In-N-Out Sues YouTube Prankster Who Allegedly Posed as the Company CEO | Eater LA

"The following day the same prankster allegedly returned at a Burbank location, questioned staff about an unreceived email regarding a supposed health issue, then approached a customer, grabbed his burger and pulled the patty apart in the dining area while claiming the food was contaminated. He can be heard on camera telling customers and employees that the food was “unsanitary” and even alleging it was "dog meat." The chain has sued seeking a restraining order, more than $25,000 in damages, and a $1,000 fine per violation if the order is breached, arguing the creator profited from the stunt." - Mona Holmes

The burger is great. I like the way the wrap it for easy eating. I also especially like the big tomato slices. Not sure about the fries though. I think I'll skip on those next time. They had a different consistency like air puffed tasting. More like a cheetos vibe.

I was working in California and heard so much about this place that I just had to go. I'm glad I did I got the double double and I loved it. The food was fresh it was very tasty. It was very busy but they moved everything along quickly. The only thing I really have to say is eat the French fries while they are hot. They are freshly made on site. The double double meal was cheaper than anything you could get at Burger King or Wendy's and it was much better all the way around. Also I read that the company takes food safety very seriously. The next time I'm in California I will definitely eat there again!

Double double w/ everything + grilled onions / 5 🌟! Cheeseburger / 5 🌟! Cheese fries with spread / 5 🌟! Today is national hamburger day and I went on a long hike, so I was quite hungry and ready for a tasty burger from In-N-Out. A true LA and Southern California icon, and for me, always a very tasty meal. I'm a fan of the fresh fries, but I do find I need to add salt, even with the cheese, and spread, but that's okay. I know there are a lot of hacks available for the menu, and I settled into a few simple hacks long ago. My go-to order is almost always the same, but since I had a lot of exercise, I added a burger. No regrets! Everything is always made fresh to order, and they have a super efficient system plus always a lot of staff, so there is never a really long wait. I prefer going inside and enjoying the crowd rather than sitting in the drive-through. This particular location is not bad as far as In-N-Out drive-throughs go. Some of their locations cause local traffic jams just with their lines. If you've never been before, definitely try it and see if you like them. There is a reason they are a beloved franchise.

Google
I have a love and hate relationship with burgers. In and out, they are good but the fries. I just don't like it.

Google
Great Burger 🍔 place. When I get out to California, I always go as many times as I can. Double double with cheese is delicious 😋. Fries are hot and fresh. Very busy location with drive thru lines out onto the street. Parking was a bit difficult.

Google
Visiting In-N-Out during lunch is an adventure in patience and excitement. Finding a parking spot is just the beginning. After placing your order, embrace the waiting and anticipate the moment a table opens up. When it does, seize the opportunity! Relish the taste of fresh-cut, golden French fries and enjoy a double-double that delights your senses. Wash it down with a chocolate shake, and feel the joy as you savor every bite. It’s a reminder that good things come to those who wait, and the reward is worth every moment.

Google
The burgers are great, fresh. Especially with onions! The milkshake is total crap - lots of sugar, awful, and the straw is too thin for a cocktail. Start selling a normal milkshake! Everything else is fine.

Google
This was my first time here. I think it was the best hamburger I've ever eaten. The meat and sauces were delicious and the staff was helpful. We especially thank Vanessa. She was very helpful, understanding and friendly.

Yelp
I am a big fan of In-N-Out Burgers, and this one is the closest to home, and one of the busiest locations in Southern California I've been to, in Los Angeles, long lines are a common sight when an establishment has a good product, and they do. Hands down the best fast food burger anywhere in the US, every location wholly owned and operated by the founding family, I am often reminded to support local mom and pop businesses, don't punish success, it doesn't get more local than In N Out, and the most successful local eatery by any metrics, and if that was not enough accolades, it's women owned! The secret sauce, Fresh ground meat, hand cut potatoes, simple burgers made to order, if I say, with a large following from coast to coast, would not do it justice. For the novice, Yes, there is a (not so) secret menu, don't forget to ask for In N Out Spread (sometimes called Secret Sauce), and make sure to try their shakes.

Yelp
This In-Out location is one of the busiest spots in Burbank. No matter what time you visit this location there is a long line. For food, I think In-Out has the best burgers. They are always fresh and yummy. It is easy to tell that they are not frozen. Fries are always fresh too. My favorite thing over the years has always been their shakes. Everytime I visit any In-Out location, I order the strawberry shake. It is so yummy. For service, staff are always nice and friendly. They are really good at managing stress and working under pressure. For ambiance, this location has both dine in and outdoor seating area. It is very clean and well maintained. Parking can be a challenge. This location has parking lot which is shared with other stores. During busy hours, sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot. I would suggest avoiding drive through, sometimes it's very confusing where to enter . Since, they keep moving around the signs.
google avatar

Dawn F.

Yelp
Burbank, CA We knew our wait would be long in the drive-through line, about 25 minutes. The drive- through line here is kind of confusing as to how to enter when it moves beyond the driveway, sharing a lane with the street traffic. We pulled into the parking lot closest to the end of the line made a u-turn and then got in the line. The drive- through line when on the street, merges with regular traffic as well. I sure hope we didn't cut anyone off. Nevertheless, the best burger and fries we've ever had at an In-N-Out was to be found here yesterday. Kudos to the team here, job very well done!
google avatar

Lisa P.

Yelp
The staff is super friendly. The place is always busy. The food is delicious. The parking is limited and crazy. We park at the mall and walk over. Can never beat the double double animal style.

Yelp
Honestly I'm not a big In-N-Out fan to begin with, the burgers are solid and reliable, but I have always been in the camp that in-N-out's fries taste like cardboard. Yes, I do all the tricks to make them better, but if I have to ask you to prepare your fries a different way to make them edible, that's not a great mark in my book. I have been to this in-n-out plenty of times and the service has always been very friendly and exceptionally fast for an in-n-out. And they do a great job keeping the restaurant clean. But the temperature of the food can be hit or miss here. Especially last night - I got animal style fries light well and when I got them, they were cold. Not room temperature, but actually cold. Which I'm not certain how that happens because light well means the fries are fried longer, then with animal style, they're heated up even more to melt the cheese. So how the fries that had been cooked multiple times and multiple ways came out cold, is quite a puzzle. For those who love in-n-out, this is a very solid location, and they'll get you in and out relatively quickly like their name promises.
google avatar

Lorelai R.

Yelp
Delicious burgers, quality ingredients, and solid follow-through from managers and leads when fixing order issues--like receiving a regular burger instead of animal-style, even though the receipt showed all the right modifications. I've been coming here since childhood, and while the drive-thru can get packed, the dine-in line is often quicker. That said, this is the only location where I've had multiple incorrect orders (not just the occasional slip), even with the receipt clearly showing what I ordered. Not cool. I also had to flag someone down to wipe tables, and better crowd control for rowdy guests and local youth would go a long way. I hope In-N-Out invests in consistent training and support--and fairly compensates their team--so the quality matches the brand's reputation/values. On the bright side, the store itself is eye-catching: palm tree logos, merch displays, and old-school charm. I've always loved the red-and-white booths, bar stools, and the nostalgic posters that make this spot uniquely In-N-Out.

Yelp
Let me start by saying, I love In-n'-Out burgers. They're same everywhere, reliable, consistently awesome. Period. However, this particular location could do better when it comes to customer service. I had long driven past this location because (like every other location) their demand FAR exceeds their parking lot's ability to handle the traffic. Always a backup, always blocked traffic, always impossible to park in ADA parking because that's right where the line of cars forms. But tonight I stopped in for my regular double double animal style. There was one young guy at the counter, messing with the change drawer. He looked at us, smiled, and went back to what he was doing. No greeting, no assurance he or anyone would be with us shortly. Nothing. There were several other young employees in the area (about four) and all of them seemed very happy to discuss something between themselves, but none of them could be bothered to take our order either. Finally a young lady stepped up to the register next over, and called the customers BEHIND us up to order. Really? At this point we said hey, can we order? We've been standing here waiting and no one has even acknowledged our presence. So the young lady took our order with a sour look, like somehow we were the ones in the wrong. Recommendations? Refresher training for all front of house employees on customer relations. And for goodness sake please stop directing traffic to block all the ADA parking.

Yelp
You can't come to Burbank California without hitting In-and-out. Their prices stay low and the burgers are consistently amazing every time. Even though it's super busy every day, they keep it clean and they stay professional and on top of it. The fries are fresh and you can even order them low salt or no salt which we had to do for my uncle. We love this place.
google avatar

Mark D.

Yelp
Great spot for a quick, classic In-N-Out meal. The burger was juicy, the fries fresh, and everything was made to order .Staff were friendly and fast even with the busy drive-thru. Pro tip :dine in for the best experience and skip the traffic! Thanks!
google avatar

Angela Z.

Yelp
The employees at the In-N-Out are so great, best part of this place, but the parking is horrible, not anymore is ther not enough of it as it is a shared lot with Bob's Furniture and they have way too Amy marked spaces but also the way the drive thru is set up makes it hard to get out of certain spots if you are even lucky to find a spot. If you come during lunch time, 12:30-1:30 the high-school take over begins as they are released to lunch and it gets so rowdy in there. The food is ehh at this location, I've had far better food at other locations. It's the only location in town which is why its so popular aside from being walking distance from the local high-school.

Yelp
We stopped by on a Sunday night and good lord! This place was insanely busy. Found a parking and decided that it was easier than the drive-through. When we went in & our orders were taken pretty quickly, but the place was packed to capacity and nowhere to sit. They were at number 52 and our order was 91.‍ So with that being said, we sat and enjoyed our drinks and waited for some time and once our food was ready, we sat and enjoyed each other's company, delicious burgers, fries, and were lucky enough to find seating inside. Now, the place was very clean considering how busy it was .In and out seems to strive on customer satisfaction, and excellent service, and this location does exactly that. When we first walked in, it looked like a madhouse, but what made the visit much more special was the cashier. Our cashier's name was Caleb. He was not only friendly, very helpful, kind, thorough and an extremely happy being. After what I've seen online lately about people complaining about the service at these restaurants, Caleb was anything, but that and a wonderful representation of what any employee should be.. in fact, we have always had exceptional service at all in and outs!!!! Caleb know that you not only light up a room with your smile and pleasant personality, but your energy and customer service is superb. I hope that corporate sees this comment about you. You're an exceptional employee and will go very far. Thank you for making the start of our evening there a wonderful experience. In n ouc should be both proud & know that they are very lucky to have you as their employee. He deserves a raise!
google avatar

Katherine P.

Yelp
Always love In and Out and will never say no to a double double. This location is busy like most but unfortunately even if the line for the drive thru line is long, we experienced that going inside was the wrong choice as our food took more than 15 minutes even though when we ordered there was no one in line at the register before us. The delicious burger I guess made up for the slow service.
google avatar

Stacey S.

Yelp
Making this quick and straightforward. The food here is always consistent. Come here for the best customer service from Caleb, hands down. He makes this place A++ tier.

Yelp
I have been to this location many times and on my recent visit back to LA saw that I had not reviewed it...so here you go. I am going to start with the very noticeable bad first....parking and the drive-thru. IT IS BUSY....!!!! Usually In-N-Out locations have busy drive-thru lane, but this one wraps through a very small lot off the street and it is impossible to park in the handicap spots (or any spots in front) due to the way the drive-thru line goes through. We had someone who needed handicap parking and they had to walk from the far side of the lot. This is not good and I am not sure that ADA laws are properly enforced in this lot. Also if I were a business in the same location, I would move since the traffic doesn't allow for other businesses to get their customers into the shops. Okay now the good, In-N-Out is always fresh and made to order. That is the number 1 thing you should know about this or any other location. The staff was extremely friendly and the food is consistent. If you come to the area, mind the parking and eat there rather than drive-thru, it is best that way.
google avatar

Angel B.

Yelp
This In and Out is one of my least favorite locations. It is very very busy. Especially since it is the only In and Out in the area. The design of the parking lot is aweful. The drive thru is the leading cause of the head ache I get when I come here. Much of the parking spots are blocked due to the drive thru line. If they were smart they would block off those spots and create 3 lanes using orange cones, as they do at the Buena Park location. If I have any advice for you it would be to park accross the street and walk. Food is good. As In and Out is one of the best burgers. If this is your only In and Out option then go for it. However I just cant do this location especially since there are at least 8 In and Outs within a 10 mile raduis where I live.
google avatar

Elise B.

Yelp
It was busy inside and at the drive thru line. I went inside to order the number 1 combo. In-n-out always hits the spot- it's the perfect amount of food for me. I love that the fries are fresh and the burger is cooked to order. Parking- there is a parking lot, but it's right at a signal so some of the spaces are blocked by the line or if you parked, you might get blocked in.
google avatar

Philip L.

Yelp
Secret menu the Flying Dutchman is my go to patties when I go to in n out. Double patties, cheese with grilled onions and trust me it's mouth watering.
google avatar

Gary B.

Yelp
If you've eaten as many InNout Burgers as I have...you know they are reliably and consistently good. There is (often) nothing to say about how a location makes their burgers because their menu is so basic and good. During my visit the order taker was good and fast as well, so no complaints there. My only issue with this location is the parking area is cramped...super difficult to find parking, if you want to dine in, and not easy for drive through either. Overall, not my favorite location for a burger, fries and shake...but if you're hungry for reliably good sometimes you'll put up with anything!
google avatar

Travis P.

Yelp
This In N Out is PACKED, but it was fairly efficient for what it was. Super busy on Friday so took about 20 minutes to get our food. It's located near the Burbank mall so I feel it's always going to be pretty crowded. Ended up taking Togo since there were no seats but otherwise food was fresh and good. Fries weren't soggy so that's a plus.
google avatar

Hannah K.

Yelp
If you're planning to visit In-N-Out, be prepared for a hefty drive-through line! It's a popular spot, and the wait can sometimes be substantial, especially during peak hours. But trust me, the wait is worth it! Especially for the very reasonable prices. The quality of the food is consistently top-notch. I love that you can customize your order, whether you want it animal-style or with extra toppings. And let's not forget the fries! Animal fries are so good! What really sets this location apart, though, is the staff. Every time I've been there, the employees have been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Delicious food at reasonable prices. I enjoy the grilled cheese!
google avatar

Nelli O.

Yelp
Always long lines like every other in-n-out. But goes by super quick and the food comes out always hot/warm. Their customer service is amazing always smiling to clients and are welcoming.
google avatar

Alex D.

Yelp
I've probably went here more than 300 times in my life. Everything was always great. We all know that In-N-Out has the best burger so there is nothing to argue about. One of the greater locations. It's usually loud and quick, and the service is great especially one of the cashiers.
google avatar

Manuk D.

Yelp
This location is very consistent weather it's the quality or the service. They ingredients are always fresh and the food is always hits the spot. The place well maintained however the wait for the drive thru can be a bit long on weekends.
google avatar

Peter X.

Yelp
You can never go wrong coming to an In N Out. I haven't been to this location in a while since my company moved to a new city. I came to this In N Out since I had to meet up in the area to take wedding pictures so I wanted my lunch. I arrived before they usually open at 10am. This Burbank location parking will be the biggest problem here because even though it's in a decent size plaza with a good amount of parking spots, it fills up quick due to other stores here as well. This In N out open like 15min later than usual but it wasn't too bad. I got my 3X2 burger with fries since I brought my own drink. They have the small crushed ice here so that's good. I dined inside of the place and my burger was delicious. It was made right and the presentation of the burger was amazing. The service was great and the inside of this place was nice when they just open.
google avatar

Ryan N.

Yelp
It's hard to be in and out! This location is pretty consistent and provides high-quality service and food. The parking lot could be a little tricky, especially with the drive-through. There is a movie theater next-door, so if you're going to the movies, I would recommend just parking at their structure and walking over. It's a pretty quick walk and it'll save you some time moving your car.
google avatar

Herach D.

Yelp
I have come here for 12 years Childhood defined SOOOOO GOOOOOOD Whoever says the fries is not good your not good The sweetest staff
google avatar

Amber P.

Yelp
I have an in n out addiction. Yes the line is always long but it's so worth it, one of my favorite burger places by far.
google avatar

Lawrence A.

Yelp
2023/09/07 update: Prices have gone up but they maintained their food quality so you still get your money's worth. Service is fast, friendly and professional.
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
It's hard to beat a restaurant that's open until 11 post-COVID here in Burbank! Thank goodness for In'n'Out. The people are always nice and prompt. I have only been to the drive through. They take our order before we even get to the window. On most nights it's got about 16-20 cars in it, but it moves pretty steadily. They always get our order right and the food tastes like one would expect from this place. I hope one day that they have gluten free buns. I have been waiting for years just hoping. At least I can get a "protein style" burger, which is a lettuce wrapped burger with no bun.
google avatar

Suki P.

Yelp
I am on a mission to stop people from eating this crap food. Its so basic i would compare it to Krystal Burger Fries were nasty af my first order was cold so they gave me a "fresh" basket The worst fries... pale in color, hot and soggy at the same time...flavorless with black spots all over them... You have 3 burger options: Hamburger Cheese burger Double cheese burger They have some type of 1000 island dressing instead Of ant normal condiments... you have Ketchup and thats it... Staff is nice. All locations are so bzy its baffling! I ate at Pier Burger in Santa Monica and for the same price it BLOWS This place out the water! I rather eat at McDonald's then spend another penny at any of these locations...
google avatar

Azucar C.

Yelp
In-N-Out at this location the food needs an improvement. The Cheeseburgers were served as requested with extra onions. The fries look as is they being under the heat lamps for hours dehydrated and wrinkled. Please serve freshly made fries, no more excuses. The cashier (refer to receipt attached) who took our order had a bad attitude not friendly like she hated her job. She rolled her eyes couple of times during taking the order. The associate does not embrace the In-N-Out the ethical values, combined with respect, professionalism, and friendliness. When I asked for the condiments she threw it inside the fries bag with an attitude. There is no reason to be treated as you are begging to buy food. The cashier needs a reminder of the ethical values, if she hates her job maybe is time to called it quits. The personnel maintains clean the location. It was refreshing to see an associate Caleb sweeping the floors, cleaning the top counters even opening the doors for customers. Keep it up!

Sevan N.

Yelp
It's the OG In-n-out, what more needs to be said? It's always hot n delicious, and they're usually really fast
google avatar

Phil T.

Yelp
This spot should be renamed as you just don't go in, grab your food, then leave... you repeat that process because there is nothing like a double-double with cheese, grilled onions, & chopped chilis. So... my suggestion for a new name would still encapsulate the old handle but emphasize the "repeat ad nauseam". I'd go with: While(1) { in-n-out } Now the "without delay" part of the name might have to be changed to "low latency" as you can't have zero delay, not even over fiber optics, So, I highly recommend you get stuck in an infinite loop of going to this restaurant and enjoy the amazing burgers and their low latency arrival.
google avatar

Antonio R.

Yelp
This place which I have gone to since early 2000 has just gone down the drain with the burger and what I am focusing on is the beef patty. There is so much much ligaments and hard parts like connective tissue. I have been to other In n Out and it isn't like this. OC and near Morongo Casino has really good beef patties. It is as if this location gets the left over parts. Management at this location really needs to look into it. Just Horrible!!! No expects Wagyu lols but that beef Patty has got to go or whoever is the beef vendor for this place. Most likely last time at this location.

Yelp
I visited this In-N-Out location on a rainy night, and even at 9:30pm wasn't surprised at the long drive thru line - even the inside was quite packed. I ordered my classic double-double and well-done fries. I love In-N-Out because of the consistency, and this location is no different. Everything tastes as expected, which was great! The only thing that could've been better was to get a little more fries, but it ultimately wasn't a make it, break it experience. The only part of the experience that was annoying was parking. In-N-Out has parking around the restaurant, but it is essentially a one-way street with a dead-end parking lot unless you go through the drive-thru. Not the most intuitive... and getting in and out of the parking lot is a huge hassle, since there is barely any room to back out. If the lot were any more filled, I would've been stressed trying to back out of the lot to exit.

Arian D.

Yelp
Boy, do I have a bone to pick with In-N-Out, first of all my pink lemonade was so watered down that I could barely taste the lemonade second, there is no salt whatsoever on the burger or the fries. I have no idea if this was actually a joke or not.

Yelp
10/10 Customer service , Evelyn is especially great she not only provided fast and efficient service but she was also very kind and welcoming.

Yelp
Managing ... with the winds being awful yesterday ! I can't believe that when I went to get some food , they still had the workers outside even though the wind was not safe nor healthy. Shame on the manager who runs this location!!
google avatar

Kevin B.

Yelp
I have been to this In and out location before for several years. They are right by the mall here in Burbank. We were here a month ago, and I wanted my Double Doubles again. My girl love those Animal style fries. This is a cool location. Nice people, and friendly environment. Always love my In and Out.
google avatar

Jacob A.

Yelp
Even after football games the workers still provide fast service with fresh food. I gotta hand it to them they maintain it well making sure people finish wasting and move along to make sure people that are waiting have a chance to sit. Super friendly and they keep it really clean. Good bathroom aswell

Yelp
I never am one to write reviews but I came at 10/11/2024 night at around 12am and i got a burger that was slightly raw and hadn't included any of the modifications I asked. It had tomato which I urged I was allergic to. And pickles? It tasted awful and was the worst burger I've ever had. It had no flavor. I've always ate in n out as a kid and this pissed me off so much I wanna square up with the whole staff. Shame. I understand if u wanna half ass shit but don't making it inedible. Gonna email corp and hope to receive a refund.

Lilian H.

Yelp
I have frequented this place a couple to finally make a solid assessment. It's usually pretty busy and may seem like the food is just that good but unfortunately is misleading. I started noticing that every time I go there at some point I have to run to the bathroom. I've only gone through the drive thru, so have no idea on the cleanliness of the restaurant, but something feels off. As for the food, the burgers are tasty but nothing spectacular. They just put a bit more effort on the buns and add the fresh toppings compared to McDonald's. I've only gotten fresh hot fries once, but they're constantly stale and disappointing. The costumer service is indifferent. I haven't gotten rude employees but I have gotten the ocasional employee that isn't really listening to what I'm ordering and end up with the wrong ord
google avatar

Janet K.

Yelp
No surprises with in-n-out ever. Consistently get hot, fresh burgers ready to be enjoyed. Fries are on point. Staff is very professional and efficient at the drive-thru. This in-n-out has long lines at the drive-thru. The worst I ever waited in the line was 1 hr and 30 mins during a Friday or Weekend night but I think that was just an outrageous unlucky moment. I would suggest coming here during the weekday. Don't put too much weight as sometimes the weekends have short lines and I get surprised when I drive by.

Steve M.

Yelp
Let's face it there the best value out there. BUT more often than not the burgers have been overcooked as well as the buns were beyond grilled and burnt. We spent too much time picking out the good fries from the bad. What was ALWAYS a sure thing is no longer the case. Was it worth the wait in the drive thru? Not today.....

Yelp
I grew up in West Covina on Francisquito just a mile from the original In N Out, so I have had it all my life until I moved to Hawaii. This Burbank location is now my local In N Out when I visit. I hate the drive-thru lines but still sit in it, most times. I found that if I do park and order inside, I cut my wait time in half. But 75% of the time I opt to just sit in the drive-thru and enjoy some music or watch a show on my phone. In the past 2 weeks, I have been here 4 times. Once for a large 16 burger order, fries, and drinks. Not so surprisingly, the order was 100% correct even with all the special customizations to each burger. I've found if I am reading from a list for a big order, the order is never wrong coming out. From my perspective, the food is always what I expect. I never expect perfection or gourmet restaurant quality because this is a fast food joint! The flavor and quality is always there, everytime I visit. When I place a big order, everyone else partaking with me hasn't complained either. If you ask for extra anything, you get it. Grilled onions or whole grilled onions, check. Chopped chilis, no problem. Protein style, animal style, monkey style.. For such a simple menu, I'm still surprised at how well they can get the order right most of the time for me. Always worth the wait, everytime I crave In N Out and always a MUST when I am in town visiting my relatives!

Yelp
Don't be discouraged when you roll up and find yourself twenty deep in the drive-thru. The staff at this location does a great job at efficiently dishing out the orders. On this visit, I decided to go inside and was lucky enough to only have a few people ahead of me. Everyone knows the In-N-out staff works like a well oiled machine and once again the staff didn't disappoint. The cashier that took my order was polite and patient with all the customers. The staff does a wonderful job at keeping the dining room as clean as possible despite the nonstop herd of people rolling through . I settled on a cheeseburger, double double & fries. The meal once again hit the spot. The prices slightly creeped up but still excellent value for the quality of food.

Yelp
I have to shout out our girl Andy she was amazing! She had great customer service and helped us out when it was busy. She was on the floor and was constantly checking in if we needed anything. At the end of our meal she bussed our table. Super sweet! We loved her!

Yelp
My first bad experience with In n Out burger. Old and twice in oil dipped potato... "quality you can taste since 1948

Yelp
In-N-Out speaks for itself. It is one of the most iconic burger places in the U.S., even though it only exists on the West coast. That gives you an idea of why it is a special place to visit. The experience is true to itself and I have found In-N-Out to be one of the most consistent food establishments that I have been to. That is why the deserve a 5-star review. Their food is decently priced, the workers I have encountered over the years are always genuine and kind, and they work at such an efficient pace, I am surprised that other food establishments have not learned something from them. The food is also good. The one limitation is that as a vegan, there is not much for you, but you can enjoy their fries or a veggie burger (a "burger" minus the cheese and patty). Vegetarians do have more options such as the grilled cheese or animal style. Personally, I don't feel left out by the limited options because anytime I go, I know the experience I am going for. If you don't have dietary restrictions, this place really does give the iconic California experience. I feel like it is a place everyone has to experience at least once in their life!
