In-N-Out Burger

We are originally from California, so In-N-Out Burger holds a special place in our hearts. Every time we travel to Dallas, we make it a priority to stop in for a meal, and this visit did not disappoint. From the moment we walked in, the restaurant felt clean, welcoming, and true to the brand we know and love. The staff greeted us with friendly smiles and took our order quickly, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The food, as always, was fresh and delicious. Our burgers were cooked perfectly, with that signature flavor that is impossible to replicate anywhere else. The lettuce and tomatoes were crisp, the buns were soft, and the cheese melted just right. The fries were hot and golden, and we couldn’t resist pairing everything with their classic shakes. It’s rare to find fast food that tastes this fresh and consistent, and In-N-Out has mastered it. Even though we’ve enjoyed In-N-Out countless times back home, there’s something special about getting it here in Dallas—it’s like a taste of home while on the road. Every visit reminds us why we love this place so much. Great food, great service, and always worth the trip!

Absolutely amazed by the quality as usual! The service was great, the atmosphere and of course the fresh tasting ingredients. I would highly recommend this location to anyone traveling or visiting and up for a good bite Always a pleasure bringing family to in n out and I always get the animal style fries and double doubles. They’ve never let me down and are one of my favorites .

Great experience! Although it was crazy busy on a Sunday night, the place was super clean. The staff was friendly & fabulous. My daughter mentioned we live in Oklahoma and don't have In-N-Out. So while she was ordering her food, Victoria gave her an In-N-Out hat & a few stickers. So very thoughtful! Thank you for the great experience!

Great location & I’ve been to more than I can count since 1990 starting in Cali thru Nevada, Arizona and east to Texas. Consistent service & quality. Always fresh, made to order at a great value. Even with inflation you can’t beat the price for value. Dbl dbl mustard grilled with well done fries.

First time experiencing this "raving place" and I was not impressed. The first burger I was given the bun was rock hard. So I had to drive to the front and wait for them to remake. The line was hellaciously long to begin with and they're trying to mimic chik fil a (without the quick moving line).... fail. The size of this burger is that of a kiddie burger. The fries were all the end pieces. The medium drink resembled a child's siE drink. Complete mirage pn what everyone is raving about this place. No way does it even compare to a sonic and dang sure doesn't compare to whataburger.

Just superb burger. Everytime i visiting texas i do visit and have veggie burger here. They serves fresh french fries 🍟 and serves freshly made hot burgers. Always recommend this place. They made in house fresh fries as well they made breads in house to so its always fresh and taste delicious. Highly recommended this place for fresh and veggie burgers.

I've never been to an In-N-Out B. Surpassed my expectations. The burger was good, and fries were excellent. Despite being busy due to peak hours, customer service was good. The store was also very clean despite being full.

Nice location 15 min from DFW, gas station near too Great as expected in and out, friendly staff and kept clean during the rush, we would for sure come back Skip the fries, get 2 hamburgers ✅

Always a hit. Service was friendly and even though it was a busy afternoon we got our food pretty fast. Hamburgers, fries and lemonade hit the spot. We had a friend with us that had only been one other time so we gave her some inside scoop on getting protein style and extra spread. During our visit we were lucky enough to hear order # 6 7 lol.... The server gave our kids a big smile and thumbs up!!

Our cashier was so sweet today! And our food was handed to us hot and ready to consume! The wait today was about 15 minutes, I think drive thru was taking priority but it didn't bother us. Great job team!

I'll put this on the record, in ink, not pencil. I've had In-N-Out in countless cities, states, and even in Hell itself (a.k.a. Lake Havasu, AZ). One thing never changes: In-N-Out refuses to join the 21st century. No delivery apps, no online orders, no pickup. Nada. So of course, the lines are always biblical in length. Most locations at least try to tame the chaos with a few brave teenagers sent out into the drive-thru jungle, iPads in hand, taking orders before you even reach the speaker. It's not perfect, but it keeps things moving. But THIS location? Oh no, they're "special." (insert sarcastic jazz hands here). Their grand strategy is to let the line snake so far back it circles the parking lot like a boa constrictor choking the life out of efficiency itself. Clearly, they've cracked the code on how NOT to run an In-N-Out.

Their burgers just like they are on the west coast! Always enjoy this chain! The fresh cut fries are on point as well! Service was nice, staff are friendly! Food is great for the category! Eating area was clean as well! Will be back when visiting the area!

Call me crazy!!!! What is the first thing I do upon landing at the DFW airport? Yep, stopped in for a burger. I didn't grow up eating at In N Out, it was an acquired taste. What sold it for me was the grilled onions on the burger and how they blend in with the melted cheese. Fries are hard to beat too! This is the gold standard for fast food. Come in at any location and expect fresh food served quickly at a fair price. This location did not disappoint. Keep waiting for the Franchise to expand to Seattle/Tacoma WA, until then I will keep coming while on the road!

Pros: got it animal style and it was good. Cheap food. Big portions. Cons: long lines. Long wait times.

Absolutely vile! This was my 1st time eating at this restaurant and since I left work early I thought I would try them out. I ate the fries, got half done with my burger when everything came right back up!!! My body immediately rejected the food. Needless to say I won't return.

Had the opportunity to try In-N-Out for the first time. I got the flying dutchman whole grilled onion wrap and some animal fries. The fries were okay, it would be better if requested well-done. The burger was amazing though! And you can't forget the chilies! Great fast food.

Went for lunch yesterday. This is a new location for me. It was packed like all in n outs are but they moved quickly and gave me fresh food. Not much I can say. I love in n out and it never disappoints. I got the regular cheeseburger this time with grilled onions instead of the double double. And of course I got animal fries. I also tried the light pink lemonade for the first time and I enjoyed it. Has that slightly weird alternative sweetener taste but I enjoyed it.

In n out never disappoints and Julianne provided us with great customer service. I was really indecisive and she was lovely.

As a California native living on the East Coast I couldn't help but want to go to In-N-Out on a recent trip to the Dallas metro. Overall the service here was good but the food here was SO salty when we ordered. Both the meat and the fries were salted to death--much more salty than any other time or location I'd visited. I don't think the HQ staff in Irvine, CA would be happy if they had tasted the insane sodium levels we encountered. Other than that though, it was a nice clean location and it was interesting to see the Texas rendition of a California classic.

The service here was really nice! I came in to dine in, and everyone was friendly. The food was fresh, and the ambiance was great. I didn't catch the employee's name, but he was African American and wore a hair wrap under his In-N-Out hat, of course -- he honestly made the experience even better. You could tell he was the light of the night shift! He was smiling, super friendly to everyone, and had such good energy.

The drive thru wait was ridiculous last Friday. Having such a limited menu you would think the wait would be less. I could have just gone to Whataburger with less wait time, and Whataburger takes forever. I've had In and Out before, it's just ok. Definitely not worth the long wait.

Dallas has a great burger scene, but when it comes to fast food burgers, In-N-Out is the king. It's by far my favorite, and with inflation going out of control, it's one of the best values out there. My Overall Rating - 5 Stars (Atmosphere, Service, Food, Return) Atmosphere - In-N-Out Burger has a bright white theme that creates a clean and classic look. The restaurant is spotless and sanitary, and a member of the staff is always looking to clean. The interior is cozy and comfortable, with a nostalgic and retro vibe. Be warned, during dinner it can get busy inside and out (drive through). 1 Star. Service - INO's well trained staff is friendly, courteous, and efficient. You place your order, get a number, and listen out as they make it fresh. Someone is always manning the station and will open another line if it gets busy. The staff makes you feel welcome and appreciated, and they always greet you with a smile. 1 Star. Food - INO has one of the best fast food burgers in town. Each burger is cooked to order, the patties are super juicy, and the cheese it perfectly melted on top. I prefer grilled onions and "mustard grilled" (they add mustard and grill it into the beef) with the spread on the slide. The toasted buns are spongy but hold everything together. And while the fries can be bland, I'll order Cheese Fries or add salt and pepper to the fries to add some flavor while dipping it into spread instead of ketchup. The best part? It's not going to break the bank! A Double-Double combo is about $10. 2 Stars. Will I Return? - Yes. It's my favorite burger. The staff is friendly and efficient, the restaurant is clean and inviting, and the food is made to order and served hot and fresh. Best of all - I can actually afford it. 1 Star.

For those who already know In-N-Out: This location has fast, friendly service. The food comes out fresh. It's super clean. In my visit, there wasample seating even during a lunch rush. If someone's unfamiliar with In-N-Out, while there are a lot of good burger chains, and while I'm not a west coast In-N-Out partisan who will insist that theirs are better than everyone else's, it's considerably less expensive than a Five Guys or any of its peers. And its burgers are much better than any of the cheaper chains. I have Californian friends who will insist that it's much better than Five Guys, Shake Shack, et al. I'm not sure that that's true. But, it's more in that league than in the Burger King league, and its prices are closer to BKs. It's definitely great food for the money.

In n Out is always solid. Fresh food, clean dining rooms, super friendly staff, and they get the orders right 99% of the time !!!

First time trying In-N-Out and my expectations were blown away!!! My meal only costed $7!!!! The prices are unbeatable and for that price the quality was immaculate!! The animal style is delicious on the burger and fries. The fries itself are ok, but the burger is where it's at! The interior was clean, and I loved the retro look to everything. The staff was friendly and professional! Great first experience here and I will definitely make sure to stop by again!

The customer service I received from the employee in drive thru was really unsettling especially for a place known for great quality in food and customer service. I had asked to see the menu, when the worker replied saying "its just burgers". I understand it was busy and asking for the menu slows the times down but we were far from the menu and were unable to see it. His tone sounded bothered when taking our order

First time to one in years, and I've only gone to California to have an In N Out burger. Almost forgot what I was. Looking forward to! Came here with my brother and his wife while in town for their daughters wedding to get a snack before we started eating more later on tonight. This place was super clean, very organized and seemed very well managed. I just got me a cheeseburger fries, and a root beer And I did get a cheeseburger with onions and already had tomatoes which I had forgot so that was a plus I don't compare let's say out of state, fast food, burger, joints to what I get in Georgia because I don't have it in Georgia. It's not fair to say it's better or worse than Wendy's or McDonald's or any other fast food it's different their own style. This was a great burger! it did have a lot of onions, but I asked for it, the burger had great taste, the fries were OK, but I have a preference for another brands fries just because. But they were tasty and I ate them all. we just got a Whataburger near me in Georgia and I like those two but for this place, I have to get five stars because it was just enough food not too much, I like a clean place, because we did go inside and eat, and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Tried In-N-Out Burger for the first time and loved it. I had a classic burger with fries and a Coke. Everything was simple, fresh, and delicious. The burger had great flavor and the fries were crispy and hot. Service was fast and friendly, and the staff made it easy for a first-timer. The place had a clean retro vibe that added to the charm. I get the hype now and will definitely be back.

Their burgers are just plain. Nothing special. No options for bacon or onion rings. Long lines and long wait in drive thru.

This place was packed inside and out but I got my food within 10 minutes. The problem was I ate it all within 6 minutes. So good and every time I visited my son in Fort Worth, I stop by for a meal. Next time I'm going to try it Flying Dutchman style. Burger patties between slabs of grilled onion.

Always my go to spot when out of my state. Probably the best fast food burgers in my opinion. Also love the animal style fries.

Food was great, however.....when I am in the drive thru, why do I have to specify that I want it to go? That is what the drive thru is for. I ordered and then lady hands me my food on a plate as if I am inside....i had to ask to have them put it in a bag.

The food itself was consistent with expectations and what you want from in n out - the best fast food burger and fries. Burger was good, fries were fresh, and the service was ok. We came on a Monday night and it was pretty empty inside but still took longer than expected to get our food. The ketchup was completely out and they didn't refill it unfortunately. We ordered special sauce on the side and didn't get it in our order, but they were happy to give us it when we went back and requested. When ordering there were a few times when we repeated our order and they still didn't get it right in the end, but it's not a major deal at a fast food place I guess.

We always love coming to get burgers here. We are California transplants so we grew up on these burgers. The ingredients are always fresh and the service seems to be a level above other fast food places. The french fries also taste different because the potatoes are never frozen. We will come back again.

God I love In-N-Out. I was craving some of this recently so I came here on a Sunday afternoon to enjoy my lunch. I usually get a double double but I didn't want to be too unhealthy and I got a cheeseburger combo with animal fries. I do want to try the vegan version with the lettuce wrap one day but I couldn't resist the gluten today! In-N-Out's biggest selling point is that they are super quick. You can't order online; everything is old fashioned but the reason that it works is because they are confident about their speed. And 99.9% of the time -- they do successfully (or at least in my experience.) Unfortunately -- my most recent experience was not part of the 99.9%. They didn't seem super busy at all but my order took nearly 15 minutes to come out... I wasn't bothered but I just thought it was a little off as my orders have came out within 5 minutes of ordering everytime. Nevertheless, I had a fantastic meal. It tasted great and I got my extra sides of spread to make sure I was really grubbing out. Employees were friendly and everything was nearly perfect. Thank you for the great meal and I will be back!

In-N-Out Burger, hands-down, has got to be one of the best the greatest in the latest, best burger drive-through's in the world. Their business model is fabulous. Their marketing is clean and effective. Their menu options are simple into the point. Oh, how I wish I could purchase an In-N-Out burger franchise.!!!!!!

This is one of my favorite hamburger spots. The animal style fries are my favorite not to mention their delicious milk shake. Only issues, is that service takes forever. They need to do their drive through lines, like chick-fil-a does. People do not have 25 minutes to wait in line, especially on a lunch break.

Love in n out but this location lets me down time and time again. Sucks since it's closest to where I live. Order food w/ a shake then when we pull up to pay doesn't mention the shake then says it's broken. Ok we'll take a Coke instead, go to pick up food doesn't give the drink, I remind them he hands us a drink he has up there, drive off and it's sweet tea. Service is poor at this location. Dig into the food and everything is cold. Just awful

Just had a really great experience here. Kudos to Adam for making sure he got my neurodivergent kid's order just right, with humor and a naughty smile.

Let me start this way. How do you not a cover or something at the outside where you place the order? Great burgers and great fries. The customer service is always great. They really shine only Chick-fil-A would rival their customer service.

Let me get this out of the air, My opinion is biased.. In N Out has a special place in my heart, Its been a meal that has been enjoyed at special times with special people at special places. Every meal has been memorable - cut - But is the food valid? Here we go. When it comes to fast food consistency is important to me and overall In N Out does a pretty good job. I typically get what I expect when I order and the quality of food is always satisfying. (Customer service is great btw, SO POLITE ALWAYS) But lets get delve into the GRITTY details of why In N Out is getting my 5 star stamp of approval (horny emoji) Lets look at the roster: Burgers (animal style option) Fries (animal style option) Milkshakes The core foods of In N Out are amazing. The milkshakes arnt anything out of the world but its what you would want out of a quick cup of dairy. The burgers are standard in an In N Out Order and are the definition of the franchise. If you haven't tried In N Out, what are you doing.. Get to your nearest location and bite that juicy burger with your closest friends or beloved family and then you'll understand why In N Out has a special place in my heart. It'll be an experience you'll remember and be better for. I have to catch a flight - Bye Yelpers!

Love a good drive in burger spot. The burgers are solid and less heavier that Whataburger but I think the animal fries are over hyped.

I thought I hated in and out burger but I guess I don't. This was a surprisingly good. I got a #2 animal style with no tomatoes and cheese fries with a 7up and pink lemonade mix. The lemonade could be better. My burger was hot and fresh and tasted good. My fries needed some salt and pepper but was still a good cheese fry. Service was fast and friendly.

Been to this location three times. Once through drive - through, and twice walking in - all for to-go orders. Drive thru is reasonable, but still slower than most drive throughs. The walk-in counter service time is absurd. Each time there was no one in line, so I got my order in right away. Each time it took over 20 minutes for the food. This location has more staff than any in and out I have ever seen, and the business traffic is sub-par to even a drive through only in and out in California, but yet they can't get things done. Truly terribly inefficient for the staff that they have - which was at least 18-23 people from what I saw.

This was my second time eating here. Once in Vegas and now in Dallas. We ordered the double double burger (animal style), alongside with fries in the same style. Such an amazing fast food restaurant if you want to satisfy your craving! Especially with the animal style feature!

Being from an area that doesn't have an In-N-Out, makes my experience 100x better. I literally CRAVE this when I come out to California. Thankfully, I didn't have to wait til I visited Cali, and to my luck found this little gem last week after being stuck on an overnight layover in Dallas. My husband and I reached our nearby airport hotel this past Sunday at 9:30 pm. It was super shocking to me that SO many places in the Irving/DFW airport area that places closed at 10 pm. So, naturally, I was truly struggling to find a place to eat "late at night". In-N-Out popped up on my search list, and we just could not resist. We got there around 10:15 pm, and shockingly, there were many diners in the restaurant and in the drive thru. We ordered 2 grilled cheeses animal style for both and 1 french fry. I LOVED the burgers!! The fries are ehhh and I've had better, but the burgers make up for the low expectations vs reality situation of the fries. I got a nice root beer to gulp down my food, and it was so refreshing. The employees were really nice as well. Definitely recommend!

As expected, never lets ya down if you are in the mood for a burger. Always grilled fresh. First time fries were not pippin hot. However the milkshake made up for it.

First time to an In-N-Out Burger came here for a friend who spoke highly of them and hadn't had one in a year. The store was super busy and it had just opened up for lunch. It was okay I'm probably not going to make it a habit but the prices where good, store was clean and the staff was upbeat & friendly. Ordered a Double-Double with a side of fries. I didn't take the typical dressing that goes on one I took mustard on mine. The burgers for me were okay a little salty but good, the cheese made the burger. Fries definitely have that fresh fry taste I like the fresh potato cut look with the peel partial on them. I came here for a friend who hadn't had In-N-Out for a year. It made his day, not sure when I'll be back.

I believe In-N-Out burger is the most cost efficient to taste ratio burgers available and this location is excellent. Everyone here is nice and do a good job.

I come by here for lunch once in a while since its close to my work. Everyone knows what in n out burger is. But i will say that this location is always pretty consistent minus one visit i had during off hours where the patty was oversalted to oblivion. But i never had any issues during regular lunch time. Of course everything is cooked to order and they are still relatively speedy about it. This location doesn't get unreasonably packed so its a safe lunch spot. Always have a friendly experience and good food.

Bit chilly out here tonight to have employees taking orders outside. But Marion was friendly and efficient despite the cold as he took our order in the drive thru line. Food was hot and yummy. Just what you expect from In-N-Out.

Up at work for 12 hours on a Saturday. I think I earned something different! Back in my days deep in the Mojave Desert, I was introduced to In-N-Out when I had to make some long drives from Ft Irwin down to Ontario and Riverside. The highlight was my tradition of stopping at the In-N-Out in El Cajon Pass. That drive was a beating and reminded me of my work day, so... I noticed as I waited in the line of cars that the palms were all gone. Nothing but huge holes. I guess the Mini Texas Ice Age of February 2021 killed them as it did many plants and water pipes. It was kind of sad. That bit of LA style was gone from the Irving, Texas character. I ordered my usual double double and coke. I don't like their fries and yet to meet anyone that does. The burger was great! Cold stuff cold and hot stuff hot. Cheese you could taste! My only complaint is I wish they would core the tomatoes! All in all, great break for the 12 hour day with a very tasty meal and some memories of the High Mojave.

Dining in is the only way to go! After a disappointing visit last visit when we took our order "to go" and ate at the hotel, I told my husband we were dining IN this visit. The food is so much fresher when you dine in. Employees were so friendly and helpful. I got a double double meal, protein style. My husband got a 3x3 meal, protein style and our kiddos split 2 cheeseburgers and an order of fries. YUM. So glad we ate in!

Love their burgers! I usually get the cheese burger with chilled and the animal style fries. Burgers have always been good at this location. Fries not so much sometimes. It can be a hit or miss. But overall loved it!
