In-N-Out Burger

Great food good customer service as always. Parking is always busy but it’s huge if you walk 2 minutes always you can find parking. Drive through is more busy but inside is busy too but it’s faster than the drive through. Have indoor and outdoor sitting. Close to our home so sometimes in the weekend we go there.

Surprisingly not very busy during lunch time, food took about 8 mins before it was available at the counter to eat. The drive through was a lot busier though, so keep that in mind if you’re in a rush. As always, In-N-Out has a certain comfort to it when you go and always get a consistently fresh smash burger. I’m a big fan of the onion, but I can see why some don’t like how overpowering it can be. Overall, this is a good spot and quieter than some of the other locations, at least from this experience.

This place is sloppy and gross every time I come here. Burgers consistently soggy, so wet that the bottom of the bag is moist, buns never grilled. Just overall poorly trained staff. Sad fries🤢. Burger tastes meh at this location every single time. Was so excited for this location too.. Needs a new person from a good in n out to retrain them.

First time at this In n Out. Hamburger was delicious and the service was great as well. Although busy, didn’t have to wait to long to get our food. As far as drinks go, they have plenty to choose from but I always prefer their pink lemonade as it pairs perfectly with their burgers!

What more can you say about In-N-Out 🤷‍♂️ Never disappoints. Love it!

Genuinely the worst in n out to go to. Waited 30+ minutes and still didn’t get my food. Had to get a refund because they were not calling out any numbers. They only care about drive thru and did not preface that it would take so long, yes one can assume that it’ll be a wait because of the crowdedness, but I have never waited for more than 30 minutes or even 30 minutes at that at any in n out regardless of the crowd. Terrible service from the workers as well. One of the workers was even pretending to clean when there was nothing dirty instead of going to help at the counter or making the food/bagging.

Decided to get takeout on our busy Thursday and my kids both agreed on in n out. It's very rare that they agree on one thing so we decided to go with it. It was around 5 pm when we got to this location and I was surprised to only see 3 cars in the drive thru window- score! It took about 3 minutes for the cars to move to get to my turn to order. Giselle took my order and she repeated everything back- got to the pay counter and got my food all within a few minutes. It was an easy back on the road experience as there is a traffic light at this location getting out which I appreciate. There are some in n outs I avoid because getting out is truly an accident waiting to happen. As I got home, the burgers were still hot, fries light well still crispy, shakes still cold and best of all- everyone was happy! Pro tip- are you missing that nostalgic in n out taste from when you were younger? Here is my order: Double patty no cheese (yes I know- roll with it) Patties mustard fried Extra toasted buns Chopped chilis Fresh whole onion Whole grilled onion Thank me later :)

What used to be a California icon is now very stale. Prices are double what they were only 10 years ago. They play no music inside. When I went someone smelled horribly like garlic, the whole restaurant smelled of it. They moved their headquarters to Texas, basically disowning their historic ties to California and very much hurting my opinion of their brand. If you're a vegan all you can have here is coffee, fountain drinks and French fries. Not a great time. We even had order 67 and they prounced it sixty-seven. Not worth the price tag and if a business gets into politics when they're not my politics I'm not gonna be stoked. Spend your money at the nearby grocery store or Chipotle for a better meal.

I frequent this in n out the most bc it's the closest to my house Usually the line isn't too long when I go but if it goes out of that little parking area and I have to line up to get in line I usually just go inside to order (it's faster trust me) My order is usually a 3x3 with extra RAW onion and chopped chilis Sometimes I'll get it protein style In n out is and has always been top tier fast food!!!!!

Could you please stop using soggy, wet, and wilted lettuce on your burgers!? It ruins the whole burger experience! Every single time I order a burger from your In-N-Out the lettuce is never fresh and crisp. Your In-N-Out consistently has this problem. The other In-N-Outs I've been to don't have this problem. Please train your cooks to pay attention to all aspects of burger making, including the lettuce and other fresh toppings.

Ordered in the drive-thru. Line moves pretty fast. I ordered a single cheeseburger combo. They have an order taker walking up to vehicle taking your order which speeds up the process.

Great drive thru service from order taker Kermit, (I think that's right) cashier Estefany, and person that handed me my bag of deliciousness. Great tasting 3x3, and animal style cheeseburger. First time at in n out. I am impressed. Like the viewing windows to watch burgers being made while waiting. Great food experience.

This spot is an LA staple and for good reason. You won't find another burger with this level of quality at such an affordable price. While the meat patties are thin, they're packed with bold flavor. If that's not enough for you, just stack on more patties to your heart's content. I was thrilled when they opened this location since the nearest one used to be all the way in Redondo Beach. It's hands down one of the best bang-for-your-buck meals around. In a city where it's tough to find lunch or dinner under $20, they manage to keep it under $15. My go-to order is a protein-style Double-Double with both raw and grilled onions, plus peppers and pickles. And I never skip the animal-style fries, you can't go wrong. The best part? You can fully customize your meal to suit your taste.

In-n-out is one of the staples of LA. You'd be hard pressed to find a in-n-out drive-thru that isn't at least 8-12 cars long. Why? I believe it's becuz of their low price point and high quality. What I like most about their burgers is that the grill their buns. There's nothing like the taste of a good patty paired with an edge-toasted buttery bun, perfection. Their drive-thrus are so long now they have employees standing alone prior to the drive-thru to take orders. If you haven't had in-n-out before (which means you're probably a tourist cuz if you were a native you definitely have) give it try. And I have to say it's definitely better than those other "five guys" whatever their names are.

How do you like your fries? In honor of National French Fry day, we went to In-N-Out. Really, we were just hungry post-Hollywood Bowl concert! We don't often eat at In-N-Out, but when we do, we share an order of: Cheeseburger, animal style Fries, well-done, animal style Neapolitan Shake Enjoy!

In-N-Out Burger is probably the best option for fast food burgers. While the french fries are not my cup of tea, one cannot go wrong by ordering a double double animal style. The food is made to order for each and every customer. This location has ample parking, unlike some other locations that I have visited. Give this place a try.

In-N-Out is the BEST! Even with inflation, the quality of their food stays good and the prices are always economically friendly! Thru the years, In-N-Out has been about the serving the community delicious burgers! This location is efficient. Drive thru is always busy but you'll get to the window from the time you place your order with the drive thru staff within 10mins tops! Awesome! Good quality burgers, unbeatable price and an efficient team - makes me love In-N-Out thru the years!

I ordered a Neapolitan shake, vanilla shake and two orders of fries. The vanilla and the fries were good as usual but for the Neapolitan, I was given a cup of goopy melted ice cream. I'm talking straight dairy liquid that was spilling out the side. An issue with the machine I figured. I politely asked if I could switch it o it with vanilla since the vanilla didn't seem to have the same problem. I was told that they'd have to charge me. I get it, lunch rush. But the fact remains that I was left with an unconsumable product and rendered a VERY sub-par service- I should not forget to mention that there were three employees chatting casually at a single register but was made to wait for almost a minute before anyone even acknowledged me or any other waiting costumers. In-n-Out usually distinguishes itself as premium amongst other fast food chains thus they should be held to a higher standard.

Love this place... food always fresh and hot. Servers are always smiling and greet you well! Although they always busy and crowded ..., I love watching them working with unity! . And what I love most is that all their packages has God's words on it.

In-N-Out 10000% has the best burgers. The line does get super long and tends to wrap around the parking lot, but it does move quickly . I always get the cheeseburger, with grilled onions and raw onions.. and pickles! Getting both types of onions is a GAME. CHANGER. The raw onions add a nice crunch while the grilled onions add so much flavor. Fried could be better. However I get the fries well done so it's more crispy! I always add for extra spread on the side. Workers at this location have always been super helpful.

I love the staff they are super energized and sweet even as late as 11:45pm. Food is as good as always.

Each person was nice. They remembered our order . The food was good enough to come again . What more could you ask for ?

Went to this In and Out location again. Such a great time again. Food was on point and the service is unmatched. Towards the end of our stay, Sebastian came by to help clean up our table. This is not the only time an employee here has token care of us in this fashion. This is what makes this location a "must return to" location. The food is great, but customer service is unmatched. Today 10/28/24 @ 4:50pm, wow what a long wait time 20 minutes and still waiting in line to pay and pick up. Unusually slow today but all in all, In n Out is a good establishment for a good burger.

This In N Out location is one of our favorites in the South Bay because their service is always on point and the food is delicious! We decided to go pick up Dinner from there and I got my usual order which is a Double Double Animal Style with no onions, Animal Style fries with no onions and a large Lemonade. The food smelled so good and I couldn't wait to eat! My daughter and I moved to Texas this past December but California is home to us so we will always come back for In N Out

45 minute wait for my meal. No joke. And yes this is through the drive through. This wait is absolutely unacceptable!

I've been here hundreds of times, and the food is consistently delicious! I would have to say that this is my favorite burger place, hands down. The employees are often teenagers, but are superior in friendliness.

Not all in-n-outs are built the same. This is by far my favorite location. Their burgers and fries are on point. Their pickles are crunchy. I love you...

Amazing service!!! I recently had dental surgery and needed a fork and knife to cut into my burger to eat. We told the person at the register when we placed our order, but they didn't put them on the tray when the order was ready. So, my husband asked but the only thing they could find was a fork. James then said let me look in the back, but he was in able to find any knives. He offered to remake my burger and cut it in quarters for me. Then he delivered the new cut burger to our table, he offered to get us a fresh order of fries. I couldn't believe how generous James st this In-N-Out location was. He truly wanted to be sure that we were satisfied customers. Well, James, you went above and beyond! We were pleased and know that we will be back to your store location three next time we want a good food and amazing customer service!

Maybe have someone cap the line if you don't want to take orders near closing time. I got in line 12:55AM and they took the cars order infront of mine but not me and completely ignored me until I waved them down. They could've told me they weren't willing to take my order but instead I got stuck inbetween cars for 15-20 mins without being able to get food. Have someone put a cone at the line entrance so customers aren't upset at you. This was really disappointing especially for In-N-Out. I felt ignored.

Order was missing food when I got home. Asked when confirming order that I was ordering a combo and was missing fries with my burger. I feel like the person who took the order could have also been a bit friendlier rather than having a long face even with saying the greeting before I got to the front to order. The soda was also bad, soda had no flavor other than just the coloring and gas.

It's definitely one of the few In-N-Outs I go to for food. This drive-thru can sometimes get really packed and crazy to join in line but at certain times, it can also be completely short so it just depends when you go. I tend to go always before 11pm and after 1220/1230AM on certain days and I have found the line outside for cars very minimal. When I visit inside to eat or order for takeout, it is usually pretty decent in timely manner of when the food comes out, it's different every time. I do like how spacious it is and there are tables outside too in case there's no room inside. I haven't had any issues with my food whenever I came but whenever it's for my protein style burger orders, the portions tend to be inconsistent. The fries to me are very important as I order animal style fries most of the time and it hits great always! Overall, I trust this place more than the other In-N-Outs I go to.

Burger was good. Service was ok. Atmosphere was good . Very spacious inside. Lots of parking.

Hubbys first in-n-out experience was one for the books! We went after the Rams-Steelers game and we knew it would be packed, which it was. But they still pumped out an ENORMOUS line! He had the double double and I had the single, we split fries, and each had a milkshake. Yes, we like to eat! Anyways, the burgers are so delicious! The meat was cooked thoroughly and the lettuce tomato combo were fresh. The fries weren't as crispy as I prefer, but we were so hungry we did not care! Absolutely fantastic dinner choice! And a staple when in Cali!! **fun fact: every wrapper has a Bible verse on the bottom which we LOVE!! Check it out next time you go!!

Back in SoCali again, so you know what that means. Yep, the first meal is always at In-N-Out; tonight in Gardena located on Artesia Blvd. This evening, I got a #1 to go, which is a "protein style" Double-Double, fries, and a Zero Sugar Lemonade. This crew nailed it with a perfect burger and extra lettuce as requested. The meal? Typical In-N-Out nirvana! I mostly order protein style burgers with InO, and not every location gets it right, so these guys and gals made me very happy tonight! See the pix. Better yet, next time you are in Gardena, pull over and grab yourself a burger!

Had a cheese burger on my wsy home from eating at a Korean BBQ, I was still hungry.this is my favorite fast food burger joint. The burger is proportionate. I get it with raw onions for texture. I am now content

I moved out to the East Coast, and whenever I come back home, my first thought it - let's get In-N-Out. In-N-Out is synonymous with home, and this location is no different. I haven't been to an In-N-Out since Covid, and a lot has changed! The restaurants still all have the same layout to give patrons a feeling of familiarity. The soda machine has a touchless system where you put your finger in between the sensors and it activates the soda! Very cool. I ordered a cheeseburger animal style with fries and a coffee. The burger was not as piping hot as I would have liked, but it was delicious nonetheless. I am sad that they have raised their prices. I hope they come down soon. In-N-Out burgers are top tier in part because of their affordability!! Will always come home though whenever I fly back :).

Some of the WORST customer service I've ever received in my life. Anjali and her coworkers seemed to be very annoyed, AFTER THE FACT that they completely misread my order at BOTH windows. Her and all of her coworkers at the SECOND window with her need to be taught how to work in a timely matter, without having such RUDE attitudes & ugly looks on their faces. Literally had to reread them my order 3 times at the first window, only for them to get it wrong twice AGAIN at the second window. Would like to see something done about their behavior.

So.......... I blame watching "The Menu" for the second time 2 nights ago. I decided to jump in my car at 12:20 am and head to In-N-Out. I grabbed a #1 double double no cheese with onion, French fries and a root beer. I must say, that for being 12:30 am, everyone working looked bright eyed and bushy tailed & were extremely friendly. The drive thru line was not long at all and the service was pretty fast. The one thing I would request, is for In-N-out to bring back the original whole yellow peppers, they had the perfect kick. The slices are just not as good. While I did not go into the restaurant, I have in the past and the Ambiance has been okay. Tonights burger has been the best In-N-Out burger in a Very long time. AGAIN, In-N-Out, Bring Back my Whole Peppers, Please.

I swear i keep asking for crispy/well done fries. The guy passing out the food assured me it was. MF ITS ALMOST RAW POTATO YOU'RE GIVING ME! Thankfully i have an airfryer at home, threw them in there for like 10 mins...

The service is always good I just wish they grill the whole grill onion...I js wanted a grill onion after work :(

4.10.2023 three years later and still at the top of their game ! . Clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water, soap and towels they must clean it often because every time I'm there some low class person is 'watering the toilet seat' yet it's always clean on the rare occasion I need to sit . FAST service, I only do walk in and they never, _EVER_ make mistakes on my orders . Scads of parking . A very busy yet fast paced drive through . -Nate

Wow, I'm surprised I have not yelped this location. Got the double double and fries for the hubby, the grilled cheese sandwich from the secret menu + fries for me. Never had a bad experience at In 'N Out. Shout out to Leonardo! He took my order, called out my number "14" and handed off my order to me. Awesome service. Consistently had excellent service at the various locations I've visited. The double double is a steal at 4.75. The grilled cheese sandwich is more like cheese sandwich with everything you'd find in the burger minus the meat of course. Super tasty! Always found the fries to be just OK. Was here at 11AM on a Sunday. The dine in area was super clean and ready to go for the day. I never do the drive thru as there as cars galore tend to be there. In 'N Out is always a winner!

This In-N-Out Burger is on the corner of Artesia Boulevard and S. Western Avenue. This store is in the shopping mall with a large parking space so you will not have any difficulties finding your parking at any time of the day; however, if you decide using their drive-thru, please expect your wait time to be quite long especially during the busy hours. My favorites (Maybe your favorites as well!) are double-double (double meat patties and double cheese), fresh French Fries, and their Vanilla Milk Shake! For those of you who like to try something different, you may also try their Animal Style as well (burger or Fries)!! Before this place opened, I drove from Gardena to their Torrance location all the time! I was so happy when they decide to open at this location as I am pretty sure that many of the locals were happy too! According to the recent reviews, their service seems to be a bit sub-standard due to the COVID situation, but I hope many of you will continue to support this popular and famous franchise!

I usually go to a different In-N-Out. I ordered takeout this time, and everything was extremely salty. I couldn't even finish the food. Will not come back to this location

The customer service was awesome there was this worker named Enzo he got along with all the customers that walked in he was really sweet and seems like he really does enjoy his job he was very patient and did really good work!!

Really wished they had In-N-Out Burger in Hawaii. But since they don't we always have to visit when we come to California. We ordered 2 double doubles and 1 cheeseburger all with onions. We also got animal fries and a large drink. This location wasn't that busy and we got our burgers fast. Burgers were fresh and good as usual. I forgot how good the animal fries were. The best part is how cheap they are! You'll always find yourself coming back for more!

My family and I have been coming to this location since they opened. They can get very busy inside and in the drive through as well since this location is right along a major street that connects to the 91 freeway. I have never experienced a time where my order was incorrect and the workers are always giving great service! The food is really good even though for your fries, I highly recommend that you ask for them to be well done since they can be soggy sometimes. A order that I always get is a double double with no tomatoes, grilled onions, chopped chilli, and pickles. Along with a side of well done fries and extra in-n-out spread!
