. My burger was good though, however the bun was burnt. I know next time I should order light toast, but now I guess I need to order my cheese fully on the fry next time as well. Avelin made me feel like my time at in n out was upsetting, when in n out is supposed to make a customer feel great. Please do better next time! I'm not upset, just disappointed.

The burger was honestly okay! I feel like they are overhyped burgers. When my boyfriend and I went, the place was packed. Do not get a single burger, basically it's so thin, you can't even taste it, be sure to get the double burger if you want to try it out. The fries were average too. I had higher expectations out of my food, I wasn't really satisfied.

An order was charged to my credit card twice, and after multiple phone calls, I was told they showed the same order placed on two separate days. I only placed that order on one day, even the credit card shows both orders had same transaction date, but were just posted on separate days. Do not feel comfortable going back there.

Why can't you guys get my order right!?!? Sure it's busy, but when is it not? And it still wasn't peak busy on a Sunday night at 11:15PM. I ordered a double double with onions and a fry well done. The fries were limp and not remotely well done and crunchy as ordered. Stuff happens, it's no big deal and I thought you guys street better now. But the last time they weren't well done and this don't again not well done. I think they have Proverbs 24:16 on the fries container. "For a righteous man may fall seven times, And rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity." You guys have fallen on my well done fries more than seven times now. Shame and you and shame on me.

My friends wanted to come here so we went there and had a good time! I'm vegetarian so I had a vegetarian burger and it was literally no burger but veggies in the buns yet it was still good! I think the sauce makes it tasty but I hope they start creating veggie "burger" for vegetarian tho! Also we enjoyed fries they were crispy outside and inside was soft! Loved it! In n out always hits the spot and for the price, nothing comes close. I got these 2 fries, a double double and a hamburger for around $15. Even McDonald's doesn't come close to these prices anymore. The quality of the veggies are fresh and service is always friendly. This location is packed so may take a while longer to get your food. Inside of the restaurant is also busy and filled with people during lunch hour so may be hard to find a seat but they also have outdoor tables.

It's all about the sauce/spread! Did you know that you can ask for packets of sauce?! Plus, chilies?! (Yum) And whatever else you'd like to order from their secret menu?! 1st Time/March, 27, 2023: I'm always amazed at seeing someone try an In-N-Out Burger for the first time! The reaction is magical! Last night, a friend & I introduced friends/Artists in town from Sweden & Spain to In N Out! Their burgers were gone in seconds! They loved it! Once again, it's the sauce/spread, and they also enjoyed the actual burger! We also had fun taking photos of them wearing their In-N-Out Burger paper hats! Haha! Patience/Drive-Thru: There is usually a super long line at the drive-thru at most In-N-Out Burger locations! Be patient! It's usually worth the wait, as someone standing outside takes your order, while you're going through the drive-thru... waiting with anticipation of taking that first bite! Yum! Overall: Driving by In-N-Out Burger is usually a delicious distraction & sometimes lures me in, because the scent is so seductive, as the aroma lingers in the air! It seems to always hit the spot! Sometimes makes me think... If In-N-Out Burger had a candle... Would I buy it?! Probably! Haha! I love this location, it's my favorite, as well as on the way to the beach! Score!

Came back on 10/19/24 at the Marina Del Rey location. The food is always great! This time though, they really got our orders accurately. In the past, when we ask for extra lettuce, they almost always never do. This time, the extra lettuce was on point. The guy who took our order was kind of dry and almost looked bored. But the food always makes up for the lack of service. Also, the line for ordering is only on one side. So there are some inconsiderate people who cut in when some of us have been waiting in line for a long time. I suggest there should be clear signs directing cars where to go to avoid fights. We witnessed an almost fight in the past. We were behind a car that got cut and it was unfair. No staff did anything but good thing the car just let the rude car in. It could have turned into a really bad incident. Looking inside, the restaurant always looks busy. They have tables inside Nd outside. We love In N Out so we'll be back again and again.

We stopped by this place after CostCo because of the smell. It is just too sexy to ignore. The same layout as every other branch and the same service quality and taste. That is the good and bad thing about chain restaurants. I always have extra onion and it is always the same except sometimes the size can vary a bit. Always full and popular, Californians can enjoy this juicy burger, that is really lucky. For the past few years, the prices have gone up and somewhat with smaller portion, it is still one of the best options when it comes to fast food. Keep up the good work!

It is always great to stop by IN AND OUTin marina delicious Rey. Great location near Costco and Lincoln blvd. The space is always busy and still clean. The stuff are nice and quick. How crazy you can enjoy so much and not even spend $20

First time for me, flew in from Hawaii. My daughter who lives here suggested I try an in and out double burger animal style! It was beyond my expectations! The food was excellent, onolicious as we say in Hawaii! You cannot beat the price, I did not know that you still can buy a combo for 10.00. Now I understand why the people in Hawaii want one in paradise! Service was excellent, guys in uniforms out in the drive through taking your orders! We will be back as more family are arriving from Hawaii.

Honestly, I have never really had a bad experience at an In-N-Out until, I came to this one. Christopher BR was absolutely the worse cashier I have ever encountered. There was no greeting and he was so rude when taking my order. When I wanted to clarify, I did not want pickles or lettuce on my burger because it did not show up on my receipt. He said "it won't have it, I heard you the first time." This was only my second time telling him, I was just going to clarify, there was no need to be rude about. When i got burger it had both lettuce and pickles.

Outstanding As a burger lover from Florida, there is a mystic about In-N-Out Burgers. In my opinion, all the accolades are well deserved. I still remember my first one I had just last year, this was my second. This time my entire visit was outstanding. Located next to Costco, we found a place to park and went inside. There was a line at the drive-thru but inside, just a couple of people in line. Our always smiling order taker brightened the visit as we both ordered the Double Double Animal Style. We sat at one of the empty tables and waited for our number to be called. It took a little time to be called, I assume because the burgers are not just slapped together and to add a touch of magic. Once we had our wrapped burgers we went to work. The melting cheese and what sauces and juices made them messy to eat, once I picked mine up I didn't want to set it down. The warm patties contrasted the cool fresh toppings, and every bite was, I'll say it again, outstanding. I'm back in Florida. Maybe someday I will think of a visit to an In-N-Out as just lunch, but for now, it is a special moment in eating.

I respect the sh*t out of everyone that works at this In n Out, it is constantly busy but they've got a flow DOWN. It's one of the busiest In N Out's I've been to but they get you in and get you out. The line usually starts on Washington Blvd. then leads you into the parking lot. Never messed up any of my annoying, picky orders either
