Colorado Springs Tour: We are traveling and were so excited when we found out that In-N-Outs were in Colorado. We are from California but now live in Michigan. When we walked in we noticed right away how clean it was. It's always nice to be greeted by employees upon entry and that's what happened. Anna(I believe that's her name)was very friendly! The food was super fresh tasting just like it is when served in Cali. The only difference was it wasn't super crowded. Is send that Colorado folks haven't caught on yet. You can't beat the freshness and service of In-N-Outs!

Google
The joint was packed, and the drive-thru line looked like Lincoln Tunnel traffic on a weekday morning, but I still got my food quick. In-N-Out food-wise is fine. I'm not as high on it as most. The atmosphere is great, like a less lame Johnny Rockets. They have a great pink lemonade you can refill on your own. The location was spotless. You could eat off the floor in the bathroom. Don't do it, but you could. Lots of military people in there. There was a guy in a jumpsuit looking like Top Gun.

We are from West Coast California, South Los Angeles to be exact. And we used to drive about an hour to sunset Blvd in n out by Hollywood high school. Man on man.... What a wonderful mind trip to get West Coast vibes in the springs ! Hallelujah baby Jesus! In N out is delicious 😋🤤!!! Highly recommend!!!

Google
Absolute consistency every time. Burgers slap like Will Smith and an awards Ceremony. Always hot fresh and the service is spectacular. Clearly the reigning champ in Drive-Thru Burgers. I'd recommend eating in the car or at the restaurant as the fries some what lose their structural integrity fairly quick. You can always ask for extra crispy spuds too.... and go Animal Style.... because it awesome.

Google
We are already fans of in and out, so of course it’ll always get 5 stars. We went to this particular location bc we were in that side of town and they did not disappoint. The restaurant was clean, the employees were attentive and friendly. The burgers and fries were absolutely amazing! We loved this establishment and the location was perfect!

Google
This Florida girl loves some In-N-Out Burger. You can’t beat these prices in 2025.. Also, they pay their workers exceptionally well so they are polite and happy! There’s tons of burger chains in Colorado, but In-N-Out remains the best.

Google
The burger was like a regular burger tbh it was good but it was like any other but the fries tasted pretty old.

Google
Love there burgers 🍔, just wish they had them in Panama City Florida. Can't go wrong with them and better than the other ones. Totally fresh.

Yelp
Clean, bright, friendly, tasty and cheap - what's not to like? But you should definitely read through the secret menu to understand all the options for your burgers. And burgers, fries, grilled cheese, shakes, and drinks are all you can expect here - no chicken, no salads, but also no high prices. My husband and I had both visited In-N-Out Burger joints before, but not here in Colorado Springs. We came at just after 10:30 AM, when they open, to avoid the crowds. There was only one car in the drive-through line and only a couple of people in the restaurant. The staff to customer ratio was high until about 20 minutes later. We had both looked over the secret menu items to decide what we wanted to order. My husband wanted a double double with unsalted meat mustard grilled and all the veggies. I chose a double double with extra grill (extra toasting on the bun) and grilled onions as well as the normal veggies. We also ordered a regular fry and a fry light which was cooked slightly less so the french fries were not very crispy. (Don't judge me - that's how I like them!). We also got two large drinks which we filled with ice tea. The iced tea was apparently fresh brewed and tasted good. It was a short wait for our food which I picked up and then visited the condiment station to get ketchup for my husband as well as napkins for both of us. (There are no utensils available as far as I could tell.) The burgers are a bit messy to eat so extra napkins are nice to have. My husband prefers chicken sandwiches, but those are not available here. This was the first hamburger he had eaten in over a year, but said it was good. I enjoyed mine immensely and plan to get the same thing as a protein style burger next time, meaning that it will be lettuce wrapped. (Considering how messy the regular burger is, I expect the protein lettuce-wrapped burger to be even more so, and the lack of forks and knives may make eating it difficult.) The regular and light fries were very good, but the regular fries were soft enough for my taste, so next time we will share an order. (There is only one size of fries, but it is large enough to share if you are not starving.) My husband only has one complaint: they do not serve a veggie patty on their veggie burger. It is just a bun and veggies. From the secret menu: "Wishburger or Veggie Burger - This sandwich is stuffed only with vegetables--no meat or cheese." Also, there's no WiFi (maybe to discourage people from staying too long?).

Yelp
Can't go wrong when you go to In-N-Out, my favorite place to go when traveling out of Kansas! My family loves this place. Service is quick and staff are friendly. Food is always hot and fresh, their fries are my favorite when it comes to fast food!

Yelp
A staple when visiting out west! Love the simple menu and the burgers were great. Their fries are good too. Workers were very friendly and gave us hats to wear. The restaurant style is simple and it works!

Yelp
Having had In N Out in Los Angeles, Colorado Springs did it well This location in particular provided great service, especially given the fact that there was a drive through line around the entire block, we ordered inside and still got our food within 5 minutes. Burgers were fresh, cooked well and not sloppy or greasy & soda was cold and crispy. My only comment, especially for my fry lovers to know, is that In N Out fries are very unique. I gave 4/5 stars, solely because their fries are lackin and we threw them away. Not at this particular location, but In N Out as a whole needs new fries. They can be described as "spongy", dry and overly salty. I'll defiantly be swinging in for a burger & a fountain drink - my fiance says, " Its Army approved for the rest of the Fort Carson soldiers out there"

Yelp
Clean, delicious, fresh and did I say delicious? I can't wait until this chain comes to the midwest... particularly Milwaukee.

Yelp
Phenomenal as always!! Since the late 1960's I've enjoyed my double double with fresh onions and my french fries done light-well for a little more crispiness crunch to them. I LOVE how they don't compromise on their quality of ingredients and how their employees are consistently helpful and kind. If you haven't read about the history of this restaurant, I recommend you check it out. I grew up in West Covina, a few blocks away from the original Baldwin Park restaurant on Francisquito. They have always cut the fresh potatoes daily and never freeze their beef. The premises are always very clean as well. I am a forever fan of this place!!

Yelp
We have some friends visiting who have never tried In n out before, and they were so excited to try it, and it did not disappoint! I got the double double animal style, the double meat is a must-have! Makes the burger juicier and more filling. They toast the buns on the burgers, and it adds such a nice touch. They also offer to wrap yoir burger in lettue if you want to avoid buns. Animal style means they add grilled onions and the spread sauce. Animal style is not on the menu, so you have to ask for it. Their fries are so unique, they are air like and have a soft crunch to them. I also always ask for spread because I like to put it on my fries. They have some of the best milkshakes, so creamy, and I always go with strawberry. If you get the meal, you can substitute the drink for a milkshake, which is what I always do. In n out is 100% worth the hype and a must try.

Yelp
The cheese burgers were delicious and they gave me so many French fries that I could not finish them. Their prices are better than any of the other burgers places also.

Yelp
Convenient Simple menu. Good food. One of the best burger joints. Always stop when in vicinity.

Yelp
It's in-n-out. I lived in a state once that didn't have one. Those were dark times. I have a reason to be happy again.

Yelp
We came here around 11am Sunday morning and surprisingly it wasn't packed (yet), probably because it felt like -5 degrees outside. They were giving kids under 12 free hot chocolate, which is appreciated in this weather. My kids always like their cheeseburger plain and dry, but they love how crispy the buns come and the size of their burgers. If they had to choose a burger joint in Colorado Springs, In-N-Out would be their choice. I always get my cheeseburger with everything and request for grilled onions. I like my fries animal style, but actually ask for the sauce in the packets because I don't like them drenched too much. Also, I like to get their neapolitan (strawberry, chocolate and vanilla) shake. It comes out pretty thick, so we have to wait to enjoy it. There's a Whataburger right across the street and it's normally busy (in Texas) but in Colorado, people prefer In-N-Out. Their lines are always long and depending on the time of day, it's normally packed inside as well. This would be our choice whenever we're craving for a good burger.

Yelp
I don't know what all the fuss is about. Fries are not good, and burgers are kinda meh.
google avatar

David L.

Yelp
Always smacks but there are sometimes you get your burgers super salty. Anyways give me a double double please.

Tom T.

Yelp
The food is consistently prepared well and delicious. The employees are polite. The only draw back is that the line is usually very long. That's to be expected when the food and service is so good for a fast food restaurant.
google avatar

Scott S.

Yelp
This place is a hair better than McDonald's, but I'll definitely avoid at all costs! If you want a fairly fast food burger I'd rather go to 5-guys or Freddie's!!
google avatar

Tyson R.

Yelp
Great food and impeccable service that's second to none. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Yelp
Love love LoVEeee In n Out! I remember when I first went over here and saw the line in the drive thru I was like holy moly this is going to take FOREVER but it did not. The line is FAST, the employees are so well trained like wow they really seem like they enjoy their jobs! My order is always right always fresh and I always find myself digging in the fry bag before I get home. I'm not even kidding if there was an in n out across the street from me I'd be there everyday haha
google avatar

Andrea J.

Yelp
Ordinarily this place is fine. I've never gone besides lunch so I'm accustomed to long lines that move efficiently. I waited in a line of 4 cars for over 10mins. The late shift needs assistance or improved resources. Also I cannot pull off lol
google avatar

Randall B.

Yelp
Great burgers, shitty fries, quick friendly service, speedy drive thru, convenient location. I suggest ordering your burger "animal style" which takes it to a whole nother level.. The fries are "fresh" but MAN are they terrible. You can order them "well done" and they should come out a bit more crispy, but they don't double fry their fries so they won't ever be as good as most other places. All that being said, this place fills a niche and I'm glad to have one 5 minutes from my house! Vroom vroom.
google avatar

Jennifer S.

Yelp
The same great food as any In-N-Out! This location had excellent service and every employee we interacted with was courteous. This place was hella busy, but everything in the lobby seemed stocked up and squared away. I will add, it was cleaner than I expected on such a busy night.
google avatar

Yelp
We were visiting and I'd had in-n-out in Austin and remembered liking it. Obviously, it's a highly popular fast food chain. We went here four times on our trip lol. We couldn't stop. And we don't even eat fast food, really. Love the customer service here and it's just so consistently good. Wish they'd come to the Midwest. One can dream.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the first In-N-Out Burger I had in COS. It was less crowded than the ones up in Thornton and Lakewood. It was easy to find seating. The food did take 10 minutes to come though. I ordered a 3 X 3 (Triple Cheeseburger) with everything on it (grilled onions, raw onions, lettuce, tomato, pickle, & thousand island sauce). The beef and toppings were incredibly fresh and tasty. I also ordered an animal fries. They're the thin shoe-string fries topped with grilled onions, American cheese, and thousand island sauce. The interior was the same retro diner that you'd find at all In-N-Out Burgers. I have to say that COS has a good In-N-Out Burger. I was far impressed with this than the new Whataburgers in the area.

Andrew S.

Yelp
Perfection, service, food and atmosphere. Longest line takes so little time. Best customer service every time
google avatar

Lindsey C.

Yelp
Finally! After 25 years, I was able to enjoy In-N-Out again!!!!! I am not a person who normally indulges in fast food but I was finally in an area that had one and still tastes delicious. Double Double Animal Style! Best FF hamburgers and absolutely the worst French fries, lol. It'll probably be another long time before I have again but so worth it!
google avatar

Kayla J.

Yelp
This place is the best! The customer service is hands down outstanding every single time we have been here. Not only is the food delicious, they consistently get our orders accurate!
google avatar

Yelp
I love this location! So happy they extended out of California!! Great food, great employees. They get it right every time and seriously loveeee their burgers!!!
google avatar

Jess M.

Yelp
Got this lovely half cooked burger last night as well as four more to go with it! Smfh.. Absolutely disgusting !!!!!!
google avatar

Jassy P.

Yelp
A girl from California will always love her in n out burgers. Hands down the best fast food burger in the entire world! People think the fries are crappy but I suggest you get well done fries or extra well done, they are amazing when they are extra crispy. If you haven't learned yet, get extra spread and use it like ketchup. Dip ur fries in them. Always seems like a long line, what do you expect it's in n out but they are always fast. The employees are always nice. Also if you're craving a milkshake, I recommend half strawberry half vanilla will help with your sweet tooth.

Eric G.

Yelp
Disappointed on the food quality. No communication between each other so the food comes out on time .
google avatar

Helen H.

Yelp
Happy they brought this California staple to Colorado without sacrificing the quality and great service. I always get the burgers with grilled onions. I prefer my fries to be crispy so I always ask for the fries to be well done. It is so much better than other fast food burger joints, while still retaining similar prices. I'm glad they opened this one which is much closer than the North location. Lines are shorter and it is easier to access. The service is always friendly and fast. I did come once near opening time and it did take them 8-9 minutes to prepare the food, which was understandable. It is open late (1 AM), something that is so unfortunately rare in the Springs. Don't worry if the lines look long, it always goes fast. If it gets busy they will have someone outside to take orders so that they can prepare the food faster. Lots of parking available. There is indoor and outdoor dining space.
google avatar

X-Tina G.

Yelp
Born & raised in So Cali where the 1st In N Out was born in Baldwin Park. However, my Colorado peeps here rise to the occasion! You always get my order right esp "well done fries." So friendly and quick moving. Thank U. Please share your secret of gr8 service back to Cali
google avatar

Lincoln And Jackie D.

Yelp
The Center Point restaurant is the only one I have been to. It is always extremely busy when I go. Every single time I have gone I am always met with terrific friendly service, fast service and the best hamburger I have ever eaten. Perfection.
google avatar

John O.

Yelp
As a California transplant, what can I say it's in and out I love it. It's amazing learn their secret menu if you want a little variety, and as far as fast food goes, I think it's some of the most well prepared and reasonably place fast food you'll find. My go to double double with both grilled and raw onions, protein style add hatch chilies. it's the bomb it's lowcarb, and it rocks. Try their shakes. They're a little small, but the price is fair and they're always delicious. Fries are made in sunflower oil. If you like them extra crispy, you can order them Well done, hit up the animal style if you like them messy they'll add spread and cheese. If you haven't given out a try, I would definitely put it on your list. I do like this location better than the one on Interquest. The drive-through moves a little faster.

Gary L.

Yelp
The burgers were good.,I ate a double cheeseburger. The fries were great.Fast service. Very clean. My order was a take out. Will go back for sure. I recommend this burger joint.
google avatar

Tak L.

Yelp
The staff was super friendly and kept the line moving during the dinner. I enjoyed the cheeseburger, but the fries were luke warm, undercooked and tasted stale.
google avatar

Katrina S.

Yelp
We stopped for lunch/dinner on our way through Colorado Springs. Wow! We've had In-N-Out throughout California and Nevada, but this was one of the best! The drive thru was efficient and the staff were very friendly. The burgers were made perfectly and were seasoned like perfection! Make sure to try this spot when you're in need of a burger.
google avatar

Allison H.

Yelp
Loved the food here! Got the number 3 and was very happy that they followed the "no onions" I asked for. It was very clean even for the busy time that we came in. Absolutely loved the atmosphere here.
google avatar

Steve R.

Yelp
Unfortunately, now this is the second time that I have received subpar food from this location. Not only did I get a very minimal amount of onions on my animal style fries, but the fries were also we're very cold. Next time I'll just go to a different location.
google avatar

The gamer kids x.

Yelp
A little different review than normal Had Whataburger for lunch since In-N-Out is always packed and no one was at Whataburger. Big mistake! The burger was tasteless while In-N-Out burgers are so flavorful and the little bit of regular toppings at In-N-Out are just enough to make it taste delicious. I will wait in the long line for In-N-Out any day!
google avatar

Sabina L.

Yelp
Lucky for us it wasn't too crowded. We ordered our food quickly and decided to eat in. Quite a few of the tables weren't clean but we did find one that was. My cheeseburger was just ok. Too much other things and not enough meat. Everything was hot but the animal fries were the best. With the sauce and grilled onions, that's all I wanted!! My grandson loved every bit of it and that's what mattered to me.
google avatar

Luke C.

Yelp
WORST IN AND OUT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Growing up in CA and moving to the Springs for work, I was exited for the familiarity that a nice animal style double-double might bring. Boy was I wrong. For starters, the inside of the restaurant was a mess. Literally, not a clean table in the entire establishment. But then came the food...cheese was not melted. Patties way thinner than I'm used to. Bread coming apart, hair in the fries. It's like no one working here knew what in and out was supposed to taste like. Come to think of it...maybe they don't.
google avatar

Jill F.

Yelp
Double double and fries? Perfection. This In-N-Out does it right. Not over season with salt. Quality ingredients, fresh never frozen. Not sitting around under a heat lamp. Made my tummy sooo happy today.
google avatar

Danielle J.

Yelp
In town and decided worth checking out in hopes the insanity had died down. The popularity is still thriving so there is a wait but huge props to the handling of it. I ended up going in to order and maybe waited 10 minutes. The place was super clean, well stocked, and the system worked great. You could see the staff was a well-oiled machine working excellent together. And everyone was genuinely pleasant. My burger was awesome and first bite in was wow factor. The fries however were green, soggy, and weak which was the only small disappointment.
google avatar

Heather G.

Yelp
I've been a few times now and every time has been delicious! Everything was hot when it came out. Seasoning was spot on and I love that the fries are lightly salted. All of the plastic barriers at the counters are gone! I love seeing businesses get back to a more normal way of life. There was the cutest little old lady walking around making sure everything was nice and clean! Thus location is no where as busy as the location up north and I think the employees are friendlier here.
google avatar

Andre L.

Yelp
Expected a wait and got one, not a big deal. I got to the window to get my order and was handed a bag with a burger and nothing else in it and was asked to pull up and put my hazards on apparently because I asked for crisper fries. 9 minuets later and I was handed a bag with fries and a napkin. I also received a huge attitude that I did not order. Second time and the last for sure. Good food but with the side of attitude and the BS pull up and wait I'm done.

Charles B.

Yelp
The food is great! The service is superb, and unfailingly cheerful! In spite of the crowd brought in by the great food, service and low prices, the staff works hard to keep the place cleaner than my own kitchen. And everything is white, so you can see how clean it is! INO is the best fast food on the planet, and on my list of favorite restaurants, period.
google avatar

Sandi L.

Yelp
So curious why they don't step up their french fries game and heed all the bad reviews about them. Tradition is one thing, but fries are a given when you order a burger. Thicker, browner, and hot! Make your customers happy. This goes for the Cali stores, too ‍.
google avatar

Elaine K.

Yelp
The last time we went to an In N Out was in Nevada on our way home after hanging out in Vegas. We were sort of disappointed, though, because the burgers at that particular location were bland and we all left there kind of regretting we wasted our money. We all agreed that the burgers at the Carl's Jr. we had the day before were better. However, I was in the Springs recently and got lured and decided to give it a try. Boy, it did not disappoint! It was a bustling place, which was to be expected. The line to buy food went by pretty quick, but the wait for the food took a while. We patiently sat on a table until our food came out and when it did, we were happy we came! The burgers and fries were amazing and the iconic chain's food and quality delivered. It's great seeing all the locations available in Colorado, as the popular restaurant continues to expand.
google avatar

Reagan T.

Yelp
In-N-Out in the Springs always has an expectation of a long wait, esp. in the Drive-Thru. I really lucked out when I saw the line at this location was minimal (not the 40 cars back as I was used too!), so I had to get in line. I love the service at In-N-Out! They aren't too chatty but still do not rush you. Less human interaction = the better. Anyways.... I only get the double-double at In-N-Out because I know the fries are trash, so that's what I base my opinion on. It was PERFECT! It's so heavenly - a divine experience. Thank you, In-N-Out, thank you...
