In-N-Out Burger

Bustling location. There is always someone in line and food orders are often being called. My order was messed up as usual. I don’t understand why even after the order was repeated and confirmed. Still entered incorrectly. Who knows? Regardless, I always give 5 stars to small businesses because my review should not hurt a business. This review is going to get a lot 1 star because I truly feel that is what it deserves and since I seem to be the oddball in this crowded restaurant, my 1 star will be fine with overall ratings. The food is nasty and I just don’t understand the hype. The chocolate shake is foam and doesn’t taste cold . The fries taste like soft pringles and aren’t warm. The burger is eh. But with efforts to say something positive, the lettuce is great.

After leaving the movie theater i saw that In N Out was nearby and I wanted to give it another shot. I had it in LA a few years ago and i was underwhelmed. I am totally team Shake Shack. That said I'll start with the positives. This location was clean and organized. The staff were working hard and were friendly/ professional during service. The condiments on the burger were fresh and crisp as always. For me the patty is too thin and not seasoned enough. As for the Animal style fries, they were salted well but not crispy and the sauce was only on top of the fries and not throughout. Sauce tastes very good as well with the caramelized onions . In a pinch id go back. Otherwise, I remain team Shake Shack

Oh wow—where do I even start? As a Belgian with serious expertise in French fries, I have to say: this spot isn’t about the fries… it’s all about the burgers! The fries? Honestly, not my thing (we did invent them, after all). But the burger? Absolutely phenomenal. Pro tip: don’t forget to ask for mustard, onions, and pickles—they don’t come standard, and they make all the difference. Go all in with the double cheese, double meat—you won’t regret it. And if you must try the fries, go animal style to at least get the special sauce and grilled onions. Burgers: 10/10. Fries? I’ll stick with the ones back home.

Checked off the bucket list of places I wanted to try and it did not disappoint. Animal style all the way. The burgers are fresh and so delicious. This is what I imagine McDonald’s use to taste like before they started using all the processed foods.

A must every time I come to west USA! Overall - 5/5 Food - Cheeseburger - 5/5 - The best burger and so cheap at that (at least compared to US prices of things). The burger is so juicy and it’s so tasty, even my mom loved it… I honestly prefer this to some of the higher end restaurants on the strip lol. Fries - 4/5 - Good fries but I found them way too salty.. otherwise, the cook and texture was prefect. Chocolate & Vanilla mixed shake - So tasty, I absolutely loved it.. the perfect sweetness and creaminess for a shake! Service - 4/5 - All friendly staff, but my god, the line was extremely long and took very very long for us to get our food. I don’t know if that’s anything that can be helped, but we spent a minimum of 45 minutes in line when we came straight from the airport around 11pm. Atmosphere - 3/5 - Just a basic diner inside; nothing fancy but no complains either.

The first In N Out restaurant to open in Nevada outside of California in 1992. I knew I had to stop here to get a delicious cheeseburger and fresh potato fries. In N Out is the best restaurant all of California. But what if the company opened their first restaurant out of state? The candidate: Nevada. You don't have to drive all the way to California to stop at an In N Out for a meal. Thanks to them, we have In N Out in Las Vegas. As always, the meal is incredibly delicious. It's a taste of heaven; I guarantee it! The interior has the same layout as the one from Nellis Boulevard (as a matter of fact, every In N Out has the same interior design, but not always). Then again, the restaurant has gained much love from every customer from around the world. If you're not living in the West Coast, you're probably missing out. It's truly worth it. Best burgers in the world!

In-N-out burgers, truly live up to the hype. We are here on vacation. Flight ✈️ was great 1770 miles. The first stop was here. Thanks to the kid First night working the drive-through.

I accidentally left my bag at the restaurant, and by the time I realized it, 15 minutes had already passed. Inside the bag were all my bank cards and my ID — without them, I wouldn’t even be able to fly home. I was panicking. I rushed back, and after 30 stressful minutes, I finally got to the store, half expecting the worst. To my absolute surprise, the staff had found my bag, kept it safe, and after asking me some details to confirm it was mine, they handed it back with everything untouched. Not a single thing was missing. Even more incredibly, they refused to accept any money I tried to give as thanks. I was genuinely moved by their kindness and integrity. Beyond that, the burgers were amazing — super fresh, flavorful, and at such a reasonable price! Every employee I saw was smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be there. It made the whole experience even better. Thank you, In-N-Out team. You didn’t just serve me a great meal — you saved my day. Absolute 10/10 place to eat!

What is not to like? They have the best burgers and fries for a fast food drive through. My dog loves the pup burgers. All the service people are kind and helpful.

In-N-Out Burger is a classic choice when you're craving a simple, affordable burger. The burgers are decent, and they hit the spot when you're in the mood for something satisfying. Their fries are also a highlight--super fresh, and you can tell they're made from real potatoes since you can actually see them cutting and frying them. If you're with kids, don't forget to ask for the fun extras like the children's stickers or paper hats--it's a small touch, but they love it! However, I did have a couple of issues during my visit. Despite it not being overly busy, there was a noticeable wait for our order. It wasn't a huge deal, but it did seem a bit longer than usual. Also, I noticed something was off with the pink lemonade mix--it didn't taste quite right, almost as if it had gone bad or wasn't mixed properly.

Straight off the plane! Over 3 years I have not put my mouth on one Of These luscious juicy burgers! 3x3 with animal style fries extra large Cole Chilis on the side and a chocolate shake! That is all, get in my belly. I love you in n out!

What we ordered: * Double Cheeseburger * Cheeseburger * Animal fries Not a huge fan personally of the animal fries but the burger was delicious! We were served by the most friendly person at the till, and didn't wait long for our food. Dined in, classic fast food interior with food trays, plenty of tables, and self-serve fountain drinks.

This place is a classic! Classic decor on the interior and exterior of the building. Whenever I come to In n out I order a double double with extra lettuce, grilled onions, raw onions and pickles. EXTRA PICKLES!!! For my drink I get a root beer float!!!!! MmmmMmmmm!! The service here is always either the greatest attitudes and smiles. Will always be back!

Always a busy location, both dine in and drive thru. Ample parking, road construction going on the main drag but still easily accessible. Plenty of cashiers waiting to take your order. Food prepared fresh. Never disappoints for a quick burger & fry meal! Workers tentatively cleaning tables for the next patrons. Not too loud but definitely buzzing atmosphere.

Who the hell Ubers from the strip to In-N-Out!? I did with a group of 6 lol. This location was clean and super fast! Our large order consisted of 3 by 3s and animal fries, protein wraps and milkshakes and not a single error was made. Kudos to the staff here, friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't hesitate to drop by here again when visiting Vegas!

Food: I I love In-N-Out burgers! We don't have we a location in Atlanta. So I was happy to be able to get a burger while in Vegas. Although it looked as if they were cooking the burgers fresh the buns apparently are not. When we arrived to our hotel to eat our burgers, the buns were hard as steel! Needless to say, I was not happy my chance to eat a night burger was ruined. Service: service at this location was decent however they were a little bit slow with moving the line. Ambience: Simply OK.

As In N Out goes, this was a good location. They had the peppers, service was quick and they had a lot of outdoor seating. My burger and fries were tasty and it had the classic In N Out vibe.

IDK about you but my kids love their burgers. We had these burgers 3x in within one week. They are cheap but also yummy so maybe that is why my kids love them, :)

I'm from California moved to Kansas and went to Vegas and all I could eat 2 times a day was in n out. Had the Double Double with fries and a coke can't get enough

Dollar for dollar, the best burger! Love In-N-Out's simple menu with three items; hamburgers, cheeseburgers, and double cheeseburgers! Now of course there is a whole book on the many different ways you can order these items. The burgers and fries are always fresh and tasty, the stores always clean, and the staff is the best in any fast-food chain.

The animal style fries were yummy and I liked the green peppers. Just hard to get a seat

After all the hype, I was very excited to try In-N-Out; however, I found it to be rather disappointing. The animal fries were just extremely dry and cardboard-like fries with sauce. The burgers were OK, as I got the classic In-N-Out burger with double patties. I believe the food itself is a good bang for your buck as it is pretty cheap. On the bright side, the service was great and staff were extremely friendly. I would recommend trying the burgers at the least as this part can be rather subjective based on personal preference. Definitely stay away from the fries though!

I hate to say this but I would not recommend this location at all. The workers were very nice and the service was good but 4/6 people in my group that ate here got food poisoning from this meal. The fries were almost inedible and tasted like cardboard. The restaurant itself was not very clean and it was in a sketchy area so I wouldn't recommend eating outside. When I come back to Vegas I will not visit this location ever again.

All the usual great in n out service, plus a friendly helpful security guard. This location has the whole peppers!! (Others have been serving them chopped and they just are not the same that way!)

In n out are not the same ! They don't taste good any more .. this is the second time I purchased and could not finish eating it. I think the taste so bad ... quality of meat is not the same .. my last time ever again! Will not eat in n out burger any more .. Good bye ( Sahara and Hualapi location)

Fast food I thought it's something more than what it is. Fast service friendly and busy establishment.

My first stop every time I come back to Vegas. If you go when they open this is probably one of the faster lines, even if it's long when you get there. The staff here are also friendlier than the Trop/215 location and you avoid the tourist traffic too. If you're new, make sure you check out the secret menu and order animal style (only if you like onions!) By far my favourite fast food place still!

Anywhere that we go and if have an in-N-out burger place we tends to go to it at least one time. There is something about the burgers and fries at this particular restaurant chain that make it taste so good. Service here entails ordering at the line and wait for pick up, everything is self service. Then try to find a tablet to sit and eat is hard, especially during busy times. Space is limited and tends to be a long line for ordering and pick up dependent on the specific time interval. The food here taste really good. I love their sauce. I definitely would go back here again.

The drive thru line here seems to move a bit slower than most locations I've been to, but the food was still exactly what you'd come to expect from In-n-out. Always worth the wait!

I went to have a burger over at the Maryland Parkway by the University and unfortunately it wasn't that good it tasted like they burnt the hamburger also ran out of lemon and asked one of the workers if they could refill it and he apologized but moved on to clear out trays and stock napkins so never got a lemon! I know that most of the In-N-Out burgers are five star/4 star at least but I'm gonna give this one. A two star food wasn't good. Service was OK. The ambience is always crowded and busy. Nothing wrong with that.

Gluten-free options are available. I got a cheese burger protein style which is fancy for lettuce wrap. It was good but messy. I ordered animal style fries. I don't get the procesed cheese slices. I am from Canada and it has never crossed my mind to through a kraft single onto my fries.

The drive in line took 25 mins just for their shake machine to be out of order! Super annoying! The food was good as always but never have I ever been to an in n out where the shake machine was out of order!

Service was slow 3/10 maybe because they are closer to strip. My friend ordered a protein style burger and had like 4 customers after him including myself get our orders Cleanliness 4/10. Smells weird out in the front like a cesspool leaked or something

Stopped for a quick lunch yesterday and it was good! Their ordering system is the best, the young woman behind the cash was great at was she did. In a matter of minutes we had our order. The burgers are good but the fries are the best. Too bad they're not in South Florida!

In-N-Out Burger is great! The food is delicious and the service is very good. The staff is friendly and fast. I like that they have lemon for drinks. Everything is fresh and tasty.

Love this location, we often stop here when we're traveling through Vegas. Ricky in the drive thru was the best, so kind and so patient. In & Out always has amazing service - but he goes above and beyond. Thank you Ricky!

Went back to Las Vegas for a quick leisure and got in very late so I chose to get a quick bite to eat. My Uber driver suggested that I go to the one on W Sahara Rd location. In Vegas there are several in and out burger locations. This location did not disappoint. There was a crowd in the place but it was manageable. I order the classic double cheeseburger with extra pickles. Yes, I am a pickle kind of girl. This is my second time trying the In and Out Burger franchise. The wait time for the food was about 15 minutes total. I did get the animal fries and it was pretty good especially worn the grilled onions on top. My fountain drink was a sprite with a mix of the pink lemonade. I will definitely go back to this location whenever I'm back in the Vegas area.

Travelled all the way to the west coast to try a burger.....lol (not really) Burger was very good, but can't say it was great. Service was a little slow. The 50's look and feel is an interesting novelty. If I lived here, I'm sure I would be a repeat customer.

Food was delicious! Staff is amazing!!!! Had a worker help us find one of my students retainers that she had thrown away in the trash He is our HERO!!!! Ohh and forgot to mention that we were a party of 40 and they still managed to work quickly without compromising to quality of the food

A Thursday at 11 pm, line backed up because someone taking orders wanted to chat and not take orders w every single car, nobody at the window to pay, order was incorrect. Please explain how this place is a success?

Always have a positive experience no matter where we go to get our In-N-Out fix. Living in Florida we usually seek out a local In-N-Out when traveling.

I have been to this In-n-Out many times and it never fails to make me how inept they are. As you can see by my receipt it clearly states onions lettuce tomato mustard only I asked for no cheese and what do you see on my burger? Fucking IDIOTS.

For this to be a fast food place, I am very impressed. The employees are super nice, it's super clean and very well organized. Everyone is doing their part to get the order right and on time. First time to in and out and want to see what all the fuss was about. Being from Florida we do not have these. The food is fresh and made to order. Will definitely be coming back! Fries are the best fast food fries I've ever had! And the burgers are very well balanced and delicious.

Great hamburgers, lines can get quite long though! Service is good. I wish they could speed things up though, but I know they can't in some situations. Always loved the hamburgers here

The burgers were fresh and juicy,the sauce was dipping down the burger.The fries were crispy.There might not be a lot of options but it is so wroth it.The service is long but would you rather have it cold or fresh and hot and the workers are so nice
