In-N-Out Burger

First time to ever go to a in-and-out burger, honestly don't know what all the hype is. There were 3-4 items on the menu, just got an original burger, fries and a cherry coke. The burger was disappointing, had better burger at other fast food places. Fries were very salted, staff taking the order were nice. I personally don't think I would make it out of my way to come back for a basic burger (especially for the price for it), but I happy to see they have loyal customers.

Completely lazy workers who pay 0 attention to detail to our freaking order after waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru. REFERENCE PHOTOS - WE ORDERED ANIMAL STYLE FRIES AND GOT GARBAGE BURGER PATTYS WITH ONIONS ON IT?! WHAT IS THIS? the person who bagged this order needs to be reprimanded big time. Very disappointed in this location. Who the hell orders a patty and onions? WE DID NOT. This used to be a great location that never got our orders wrong and will continue to leave 1 star reviews until the above is remedied.

Incredible experience and divine food. I was greeted super promptly by Wyatt, he took my order with a smile and made sure to clearly tell me my order number. The dining room is very well maintained by the staff, and they always smile at you when you make eye contact. My food came out quickly, was accurate, and tasted great. This is not a burger that will make you feel like crap afterwards - the vegetables were fresh, meat was cooked, and bun was pillowy. Not drenched in grease! I really was so blown away by the friendliness, professionalism, and energy of the counter staff. I would come back over and over again just for that.

Discovering an In-N-Out in Colorado feels like a delightful secret, a transplanted piece of California cool right here. As devoted fans, we're always impressed, and this location is no exception. The interior is strikingly clean and spacious, a welcome surprise given the location. It maintains the classic In-N-Out aesthetic, though the missing palm trees are a quirky departure. Yet, the landscaping and building design are impeccably maintained, creating a visually appealing experience. The drive-thru is impressively efficient; during our 45-minute visit, the constant lack of a line was remarkable—a testament to their service. Inside, the standout feature was undoubtedly the staff shirts. As a collector of In-N-Out apparel from various states, including California, Texas, and Arizona, the unique design of this Colorado shirt is exceptionally stylish. At around $20 with tax, it's a must-buy. The food, naturally, upheld the high In-N-Out standards. While not the absolute pinnacle of In-N-Out perfection, it delivered that irreplaceable, authentic flavor we crave. A huge thanks to the visionary owner for choosing such a convenient spot—it made our visit seamless and enjoyable. Plus, the new In-N-Out stickers are a fantastic bonus, perfect for adding flair to anything. This place is a gem!

In-N-Out is by far the best fast food hamburger chain! The beef is top quality, and always cooked perfectly! The lettuce, onions, pickles and tomatoes are always fresh! Super delicious burgers and you can customize them how ever you like! I got a 4X with cheese, everything on it and added pickles! Make sure you add pickles cause they do not come with your burgers from the menu! Great place for a family meal! I will definitely be back! Thank you for your service!

Honestly, I don’t know how they do it, but In-N-Out never misses. I stopped by the Lone Tree location and, as always, it was absolutely delicious. ​In a world where you can easily spend $20+ on a mediocre burger, In-N-Out remains the gold standard for quality and value. The produce was fresh, the burger was cooked perfectly, and the fries were hot. It’s rare to find a place that is this consistent every single time you visit, no matter how busy they are. ​If you want a burger that hits the spot without draining your wallet, this is the place. I love the double doubles with onions not only are they better priced then the other burger places but they are more delicious. I usually get 2 of them everything time I go. 1 now 1 for later so I don't have to drive all the way back and get in line. No matter what location I go to always a line. It's the price you pay for being popular. Not crazy about the fries but that's my opinion.

I was traveling from out of state, Labor Day weekend. I was so disoriented from also recently coming off of an international flight that I forgot it was Saturday until I was about done with lunch. This place was slammed and I couldn't find parking. The line on the street to drive through was impossible. I ended up parking at a bank nearby after circling the parking lot several times and overcome others parking and walking. The restaurant was totally full, many people waiting for meals. My food was great and I enjoyed the Protein (?) burger, basically everything plus lettuce instead of bun. (I don't actually like bread very much). Everything was great! Service was a bit slow, but they were slammed. Employees were courteous and efficient

We were going to find a place to sit down and eat but decided for quick and easy, hard not to like In-N-Out burger, the service was quick and they are very efficient for the amount of people they serve. We had 4 Combo #2 meals Cheeseburger and fries with 2 milk shakes and 2 7-ups, they got everything on our order correct. Our boys loved the burgers and the fries as always were delicious, definitely one of the nicer In-N-Out burger joints, and if you're looking for simple and easy this is it you can't go wrong.

Standard for in n out, but the burger patties have gotten SO tiny! For how tiny they are, mine was barely cooked through. The fries were also very salty and overly soft. I'm guessing it was just an off day, because I'm a die hard in n out fan.

It was my first in-n-out experience! Visited on a trip to Denver and I was so excited to see that there was one near our hotel. Though every time we drove by the place was booming but I suppose that was for good reason. Ordered two burgers (one animal style and the other just pickle and onion), fries, and a chocolate shake. Soooo yummy. Those fries were fantastic! Definitely craving some now and can't wait til my next fix.

I've recently moved to the Denver area and I'm like a kid in a candy shop! As I'm driving around discovering things I came across In-N-Out Burger. I've heard raves about this chain and I know it's a Cali celebrity favorite. Well I steered my car into the drive thru line. A very nice gentleman standing outside (about 55° even though mid December) took my order taking time to explain how In-N-Out Burger "does it". The line moved efficiently and quickly enough with all staff along the way were courteous. I said I would be eating in my car and my #1 meal was served in an open box. DELICIOUS! It will likely be my new go to after I see a movie nearby.

It was nice that they had servers in the drive through line to make it smoother a process. The parking lot was full and the line for the drive through was long. We ordered four by four and a cheeseburger meal. They asked if we wanted to eat in the car or to go. This is to determine the container they pack your meal in. We paid and then received the open box with our meals. We drove to another parking lot and ate our lunch. It was good. I haven't had a burger in a while. He devoured his. The fries he didn't like as much as they were a little dry. But I liked them. Good meal.

Stopped by the In-N-Out in Lone Tree and had a fantastic cheeseburger and fries . For just $6.50, the quality and consistency are unbeatable. The burger had a perfectly toasted, crunchy bun that added an extra layer of deliciousness. Everything was fresh, hot, and perfectly done--exactly what you'd expect every single time.

I came in today to place a very large order for my company party and needed to speak with the manager so she can tell me if this was possible or not. She was really rude. And took a customers older while talking to me. While half way through of me telling her what I needed she told me to "Hold on" and walked off. I waited at the counter for about 20 seconds before I walked off. I was getting ready to spend around 2k for my company to enjoy food. Never mind!!!! Manger had a pretty face but ugly Ass heart !!

The restaurant was very clean especially with how busy they were. The staff was friendly. Food was hot and delicious.... One of the better in and outs in the area!

When we chose to stay in Parker Colorado for our little summer vaca, little did we know there would be In-N-Out relatively close! They actually are building a brand new one in Parker, which got us pretty damn excited, but we realized that they were still in the construction phase so we had to find the next nearest one (less than 20 minutes away). Since this was only my second time ever gracing the grounds of one of these, I let my sister direct my ordering. I opted for the double double animal style and animal style fries. IYKYK. If you have never been here, you're not going to see this exactly on the menu. There is a secret menu that you can find online if you're interested. I will say that the burgers as they have it on the menu are going to be delicious no matter what, but, I wouldn't order the fries plain. They would've been underwhelming with without the animal style addition. I will say that the staff was SUPER helpful. They were polite, willing to make accommodations based off of what I was needing for an accessible booth, and for how busy they were, they were keeping the place clean. They definitely could have used more handicap parking spaces for how busy they were. I know I was never going to get a space With a striped Ramp space, so I had to take up two parking spaces.

I'm a FOREVER Fan!! As a Southern California native, my family would go to the original In-N-Out in Baldwin Park since it's opening and I must say that the quality is never compromised. With the slow expansion of the business, I was incredibly happy to see the distribution center come to Colorado and several restaurants open!! The people are always so attentive and welcoming and the restaurant is always clean!! Love this place. Only locals knew of their secret menu but as a result of the internet, now anyone can check it out. I'm happy to report that this location is just as wonderful as any other location I've been to throughout the country. Oh, when you're done eating your food, look beneath the cup and french fries for little nuggets of faith.

I was actually on my way to Chipotle and got stuck in the drive thru line that hadn't even reached the parking lot yet. Okay...I was undecided anyway and since I lost 10 mins already..might as well commit. Double Double with onion, No TOMATOES!! I guess I didn't say that last part loud enough. Fries well done. I like a little color on mine. If they are going to take my order wayyyy out in the parking lot..let me pay there as well. I pull up and pay..the nice boy at the window...Joey I think he name was..handed me a place mat for my lap to stay clean. Ok...that was fun..to the window..they hand me a box..no bag?? What's a girl gotta do to get a bag? I didn't have time to sit and eat so I am balancing my long awaited lunch on my knee with not 1 but 2 slices of tomato staring back at me from my exposed burger. I died am little inside every time I looked down. I was able to extract the tomato successfully with out leaving too much of its innards on my burger. The office enjoyed the fries that were left after I snagged a few but the burger was all mine. It was a lot less than I would have spent for lunch where I was headed. Have to find a different route so I don't get stuck in that line again. Over all...did the job.

Best fast food ever. You cannot compete with her quality every time it looks exactly like it does on the picture name one other restaurant that ever does that.

Came here at 2:30 on a Wednesday and it was so busy! The drive thru line was insane but we ate inside. Staff taking your order is so sweet and efficient. We waited around 15 minutes for food which for fast food is quite slow. The Diet Coke in the soda machine didn't taste great. Animal style fries were great and actually fresh unlike other locations I've been to. I think without all the fancy stuff the fries here remain some of the driest I've had but that's in and out for you. Burgers were fresh with some fresh toppings!

Ate at this location about a month or so ago (and a week after eating at the new Parker location). In-N-Out knows how to do it right for a fast food burger. Great, fresh food - check! Clean, bright restaurant - check! Friendly employees - check! If you're only doing the drive-thru, you're really missing out on the almost 'diner' experience inside. I absolutely love the brightness and fresh look of the white and red decor!

I am always flabbergasted by the drive through line to this place. Why are there always so many cars no matter the day or time? I've only ever dined in because the line daunts me. Not to say that dining in is empty because that also has always been crazy busy! There is a decent amount of seating despite the small interior but there is a chance there won't be any when you are there. Despite the constant state of busy, the interior is spotless. Another fact that surprised me, because the food comes served on a shared tray with your party and i always somehow manage to make a mess of it while eating. I do wish the dine in option came with individual platters. The burgers are fresh tasting and served with the right fixings. The patty itself is very thin, so if you like a meaty burger add another one or two. The animal style fries is great because I don't like their fries plain and the caramelized onions are excellent. Prices are great for what you get. Service, while very friendly and helpful, does feel like it takes too long for a fast food place with a limited menu and a ton of workers on the line. It seems like they priorize the drive thru (which can snake out and block a road when too long) but our dine in order took 20 min to get!

Horrendous. This is gas station quality food. The burger was undercooked and the fries were like styrofoam. Worst fast food I've ever had.

My maiden voyage was a big bust! Well, today was my first and last visit to In-N-Out Burger, Parker. Got a cheeseburger, fries and drink. The cheeseburger was cold to the touch. Although the tiny pancake patty had good meat flavor, it was cold and still pink on the inside. This tells me that its contact with a heating element was very brief. That explains the temperature as well. The fries (sign say "always fresh") were also cold to the touch. They were dry and hollow in the center -- like chewing on cardboard. They were inedible and so disappointing. The soda? It was wet. Washed down the few fries I ate! Oh, I found a plus! All employees had a smile.

(Forgot I wrote a past review haha, but I already wrote a new one in my Notes app so here it is) Okay look. The food is fine, but this chain is unbelievably overhyped. What is with people?? Inside is faster than drive-thru, and $13 for a meal isn't bad. Cheeseburger (double patty) and vanilla milkshake were both pretty good, but the animal fries definitely weren't. I've tried them multiple times and can never bring myself to like them. Soft bland fries, poorly melted slice of cheese, some onions, some sauce. Once you get past the top layer, there's not much point in eating more.

I had came last night to try the onion bun burger thing and they were soooo nice, limited seating OF COURSE it was packkedddd but overall very clean and delicious!!!! Anyway I lost my AirPod in the parking lot (I also called and the man was also very nice and helpful, but obvi it hadn't turned up yet.) and this morning I came to look for it. I saw a man brushing the patio (AGIAN SOOOO CLEAN) and I asked him if he'd seen it AND HE HAD IT AND GAVE IT BACKKKK. truly TRULY made my day and I'm so grateful in n out treats their people and employees GOOD AND THEYRE GOOD PEOPLE 10/10 always and forever would recommend.

Favorite burger place by far! It's so so good. Everyone here is always friendly. Jake took my order and answered my questions with kindness. Can't wait to come back.

This was an incredibly disappointing experience. I love in n out. Big fan since when I lived in socal. This was... wow. Let's start with the positive: the service. The folks to took our order, took payment, delivering food were all amazing. Very polite and friendly. Love that. But the food was not okay. At all. Fries were soggy, but that wasn't even the worst part. I ordered a hamburger with no onion. I took a couple bites and the bottom bun was stale. Like it was crunchy like a cracker. Then the buns were blackened (or burnt depending on how you choose to view that--see picture). But the burger was cold. It was cool to the touch. The entire sandwich. I stopped eating it and discarded it. If it was just soggy fries I'd be disappointed but get over it. But a cold burger? No way. That's not acceptable. I'm 90% sure that's not food safe either so I am now incredibly worried I'm going to get sick. If this was my first time eating in n out, I'd never return. So if you want to try in n out for the first time (or take someone here to try it) please please please do not take them to this location.

"No, just pickles" "OK, what else?" "A lemonade" "Pink or regular?" "Regular" "Is that all?" "Yes, thank you" Order received: Double double, everything on it. Hamburger with everything on it, including onions. Pink lemonade. As they hand over the bag, "do you want ketchup?" "No, no thank you." *proceeds to dump a handful of ketchup in the bag. Food is fine, but multiple levels of incompetence in the delivery.

So gross. This place is over hyped, it truly just isn't good. The fries are soggy and flavorless, the burgers are dry and gross. Hamburger Mary's is way better if you're looking for an alternative

Always good, affordable and tasty! Staff is friendly and food is consistent. Be prepared for a wait, as this is always a popular spot. But don't let the lines push you away, it's worth the wait!

I can see why people crave the In-N-Out burgers and fries. They are very consistent and perfectly seasoned. Is it the BEST burger in Denver-metro, nope. But the service is so spectacular and the flavors are certainly top-tier. For the BEST burgers, I would favor the burger in the bar during happy hour at Fleming (possibly the best value too) or ANY burger at Park Burger, especially the El Chilango. I regularly order off the "secret menu." I typically get a Double-double animal/protein style (lettuce wrapped, without a bun) without tomato and a regular fry. I will warn you, the animal-style protein (patty formed with grilled, chopped onions and mustard inside) will take about 3-5min longer, but it's worth it. As I stated above, the service is spectacular. The restaurant is almost alway busy and yet the staff is constantly circling to ensure the dining room is clean. Plus, they pay the employees well.

Anytime I visit a city with an In-N-Out Burger, I generally try to visit once during my trip. My standard order is a double-double with cheese and ketchup only, fries that I order well done or extra crispy as I find the regular fries to be rather limp, and a Diet Coke. All in all, this is a solid place to order a really good burger in a fun setting.

My favorite burger!! So good!! Service was good. Staff came by and cleaned our table right before we sat down. Mountain view outdoor sitting area looks pretty cool.

Great place to get a burger and a shake. The inside is SUPER clean despite being packed every time I go there. There is always someone working the dining room when I go in, they are excellently staffed and the tables get wiped down SUPER quickly. They are on it!! In terms of the food, the burger is good. The patty is fresh and the burger itself is well made. But come on yall, it's just a burger. I'm from the west coast so I understand that everyone is obsessed with in n out but seriously - it's just a burger. The fries have gone downhill over the years. I order them animal style, but the fries themselves are real bad. Something about them has the texture of eating styrofoam??? I'm not sure what happened but I was not impressed with them. The prices and the burger and shakes are both good, but the fries need some improvement. Kudos to the staff for always holding it down and being friendly while doing so. Their staff are rockstars!

As mentioned in my Chik-Fil-A review, my 1950s LA-native dad loves a good fast food joint, especially In-N-Out, from his native California (though he's lived in Colorado for the past 40+ years, before he sadly passed - due to COVID - last year). My dad proudly sported at least 6 In-N-Out shirts, in both white & black, from Colorado, California, Las Vegas, and Arizona during his home health physical, occupational, and speech language pathology therapy sessions last September, while fighting the after effects of long-haul COVID, before passing unexpectedly in October. Like many in the Lone Tree area (where his church was based, nearby, across I-25), he sadly fell for homicidal lies & propaganda, and was unvaccinated. As a result, given both my dad & I have spent time living in the San Francisco Bay Area (him, after the Vietnam War, before joining the FBI - in both Denver & NYC), when I arrived on the scene from NoVA/DC - though I'm a Colorado native - my first stop, of course, was to In-N-Out - last August. I ordered my "go-to" #2 - with onions, like other smart reviewers said ;) - and my fries animal style. This location also courteously provides lap mats (placemats for the car), and a fork with animal style fries! Very smart. Love their Zero Sugar/Diet Lemonade. And their milkshakes, are also a hit. I remember growing up - in Denver (surrounding suburbs) - and visiting my cousins in SoCal - Orange County, to be exact, though my dad grew up in Beverly Hills - and we'd always hit up In-N-Out, because my dad loved their secret Bible verse underneath the cups. It's sweet, and they still do it. :) This location is also now sentimental - for me & my dad - because it's where I took him for his last, 77th, birthday, last September - one year ago, this month - because he was too embarrassed to bring his oxygen & walker (which he never had before COVID) in with us, to his favorite Indian restaurant. So I brought him here, and we ate in the privacy of our own car. Comically, I also played him the Beach Boys on Spotify, but he got sick of them after awhile, and asked me if I had anything else. At the time, I only had my Peloton Spotify playlist - mostly with house/bass/electronica - and, shockingly, my dad loved it. My dad is the best, my best friend, and I miss him every day, every hour, so this location will always be special to me - for the memories. It's been two years since I've had a double double animal style with whole grilled onions and whole raw onions with animal style fries and a Dr Pepper and yellow peperoncini, after I ate it my baby decided to come out to this world.

This location in and out has the best customer service. It didn't take long to get our order and even though it was super busy, we didn't feel like a burden to the cashier or employees. They had the best attitude and everyone seems really friendly and about their business. The food was also really good, I mean all location should taste the same? But the fries were perfect and the burger was put together great. Thank you.

Ok, ok. I've had it in L.A. and Vegas a hundred times... but I guess I'll try this location. It's never not chock-full of patrons. It's fast food, sure, but it's a cult classic. The food is edible.

IN N OUT IS THE BEST. Quality, taste, just so satisfying. Flying Dutchman's with chopped chillis, Cheese Fries, Root beer float in a XL cup, #1 just meat cheese xtra spread, Arnold Palmer. So dang good.

The food is In-n-Out, but every time I wait in the drive thru line, I'm waiting for 30 minutes... I got in line at 10:35 pm on a Monday, and didn't get my food until 11:03 PM...

My partner and I lived out in Colorado for a few years and missed In-N-Out. We used to eat it at least once a month so when this one opened up in Colorado we were stoked. Can't be surprised that a lot of other Coloradans wanted to try here too because the drive thru line would extend all the way out into the street it was insane. It is a hit always. Big ups to the staff for handling the rush in the first few opening months (and probably even still now).

I have to admit this was the first time I had been to an In-N-Out in Colorado. I had dreaded the long lines but it was Friday and Mr. H and I paused work for a quick bite to eat. Being gluten-free and dairy-free leaves me with very few quick serve options. I was stunned at how efficient and friendly the staff was. The line moved quickly and everything in our meals were correct. (I even ordered mustard style) I will definitely be back to this location.

It's so great having In n Out here in Colorado. I'm a California girl and missed that distinct flavor everyday. I can now have it whenever I wan and I know it will taste just the same. This location is clean, quick and very nice. Can't wait to go get my double double animal style again with a Neapolitan shake!

I so wanted to try the experience so here I am, going Animal style. Wow there is a sign that says starting wage $19.99, wow again as that is actually good. So burger was good, has all the condiments I like. I don't know what the hype is, the place was busy and service was nice. One worked was watching the lobby area and as soon as someone left he stepped in to clean, now that is great?

Absolutely the best simple fast burger ever. Still reasonable prices, and fresh real food taste. We love the atmosphere and staff, i wish everyone knew their secret to keep staff working so hard and friendly and lively, they always seem like they are having fun. It is really fun to dine in and feel the fun vibe, We always get a clean place to sit, and a good crowd. Everything they make is really good, burgers, fries and shakes, no chicken...

Always a awesome food and very consistent. In n out serves so good fast food burgers. I normally order additional spread packages and soak my fires with it. They are also very consistent when it comes to cleanliness and fast service. The inside reminds me of California and it gives a very nice feeling. I am so happy they opened locations in Colorado as well. Go in n out!!

All this rave about In N Out Burger I thought I would give them a try. The restaurant was so busy including the drive thru and the service was quick inside so that was nice. The first thing I questioned was where's my beef? I ordered the cheese burger and the bun was dry, thick slice of onion and tomato. If you lk closely at the photo you will see that the beef pattie is thiner then the onion slice. The fries were under cooked and extremely salty for my tast buds. I guess this is a great value for price you pay. Groovy place to hang out with friends and get a good deal! One thing I noticed is their colors are like McDonald's brand. Very odd to say the least. Where's my meat????? I appreciate your business!

Being in the middle, I felt like CO is literally the perfect middle ground for a In-N-Out vs Shake Shack battlefield. Got their hamburger and the animal style fries. My judgement is probably biased due to my NY pride. But I would objectively say that the ingredients in the hamburger are fresh and the patty might be less oily/greasy than that of Shake Shack's. The animal style fries were good, but I probably still prefer the fun crinkle cut fries from Shake Shack (drenched in cheese sauce of course!)

First of all, my double double burger was cold, second I had diarrhea twice after 5 minutes finished eating it. And another 1 more diarrhea an hour after. So total of 3 times diarrhea (so far) Big disappointment. Bad lunch, Wednesday (03/27) 1.30 pm.

There is truly no burger as good as an In-n-Out burger! We truly miss them since moving away from California and am taking advantage of visiting here in Colorado to enjoy. We're actually trying to figure out how to transport them in the cooler and reheating them for family at home in Iowa. I sure wish they'd come up our way!

Was our first time trying as we're from Ohio, literally the best fast food chain, not only is it the cheapest, but also AMAZING food!!! Chick fil a level service, such nice people. Can't wait to make it back.

As always, top notch 5 star drive thru experience. On today's visit, lines were lot shorter which was the reason for visit. Orange cones and extra long lines snaking around are gone. Once you make it to the parking area, things move smoothly. Watch out for the crazy drivers trying to get into the dining room by zigzag ing thru the wrong side if traffic.

1000% absolute garbage. I don't know how why people stay in line for hours for this absolute garbage of a restaurant! Save yourself some time throw how to cook a burger at home and some amazing fries, your experience will be 1000 times better

I hadn't been to In-N-Out for 8 years or more, since we lived in Utah. I was glad when they started opening up in Colorado. I finally made it to this location--twice in 2 weeks! I'd forgotten how good the burgers are! The beef tastes so fresh, the lettuce is crisp, the tomatoes flavorful. I've never been a fan of their fries. The ingredients are great, but I find them dry. But they probably have the best price anywhere on milkshakes--currently under 3 Dollars!--made from real ice cream.
