As of 3-19-2024 Recently remodeled This place is absolutely 🔥 Love the new update and refresh. Best Burgers , Best Shakes, and Best Quality at an excellent price 👌 Just wanna say a BIG THANK YOU to In-N-Out for always, delivering a great experience!!!! 👍 The line moved quickly. Order process was easy. I ordered a Doubke Double Animal style along with a protien burger no cheese 😋 And a puppy patty no salt for the dogs, yes for the dogs they love comming here they can smell this place from a block away. Everything was delicious. In N Out for life.

The service is good. I love the burgers. The animal style fries are good.

Great place to have a burger. And a cold soda, or delicious milkshake. The 75th anniversary was awesome. So much fun.

i’ve been coming here since i was a little girl and it’s always perfect! they’ve never once gotten my order wrong & they’re very kind and fast paced! favorite location :) the prices are so good too

Always a solid experience, and normally the food is on point - so it's definitely a win. My only issue is the lines are so long (which means it'll be great), but a double drive thru and still backed up was intimidating when hungry! Staff was pleasant. Get the 4x4 ifc you're hungry, protein style if you're trying to stay away from the carbs, and animal style for the extra flavor!

First timers. The food was hot and fresh. It was also inexpensive. We saw the line around the building and the crowd inside. Loved the burgers 🍔, fries 🍟 and chocolate shake.

First time going to this location I went through the drive thru and the person who took my order had an amazing attitude the line was long but it was worth the wait food was great.

Every in n out has the same qualities. Great staff, great service, great food, accurate orders and excellent pricing. The one thing that stands out differently is how fast they can turn out customers. This location has all of those standards. They recently reopened after going through renovations to accommodate better traffic flow which has greatly improved their speed of service. Great in n out location

I love in n out but the way they have been doing me lately is insane and I never remember to take pictures but this time I finally did. I always think maybe I should've said well done but the fact that the patties are so thin, I'd assume THIS way would be more of a "need to request" type of accommodation because who wants a super thin RAW patty? Also because they are always so busy I never want to hold the line up checking to see if my burgers are done. I'll be back though. But please get it together

It was a MISS ...my Flying Dutchman was all messed up...I got a burger patty either way cheese melted o it on paper oh well..the fries were great and the shake was great location is everything I guess ..it was disappointing..I did not eat it..

Had an excellent experience here! The restaurant is really clean, and efficient. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and the food is AMAZING as usual. This location seems to stay pretty busy but they do an outstanding job getting you through the line. Cheers!

Newly renovated parking lot. it now has more parking spaces and new construction going on wgich looks like more shops coming into the same plaza. drive through looks long but line moves fast and in a very organized wat. staffs are ALWAYS so nice and friendly to order with. best of the best!

Can't go wrong with In N Out but the last two visits since they have the 2 lanes open to order now something is up with their Food. Burger is Sadder than mufasa dying in the lion king. Old lettuce, patties seem a little burnt. This was my go to place for burgers and now I'm second guessing my choice. The service is still good can't complain about that but come on burgers are looking more like Big Macs

I always quote Anthony Bourdain when leaving a review for an In N Out. "Only franchise worth a dam" because it's true. Our order as always was on point, customer service was on point and for the ambiance, well you know what to expect. Clean and old school. Really enjoyed our meal today. The usual, a number 1, no spread, add mustard with fries and a root-beer.

I now work in Fontana, and I'm starting to explore the area for food options. Many places in Fontana, don't have the best reviews- at least that's what I have noticed. In N Out seemed like a safe option since the reviews are good and In N Out is always fresh. Most locations are good and you can count on In N Out to bring the good stuff. Drove to this location on my lunch break. The line was wrapped around the building. Like wow! I guess everyone had the same idea as me lol The line was crazy, and took about 25 minutes just sitting in the line. Not super efficient if you are on your lunch break and don't have much time. I ordered a grilled cheese, no onions; animal style French fry with extra cheese and a side of sauce; and a medium soda. The animal style fry was perfectly delicious! The burger was good too, but I removed the lettuce. It was wilted and didn't taste fresh. The burger was edible just didn't taste the most fresh. Still overall, good place to go for a yummy meal! But just be careful with the long line. If you are on your lunch break, this may not be the best option.

some of the workers need to be fired, ordered fries only, no burgers and waited 30 minutes, I'm number 96 and they already on order number 8 to 10. this happened to me right now , unorganized people here , get y'all stuff together and stop talking To much,

The food was good until I found a hair in my fries, my hair is light brown and their was a black hair in there!!! NASTY @SS PEOPLE NEED TO PUT THEIR HAIR UP!!

How can you go wrong?? Chopped chilis, mustered grilled protein style.. great place to grab lunch.

Simple meal ..still affordable compared to other food chain..loved it. A lot people ordering whether dining or take out. Staff are courteous. I hope management widen the drive thru Like McDonald's they should have 2 lane to place order n I hope they had 2 window slot that has conveyor that drop the customer order..like they do in banks n pharmacy. They should add onions rings in the menu. I recommend in n out..cool as always.

I'm doing a review because I loved Justyne ! Not only did she compliment my hair during this super long line on the drive thru. My girl was making conversation about the rain and the weather and really helping the line and make me even more impatient, which at in n out you should always expect. Anyways, food was good even though the onions were fresh not grilled. Good talk. That's all. Mic drop. #JustyneThankYou !

The burger was decent and the fries were soggy. The milkshake was pretty good for the price. The place was buzzing and the service was pretty quick.

Johnny the manager declined my discount for law enforcement, I felt very disrespected. for all the hard work I put into the community, they first asked for my work ID which I provided, and for my badge as well which wasn't a issue. And that wasn't enough for Jonathan and asked to see if I have my weapon which I do have my concealed weapon, and I'm not gonna show that to anyone in public. Since I didn't he then denied me for not having uniform on ? Which I fine unfair they give military discount no issue without uniform but for law enforcement needs to be uniformed when we are public service and safety as well .

Oh heck no, burnt buns left me a nasty charred taste in my mouth. Tomato was soggy, lettuce was wilted, buns were burnt af. I'm sad. Good thing this isn't the only in n out in California. Never again fontucky. Should've gone to King Taco.

Never had a bad double-double before. But I got one today. The bread was toasted very dark. And the burger was dry. Service was prompt and the store was clean.

Talk about BAD customer service. This girl was such in a bad mood when taking our order and didn't smile ONCE. Never coming back to this in n out. Makes me feel really uncomfortable. I work with customer service and this isn't how you greet customers or make the customer feel comfortable and welcome. I can tell she hates her job.

I stopped here while visiting family just a couple miles away. I was heading back to Vegas and wanted my In-N-Out fix before the 3+ hour solo drive. The drive-thru line was typical for In-N-Out.....very long! I opted to eat inside. Well, that was also not a good idea because when I walked in, the line of people was even longer than the drive-thru line, and the only table that was available was filthy. It took about 5 minutes of standing in line before it was my turn to order, then another 20 minutes before I got my "fast food." I know this is one of southern California's most popular food chains, because every location is always busy. While I was waiting for my food, I couldn't help but notice how dirty the restaurant was. I've been to many In-N-Outs before, and this one is probably the dirtiest. There was food and trash on the floors, and the tables were not being kept up with in terms of being cleaned off as customers left to accommodate the rush of people. My food deserves 5 stars, because it was delicious! Not a single complaint with the food!

The burgers always taste so good. Just that sometimes the fries are burnt. But I like burnt food. The staff is always nice though

It's In-N-Out you get what you get... Manuel was on point with the customer service. Don't get me wrong, I've never had bad customer service at any In-N-Out but Manuel went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome. Thank you young man...

07/25/2018 Line out to the street. Doesn't seem to be too efficient as to how the line is formed for the drive-thru. I entered in the next driveway and went all the way around the building for a nice parking spot. Closest to the door with no other car nearby. Seems like an older building so this location must have been here a while. Seems like more people want to sit in the drive-thru instead of free air conditioning. It's a small dining area but everything seems to run like clockwork. My burgers look a little deflated but it will do for now.

They gave me cups that were soaked on yand my drink spilled all over my car/ and the food was really salty . Never coming here again

I like there food but lately I'm seeing no meat in the burger. Its so thin you can not see it. If its 1/8# I would be surprised. It's not just one location but all I have been too. Quality has greatly gone down.

there is a women who works here by the name Sara and she is a nightmare. I tried asking for a refund for my food that was obviously undercooked and she gave me so much ATTITUDE. I'm naturally a meek person so just going up and asking for a refund was a lot but i have never felt so disrespected my someone so entitled. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and when she went to the back she laughed at me and my coworkers. NOT THE MENTION when she went to the side i saw Sarah picking her nose and wiping it on her apron. DISGUSTING! I am immediately going to call corporate so something can be done about such an incompetent employee!!!! She is a pale looking women who wears glasses and has black hair! YOU ARE TERIBlE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE SARA. She loudly spoke about how "complex" my order was even though it was just a double double with no cheese. DID I MENTION SHE PICKED HER NOSE AND THEN WENT TO GO MAKE BURGERS IMMEDIATELY AFTER??? horrendous woman and terrible in n out location. Save your money and go elsewhere

Love this location, the food is on point every time. The fries I had here last time were perfectly fried and so fresh, I was very impressed. The service is great of course. The only down sides are the small lot so sometimes the drive through line stretches out onto the road which is a bit annoying. But when that happens I like to park and order inside and I've found that's quicker than sitting in the drive through. My favorite thing to order is a cheeseburger with WHOLE grilled onions add peppers.

This place needs zero introduction. The company is extremely well known in Southern California and has a simple, but easy menu. In-N-Out is a staple and extremely popular, which has definitely heightened its demand. This location and many locations are no stranger to long lines or cars peering out of the drive thru. Of course, what to order, there's definitely the standard, but I usually go for animal style fries and burger, while sharing the fries. I've also enjoyed the protein burger, which removes the bread and they do offer grilled cheese sandwiches. The grilled cheese is the bun with cheese and their spread-- good for kids. Drink wise, you have the option of milkshakes, soda, or pink lemonade. I enjoy a small chocolate milkshake at times or pink lemonade, both are extremely tasteful. Cost wise, this place won't break the bank, but if you get the upgrades in fries and opt for a milkshake, then it puts you in the $8-$12 range for a meal. If you split the fries and just order another burger and drink, it puts you under $20, which is very affordable.

Can't go wrong with In and Out! Fresh eberthang! I customized my burger believe it or not.. When I'm super hungry, I get the hamburger, double patty, easy spread, add both onions (raw and grilled) with chopped chillies! To die for.....

i don't know if this means i belong to a cult, but I have a hard time trusting people that don't like In-N-Out (unless it's for dietary reasons, of course). Anyways i visited during lunchtime, drive-through was SUPER packed, yet the wait-time wasn't even that bad. my first in-n-out was on hollywood blvd in hs and i feel pretty confident in stating the following (regardless of what location i visit): staff is friendly, my order is correct (diced onions between the cheese and patty is my fav), there's a hecka long line svs no matter w always worth the wait. Update: stopped by (again)..order was PERFECT! SHOUT OUT to NOEMI and ADOLFO for awesome service (digital high fives for both of you)

This is one of my favorite place to go when I'm craving some fast food. Every time I go, In-N-Out uses quality ingredients and that is why I like it so much. The fries are also always hot and crispy. They always satisfy me because they're so good. Overall food is a 10/10. I'm only giving In-N-Out 4 stars because of how busy it is and how I wish to make it more efficient.

drive through is always a mess and a tight fit they probably need to change locations cuz it's ridiculous

This place has been around for a while. My husband has always said that this is best one around here because of how long is been here. I really didn't believe him (to be honest). But now I have been eating the protein style burger and I could definitely tell the difference in taste on the beef patty. I know that their sauce is what makes the burger but I have found that the protein for me taste better with having the sauce on the side and just dipping as I eat it. That's a definite try if you like the protein style burger. It felt so much more satisfying. This place is always packed and for good reason.

The drive thru line always takes forever! Fries are either soggy or hard as a rock! Some of the employees are very rude!

1st time ever that I have a bad experience at an in n out. The cashier (Destiny Be) was rude and for no reason from the moment I started to order she seemed to have an attitude and rolled her eyes at me twice. When I went to pick up my food she literally pushed my food towards me like a dog. Rude and unprofessional

I recommend the number 2 of the menu with a pink lemonade. The cheese Burger was delicious the bun made it crunchy the crunchy that you like.

I want to give recognition to the sweetest worker that goes by the name Joyce, (I hope I spelled that right). Anywho, while I was waiting in the drive-thru line and my phone decided to shut off and update which my only form of payment is Apple Pay. I had told the girl that was going to take my order that I would just come back around because my phone was updating. So once I got to the 1st window (Joyce/Joice) ended up taking my order and paying for my order : ( She did it out of her heart, it's something small but I feel it deserves recognition, she represents great customer service and a kind soul. I hope she sees this and I hope great Karma continues to bless her!

I love IN N OUT but I definitely will not be coming to this location again! Miss ABIGAIL ( Name Tag ABBY ) was absolutely rude to me. I did not even give her an attitude I actually said" hi can I please have ..." and she not even looking at me she looks at my shirt like hello what wrong with my shirt? ( it's a regular black shirt with Calvin Klein printed on it ) then gives me attitude bc she wanted to charge me for 2 extra fries & I corrected my order and she rolled her eyes and sighed. So MISS ABBY OR ABIGAIL WHATEVER YOU GO BY HOPE YOU READ THIS IF YOU DON'T WANT TO WORK IN A RESTAURANT GIVING CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN QUIT WORKING THERE GIRL DON'T GIVE PEOPLE ATTITUDE FOR YOUR PERSONAL PROBLEMS.

In-n-out is delicious -PERIOD-. I've never had a bad experience at any of the locations (I've been to like 8-10). But this one on Sierra is ALWAYS PACKED. The drive through trickles all the way to the street. If you are craving in-n-out. Just drive the distance to a different location.

This place can't get a simple order correct and this has happened multiple times. They don't get what both kind of grilled onion (chopped and whole onion grilled) means. I been to several different In-N-Out's and this problem has never happened. I will not be returning to this location.

I always go to this location and never really had a problem with them. But today I went after work to get some food for my wife and I and I was number 14. I sat down and was listening to the numbers being called and when I heard "10, 11, 12." I was thinking oh I'm coming up soon. But then it was 15. And the. 16 and 17. I was thinking ok I did get an order of animal style fries so maybe those other orders didn't and that's why they got their food first. But then it started going into the 20's. Then 22. Then 23. So once it hit 27 I was like ok there's no way that many are getting their food before me. I stood up to ask a worker about it and then they called 29 and that's when I finally asked "where is 14?" And they said "14?" And a worker heard in the back and "said what number?" And he repeated "14." So she asked to see my receipt and immediately took it to the back to ask about it. When she came back to make burgers, she looked at me and said "they are working on it right now." And I asked "what happened to it, did it get lost?" And she said "I guess so." But it just seemed like they didn't care that my order got lost somehow and they totally skipped me and didn't try to apologize or anything for all the trouble. It was almost like they were thinking "whoops, my bad. We'll get to it now so wait longer still." Horrible.

Used the drive thru to order my grilled cheese combo meal. As usual, the line was rather long but moved at a reasonable speed. A+ for the grilled cheese but my fries were a bit on the cooler side. I'll definitely be back!

Fontana location is honestly the worst in n out to possibly go to. Im not sure whats wrong with this location but management needs to step in and see how the workers operate. I got here at 12:15am and placed an order through drivethru, not only was I rushed, i was spoken to in a rude manner, before i could say thank you for placing my order, the girl already told me my total without repeating my order. Trust me i understand its late, they want to go home. The food.... PLEASE READ THIS PART! The fries were hard to chew, some were hard and some were harder, the fries LITERALLY CRACKED WHEN CHEWED. The burgers were not good at all. I got a doubledouble no onions, i get home and look at the burgers, I almost lost my sh!t. The patties were hanging off the sides, the amount of lettuce that was in the burger seemed like i asked for no lettuce. The cheeseburger came with grilled onions, this burger was made with no effort, messy and with very little grilled onions and lettuce. They weren't even busy, so to get the burgers like this is an embarrassment to this location. Im not a happy customer. This location is a huge disappointment. First time ever from in n out. Ive had problems like this in the past from this location. I wanted to give this place one more chance cause i was starving. Its looks like im going to the ontario location instead. Its a ways from my house but it's honestly a better experience.
