In-N-Out Burger

In-N-Out never disappoints. The burgers are always fresh, the fries are crisp, and the service is consistently fast and friendly. I love that the menu is simple but customizable — Animal Style is a must! Everything tastes like it’s made with care, and you can tell they prioritize quality. It’s my go-to whenever I’m craving a classic, satisfying meal. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates a great burger done right!

I’m not sure what the hype is - maybe it was not a good location or I got a bad batch? But I regret having wasted a meal here when I could have tried so many other things as a visitor from NY. Burgers were cold and putter edges were a little on the hard side. Not very flavorful, fries were stale tasting with no salt at as well. The shake was good… Cheeseburger 6/10 Double double 7/10 Hot cocoa 7/10 too sweet Chocolate and vanilla shake (black n white) 8/10 Fries 5/10

This was our first time visiting In-N-Out, and it definitely lived up to the hype! The service was top-notch. There were plenty of staff on hand, all working efficiently to ensure everything ran smoothly and that customers were taken care of quickly and kindly. The food was excellent—burgers were fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The fries were crisp and delicious, and everything came out hot and fresh. You can tell they really focus on quality here. The restaurant itself was spotless, which added to the overall great experience. A special shout-out to Christopher, who was working the till during our visit—he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. His customer service was outstanding and truly memorable. Overall, In-N-Out exceeded our expectations, and we’ll definitely be back!

Do not come here. My mom ordered a cheeseburger with grilled onions and got raw onions. On top of that, she had a long strand of hair ingrained in her top bun. Completely disgusting. Both my doctor pepper and her coke was flat and almost flavorless.

There was plastic in the burger! 🤮 Today I had the most shocking In-N-Out experience I’ve ever had — and it was through the drive-thru. After getting back to work and taking a bite, I discovered a piece of plastic inside my burger. Unfortunately, since it was a drive-thru order, I didn’t get the chance to bring this to the staff’s attention in the moment. But this is a major food safety issue that needs to be addressed. I’ve always trusted In-N-Out for their quality, which makes this even more disappointing. It’s honestly upsetting. Imagine if someone hadn’t noticed and swallowed that—especially a child. Things like this aren’t just “accidents,” they’re signs that something went wrong in food prep or packaging that shouldn’t happen at all. I truly hope In-N-Out takes this seriously and investigates how this could have happened. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this really shook my trust.

The great thing about In-N-Out is the consistency throughout the stores. As busy as they get they still perform with smiles and seem genuinely interested in their job. Quilty food, quality service, clean restaurant. That is what makes In-N-Out #1.

This was my first time ever trying the food here. I loved the cheeseburger!!! I found out after we left about the secret menu. Lol!! Can't wait to try all the secret menu items at my next visit.

In&Out has always been a favorite on my list, I do visit different one's and no matter where I go, employees are well trained and groomed. IN&OUT pays well, so employees do above and beyond. I did get lucky because at lunch it's hard to find parking, but look at the picture, front door parking ♿️ ADA guest are welcomed here. Thank you guys👍

I love this burger chain. The food is always delicious. This location is busy but still able to find a table quickly. My favorite is a double double, animal style, which is grilled in mustard, I add chopped chilies and animal style with chopped chilies as well. Enjoy.

First of all I love in n out but today they failed me sadly I ordered two large pink lemonades (no ice) when I got home they were super watered down! They no longer tasted like in n outs famous pink lemonades. I also ordered two different meals and my burger buns were so burnt. Overall we didnt enjoy our meal If it would have been busy I wouldn't complain but there was literally no line and so this is just not right.

The in n out here is dirty af. The employees look miserable. The lemonade is always out. There's always homeless people outside tryin to sell you drugs. The grilled onions have a weird taste/smell. My stomach hurt so much after eating it last night (1-16-2025) I'll literally never come here again. I don't understand why it's just so awful here??? It's a mystery to me!? I personally expect a certain level of consistency when it comes to in n out especially because the price just seems to go up more and more every time I come to eat here. It just doesn't make sense as to why anything would be subpar here at this location becaise their always seems to be 18 employees all running around behind the counter doing god knows what

Gotta love In N Out! I got my usual; grilled cheese no onion. It was good. Always hits the spot. You can't beat the freshness of their ingredients. My husband got a 3x3 cheeseburger, a cheeseburger and Animal style French fry with a coke. He ate all of that so fast lol Service was good. We hit the drive thru. It was quick and food was hot.

I was unsure if this place was even open because it didn't pop up on Apple Maps but my Uber driver said that it's only been open for one month, so thankfully it was a real place haha. I finally tried the flying Dutchman with Will Dion for the first time, as seen on TikTok, and it was really good but so salty and greasy and heavy, so I'm glad I asked for lettuce on the side. Everything was delicious but It was a five out of five experience because of the person taking our order! I wish i remembered their name, but they were so sweet and upbeat even though it was near midnight.

I went at 3/3:15pm on a Sunday when I hoped it would be less crowded. My suspicions were correct as I was able to find ample seating. I waited about 5 minutes for my food, which may have been the quickest I ever received food at an In-N-Out location. I had a Double Double, well done fries, and a Neapolitan shake. For some reason, during this visit the food tasted different. It was still good, just not as amazing as the last time I had In-N-Out. I couldn't even finish the meal I was so bored with it, though I did love the shake. Maybe my taste buds were off, but I wasn't crazy about the food. The quality was still great and the staff are friendly, it just wasn't the meal I remembered.

Just stopped by this in and out and overall enjoyed my experience. Burgers and fries, just as I ordered. Great customer service here as well. I do just want to take off one star because there was an aggressive vagrant outside which made me nervous to walk by, don't know how much control in n out had over that person. Then another vagrant came inside the in n out and was rummaging through the trash and they didn't say anything. The smell was off putting but I did feel bad for the person. Then lastly as i was leaving there was another vagrant person yelling slurs at me. So minus one star for those interactions.

I wish I had a picture to show the greatness of in-and-out. We waited 30+ minutes on a weekend after 9PM in the drive-thru. Definitely DO NOT recommend. It's so much faster if you get out of the car and order in person. But it's worthy of the wait. In and Out is a hit or miss depending on *how* you order. So here's my favorite way to order for all you newbies: Order: Double-Double Buns toasted Extra extra lettuce (x3) Extra extra tomatos (x3) ON THE SIDE Extra grilled chopped onions Spread on the side (you'll need like 4-5 packets for sauce coverage in each bite) -spicy peppers ON THE SIDE You'll thank me later. You don't want your in and out burger animal style like how most ppl order...dripping and messy. It's all over the place. By ordering sauce on the side, your bun stays nice and crisp and you can control the amount of sauce you want. I don't like the animal style fries. It usually tastes super crispy, burnt and also soggy parts. It looks gross too. I like to order it LIGHT FRY so the color of the fries are like slightly white but still crispy. Then I just get packets of the spread and use it as a dip. YOU'RE WELCOME!!!!

I've been to this location a few times now, but overall, I've never been to an In n Out I didn't like. They always get my order right and the food is delicious. If I were local to a store, I'd have this in my weekly rotation for sure.

What can you say about In-N-Out??? Yummy yum yum! Living out of state makes me crave for good quality burgers constantly and till this day, nothing beats In-N-Out hands down! Got a 2x2 for lunch with a group and was not let down. Tip: for those who like their fries a bit crisper and not as soggy, ask for fries "well done"

My sister, mom and I took family that lives outside of California to In and out. For my second cousins they have never experienced In and Out burgers. They are all boys under the age of 20. I think they may have enjoyed themselves a little too much. In and out always has the same burger taste, however they definitely seemed a lot fuller at this location. My second cousins talk to a worker named Diego who is 17 and they absolutely enjoyed talking too him. That guy is amazing, because he doesn't have to entertain my cousins, but he did somehow. haha. They asked I write a review, which is why I am here. They made enough of an impact, that they still talk about the guy. So kudos to Diego!

This location, one of the closest to Disneyland, can get really busy! The drive-thru wait time is almost as long as waiting inside, which is something to keep in mind if you're in a rush. I usually grab my food to go. With so many people coming and going, the tables tend to get a bit dirty. The staff is always friendly and quick to take your order!

Came through the drive-thru excited for our burgers got greeted by the sweetest girl. Experience was great up until we got our food. We ordered a double double and 3x3 with two fries. Everything was extremely salty we could not eat the food. We are so disappointed. This has never happened to us.

You literally can never go wrong with visiting In-N-Out, EVER. Was at Honda Center for a show and this sounded like a great idea instead of paying for overpriced food at the arena. First things first, got my usual 3x3 Animal Style and Protein Style. Same usual In-N-Out quality as expected. This review is notable for one reason. It is the first time I tried the fries light well. Usually do them well done, but JUST found out you can do them light well. Honestly, this might be the move going forward! Adds the right amount of crisp to the fries, but not insanely crispy that well done can get. Staff here are friendly, which is consistent with pretty much any In-N-Out I have visited. Only issue I have is that this location appears to be EXTREMELY popular, given the massive drive-thru line I have seen on a few occasions now. Thankfully, there is plenty of parking here.

Honestly, one can never go wrong with In n Out! It was SUPER BUSY when we got here - however they do have employee taking orders before for drive through line. Talk about service! Despite the over hype of the place I think their food hits the spot every time! My generic order here is grilled cheese with chopped chilies, grilled onions, tomatoes and lettuce with bun toasted, side of well done animal style fries and a strawberry shake [A MUST]. It is a pretty cheap meal that brings out the biggest smile on my face.

In-N-Out is a California classic. From their burgers to their shakes, you can never go wrong! The one on state college blvd is generally on it, since they're used to the rush from Disney. My rating is a combination of all of the experiences I've ever had with this In-N-Out. The ambiance is classic In-N-Out, it's a pretty cookie cutter interior in all of their restaurants. Service at this one can be a hit or miss sometimes. There have been times I've waited up to an hour + for my food. This most recent time, the service was amazing and they were going super quick. The only hold up was a guest that was ordering what seemed like the entire menu for their family.

The combination of quality food and exceptional service makes it a must-visit, especially at this particular location, right near Disneyland. I bring my friends visiting from out of state every time. The food is always hot, fresh, and mouth-watering. They always get my orders right! I love that they keep a clean facility.

Came here for a late night meal and this place has one of the best overall staffs when it comes to In-N-Out. It was a plus as we didn't have to wait too long. Food quality is superb as usual against In-N-Out standard. Highly recommended if you're in the area!

Animal style burger was good but wished I had ordered the double for more meat to match the toppings. Fries were not very good. As a recent PNW transplant from Florida I was very excited to try something I had heard so much about, but overall I was unfortunately disappointed. Prices are good for what you get.

The waiting time here is horrendous and because it's right by an intersection a traffic jam will ensue. Expect at least a 20-30 mins wait if all three lanes are full. I recommend going into the left-most lane because they tend to take orders from that lane first. I ordered a Double-Double with 2x Animal Style Fries. The food was good, but the portioning wasn't consistent. One of the animal fries definitely had more fries and topping than the other. I think when they're slammed with customers, they make your food quickly and don't pay attention to the portions.

Great burger exactly how I like it and my chocolate shake even better! Problem is everyone likes In-N-Out so a bit of a wait in the drive thru, but it went by pretty quickly.

Not only was the food amazing, as it always is when I visit In-N-Out, but the employees were phenomenal. I've never encountered employees like them before. They are professional, kind, and listen to everyone's orders perfectly, even in a loud and busy environment. They make sure every guest is well taken care of. The place was spotless; I saw an employee pick up a single fry from the counter and throw it away. Another employee held the door open for customers, and a female employee was cleaning outside. Phoenix the gentleman calling our orders was such a sweetheart! On top of it!

Ok so I came here on a Saturday night at 10:30 pm there are 3 lines long for drive thru so once in no going back ... we place our order 2 dbl dbl cheeseburgers grilled onion 3 fries extra crispy and now 2 shakes 1 vanilla and 1 chocolate and they tell us the shake machine is NOT working .... Are u kidding .... Ugh! Not happy going back to my other location ..... put a sign up before u enter the 35 minute spiral to get there ... wow!

Ethan is a champ! I ordered the protein style double cheeseburger and it was perfect. I kept it simple because I love my burgers, but I can't eat too. Many of them flavor was incredible. I have to hand it to the service. This place is very professional, and they were like well oiled machine. !! Great job Ethan!

I didn't have a problem with the food or service at this In-and-Out. I had a problem with the location. Be warned: Its in an area where homeless people congregate. One of them was walking around the outdoor area acting erratic. I sat outside that day, so I was bothered by his presence. On the plus side, my Animal Style Double Double was made exactly as I requested, and there wasn't anything wrong with the staff or the interior. But again, bad location.

Thank you for being consistent, being open late, and having a drive thru so that we have the convenience of staying in the car and not lugging the kids and all our junk with us everywhere we go. I love in-and-out! We usually order the hamburgers animal style with green chilis and well-done fries. In-n-out is a popular restaurant, but is a treat that the entire family appreciates so the wait in line is totally worth it. We also the love the fact that the meat processing plants are closer than 500 miles away from each In-n-Out restaurant so all the meat is fresh on a daily basis. You will not only get fresh food, but you won't break the bank and the kids could get whatever they want and leave happy.

You can't beat the price for the quality. There is a reason why this chain is so popular. Probably my favorite place to get fries. I have not tried their shakes yet. We need a location on the east coast.

I love this location! Close driving distance to and from Disney California Adventure Park, Disneyland and Downtown Disney. There's ample parking. I love the simplicity of #2 Cheeseburger, Fries, and Medium Vanilla Shake! I enjoy dipping a few of my plain, homemade, crispy fries in vanilla milkshake for a savory snack and sweet indulgence. What I love is having a choice to substitute a medium drink for a same size milkshake. Sorry peeps! My taste buds and tummy have not acclimated to the Animal Style Fries. Thousand island dressing, grilled/sautéed onions and melted cheese over fries are too heavy for me. Triple whammy! We didn't feel rushed. Cool and casual setting. Enjoyed indoor dining at our leisure even though there were tons of customers entering and exiting establishment. We're grateful to find seats indoors, for outstanding and thorough customer service.

A fast service doesn't always mean it will be a good service. I come here often and I've never had an issue with the consistency of the store until last night. I get that it can get busy before close, but what I don't get is how my fries looked like they were in more of a rush than the crew members. I was appalled by the presentation, it looks like they just threw the fries in a box and shook it. I was very disappointed because this was below my expectation with the standards of the store.

I love this place! Fast service! ALWAYS BUSY! It's faster if you order inside. The drive thru line is always crazy long. The food is always good. I have not received a wrong order at this location. The location is clean the restrooms are clean and stocked. My family visits this location about 4 times a month.

This is my favorite In N Out location! They're always fast at the drive thru food is always fresh and hot and you can expect good customer service. I am not the biggest fan of In N Outs fries but at this location for some reason they come out the best! There's also always parking or somewhere to stop in the parking lot to eat which is nice.

10/10 customer service. I ordered 3 hamburgers and I got grilled onions on 2 of them and one of them without. When I got my order all 3 had onions, it would be fine but my sister is allergic to onions. I let a worker know and she quickly remade my order and brought it to my table. I didn't get her name but she was super nice. I will be coming here again.

Had an overwhelming day at work, my kiddo wanted in-n-out for dinner, went to drive thru and Abdel or Adbel (I'm still so exhausted) was so kind and made my night better by wishing me to have a better night and showing compassion, literally the last thing I'd expect when getting dinner through drive thru. Then Ari at the first window and lastly the final window (sorry I'm forgetting the name) every person had exceptional customer service, we're polite, and made the night better. Even with the long line it did not feel like a long wait and the continuity in exceptional customer service speaks volumes. Thank you all so much for making my long day a better night.

Friday at 11pm...don't even think abt it. The drive thru line took us 40 minutes and there's no way a burger is worth that. Not sure if it's this location or if in N out increased their prices but I also don't remember a double double being over 5 bucks. Of course the food is gunna be the same. Great comforting burgers and fries but with the atrocious wait and higher prices it's definitely not as attractive anymore. Gunna consider late night alternatives going forward.

The past 5 or so times I've been here, the fries have been over salted. I've had other people try them to make sure it's not just me. I don't know if it's one employee going crazy with the salt or all of them, but it's so bad that they're inedible. Tried again yesterday (12/31) at 3pm and they were too salty AND hard as a rock. I couldn't eat them. Please see who was preparing fries at that time and re-train them. The other locations are too far away for me.

Did you really visit CA if you don't stop in In-N-Out? Ordered the traditional #1 - double double, fries and drink. I enjoy their fries, but don't eat them quickly enough before they get cold. The burger is definitely enough to fill you up.

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for a couple of burgers only to be asked to put our parking lights in and go park. Have you seen the parking at 11:30pm? And the car line that blocks the parking? We sat there for another 15 minutes while other customers that were behind us left the drive thru with their food obviously. Not sure what happen? But not recommending this specific location.

Went after a long day at the Disney parks. Got here around 11pm and the place was packed but it was efficiently run and so clean! The staff was amazing and friendly. This is probably one of the best InNOuts I have ever been to, well done!

My go-to In N Out. This place is almost ALWAYS busy. Staff is friendly and they never mess up on my order. And In N Out never disappoints. Love it. Today we went and no wait. First time. Probably the rain

I ordered an animal fries with "extra onions and spread". When they repeated the order, they said animal fries with no spread and no grilled onions?? Cash register gave me attitude for a mistake they made when I simply corrected the order in a nice way (she wore long lashes and had braces). Got home and ended up with animal fries with no grilled onions... Last time I went to this location, I ordered a cheeseburger with everything inside. I received a burger that only consisted of a patty and lettuce...not even spread. This location makes a lot of mistakes. Mistakes that make your food not enjoyable. Not worth waiting in line for wrong food. You're better off going to a different location. Really thought a wrong order is not that big of a deal, but it's becoming a constant thing there.

Some people come to California, and have this on their to-do-list. It's like when I go to the other side of the country and add Waffle House to my list: it's an essential. Not all branches are made the same, but in-n-out NEVER FAILS!! P.S. if you're vegetarian, you can get a grilled cheese! A lettuce wrap is also available! P.s.s. They will give you a pup patty if you ask (about $1 or so!). The service is very fast paced, so be patient, they will get to you! The ambiance can be hectic and overstimulating, but nothing that can't be solved by sitting outside if that's your case. They also can give you trays to eat in the car!

This is the most consistent restaurant. The food is always good, and prepared the same way. They are always helpful and friendly.

Came here late on a hoppin Saturday night. The line stretched out onto the arterial in front of the restaurant and the parking lot was a mess to navigate. Inside, it was so busy it looked like wall to wall people. Part of the wait included long stretches of not moving because people were trying to get out their parking spaces. However, once we got past the first 150 feet or so after turning in, the line went smoothly. Aside from navigating the parking lot, the wait was not too long. The person who helped us was polite, quick, and friendly -- yet also good about managing the line and instructing people to move up to make space. As we got closer to the window, it appeared that one more person had come out to take orders. The people at the window were nice and the guy who took payment made small talk before we pulled up to get our food. I'm not a die-hard In N Out fan, but I can say that this In N Out had great food. My favorite part of the meal after an entire day at a busy birthday party was the Neapolitan milkshake, which every fast food joint should be required to make.

This Is What You Expect From them. Great food ( double double) my favorite combo with a strawberry shake. The Services The Never Make Mistakes.The food is Perfect.The Same Everytime. The place is clean , always . No mistakes at the register or on takeout. Bravo
