In-N-Out Burger

Tried in and out for the first time. SOLID burger, mid fries, but the burger came out fresh well seasoned and top tier for the price. A must try, high quality burger 🍔

I have been going to In n Out for years. The food, cleanliness and service . Was something I have never seen . The hamburger buns were completely burnt. The burgers themselves were so salty. The fries were extremely salty and cold. Also fries were animal style and the onions were black. The inside of the the restaurant was so dirty. Do I put the blame all on the employees. No I also blame Management. They need to make sure that employees know what they are doing.

My wife and I stopped in for lunch today and while the food and service is constantly good, today we had the pleasure of interacting with a young man but he name of Jacob. He made the fast pace environment of In N Out feel like a smaller hometown restaurant where you tend to get that more personal interactions. Checked on us frequently, noticed us about to get up to get our order from the counter and intervened to offer getting it for us, and even caught the door for us on our way out all while being extraordinarily polite. It just made us feel a special kind of way and really made our day. Thank you Jacob, keep up the good work

In'N out is one of my go-to places. The employees are always friendly. The food is delicious too. I usually get their protein style , which is a burger wrapped in lettuce since I don't eat a lot of bread. Sometimes, i do get the bun if I'm in the mood for it. I also enjoy hot cocoa, especially when the weather is cold. If I'm really hungry, I'll get animal style fries. As a kid, I remember when I first came to one of the locations, I got to experience making my own fries and burger. Since then, I have enjoyed coming here once in a while and am satisfied with everything. ♡

Just left the drive thru with my order of 2 Flying Dutchman and fries. I asked the person taking my ordered to add the onions grilled. Got my order and again asked about the burgers. Staff assured me it was as ordered. I got home and in disbelief the trash I was given. Horrible mess. I’ve gotten the order before and decided to try again because first time was lovely. I can even eat this mess. Yes, late night run at 11:30 pm

I really enjoyed the food at In-N-Out! Everything was super delicious and fresh. The burger was juicy and full of flavor, and the fries were hot and crispy. I also loved the Animal Style option — highly recommended! Will definitely come back again.

I've recently had my very first In-N-Out burger and it was phenomenal. We don't currently have this particular burger place. Out of all the places to get a burger this might be my favorite. 5 stars all the way around.

After a long, exhausting flight from the East Coast and a two-hour rainy drive from LAX, I was desperately in need of comfort food--and In-N-Out delivered. I ordered a protein-style cheeseburger and a chocolate milkshake, and both were absolutely amazing. The burger was fresh and flavorful, and the milkshake hit the spot with its rich, creamy texture. David Na, who took my order, was fantastic--super friendly and efficient, which made the experience even better. The location itself was spotless, and you could tell the staff took pride in keeping everything clean and running smoothly. Definitely one of the best In-N-Out stops I've had!

The food is pretty standard ( get the fries well done). My only issue with this location is the ridiculous drive thru process. Even during slow times, you have to circle through a maze of plastic bollards to get to the kid taking your order. If you vent your frustration with the journey, they will just roll their eyes at you

Great stop to and from Las Vegas!! Wow!!! Saw a long drive-thru line and figured it'll be a long wait as a walk-in, thank God I was wrong! Super fast and efficient location!!!! Ordered 3 burgers with special requests and animal fries, everything came out perfect. Even the fries were done right! Wish San Diego Pacific Beach location was as good and fast. Also, thanks to their great customer service, we now know how to order a grilled cheese for lil picky eaters...order grilled cheese PLAIN (or it'll come with lettuce, tomato, & special sauce).

Took 50 minutes to order food in the drive thru. Horrible, this place is a joke. Called the 1800 number she didn't want to hear it. Not coming back this happen today 5:46pm

Food was terrible. It doesn't taste the same anymore and They need to improve the customer service here it's like they hire people would know fast food experience a bunch of young kids with no customer service skills trying to show them a hamburger that was made incorrectly and cold by the time I finally talk to somebody they just asked me. Do you want me to make it again? Go down the hill to eat

This was not our first time at this location. Every time we order we have problems. Tonight it started with the ordering, normally my husband will say what we want all at once with no issues. This time the guy kept interrupting him. So naturally instead of getting our order to eat in the car they bagged it because they just couldn't let him order and the guy never asked if we wanted it to go or not. Then the cashier did not repeat our order. The final window employee only gave us 1 spread packet even though he clearly said 2! We had to scream and use hand signals with her just to get place mats. And finally, we ordered animal fries lightly cooked. But our fries were almost hard as rocks! Then my burger was made incorrectly. My husband asked and paid for extra cheese for my burger. It only had the normal amount! This is by far the worst location of In-N-Out Burger that we've ever been to!

In my opinion, there is no better fast food, burger than in N out. If you're gonna get a fast food burger from anywhere, it might as well be here, quality, service, and value all in one spot. I have never had a bad experience here. I also highly recommend getting fries light. They are the best! My only problem is I always want another burger after I finish!!!

This place is fantastic. Food came out quick and exactly how I ordered it. The staff is great as always. The tables were clean and the workers were cleaning constantly.

First meal back in California and it was so good, and I even asked for extra tomato on the side and they actually gave it to me lol I always order it at other in n outs and they never end up giving me some the lettuce was a lil off but tbh I didn't even notice until after I ate my food I was just hungry and been craving it for a while

What can I say about in n out that you probably don't know? The food is great service is fast and the restaurant is clean. We love our in n out! If you go to this in n out make sure you meet and say hi to Tammy, she is the best. She makes you feel at home and makes our experience the best every-time we go.

I used to always enjoy the delicious and amazing food at In and Put. Great treats to stop at on the way to Vegas. I have to give them one star due to the fact that they eliminated male and female restrooms and have gone totally woke They only have four bathrooms for the entire restaurant that are shared now

First and last time here, ain't no way you guys gave me raw potatoes with these whack grilled onions off to the side when I asked for animal style. Never again

This location never disappoints. It's one of the original locations and still one of my favorites. Used to come here in high school after dances or rehearsals (20 years ago) and still come to enjoy a great burger with my family now that I'm married with kids. They can get crowded on weekends (especially dinner time), but they do offer two outdoor seating areas in addition to the inside. They also have a second set of restrooms located outside which is super helpful. Definitely worth a stop on your way to Vegas or if you live in the HD.

Hard to get into the drive thru almost damaged the car and my order was wrong wanted both my burger and fries animal style ended up with regular fries

There's lots of places to eat around this area, this wasn't a choice of mine but when your traveling with 3 others you all need to decide on one place. I don't eat @ In-N-Outs often. We went thru the drive thru. Line was long but it moves fast. Everyone who was working here today were all super friendly....very cool! I got a cheeseburger & fries. The fries were very tasty, cooked just right but my cheeseburger.....the top bun was way over cooked. It was hard & crunchy. Not the way I like my hamburger bun served. I would of preferred it uncooked but didn't realize they cook them, grill them how ever they crisp them up. It also wasn't the easiest thing to eat in the car. If we didn't do the drive thru I would of brought my burger back & asked for a new top bun. They gave us lap mats which are totally useless cause they're not very good @ staying on your lap....lol 5 stars for friendly staff & 4 stars due to the over cooked bun & nothing really special tasting with my cheeseburger.

This is the most spacious In-N-Outs i have ever been to. Multiple seating arrangements inside and out. 2 single toilet restrooms which could build up lines. Great spot if coming off the highway for a quick bite and restroom break. Workers were friendly and helpful when we taking our order. Food was amazing as always highly recommend.

In-N-Out never seems to disappoint. This location is fairly typical of what you might expect at any of the locations within this chain. I stopped in here, as it is not far off from the I-15 highway. It was very busy, but the service was great and the food was just as expected. The "double double", is the go to item. Don't hesitate to request any modifications you might wish. I often ask for "whole grilled onions", which is a nice way to enjoy this burger.

Food is great as always, usually always have good service at any in n out. But unfortunately today I had a very unpleasant experience. I pulled in the drive thru, and the young man working was either having a rough day, or is just disrespectful. He walked up and said "what do you want?" Kind of shocked I brushed it off, and ordered, then he just glared at me without saying a word, another worker walked by, and he immediately turned, and said "what did those hot b**ches say?" I'm a man, I understand guys being guys, but just the way he was rude, then how loudly he spoke about these apparent girls, turning around ignoring me, without even repeating my order, or saying a word. I feel definitely warrants someone to speak with him. Other than that everything is great as always. Hopefully he can be spoken with, and corrected so this will prevent any future issues, or dissatisfaction.

Location, Location, Location! Heading out of LA in a hurry to avoid the afternoon traffic jams we skipped lunch and hit highway 15 as if a Tyrannosaurus rex was chasing us!! By the time we started to calm down and feel comfortable enough that the mission was accomplished hunger hit! Desperate to get a quick bite and hit the road again, we pulled out of 15 and into Main Street, Hesperia and there it was, that familiar sign with the yellow arrow! At that point all I could think of was "French Fries"!!! In a rush to get something to eat and get back on the road, I messed up my order and forgot to order everything that was on my list! But the young folks working there behind the counter were most accommodating and rushed through the missing items and helped me avoid too much criticism from my team!! We gobbled down the burgers and fries and hit the road again in no time thanks to team In-N-Out!

"In-N-Out Burger" is most FAMOUS for its 'Double-Double': which is basically two grilled burger patties, each with a slice of cheese, serve on a toasted bun with onions (raw or grilled), sliced tomatoes, pickle-chips, fresh iceberg lettuce, and "special sauce" (thousand island). People in-the-know sometimes get their 'Double-Double' "Animal Style," which is basically grilled in yellow mustard. Also, you can get your 'Double-Double' with or without any of the add-on toppings, as well as with catsup or mustard on request. I also like the Milkshakes here. Some people swear by the Fries here, because they are fresh-cut in the kitchen from whole Idaho potatoes. But from, the Fries here get too cold too fast, and so become a little mealy after a while

Slowest in n out burger i have ever been to and i been to a ton of them! 60+min wait !! I wont ever stop here again.

Service is awful, no stars. Should be no where near 4 stars. Only reason why the reviews are so high must be because it's the nearest In-n-out around this area.

We are hungry from our drive home from Vegas. Peggy Sue 50's diner was dirty so we did not stay. We are now really hungry. It is only 7 pm and the placed is slammed. Drive up ridiculous to get to. Terrible and dangerous. So we parked and walked in... still slammed. I am not a big lover of this place but my friend is so I got a hamburger with onion, fries and a strawberry shake for $9. The food was good and filling. My friend loved hers. Other than the way you have to get in this place I would eat here again. 12-30-22

Right by the interstate, with an unusually large parking area, this In-N-Out meets expectations. For fans of burgers generally and In-N-Out specifically, those expectations can be high. The burgers are high-art in the fast food world, a combination of fresh, hot, greasy, toasty that other chain burger joints can't match (with the possible exception of Five Guys). As with most In-N-Outs, there is that incredible crew working in plain sight preparing food as if every employee just had new batteries put in. Fast, efficient, and actually a pleasure to watch. ( I wonder how In-N-Out achieves that level of espirit-d-corps that is lacking at other fast-food franchises. ) There's an outdoor seating area with concrete tables for those not wanting to linger inside or to just enjoy California outside.

Always great food and good prices. They always have awesome service and good staff members. Place is always clean and nice. Mustard fry is my go to with the #2. Can't ever go wrong with this place.

I've never had a bad experience at an In&Out and I've eaten at In&Out hundreds of times. So the bar is set pretty high whenever I go. At this location we were passing through and as we walked up a worker there opened the door and said "thank you for coming today". Small gesture but has a positive impact.

Solid in and out but the drive through was very long. Instead we opted to go inside and there were very few people. The place was nice and clean and we were in and out, no pun intended in 10 minutes. This was actually one of the nicer ones we've been to.

This in n out is always really good. The workers are usually very friendly but I will say today we encountered a very rude staff member. After getting our food in the drive thru we waited while being ignored by Jackie because we needed car place mats. After she finally paid attention to us we asked and she was very rude. Everyone has bad days but customer service like that is just not okay.

As you can imagine this location is ALWAYS busy. The staff try their best to keep up with demand. I guess today was just a bad day. Was refused a "secret menu" order. Told by the cashier "they don't do that" whatever no big deal. Ordered a DOUBLE DOUBLE WITH ONLY GRILLED ONIONS. Asked for my items in separate bags. STILL put my orders together and messed up my burger. Went back inside to have it remade. He only made the burger instead of the entire order with fresh fries being that I had to wait. OF COURSE the new burger is still made wrong. So he has to remake it again and I ask about the fries (he looked surprised) all and all spent another 15 mins waiting on top of the 15 i spent on the original order. Probably won't return to this location. Highly annoyed and appetite ruined. Update: half the basket of fries were rotten potatoes Fried extremely hard

Looking for something tasty and quick to take with me on the road I stopped at none other than In-N- Out . The name says it all. It is conveniently located next to the freeway. Decided to go inside to stretch my legs a bit before my drive and I was met with friendly service and self service drink machines. The only thing I would change is how the order displays on the register screen. It looks like an extra drink is being added since it displays separate from the combo choice .Another customer next to me was also asking about that . I ordered the hamburger combo with no lettuce, no onion. Upon pick up I requested extra spread and ketchup and a to go box. It was supposed to come with an extra lid( they asked me ) , but didnt.

I used to eat In-N-Out all the time, but I have since stopped eating beef so I don't go there as much as I used to because the only thing I get now are their fries and shake. I wish one day they'll come up with a chicken sandwich. Until then, it will be a burger-less visit for me LOL. When I did eat their burgers, I love their double double protein style with raw onions and no sauce. Meat is so fresh and juicy. Veggies are very fresh. I tag on an order of fries and strawberry milkshake. Fries are 100% real potatoes... I wish it could be crispier though, but I understand it's the real deal without any processed ingredients, hence, it has a limit to its crispiness LOL. The shake is very smooth and good, but I find it a tad sweet for some reason. Their menu is so simple... that's why they are so successful. Nobody compares to In-N-Out when it comes to a meat burger! I normally go through drive-thru. They are always busy. Staff are usually friendly and pleasant. They are very efficient. They have a very good assembly line system from order taking to taking your payment to packing your order and handing it to you. Prices are decent. Give this In-N-Out location a try when you're in the High Desert. Happy In-N-Out'ing!

Best fast food burger ever. In a class by itself. I only eat meat a handful of times every year so it has to be great if I'm going to indulge. There's only a few options on their menu and this location was absolutely packed with people but our order was ready in just 4 minutes. Get the onion on the cheeseburger and a side of fries and you'll be in heaven. I'm happy and sad that they don't have east coast locations.

On the way from LA to Las Vegas, my family had stopped here to grab a quick meal and a break. I'd ordered the Double Double and some fries, both were fantastic. Being 2 o'clock in the afternoon, we all were hungry and tired, and biting into a fresh hot burger was just what we had needed. In-n-Out shows that you don't need fancy ingredients and high prices to have a great time. Simplicity is often better, and quality is a must. The fries were also fantastic, where they were not only extremely crunchy, but that they were being freshly cut in the back. Next time I make that journey, I'll try to stop here again.

Can you even say you're a Cali Girl born and raised if you don't love an In N Out Burger? I grew up with this place, this location to be exact. It's been here as long as I can remember and whenever I come to town it's a must stop if at all possible. It gets crowded fast, but service is quick and friendly, foods always delicious and consistent and I've never left unhappy. Today was no different. Double Double all day every day. Yum!

Definitely my go to late night after gym meal, the drive-through can take a little while though, so it's best to order inside. The cashier Cheryl always has a great attitude!

Great burgers, no messing up a good thing and sticking to the classics that have always worked. Love the old throw back ambiance to the good 'ol days and the staff are amazing, great service every time.

In n out is always so good! Every experience is great. The only reason my expectations were not met is because I found a moldy fry on my combo. We also were missing a set of fries. Other than that everything was pretty delicious.

In-N-Out Burger holds a special place in most Californians heart. I know this since every time I admitted I never ate at one every Californian transplant I have ever met has looked at me aghast and demanded next time I simply must go. With an extended stay in Southern California I figured I should finally check this off my list. My friend and I went through the drive through and at first I wasn't sure how long we would be in line. I mean the line was impressively long stretching to the edges of the street. But In-N-Out lived up to its name as employees were there to take people's orders long before they reached the typical order point. It was the breeziest drive through process and extremely efficient. The burger itself was very good. It was not too big, tender, tasteful, and nice. I mean, for a fast food burger this is easily one of the best fast food burgers I have eaten. The fries were alright. Nothing to write home about. Overall I am happy with my experience at In-N-Out Burger but considering its reputation I am not very surprised. I was always told they had excellent food.
