In-N-Out Burger

The line looked like it was gonna be really long, but we got served right away even though we are there close to lunchtime. We are ordering for five people and they’re in and out of line ha ha within 15 minutes we got our double double style or cheeseburger animal style some animal style fries extra pickles some ice waters to take to the park to have a picnic Always get your extra spread on the side. You can’t go wrong. Our food was hot. It was fresh and delicious. We had all the spread in the bag the ketchup for everything that we needed 10 out of 1000% recommend the prices have gone up but worth it proportions haven’t gone down Like other places. They do have restroom and a place that you can pull over and eat your food at the picnic tables. The lines are usually pretty long and it’s kinda hard to get in and out of the parking lot but a definite must.

Absolutely legendary restaurant. This was the location where I had my first In-N-Out burger. We ordered the Double-Double with extra grilled onions, a side of fries animal-style, and a vanilla milkshake. Life-changing.

I love this In-N-Out. I was number 60 when they were calling the 30’s and I barely waited 10 minutes. Delish as always!! There isn’t any inside sitting but the outside tables are shaded and there are a good amount of tables!! The parking lot is small but there was plenty of parking when I arrive. The area surrounding the In-N-Out is very clean and feels safe too.

Great place! Can’t imagine not giving In-N-Out Burger 5 stars in every category. This location is busy yet gives great service at a fast pace. They staff accordingly and provide the same level of excellent service each and every time. Special thanks to Paula for being so nice and helpful. She was particularly kind and nice to talk with. Thank you for the great experience.

I came to this branch and was greeted by a young gentleman named Carter, who was really kind to me. Even though it was cold, he still smiled and made me feel welcome. His friendly attitude made my experience better, and it meant a lot that he took the time to be so kind. Good service makes a difference, and Carter definitely made my day better. Thank you, Carter!

This In-n-out is great! Always super tasty. Yes, the drive through line gets crazyy sometimes but that's expected. The staff always does a great job at seeving fast and keeping the line moving. I have never waited over an hour, and that's really not that bad considering the line gets up to a block long. They do not have indoor seating, but offer drive through and standing line window lane, both usually take the same amount of time which is great. We love that it's super cheap but still very good!

So many people visiting to In-N-Out burger definitely drive-thru. I usually order Double Double, regular cheese burger with grilled onions without onions. So expensive. I can’t afford that easily. Bunch of cash to pay at the cashier. Absolutely great service busy as it gets. I recently visited yesterday which it was Tuesday. Purchased 3 hamburgers with grilled onions & 2 fries. Unfortunately no large fries. Paid with gift card for the first time ever. Very satisfying. I would like to try 4x & protein style burger if I have chance.

IN & OUT is a must. Its a better burger for your money. The combo is less that your other fast food places. The main difference is that here, you get real food! It doesn't matter what you order, you will love the food and the service is always friendly. At IN & Out, if the order is wrong, it's because you, the customer messed up!

In n out is always a 10/10, im comparing this to other locations I always order my fries extra crispy but never get them extra crispy, the line is too long which isn't the worker's fault, its in n out's fault for not expanding their location or moving somewhere bigger. I love in n out, but this location has been subpar compared to others

I got it to go. It's a double double combo with fries, but they aren't pictured, with a strawberry milkshake. Fries were okay, they weren't the best. I've gotten food from this location a few times and the quality is great. The service was great because the employees were kind. I was in the car so I can't really describe the ambiance. The inside of In-N-Out was clean and organized from what I saw.

Long line as always but hey, it's cheap, people are nice, and its delicious. I love that I can get a good meal for my whole family for less that $50

i loooveeee our tujunga in n out. i have been coming here with friends and family for years noooow. i don't think I've once had an issue here. they are pretty on point with making sure everything i ordered was in my bag. the line is usually long but i mean what do you expect? it's in n out. but lately, they have been pretty quick. i literally wait in line for 15 mins and that's not long for me at all. the employees here are really nice. i always gets myself combo #2 with extra toasted bun and grilled onions with a shake. i use to like their strawberry flavor but for some reason i can taste the strawberry pure waayyy too much. i just stick with the chocolate and vanilla shake.

Always the best in town. Everyone loves In-N-Out. Service is always on point and food is always great with consistent value and taste. You can't go wrong, even when the price rises, you still can't complain because the product is fresh and made from real food, not processed.

Loonngg car line as usual so I braved the drizzle and went to the walk up window. Anthony took my order and I got to watch the burger-making and inhale the frying fumes. Got my standard order: cheeseburger, animal style with extra everything. Only 7 minutes and $4.49!

Good ole in n out , always good , always fresh . And pretty quick , only down side like some is the parking situation! Oh well till always worth it

I can eat In n Out twice a week. Very clean and nice customer service. The staff are always smiling. You know what to expect when crave for it, so consistent.

The good service has gone down the drain, I've been going to this in-n-out for over 40yrs and I'm very disappointed in them, the preparation has been sloppy. They have been slacking and it seems like they're not carrying like they used to.

Cross contamination galore. If you have allergies do not go to this location. After telling the cashier that I have a severe gluten allergy, I look behind them and see they're toasting the buns and patties on the same grill... I literally asked her again if they have a separate area and she said no. So technically It's not gluten free She proceeded to ask the cook and they said they would try their best so it's really not guaranteed. The only safe option regardless of location is the fries since they have a dedicated fryer.

You already know this is a 5/5 location! Food is always served hot, fresh and extra delicious! The line is totally worth it and the customer service is outstanding! Everyone is in a good mood and for such a small location, they know how to MOVE and get you in and out as fast as possible.. hence the name ;) Location is always clean, nice and quiet!

If you have extra couple hours of nothing to do, do their drive thru, crazy slow, they have 2 lanes

Been frequenting this In-N-Out for years. It has the LONGEST car line of any In-N-Out that I've ever witnessed. Budget 30-45 minutes to make it through the drive-thru at any given moment. Made the blunder of ordering from the walk-up window recently. Huge mistake. They have ONE cashier dealing with dozens of people in line. The wait for the food is seemingly delayed at walk-up too. Best move is to face the insane car line. Insofar as the food quality is concerned, it's standard In-N-Out. Tastes exactly the same at each location. Animal fries are the most-order item.

My old review said that it was great, but the fries were bad. I don't know why that inclined me to bring it down to three stars, but I'm fixing it now. The protein-style burgers are delicious, such a simple change makes all the change. The fries, unfortunately are still not the greatest so I just don't get them. The service is great, they even stand out in the rain taking orders, which is kinda sad but often times they have an umbrella they stay under. The style is great, as it hasn't changed for so long. No modern crap like the new McDonald's buildings.

This location is cool because you can only drive thru or order at the walk up window. The area the crew works in is a tiny booth. Get this: Double Double animal style with whole onion and extra chopped chilis. The fries are mid so you're def gonna want spread, ketchup and salt. (If you really wanna party add a Neapolitan shake!) I dare you to find a better burger and fry for $8.24. I'll be listening if you find one! Miss me with that Whataburger nonsense or some subpar fast food competitor.

In N Out, one of the most successful fast food place in the US. Simple operation, very well organized, fantastic burgers, delicious fries, with refreshing and flavorful shakes. Worth mentioning the exceptional service they provide. Food here is always fresh and cooked to perfection. In n Out the place to grab a good burger and fries.

When my order is correct, it's very enjoyable. I recommend asking for hot fries and double confirming when you order protein style. These two things get messed up regularly.

In-N-Out - that's what a hamburger's all about :) I really like their concept and simple menu. They are definitely doing something right as every In-N-Out location I have been to is ALWAYS busy. There were a few times when it took a little longer than normal to get my food but I won't take a star off because things do happen. What I order (cheese or not, bun or protein style) depends on how hungry I am lol. The patties are 1/8 of a pound so I usually order double meat. They also have secret menu (shh..) Quality you can taste - definitely true. I love the fresh ingredients and hand cut fries. The other thing I really like about In-N-Out is consistency. I believe this is a main selling point for them as customers know exactly what to expect.

I break down my review by 5 individual criteria each worth a star. Service: The service here is great, I enjoyed my time here and felt welcomed. Food: The food is excellent, I loved the burger and the fries.

Fresh burgers, the line moves quick at this location, although on a busy street there's two lanes to make it the drive thru move faster, there's also outdoor tables if you choose to order at the window.

This particular in n out does things right the food is always a perfect 10/10 And there customer service is impeccable 10/10 I guess if there ANY downside to the location it's the fact there is no in door dining "I don't particularly care and enjoy eating outdoors" some might not‍ All at midnight on a Sunday too . This location IS AWFUL, just waited in line outside in the cold for 1 hour and 5 minutes because they decided to only serve the people in the drive-through. When I asked for my money back or any compensation they said they would cancel my order. Also a bug in my fries that was moving around.

Sadly this in n out is just too small for its own good. I don't know if they need to open up more around the area or WHAT but this ain't it. And I say "sadly" cuz I'm sure the employees are just trying their best. At least I hope so. I've never been to any other one who's drive thru line takes this long. Like, one thing is for the line to be long but it's another for it to not be moving.

Who doesn't love a good double-double or an extra large pink lemonade for breakfast? Or brunch. Or lunch. Or dinner. Yes, there can be a line around the block depending on the time of day. But this is In-N-Out. It's just that damn good. P.S. Revelation 3:20 "Here I am! I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me."

Food is always amazing! Always hot and fresh! Staff is quick, friendly and always with a positive attitude no matter how busy they are. Seating area is good, plenty of space.

My family loves In N Out Burgers and we always get them but lately the burgers quality got worst the burgers are very cold there is no lettuce and the meat size goes smaller.So far from other places that we bought it was good but I can't tell for Tujunga one!

I love in n out like everyone else, but since this location very close to my work I used to go here, when you buy a fries you will get a TON of SALT in it , just specific at this store ONLY so I tried 3 times to order fries with no salt ..! Unfortunately I got same stuff fries with ton of salt !!!

There is no inside dining we pulled up and left and parked at extra mile to then realize 100 highschooler surrounding the in n oit WITH NO INSIDE. I'm fuming and pissed off! what the flip.

It was one of those old school classic ones that you drive thru or walk up too. It was New Year's Day so it was a pretty busy night, and opted to park and walk up. I ordered some animal style fries that didn't take long to be ready to go as everyone else in line were grabbing burgers. However the fries weren't that hot, barely even warm, the cheese wasn't even melted. I suggest to come here on a less busy day so that your food is hot when you go to grab your order.

Gotta write a review to offset all the stupid people complaining about the wait and other nonsense. You know what youre getting into, when you see the cars lined down the street. You can see how small and cramped the kitchen is, but they manage to churn through 2 drivethrough lines and walk-in customers. I read the sign on the window stating it's an LA County ordinance to only provide napkins, straws, and cutlery upon request. Big deal, less supplies wasted. *Shocker* they'll still provide them if you ask. Just ordered a meal from this location. They open at 1030, and there was already a line reaching Lowell. Kudos to the staff for handling this kind of traffic daily. Get over yourselves.

This is my favorite in-n-out in LA. Ok, so the majority of LA natives will tell a visitor that they need to visit in-n-out. That isn't anything new or groundbreaking. This in-n-out in particular does everything the way I like it. Tomato Wrapped Double single Chopped Chilies +Whole Grill Onion Animal style (sometimes - if I am feeling saucy) Their fries well here are perfection. If it's a day I am feeling like I deserve carbs I go for the fries well done and ask for spread, so D*MN delicious. The wait is long for a reason but the line moves fast. Consistent, fresh, great service - in-n-out you're the one for me.

Gave this place a try again. Terrible!! One hour later got food, it was cold, fries over done they were like sticks that broke in half. And found three hairs. Don't go here!!!

Drew, who took the order, didn't understand the difference between grilled mustard and fried mustard...(There isn't a difference, but he decided to make it a huge issue in the drive through) so he decided to put the order as he liked. Real shame, too.

Horrible. They messed up our order big time. We got some burgers and they gave us fries instead. I was such in the mood for a burger.

Great customer service and very welcoming. The seating is a bit uncomfortable but other than that it's a great place to go after date night or just for when your feeling burger and fries. The food is amazing I love getting the #1 and it always hits to hard . Great Job

Best food terrible location for smooth service. I had to leave after waiting 10mins and 7 orders had to be sent through the same window you order from. Get it sorted or help the poor cashier out guys cmon.
