In-N-Out Burger

First time in Cali for this one of a kind diner and I'm telling you these meals are BOMBASTIC! Environments are giving a nostalgic sense, summer vibe, and a place to cool off from various activities outdoors! 🫨🤩✨

This place is all hustle! A complete zoo. Its just a burger but hey, we all want it. Fast fast fast. Parked a bit a away and walked in. Drive thru nuts!

Not what I expected to see when I opened my fries. I never come to this in and out and the one time I do my fries look like this. Best in and out with fast service and your foods always great is Bristol and Civic Center

Fast services,friendly staff and consistent flavor. Question my kid ask : "how many fries can be made from 1 potatoe"

Menu is so simple, easy to order, which means queue moves along pretty fast. Very retro feel and the burger is Double-Double burger is really nice. Fries not so nice though, prefer those from McDonald's.

Absolute worst parking lot in history, there’s NEVER anywhere to park and they force you to park across a large busy street that has NO CROSS WALK !!!!!! I WAS ALMOST HIT TWICE JUST TRYING TO WALK IN! Very angry people come to this in n out and the parking lot is WAY too small with a horrible layout. The staff does not care nor apologize for the inconveniences

How can you not like In-N-Out Burger Five stars all the way and I can't wait to go back and get my double double with extra sauce and grilled onions I wish they had onion rings because their french fries suck!

I've been to this location a handful of times, I would say the majority of the time, they do mess up the order. Otherwise it's clean and just like every other in and out. Quality food, The example was today, ordered a burger with some changes, but not many, and they completely messed up the order. They added tomatoes when I said no tomatoes, they didn't add the ketchup or the mustard, disappointing, but still tasty.

I'm furious. I went through the drive at 3:47 pm on 1/29/25. I got my daughter a cheeseburger protein style with both onions, tomato, and spread along with 2 cheeseburgers (just the cheese), 3 fries and 3 shakes. 5 chilis and 2 spread on the side. At the pay window the order that was repeated back was correct, even at the pick up window. The woman who handed me the order said that the spread and chilis were in the bag with the fries. Ok I'll trust the worker. I get home, my 5 year old daughter bites into the burger and starts crying. They put a bunch of fucking chilis on a burger that I didn't order cause why would I want my child's mouth to be on fire. Then I'm eating my burger and there is a small black hair in it. So disgusting. What else was in my order that I'm not expecting. The side of spread that was supposedly in my bag that had the fries too was no where to be seen either.

The Service: Always efficient service. Drive through staffs are taking orders non-stop. So many staffs in the kitchen preparing the orders. 3 cashiers taking orders at the counters. They just have great team work! The Parking: Parking lot shared with a hotel. It could be challenging to find parking spots during meal times.

Like all In-N-Outs, enjoyed the yummy, cheap, but unhealthy food here. Polite, helpful staff. Crowded, so the food takes a while to come out. I like the sliced lemons and the soda machines having ice water. Clean restrooms, but wish there was more than one urinal in the men's.

Hmmm well I'll just say the one on 19th street is way worse. The one next to UCI is my personal fave. Let me tell you why. One plus is there was a girl constantly cleaning tables once people got up. The parking is IMPOSSIBLE to find. We had to park across the street on the side street there by chick fil a. We then ran across to the innout. They had a spot or two open, but the drive through line is completely blocking it. Even if you managed to get in, how would you get out from there? Another reason for a removal of a star is because when we went inside, we realized they forgot a bunch of orders. They called all numbers 45-60 at one point. That's a lot to forget. And of course, they forgot my pickles too. I look forward to pickles. Sad. Could be worse tho. Could be the one on 19th street.

Drive thru line is always long for good reason. So yummy! Light well fries all the way

This is the closest location to home, so I do keep coming back. The lines do get quite long inside and in the drive-thru. It's like every other location tbh. I am not one to review chain fast food. However it's quite upsetting coming here on multiple occasions and in the drive-thru, and have had people who have come before me get to order first. If I'm waiting 30 minutes in a drive-thru, I feel at least have the 2 lanes organized so people get their food in the order they come.

The service was long they messed order we ordered 9 hamburgers, and only 8. We are staying in Huntington Beach, so we were like 20 mins away

This location is kinda land locked and feels crowded. There is a drive through but that's kinda cramped given the small parking lot. You sometimes have to make your way around the parking lot to actually get into the queue. The service is quick and it is very clear they are a team and try their best to give quick service. This is my first time getting the Flying Dutchman and it was tasty but not well put together. It was messy to eat but I find that fun! The animal fries, as per usual, were delish! I also like that the meal is served in a plastic tray making it easier to manage.

Tasty double-double with fries and a drink, great value, excellent & consistent service! They have seating outside too, I like getting some sun while I eat!

Pretty good, pretty good. In N Out is a fast-food chain that you can always count on to make fresh food. Hands down, it is always good. This location was no exception. Our food was great. Hot and fresh. They got the order right. In N Out is doing something right, because they are always meeting expectations. I am not even a huge In N Out fan to be honest. I just don't crave burgers as much as I crave Mexican food. But I know that In N Out is always a safe bet if I want a burger. For me, it is the grilled cheese. I do wish In N Out would serve a Beyond patty option for the vegetarians. But the grilled cheese is really good.

Ordered the number one animal style- my wife ordered the number 2- great food & service price was great too

Burger was SO good! And the customer service was great! I recommend this place. The ambiance of the place looked so cool!

5 Stars for Ariana! Working the line at 9:58pm. Smiles and extremely professional. Took our order quick with happiness and the level of hospitality was off the chart. This employee should be recognized for the willingness to work with the demanding customers of In-N-Out and maintaining a friendly smile ! I work in the culinary industry so hospitality is number one and key! The food was great as always! Thanks!

This location we try to avoid. They have the unfriendliest staff compared to other locations. Their food is also hit or miss

I love this location. Service is always good, customer service is great, food is always good and always has my order right. But tonight just got my order and I specifically asked for extra cooked french fries and unfortunately, on both of my orders of fries I did not get that. I tried calling the actually location but I got an 800 number that goes nowhere. Hopefully, next time I get the fries I order. Otherwise, it is a really great establishment overall. Thanks for your hard work In n Out on Harbor.

You need to stop reading this review and head straight to a In N Out and order yourself some double double and animal fries well done and a strawberry shake or some sh*t because you won't be disappointed!!!! They are In N Out burger, they are way better than Five Guys!!! They used to have a Five Guys by Target but now it's Board and Brew!!!! So that's tell you FIVE GUYS SUCKS!!!! GO NOW!!!

Yes, yes, & YES! Love me some In-N-Out! This was a priority stop for us, lol. When we arrived, there was no line inside yet so we were golden. We placed our order, grabbed a table, & got our drinks. I absolutely love that the drink station is touch-less! We all got cheeseburgers in various ways; no carb aka lettuce instead of a bun, regular, & grilled onions. We also got regular fries & animal style fries from the "secret menu" (melted cheese, secret sauce & grilled onions). The only negative about animal style on the fries & not the burger is that they get cold quick. They have a busy drive thru that is open later & you can din inside or out. The restaurant was clean & spotless, including the restroom, & the staff was friendly & efficient. They also sell cool merch & of course I had to cop a signature t-shirt to add to my son's collection. They have the coolest artwork! Gonna hit this place up as much as possible before we head back home to the East Coast!

This in n out is located sooo conveniently next to ghe freeways so it's literally always packed ... but the service is always great here. They've never messed up any of my drive through orders , and tonight's servers were extra friendly so I figured I'd leave a positive review for the overall good experience and awesome food. You can never go wrong with in n out!

Haven't been to In-N-Out in years so decided to try. Boy oh boy was I unpleasantly surprised. My hamburger was cold, had a big clump of what looked like the white middle part of a lettuce, no green on the lettuce at all. The tomato was squishy, looked old. The little meat was cold. The fries were also cold. The Neapolitan shake was nothing but foam, no ice cream and was warm. A couple of bites and in the trash it all went. I live close by, and it didn't take long to get home. Was in line in the car drive thru longer than expected because cars were cutting in. Never ever again!

Top bun was burnt on all cheese burgers I ordered. Ruined my lunch with the bitter taste. They weren't busy at all when I showed up. Disappointing.

Best in-n-out I've been to; the workers were very prompt in getting the mob of people's orders and were courteous throughout the whole process. Jaden gave me a milkshake recommendation as well (strawberry is the best, he was right). I will be returning when I am back in the area!

Sign said kids get hot chocolates on rainy days. It was raining. Guy that rang us up at the first window said it wasn't raining. I asked him to explain... due to the fact that it was raining! Additionally, my car was covered in water- I just don't have any inclination as to how this guy could presume it wasn't raining!!! He said, "when there is water falling from the sky!" I almost couldn't help but laugh due to the level of sarcasm he was speaking with, but I also was laughing at the fact he was wearing a Covid mask. Anyways, we got our food at the next window, and we got our hot chocolate 'cause, you know, it's raining!!!!!! Thank you Masked Man for making us laugh

Founded in 1948, it's hard to believe In-N-Out has been around for 70+ years! I still remember their commercials with the theme - "That's What A Hamburger's All About". With locations in California, Nevada, Arizona, Utah, Texas and Oregon, there has been recent news that the chain will expand to the east coast. No matter which location you go to, you can expect a long wait in the drive-thru because the food is THAT good! Their menu is fairly basic and doesn't get updated often, but they excel at making quality burgers and fries. You can customize your meal too with such requests as Protein Style, Animal Style and Light or Well Done Fries to name a few. If you're craving a burger with consistently high quality ingredients at a reasonable price point, In-N-Out is where it's at!

Sitting in my bathroom at 3:44am My stomach was cramping so bad it woke me up and pulled me out of bed. I had this place for dinner, and I'm certain this place is what did it, the only other thing I had to eat today was the yogurt, cherry, and granola bowl I make every single morning. Def never coming back to this location

My family and I love to customize our grilled cheese and burgers. We are always impressed that our order is never wrong.

I would never normally write a review for In-N-Out Burger, but this particular one gets our order wrong every single time. The food is always salted in an ungodly amount. Everything is so salty the fries and the burgers it feels like they don't even try here by far the worst in and out I've ever been to.

Hack - order inside the restaurant if you want to get your food faster. The drive thru line is outrageous during weekday lunchtime, so we went inside and got our food pretty quickly. The parking lot is large and is shared with a hotel. We didn't have any issues finding parking. My only complaint about the entire experience was the dirty and smelly restroom. It was during a lunchtime rush so I understand, but still wish it didn't have the sewage smell. Also the server wasn't warm like In-N-Out service usually is. Besides that, the food quality was exactly what I needed after a long trip. Delicious as usual.

The fries are always on the crispier side here but they always get my order right and the line moves quick.

As an x employee I'm ashamed of the service I got today I came for my lunch around 12, teresa need to work on her customer service and she needs to repeat orders back to customers instead of giving them thier total not to mention my frys were not well like I asked for.

The guy taking your order in the drive-through is completely brain dead. He gets your order wrong completely, and does not pay attention while he is repeating it back to you everything was wrong by the time I got to the window to pay for half of the stuff I had to go back into re-order all the correct items.

Regardless of the location, I'm impressed with how much they were able to allocate for this specific In-N-Out to give customers as many parking spaces as they could for the plaza. I saw parking spots labeled "In-N-Out" and knew that this place meant business because it was a shared lot with other businesses (and a possible apartment community nearby?). I was fortunate to not visit during the peak hours, but it was still relatively busy with the drive-thru and the parking lot was quite full. They have seating outside and plenty of seating inside for the customers. The service is quick even though the wait may seem long, and the food quality is on par with the other locations. The staff was very friendly, as I had my toddler kid with me attempting to walk around the bench area. One of the staff members actually went to grab a coloring kit with crayons to give to my little kiddo, which brought a smile to my kids face. The fresh fries, freshly grilled burgers, and fantastic service makes this location great.

Never have I had a bad meal from In n out until tonight. The place was moving fast, Lots of customers and burgers n fries ready before you pulled up, but that's not a good thing when the food is so cold the animal fries toppings had coagulated and It was a huge clump of yuck! Almost no grilled onions on either the fries or burgers and when I pulled the burgers apart you could tell it had sat for a while as the spread had absorbed into the bun. It's been a while so we were looking forward o a hot meal, too bad you disappointed us In n out! Won be on back for a while! I will tell our he employees were hopping, busy busy employees.

This is prolly the very rare occasion that INO staff got my order wrong. I ordered no onions but got animal style instead. Too bad this burger and my money will go to waste. Regardless, still the best burger joint around.

A few days ago I brought a few senior citizens to this location and one of them had a motorized wheelchair that I was dreading having to fit in the restaurant. Shoutout Jaden for being a real one and not even slightly hesitating to help me out. His positive attitude and quick problem solving made this trip even more enjoyable. Food as always was 10/10.

I ordered 5 double doubles for my family just to have them not put any cheese or sauce on all 5 burgers. Waste of money.

Tasty as always - busy but friendly service. Parking can be hard here when the drive thru line is long, but thankfully we found a spot and enjoyed dinner.

Just like any In-N-Out, the staff is nice, the line takes a noticeable time for the drive-thru, and the pricing is more than fair. My problem was the combination of not getting my burger animal style like I ordered, and then getting a random (unrequested) jalapeño that damn near made me swerve while I was driving. The veg fillers were lacking too (like a single thin slice of tomato, a few sprinkled one inch squares of lettuce, and 1 skinny ribbon of onion.

Overall they just truly crush it here. The quality is amazing and no matter what time you show up the burger is perfect and the staff is attentive. Excellent work In-N-Out. A Bella checked with me to see what number I was waiting on even though I was only waiting for about 10mins. Love it here :)

We loved our visit to this In N Nout location! Our drive thru clerk, Antonio, was an absolute rockstar!!! He was so friendly and efficient! We are sure to revisit this chain on a regular basis in the future due to the hospitality and kindess we recieved from Antonio!!!!

This is our In N Out! We love it! BUT the last few orders have been so wrong. Unfortunately, we won't go back and go to the other nearest one.

What a huge disappointment! I normally wouldn't give bad reviews to fast food, unless I'm extremely disappointed in their service or quality of food. Because ya know, chains usually have a standard quality and service isn't bad.. it's just fast (unless the staff is extremely rude). In any case, on my first visit last month, they messed up my order. I am not sure how that happened because when they repeated it, it sounded all correct. I wanted a double cheese burger, protein style with no tomatoes, and also ordered three other double cheese burgers (with buns) and everything on it. I am not sure how they messed it up, but my protein burger had tomatoes, and the other three burgers had NOTHING. It didn't have tomatoes, it didn't have grilled onions that I ordered, and TWO were wrapped in lettuce! I felt so bad for the two people who did not order protein style, so I called their customer service line. After explaining the situation, they compensated with two cards where I can redeem a double cheeseburger meal for each card. On the second visit, excited to use the card, the employee there either didn't know how to run the cards, or their card reader didn't work. Once again, I was extremely disappointed. I'll spend the extra 10 minutes driving to a different location, rather than being disappointed a third time.

Delicious on the way in. Awful on the way out. Had stomach cramps and diarrhea the whole night and next day. Cautious to go back. Was it a fluke? Food poisoning or something else?
