⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩🤗🍔🍟 This was my first time ever trying In‑N‑Out, and I’m honestly in awe. I’ve never experienced fast food that felt this fresh and real. The burger was light, not greasy, and the patty was the perfect size — not overwhelming. But what impressed me the most? Seeing them take real potatoes and instantly turn them into fries — right in front of my eyes. That moment alone made my day. It’s a whole different level of quality. Too bad we don’t have In‑N‑Out in Florida — I’d go there way too often! Also, I was shocked by the amount of people and cars inside. Clearly, I’m not the only one who loves it here.

Hands-down the best customer service received here! Yadi took our order and he had to be the most passionate employee in there! He smiled the entire time and had the most welcoming greeting. Yadi kept perfect eye contact while double-checking our order and taking the time to even strike up a small conversation with us. When there wasn't a line, he took time to tidy up the dining areas and acknowledged everyone around him. I have never crossed paths with someone with so much love for their job and genuinely making every customer feel seen and heard. Yadi, Thank you a million times for being the prime example of a star employee and going above and beyond! We greatly appreciate you and wish you the best on all your future endeavors!

I try to visit as many In and Out locations as I can. I just love the franchise. This was a smaller location but it did not disappoint. The drive through line was quite long so I parked and went inside and the service was pretty quick even though it was super busy. The food was great as always. I didn’t have trouble finding seating and the table was clean. Men’s washroom was also pretty clean.

You will find in this location one of the most passionate service crews of fast food chains. I didn’t get his name but he was a tall guy and his cheerful energy is contagious. Their ‘animal style’ fries is really good with fried onions, cheddar slice, and smothered with their house spread. Evening rush hour is very busy, but the line is fast moving.

Food was good but I was told that Employees can't accept tips. That ruined my experience. If I can't directly show my support to the people making my food, I'd rather buy it where the bosses care about their employees.

My last Double-Double meal was about 15 years ago… until today! While staying in Vegas, I decided to go to this In-N-Out by my hotel (Sunset Station). The burgers are extremely decent! You can taste the freshness of all the ingredients, especially the crisp lettuce! And the thin cut, french fries Are very good! (Don’t let them get cold though). This fast food restaurant chain has an exceptional business model. The decor is spotless and well thought out, the open kitchen is spotless, and everyone works seamlessly together to produce their excellent food. I only rated the food a four star due to my burger preference. I like a burger with a fuller flavor… But that in no way reflects poorly on the quality!

I just want to express my sincere appreciation to In-N-Out Burger for their wonderful Veterans Day deal and for always providing such excellent service. The team was friendly, fast, and genuinely kind; you could tell they truly cared about making everyone’s visit special. It was such a thoughtful touch to include a free In-N-Out sticker too! A small gesture that really made the experience memorable! The food, as always, was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was welcoming and upbeat. Thank you, In-N-Out, for recognizing veterans and showing your appreciation in such a meaningful way. Your commitment to great service and community spirit never goes unnoticed.

I looked down and noticed that the cheese on my grilled cheeses looked a little hard and not ideally melted I guess you could say, and the honest truth is I almost ordered them well- done in the first place, so when I looked down I figured I would just go ahead and ask if I could get them well done. Girl at the window seemed a bit dumbfounded, so I figured getting the manager would be best anyways to make sure it got done well. But even the manager just kept asking me questions and kept saying so you mean “more melted right”. I tend to think well- done is pretty commonly understood, so I just kind of said, “I think that would mean more cooked?” Kind of suggestively assuming because she was a manager she would bring back something that looked more appetizing. What she brought back was slightly soggier bread with super “melted” cheese. I didn’t bother to argue from that point… did not finish the grilled cheeses fully ate around one and one quarters worth. If you don’t know how to make a well- done grilled cheese you can’t convince me you are experienced in restaurants. That does mean that you want the bread more “toasted” obviously… that said, burger was good. And I do know that this is a decent location, but can’t go 5 stars with that experience.

Review #46 of 2024 November 11th visit around 2:30 pm. I ordered a #2 animal style with a pink lemonade and well done fries. Thank you for providing a complimentary meal for veterans today. As always friendly staff and efficient workers.

Don't have in and out burger back east so love every time we can find one. Burgers fresh and hot, fries awesome, milkshakes are the best

My go to burger place when I missed dinner time. Double double hamburger and hot chocolate is a must! :D Good price and good burger what more can I ask for? Service is always nice and if your in rush drive thru is the way to go. Line goes by real fast!

They didn't ask me if I wanted to eat in the car or to take away, so they just gave it to me in a box. Spilled everywhere. Didn't get to eat anything.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Always so busy but food comes out so fast. Dining in is always faster than the drive-thru. The place is constantly swept and tables cleaned. Never have to send back my order. Always a go to.

I'm not usually a fast food person, but it's a burger. My group and I agreed--the fries were decent, the burger was decent, and the ordering and delivery were smooth.

I was attending a school football game nearby and stopped to get a quick bite to eat, or so I thought. Traditionally, a long line at In N Out does not mean a long wait time. This location is definitely the exception. I waited 26 minutes in the drive through for my food today and that is the longest wait I have ever had at this chain. If I could have escaped the slow moving line I would have but I was pretty much stuck the moment I entered. I don't know why the wait was so long compared the locations I frequent on my side of town, but I would never come to the drive thru here again.

If Yelp isn't gonna fix this location, then I'll just treat it like a new review. It's kinda appropriate for the 1500th. In-N-Out Burger (not with an "s") has been on Sunset in Henderson for years, although for some reason this business listing is brand-new. I've enjoyed it for as long as I've lived in the area, which is over a decade now. Their California locations were some of my first experiences branching out from "the usual" so I feel like they've at least partially inspired my Yelp career. Aside from the consistency and quality, the secret to staying in love with In-N-Out Burger this whole time is their secret menu. And that's also the way to resolve everyone's favorite complaint: the fries ($2.15). Everyone says they're too limp/undercooked, and then they hear about the "well-done" modifier and don't like that either because then they're crispy. The middle ground exists and it is called "lite well" on my receipts. You may get some fries erring more toward soft or hard, but most will come out crispy with a soft interior. Dip in cold ketchup either from their in-store dispenser or from packets, and you have a win. The secret menu applies to their burgers too, and I only ever order the Double-Double ($5.30) as Animal Style, no pickles. Two beef patties and two cheese slices are fine with me (although they do let you add more via secret menu). Animal Style yields caramelized diced onions and more spread, and I don't really like pickles with this blend. I do ask for even more spread and use about half or 2/3 of a packet on the burger (and the rest with the fries) since it's so addictive, but once in a while I'll get the taste of surprisingly juicy well-done beef. The soft bread, melty cheese, fresh veggies are always on point. Fountain drinks ($1.95 small, $2.10 regular, higher for larger) are not a bad idea here. Pink lemonade is fun, and today I blended it into a variant of Arnold Palmer (with a hint of 7-Up) today. It's pretty addictive and balanced in sweetness, in my humble opinion. I highly advise making sure that you eat your food fresh here. Not only do you avoid the maze that's the new drive-thru area, but you'll likely get the order faster than if you'd stayed in your car. If you do take it to go, that's fine too, but after moving a bit farther away, I've found that it tastes that much better when it's hot and fresh rather than 10-15 minutes cold. In-N-Out is still my favorite fast food option out of any. If you didn't like their regular fries, try the lite well.

In-N-Out Burgers are a west coast favorite and when we were traveling out west, we had to stop in for some classic food. This location does an amazing business, steady stream of customers but a short wait in line. The staff was hustling and our food came out quickly considering the number of people they were serving. The place was well maintained and cleaned, including the restrooms. The food did not disappoint!

Wow what a burger joint!! Clean location with tons of seating we were starving and wanted a quick meal and this place was a great idea.

The customer service used to be great, but a young dude here by the name of Cameron should probably think about getting a job that isn't in customer service. My partner and I grabbed our food tonight with coupons we received, and he argued with my partner in the drive-thru line about how one of them didn't include a drink (we read the back of the cards - each one included a drink). He cut my partner off when she was speaking and ordering multiple times. We eventually just let him win because I'm not about to sit here and argue over the cost of a $2 drink. He also rang in our order as eat in when we clearly said to go - he just didn't care. We had to ask for a bag at the front to get our food home without a mess. The food was good, but the service here has gone straight downhill lately. We're tired of being treated like subpar people when ordering by these 21 year olds who are having a bad shift. PLEASE do better! :(

Whenever or wherever I find one I'll eat there and bring along whoever I'm with. Food is fresh, and made to order. Restaurants are always clean. You'll find the crew in clean uniforms and guess what!!! The burgers look just like their ads.

Expertly run by the youths of today who will be the leaders of industry tomorrow. Great experience going to this store. As an eastern transplant, it's a holy experience to dine at any In N Out Burger.

They got my order wrong again. I gave the order- she repeated it back incorrectly. I fixed it- she repeated it back correctly. Then the window- they repeated my order- I told them it was incorrect. They said they will fix it. They gave me the receipt and the receipt was correct. I checked with the final window and they said they made the corrections and the food was right. Well I just got home. My double double is missing lettuce completely ( I had ordered extra). My double double is missing raw onion completely ( I had ordered extra grilled onions and I ordered raw onions as well. ) I ordered extra animal style- it was not. And there are raw onions on the cheeseburger we said NO raw onions on cheeseburger- just grilled onions. And we ordered extra animal style and extra lettuce- which there was not. Bummed. Also their drive thru line is messed up. Posted earlier about it. They have you start in one line, then merge into two lines and then merge back into one. It didn't work and it took FOREVER to get through. Even the workers taking orders were heard complaining about it. :C

i've been coming to this In-N-Out Burger for 15 years I have never had a bad burger have never had bad service. That's what I like about In-N-Out Burger. You know you're always gonna get the same thing the same quality and the same good service we used to stop by this one on our way to the airport and take it home with us to Denver, it's gotten really busy with all the homes being built around here. They always have a huge line. It didn't used to be that way, but that's just proof as to how good it is.

Been going to In-N Out for years. A California institution. Before they branched out and grew - we used to take a drive to their location in San Juan Capistrano, CA. The reason we come back to In-N-Out is the food. Still fresh and delicious. Their team is the best - training is exceptional. Just finished reading the Ins-N-Outs of In-N-Out Burger. You can read about this history of the company and how their mission statement is still alive and working. Other fast food chains need to up their game but sadly they won't.

Restaurant was packed but very clean. Tons of staff helping to fulfill fast orders. Staff was super friendly and helped with my order as this was my first experience. Food was fresh and tasted as expected. Without the pleasant staff, it would be a 3 star burger joint. With the great service they collect all 5.

Excellent food since they specialize in Hamburgers and fries. And yes the ambiance is modern and extremely clean. They have counter orders and pickup and if it's slow, which only happens at opening time, they'll bring you your food. This is the best burger for the price any where and the consistency is superior.

Lemonade from in n out is my favorite. This is the best zero sugar lemonade ever! but tonight is the worst! Worst taste ever! Never seen lemonade with bubbles on top. Im not going here anymore.

My Dad & I hit up Inn & out every Monday when they open. This is one of our go to locations. The quality & consistency is always good. So is the friendly staff as well as a clean interior. I know some folks don't buy into the inn & out hype. Myself though, this is my favorite fast food burger. They have proven themselves time & again over the years this location has been open.

5 star service from Kaleb! He always seems to be working whenever i go to this location and the kid is a hard worker. Food is always up to standards with my in n out expectations. The drive thru line is usually ridiculously long but i go inside to eat anyways to get extra spread and extra ketchup. The vibes are always good at this in n out

Yummy burgers and fries here. Double Double always hits the spot. Shakes are very tasty. Plus you can not bet there's prices. Always the best value. Will definitely go back here again.

It's hard to review In N Out because every restaurant is the same. Excellent food. Fast service. They never mess up an order. Inside is clean. So mark this one down as another amazing and perfect In n Out location.

Well, it's good to have a lot of business, but when it feels like you're waiting at the dmv just to get a burger, it makes you not want to eat there ever again. That's how it felt last night. The cashier that helped us was very friendly and professional. I would've given 4 stars, but they don't have a changing table in their restroom, which is not very family friendly if you ask me. As a mom that is a huge deal on whether or not I'll go back. So I had to go back outside to my truck to change my baby's diaper. I'm not sure if every In-n-Out is like that, it would be a shame if it was.

You can never go wrong with this place. The food is always good and quick service even with how busy they get!

This location is absolutely amazing. I had a large order for a party ($500+) and the manager Brooke was very accommodating and has the product ready for pick up at the exact time. Very impressed with the amount of food in the order. Thank you so much for everything. GIVE HER A PROMOTION

Obviously who doesn't love the food. It is currently 9:24PM 2/18/24 the amount of care the workers give you is zero to none. I always order here and once I get my number called they wait to make sure it's me and no possible grabbers snatch it up... it has happened before. As my number is called the girl quickly leaves before seeing who's going to get it. I go to grab it anyways but I wanted to ask for sauce packets. I stand there.. i kid you not.. for 5 minutes waiting for them to give me sauce. Every single worker was giving me a glance and not asking if I needed assistance it was so humiliating standing there watching everyone look at me.. there was this once specific hispanic/Mexican guy in the drive through area who kept looking and always has a weird sass.. I asked for 10 Spreads.. and he gives me a weird/bothered look and asks 10 spread???? I mean that should be considered normal for 4 double doubles. He always gives a weird attitude:judgy look. I would never hire anyone here

As usual in n out is awesome place for Burgers fries etc..but we waited over 40 min in the drive thru at this location gotta speed up the drive thru orders..they usually have someone outside taking orders this location did not and the person taking orders at inter con was taking forever

Got here at 8:41pm. New line has added nothing but confusion to everyone. People squeezed together . Someone's car is bound to get messed. I will now be going inside to order .

We visited the In-N-Out Burger in Henderson NV after an outing to the Hoover Dam heading back to Las Vegas. We were hot and hungry, and the food was delicious as always. We had a large party of 7 and we were welcomed by Joshua in the dining area. He was very accommodating, cheerful, warm & friendly, excellent customer service! Great lunch stop!!
