In-N-Out Burger

Burger was pretty good, chips were the same as anywhere else. It would have been nice to know about the secret menu, I feel like I've missed out on an experience.

In-N-Out – It’s... Fine Tried In-N-Out recently and honestly, it was just okay. The burger was decent—not amazing, not terrible. Fries were pretty plain and didn’t really stand out. Service was quick but nothing memorable, and the place was clean but kind of bland. It’s the kind of spot you go to if it’s nearby and you’re hungry, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it. Some people love it, but for me, it was just a very average fast food experience.

Let Homeless Lady clean her 11 mugs and 4 tall drink bottles in soda Fountain and wash up without doing anything and line waiting was long Cashier Celeste was told so many times and then finally told the Manager Security guy didn’t care and abused me and 2 other Customers when we ask why isn’t he doing anything about it! Manager came out spoke to her and finally asked her to leave and cleaned the soda machine but security guy was calling 3 Customers liers! I have Video which he refused to see I told him he owes us all a apology he laughed and walked outside I will send Corporate the Footage!

Went there for the first time in 3 years since we moved out of State and the In&Out we went to just so happens it wasn't the greatest as expected. Maybe our expectations were too high since its always been a great place to go eat. Maybe three years has changed things a bit...

I really love in-n-out, but this in-n-out disappointed me. I went in the drive through and I ask for 2 combos. Once I got to the window, I waited a couple minutes until someone appeared. I asked for ketchup and 5 spreads. I got spread and chilies, but no ketchup. My whole grill was raw and my fries were not light how I asked. They also forgot my straws. I wish my experience would’ve been better.

You have to get GRILLED AND REGULAR ONIONS (WHEN THEY DAY GRILLED OR REGULAR DIDN'T DAY SAY "NO" AND SAY "BOTH!!!* IT'LL CHANGE YOUR LIFE AND IF I'M WRONG JUST SAY IT WAS A MISTAKE AND IF THEY CAN REMAKE IT WITH NONE .. TRUST ME!!!!! ❤️ 🙂‍↕️ SMART SMART SMART!!!! ALSO GET A DRINK AND ADD A SHAKE, IT'LL MOVE THE FAT OUT QUICK AND YOU'LL GET SOME CALCIUM AND EVEN MORE PROTEIN!!!! SMART SMART SMART!!! AND SHAKE A MINI-SALT PACKET ONTO THE FRIES (OR TWO SALT PACKETS) AND STUFF A FRY BITE BETWEEN BURGER BITES!!!! DO IT!!!!! AAAAAA!!! MMMM :) SO GOOD!!!

So out of sheer curiosity I decided to hit the drive through and grab some food on the way home. Thank fully the line moved quickly. I ordered a double double combo to go. The fries were not that impressive, just okay. The burger however was pretty good. All in all not a bad experience l, just expected more with all the hype this chain gets.

Worst In-N-Out I've ever visited. Every In-N-Out has long lines and they usually make a concerted effort to effectively manage that. This store fails miserably and blames their customers. This particular store is located on an intersection, you turn right or left from the intersection into the shopping center and the In-N-Out, and the other side is a freeway exit, going straight into the shopping center. Like any intersection you take turns to go into the lot/line. I was coming off the freeway exit going straight into the shopping center and the In-N-Out. There's no indication of any segregated line, other than cars waiting to turn into the lot. No cones, rope etc. Mgmt needs to do a better job if they want to create a line as I've seen in many other locations. Don't waste your time at this store, the burgers are not worth it. Wait for another location.

In-N-Out always hits. My go-to order is a Double Double, protein style with whole grilled onions, ketchup and mustard instead of spread, with well-done fries and a Dr. Pepper. Sometimes I will spring for the animal fries if I'm feeling extra gluttonous. Unfortunately, this location in Lemon Grove Plaza has a terribly long line that can sometimes extend out of the parking lot, into the street, and all the way to the 94 freeway underpass. (I'm not going to mark that against them though--all In-N-Outs have long lines.) It's worth it knowing you're getting fresh ingredients and friendly service every time.

6/17 TL;DR: terrible physical location but great product quality CA born x raised so definitely not my first time at an In-n-out. I rarely write reviews for fast food chains but this burger I was served was perfect Would've been 5/5 but the location, traffic, drive thru set up, parking, all of the logistics were a 0/5 Will still probably be back though - cheers, InnOut

Pretty standard location, they did renovate the interior last year to make a little more seating. Pretty fast at this location and food is put together pretty well and doesn't usually fall apart. Overall a solid location with good staff.

In-N-Out Burger truly excels at delivering a delightful dining experience with top-notch service and fantastic prices. If you're craving a classic burger experience that doesn't skimp on quality or value, this is the place to be.

Waited 20 minutes in line for one of my burgers to have nothing on it, just bun and onion. Didn't offer refund or anything.

Location wise, wait times are pretty long and then seeing that dreaded drive thru line always makes me do a u-turn and pick somewhere else to eat. When I do decide to wait for In-N-Out it is almost always worth it! This recent visit they were out of ice and banana peppers when I dined in. Their burgers and fries remain consistent throughout the years of me ordering here. The workers are friendly although one of our orders was mistaken with a topping. It happens, but in the end they could never make me hate it here! There is not a lot of seating compared to its other counterparts in San Diego so do expect a few tables to open up if you eat here and of course a line for the drive thru.

Double-double is always the choice with animal fries. The only annoying part is this branch is packed, full of kids and loudness. Even the drive-thru is super packed. It's so packed that they have to call over speakers for the orders like a DMV lol

I ordered on drive-thru a double single with onions and chilies and my husband got two protein hamburgers with onions and chilies and an order of fries. I usually visit this location because it's close to me and they get the order right most of the time. But this time the bun on my burger was burnt and they forgot to add the chilies in which I was very disappointed. It was around noon so I guess they were busy or they had a new cook trainee, but please get it right next time. This review goes out to the manager to check out on his/her employees and make sure they are to standard with cooking procedures and their attention to detail.

We love In & Out !! So we're ever we go it's high probability we will get In & Out for dinner one night. We were visiting family and stopped at this In & Out for an early dinner. We ordered a kids grilled cheese, animal fries, regular fries, and 2 double doubles with grilled onions. S as ALWAYS the staff was friendly and efficient. The food was hot and delicious the only issue is we felt the animal fries were not as big as usual. The place was clean and the parking was ample. They have a nice patio with more then just a few tables and it's shaded.

The first time I've been here we actually got right into the drive-through and only three cars in front of me and it's at 1 o'clock in the afternoon. Totally amazing.

I get the same burger and it hits EVERY TIME. Double double protein style with an extra patty, grilled and regular onions, either extra toasted buns. The service is the same every time I go and this location is almost always busy. I've only gone through the drive thru twice because the location is honestly horrible in terms of space. I highly recommend parking and ordering inside.

Located in Lemon Grove. Parking can be a hassle due to all the other businesses in the area. Establishment was clean, customer service was good, and food was ok. I never did understand what the big hype for these burgers are that the drive thru lines are always massive.

Eat the fries while they are hot. Not good when cold. Burger was very good. Close to homemade. Much better choice than Mc Donald's. Very good shakes. Great staff. Love the white and red colors.

Fresh ingredients however I find the patty to be too small. Unless you eat something else with your cheeseburger or your hamburger, it's not going to fill you up. Kids were telling their parents to order double because they know it's not fulfilling. Again, it's a bad if you are on a diet. Some orders are not on the menu, which surprises me yet must be an insider or a classic customer to know the secrets...

In-N-Out Burger is a must stop when I'm visiting California. We stopped in for lunch before my niece dropped me at the airport for my flight home. We arrived at 11:30 AM, just before the lunchtime crowd. Our timing was perfect. We ordered right away and had our food in about five minutes. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything and fries and paid less than $7 (no drink). That's a bargain in today's crazy prices! My burger was fresh and delicious. And the fries were hot and tasty! Service was fast and friendly! I look forward to sinking my teeth into another In-N-Out Burger on my next trip out west.

I absolutely love coming to this location. I usually always bring my dog with me, and it's so sweet that all of the workers always recognize my dog and I. Nina is such an amazing employee and always makes sure I am taken care of. The lines can be long but I usually go inside. I always enjoy coming here and the food is always good!

Good but long time, I don't thing is the best fast food in SD or even in Lemon Grove, should try other experiences like The Habit

In-N-Out Burger remains a top choice among fast-food burger joints, with quick service and tasty food. Despite all the crowded activity typical of all In-N-Out locations, I still enjoy visiting this place. If you haven't experienced it yet, just go and give it a try--it's both affordable and delicious.

Super friendly and patient service here. Lettuce, tomato and onions were so fresh. Fries done light well were good. No complaints!

The food is good but the parking and restaurant itself is a nightmare. It's always so dirty on the floors, and crazy crowded because of how tiny it is. Can't go wrong with in n out but it's not the nicest location.

Unfortunately the few visits we have had at this location have not been the best. The drive thru is frustrating as cars come from three different directions and the layout of the parking lot is tight, making maneuvering around that much more difficult. We gave up on even trying to go through the drive thru and resorted to going inside. But because this location is so close to SDSU, amongst other places, the crowds are often disruptive and rowdy both inside and outside. It doesn't bode well for a good atmosphere during dining. The service itself is solid, as expected from an In-N-Out, and the things that have made the visits so poor are more-so due to other patrons. The location does get a lot of traffic and so the wait times are a bit longer, but understandably so. Once you get your order though, you can expect quality food.

Extra cheese animal style cheeseburger with extra grilled onions. Yea right I freaking love in n out and never have to praise them cause they rock but damn son wtf. This is trash. Kinda tasted like supermarket white castle too. They should have been one of those locations they closed

Normally I think in n out is OK. This was the worst food I have ever received from in n out. The burger patty was very pink and kind of mushy, not to mention the burger its self was freezing. I also got like the worst batch of fries somehow half my fries were all those green fries. It's just annoying to sit 20 minutes drive thru then to pay for food that you just end up having to throw away. Also the drive thru system they have is literally terrible

Food is good my friends recommended me to try and glad I did burger is flavorful although the cheese in the cheese fries was not melted enough but fries were decent.

It's ALWAYS busy at any in-n-out and it's nice to have consistency from this location too. The line is really long inside but it moves fast. The only reason I knocked out one-star is because of the cleanliness - sometimes it feels like they're too busy to clean up the tables and restock inventory but it's understandable. Recommend a double double with grilled onions and whole grilled onions. Extra toasted bun for that little crunch when you take each bite.

Been going to in-n-out since I learned to drive. Try "secret" menu items to mix things up. Google them and try them all.

I love In N Out because they have the nicest employees and the food is better quality than most other burger joints. Yes, the drive-thru sucks because it impedes incoming traffic and creates a traffic jam on Massachusetts Ave. One way I avoid contributing to this problem is by parking my vehicle by Carl's Jr (yes there's another burger joint in this shopping center) and walking into the restaurant to order.

Hamburger & fries-so fresh and delicious Staff is incredibly friendly and the Dining area is always being cleaned up.

They can't even get an order correct. I asked for extra sauce with no cheese for animals style and chili's on my burger. No chilis I have cheese. This happens every time. They can't get an order correct. At all.

After the location at 1093 Outer Rd., San Diego, CA 92154 completely messed up my order (5 flying Dutchman's) and only receiving 5 single patties with no cheese, Natalie and her location in Lemon Grove was more than happy to replace my order. Natalie saved me driving 40 minutes round trip and allowed me to not wait in another never ending line. Great customer service from Natalie and the 1-800 number by In-N-Out. Thank you.

This location is amazingly tiny and over crowded. Which makes it gross. Most times i keep driving because of the lines out the door and cars down the street. They lose money because so many people simply give up

If you've never been, you must!!! This is a SoCal staple. Their menu items are only limited to like 3 meals but if you go please get your yourself an animal style burger and animal style fries both with extra grilled onions! I promise you won't be disappointed! The only thing I can tell you about almost all locations is that no matter what time of day you will always find yourself in a long line but it does go by really fast. My only pet peeve is that when they package their burgers/fries WHY DO THEY PUT NAPKINS ON TOP OF OPEN-FACED ANIMAL STYLE BURGERS AND FRIES?!?!?!

Consistently good burgers, but always expect a long line in drive thru. Making parking kind of hard. But food worth it!

It was very busy but for a good reason . The food was hot and delicious and our fries were perfect !! Nice hot golden brown . Employees were great as always . Job well done !! And it costs way more to go to other burger places and the food is so gross

If you're looking for cheap quick burgers and fries, look no further. Open late! Top customer service. They are very friendly and helpful. love love coming to this location! Inside is clean and always packed! The line moves quickly and efficiently. Def go with the three by three animal style. I love that you can see them making the fries straight from potatoes!

The line is long and I am not sure if they fix this problem, the food takes a long time to cook and when it is ready they call the number on your receipt , sometimes you can't hear them so you have to ask for a manager because your food is cold.

Hiiii. I walked up to the counter and Gabby greeted me right always. Stoped what she was working on in the distance and helped me with a big smile! She was very nice and professional. After you took my order (double double with a chocolate shake) she offered me fries and repeated my order back to me. Gabby definitely went out of her way! She made me want to come back to this in and out. (Usually go to El Cajon). Thank you Gabby. In n out is lucky to have you on their team!!

This may be one of the only in n outs that I regularly frequent in which the average wait isn't 30 mins. Seriously the hardest part about getting in n out is always the massive line, but this location tends to be busy but not sooo busy that you miss your whole lunch break. Never had any issues here getting my in n out favorites (hamburger and animal style fries).

Their burgers and fries are always tasty , fast and accurate service at this location, staff are nice , In-N-Out is always my favorite

My first time experience here was great. The food was great. I loved the animal fries. So good.

This location straight up sucks! Do not go through the drive thru if you are low on fuel because you will mostly likely run out of fuel while waiting in the drive thru line. This location is by far the SLOWEST of any in n out I've been to. The line goes out into the street and can be dangerous. If you do dare to waste a hour plus of your time in the drive thru line, expect mediocre food from this location. I usually drive out of my way to go to another in n out so I have not visited this location in over a year. I decided to give it another chance since it is close to my house. BAD IDEA! After 30 minutes in line and moving only 5 car lengths, I gave up. There were probably still 20 cars ahead of me and I couldn't bare to wait another 30+ minutes just to get to the person standing outside taking orders. This location needs a serious overhaul in how they operate.

They messeed up my other after ordering for out of town family. Then i emailed corporate and they have the nerve to ask for a receipt? Who saves the drive tru receipt. X

This location is as busy as other locations but the food comes out fast/in a timely manner. Nice bubbly staff as always.

INCOMPETENT MANAGER! Toxic environments drain employees emotionally, mentally, and physically. I have seen many employees in these circumstances become so disengaged to the point they are only there for the paycheck until they quit. Good bosses are few and far between, and employees long for such bosses who will support, inspire and help them to grow thus making their work experience a memorable one. There is no such boss here. Throw him in the garbage where he belongs. #WASTE MANAGEMENT

Always a good decision. Other fast food chains should learn how they are able to pump out food this fast! Always get animal style with chillies on the side. Love the pickled chillies.
