In-N-Out Burger

If you are anywhere near Indio and craving something reliably delicious, the In N Out here is absolutely worth the stop. Our family ordered a spread of classics including Animal Style fries, a Double Double, a hamburger, and a cheeseburger, and everything came out fresh, hot, and exactly the way In N Out should be. The Animal Style fries were the perfect mix of melty cheese, grilled onions, and sauce, with the fries still crisp underneath. The Double Double was juicy with that signature balance of beef, cheese, lettuce, and tomato, and tasted just as good as the first time we ever tried one. Even the simple hamburger and cheeseburger were excellent, proving that sometimes the basics really are best when they are done well. What really stood out was how fast and friendly the service was from the moment we walked in. The team was upbeat, patient, and efficient even with a busy line. The restaurant and the outdoor seating area were clean and comfortable, which made our quick meal feel even better. This location consistently delivers the quality we expect along with great customer service. We left full and happy, and we would absolutely return the next time we are in the area.

I eat at this In and out burger maybe twice a month. Their customer service is 5 star. They greet you apon arrival making you feel welcomed. This establishment is kept in an extremely clean environment and the atmosphere is comfortable. Pricing if you know in and out buger can't be beat. A very simple menu making ordering quick and you receive your order in a timely manner.

I love In and Out for their wonderful service and great staff. Indio has the good food but the staff hasn’t learned the secret. Their drive through is slow and unorganized. I’m not used to this service at In & Out.

I love in-n-out, this one is good. I go twice a month to this one, on my way to Phoenix or the way back home...but the drive thru is sooo slow. Sometimes it makes me not want to stop. It's not like it's all packed with cars either, that's what trips me out.

This place is crazy good!! They had a double line outside and hospital-during-covid packed, yet they were kicking burgers out faster than octo-mom on delivery day. I've been to a lot of in/outs but never one as efficient as this one. This team rocks!!!

STAFF needs retraining, They can't even follow simple order it's clearly written down. They Do not seem happy. I ordered a large drink it's not even filled completely. That will teach me to take the local way out.

Of course, and I'm bored always gets high ratings. But this particular In-N-Out Burger had a guy named ANDY who was like a greeter came around and asked if you had everything you wanted asked if you could get his strings for you and I saw him in fact, serving people, their meals! What a great way to improve your business! A big thank you to ANDY

The wait here is always so long, reason for 4 stars. But the food is worth the wait! I had not been to In-N-Out in a few months. So this was much needed. Staff is always friendly. It was raining yesterday so they were giving out hot chocolate for the kiddos which were great! IN-N-Out always hits! :)

In n Out is my favorite option for a freshly made burger and fries. I like these fries extra crispy and not too salty but also salted. The service, they give you to make your order just the way you want it, is outstanding. This particular in n out has a confusing drive thru situation but I'm starting to realize that this is almost traditional to the restaurant.

30 minute wait for a subpar burger. If California thinks this is the greatest burger place then they are missing out on the rest of the country. The shakes are not even possible to drink, you'll need a spoon.

Fast and efficient. As well as the burgers being good. Totally recommend in n out burger. The inside was clean as someone was walking around cleaning tables in between customers. Good job.

Horrible service, waited over 20 mins for 2 double doubles one was tomatoes wrapped and requested the other burger to be whole grilled onion rapped and specifically asked the order taker to make sure the burger had all the ingredients the usual double double has. I get to the 1st window and my order is repeated correctly and was charged 2 DOUBLE DOUBLE CHEESE BURGERS! I get to the second window and they hand me a box with whole grilled onions cheese and a patty WHICH OF COURSE was not what I ordered or paid for! These cooks and order takers need the proper training. The task was simple and when I approached them to fix it they still got it wrong the second time.

So the food is stellar as always. The here's no going wrong there. Service is quick considering how packed it is. Atmosphere is good for what it is, a burger shop. Overall, this is one of the best burger shops around.

The fries were moldy!! Please don't feed this to your family! I am concerned after eating this.

Food was good in all but I tried paying with a 50 and Evan AR said they don't accept a dollar over 50! So I had to pay with a 20 I found a little while later and there was no sign that said they don't accept 50's or more! Never have I ever been to a place that says they don't accept 50's oh and Evan said if I had any bill small because they don't have change! Do not approve!

They organize the lines well and make sure everyone uses both to avoid congestion. Like most In N outs, everything is pretty consistent. Props to the night security guard though. We do get a lot of homeless on drugs walking around and he keeps a good eye out on things.

Fucking delicious. The service was great and the food came out relatively quick. Located in good part of town and very local. Burgers were amazing and juicy. Everything about this location was amazing. 100% recommend.

In and out always a go to! There's nothing more to say than that this location was a medium sized one compared to the local ones I'm use to! The quality the product throughout all locations is spot on and consistent. So easy and yet so perfect it just goes to show the fresh ingredients and care for execution just takes it over the top!

Miss the old In-n-Out dbl-dbls, the ones where you can see the lettuce, tomatoes, and patties outside the buns. I get it, everything has gone up in price, which I understand the price increase but dont increase the price and skimp the meals! Clearly we are willing to pay for it. And I do agree with the other comments about the drive-thru lanes and parking of this location...definitely needs improvement!

If you're looking for a juicy burger and fries this is the place to go to! And the best shakes in town. The service is right on and they are very fast at filling your order not to mention the friendly faces and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

We're from out of town, so any chance we get to have In-N-Out, we grab it! Is it that good or is it just a novelty? I dunno. I still love em'. The drive through line....OMG...it's like 20 cars deep on a Saturday around noon. It's sucking the life out of hubs (maybe he's hangry??!?). We're trying to eat better, so ordered 2 hamburgers, mustard fried, protein style. Who does that??!? Our burgers were pretty fast, with crisp lettuce and tomato, and pickles as well. It's all that we asked for! It might be hype, but on rare occasions, we'll steer into an In-N-Out!! Hubs forgot to get a shake.....oh well, next time!

Jesse was so welcoming and helpfu! Service was fast and efficient! The only issue that was unacceptable was the way Randy was calling Jesse a "little shit" when Jesse asked him not to yell about the chair that we moved to fit our disabled mother's wheelchair in the handicapped table. just because a coworker is older or has more experience or higher up doesn't mean they are allowed to talk to other workers that way. Please fix this!

This is the best In-N-Out we have ever been to. Good vibes all around. The service is courteous and friendly. Great management and employees. Food comes quicker here! Lines go fast. They're amazing. Thank you for the great experience.

What can I say, this visit made my day there burgers are the best, nothing comes close to the taste and the service was great, but my favorite person has to be julisia, hard worker, had a smile on her face that just brighten up my day, we need more workers like her in the food industry of fast food places, I eat out a lot and today's visit made my weekend

Also on their hidden menu animal styled fries is must but overall great experience at any in n out in general 10/10 BMSSSSS better than any other burger place and ....also forgot best prices , they've got the quantity and quality

Service was impeccable, Wendy was amazing! The food was delicious and ordering upfront was the right way to go instead of drive thru because they will serve you right away and it's also very clean.

I can legit use this bun as a weapon it's so hard. The patty is darker then a sharpie.

In-N-Out is always good they're so quick even when they have a long line but I love their food simple it's always nice and hot and I have never got an order that was wrong so great place to go. I love the one on Desert and on the 10.

Fries were crispy and overdone. Had to throw them out. Carryout so couldn't return without driving back. Also, on another trip got a burger that had soggy buns from too much sauce. Inconsistent quality of food. Service often slow. Took 10 minutes to get the burger.

Fast food that s yummy! Had a burger and fries! When in Cali gotta try this place as we don't have them in FL. Busy lunch stop so the food was fresh!

i always go to the La Quinta in n out instead of this one because this location never fails to mess up my order plus i feel that the quality of food is better at the La quinta location as well. I'd rather make the drive to La Quinta to ensure better experience over all

This review is not based on staff,food and or service. This review is based on drive thru on the date of writing. For some reason they cut parking spots and made drive thru with normal sized or large vehicles almost improbable to do safe, again this was done by the store owner and lot owner and only effects customers and staff. If you go to this in & out burger just walk inside rather then drive thru unless you have a super tiny car. Food is still good, problem is the changes to drive thru. Best fast food in Coachella Valley. The burgers are great and always hot. Really taste like meat and doesn't seem to have fillers like other places. The people are very friendly. Just a great experience overall .

What I like about in-n-out is that it is definitely consistent between locations! This one in Indio is busy since it is off the freeway and on the path from Phoenix to California. It made me laugh how long the drive thru was, so we parked and walked inside and there was NO line. I know I can be lazy too, but not lazy enough to wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes! They had plexiglass up at the registers and everything was clean and spaced out. As mentioned the food was as expected - best on road quick meal!

The food is great typical in and out food hot tasty,employees are always very kind and knowledgeable. The problem is with the homeless people that continually frequent that parking lot pounding on your window wanting spare change. one of my many encounters with some of the homeless people was not pleasant in the least when. I told the man I did not have any cash he asked how am I going to pay for my food I replied if it's any of your business I have a card I'm using this evening. He proceeded to tell me he would wait and follow me to the bank so I could pull out money for him. Needless to say I told him he needed to get away from my car while he still could on his own. I help the homeless any chance I have to do so. BUT this was not a time I could help. So watch out in that parking lot

I have always wanted to try In-N-Out Burger and my buddies and I were in Cali for a timeshare near Palm Springs. Perfect idea! I ordered one simple cheese burger and a water. So good! The bun is moist, yet perfectly cooked and I like the toppings with the lettuce and onions and tomatoes. I can see why people say this is one of the best fast food places ever. The beef is moist and the cheese melted perfectly over the top. I tried a couple of my friend's fries too. They were crispy and lovely. I am glad I tried this place!

I come and eat here when I attend annual Rivco square dance festival second weekend of November. I just get the cheeseburger with extra onion, extra tomato for $2.85. No charge for Xtras. I ate lunch here every day of the 3-day festival, cos In-n-Out burger stores are not plentiful, and this one is just 2 blocks from the Indio Fairgrounds. I can't believe people sit in their cars in that long take-out line, that gets so long it sometimes interferes with traffic coming into the shopping center. Also the employees cannot get their cars out or whoever parks in the spaces on the street side, because the line is blocking the parked cars. I always go inside to place my order. I eat in. In the time you wait in the take out line, you could order and finish your food, by eating inside. I have had their fries, but never again, cos the fries I feel are too thin, and they are not crispy, rather wimpy and chewy, like the texture of cold tries. So the 4 stars is just for the burger. 1 star for the fries. I always have to wait at least 10 min for my burger, but it is hot and worth the wait. I like it that someone always cleans up the tables as soon as someone leaves, because the tables are needed by incoming people, not like Peter Piper Pizza where every table is full of trash when people leave, and no one buses them. At this In n Out someone comes and offers to take our trays away as soon as we finish eating, but are still sitting there. 5 stars for cleanliness. Women's restroom is really clean, too. Sign of good management.

This is the only time I would give in N out 3 stars instead of 5. This location is old and run down, the staff not quite as on top of their game as other locations. Super hot inside and a lot of seating, drive thru is a mess and spills into the parking lot. The burgers tasted more like McDonald's than In N Out, not bad, but not what you are served everywhere else. Getting 3 stars and a pass from me since the rest of the dining options in Indio just go downhill from here.

When you are within reach of an In-N-Out, you go to the freaking In-N-Out instead of any other fast food burger place you can pronounce. Never fail with animal style fries, cheese burger with grilled onions (animal style or not) and a pink lemonade. I love to go here despite the long lines because they move quick and serve up delicious food with great customer service. Being a native to New York, many wonder.. Shake Shack or In-N-Out? For me, In-N-Out hands down. Will always return when I crave a delicious fresh burger with fresh ingredients.
