What a huge disappointment! I normally wouldn't give bad reviews to fast food, unless I'm extremely disappointed in their service or quality of food. Because ya know, chains usually have a standard quality and service isn't bad.. it's just fast (unless the staff is extremely rude).
In any case, on my first visit last month, they messed up my order. I am not sure how that happened because when they repeated it, it sounded all correct. I wanted a double cheese burger, protein style with no tomatoes, and also ordered three other double cheese burgers (with buns) and everything on it. I am not sure how they messed it up, but my protein burger had tomatoes, and the other three burgers had NOTHING. It didn't have tomatoes, it didn't have grilled onions that I ordered, and TWO were wrapped in lettuce! I felt so bad for the two people who did not order protein style, so I called their customer service line. After explaining the situation, they compensated with two cards where I can redeem a double cheeseburger meal for each card.
On the second visit, excited to use the card, the employee there either didn't know how to run the cards, or their card reader didn't work. Once again, I was extremely disappointed.
I'll spend the extra 10 minutes driving to a different location, rather than being disappointed a third time.
