In-N-Out Burger

I absolutely love this In-N-Out Burger location! Every time I come here, the food is fresh, hot, and perfectly made. The staff are always friendly, respectful, and full of positive energy. They greet you with a smile, take your order carefully, and make sure everything is exactly how you like it. The restaurant is always clean and well-organized, and the service is surprisingly fast even when it’s busy. You can really tell they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. The burgers taste amazing — juicy, flavorful, and always freshly made. The fries are crispy and golden, and the shakes are the perfect way to finish the meal. Overall, this branch stands out because of its excellent customer service and consistent quality. It’s always a pleasure to stop by, and I highly recommend it to anyone craving a classic, delicious In-N-Out experience!

Economical and good value for the price. The food is fresh and tasty. The buns are lightly toasted, and the patties are juicy and full of flavor. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly.

If you’re ever in Los Angeles, you must go this In & Out. The hamburger and fries are incredibly tasty and I wouldn’t miss it for the world. 😍😍 I highly recommend the animal style fries and any milkshakes.

This was my first time at In n Out and the food was amazing , they customer service and food quality was perfect. I wasn’t sure what to get but Chloe at the register was incredibly patient and helpful. I would definitely come back here again and I would like to praise Chloe for making my dining experience spectacular.

The atmosphere was nice. It was clean, and everyone was friendly. The fries were still the same size as years and years ago. However, they aren't cooked enough. Not too salty though. The burger was also 10× better than years ago. The drive through can be really really confusing though. If you're going with the GPS, take a left on the corner where the light is on that street. The first alleyway you see, turn into it. That will take you to the drive through!!

The burger itself was good and tasty, but the overall experience was mixed. The fries were quite dry and not enjoyable. The surrounding area felt a bit rough – not very clean, and there was even a homeless person lying right outside the place.

The fries were dry. My burger bread was burnt, but the meat and sauce were perfect. It's my first time trying In n out which is disappointing, but I'll give it another chance in another branch.

The worst french fries I have ever had. It tasted like some french fries toys. I only ate burger, didn't touch the rest french fries at all. People at the counter were kind, but those who were cleaning were not. Note that there is almost no place to park.

In-N-Out is the gold standard for great-tasting food at affordable prices. Whenever someone recommends a great burger joint, I always compare it to In-N-Out. A Double-Double animal style is one of the most satisfying things there is and has never let me down. I've had In-N-Out in other states, and surprisingly, the quality is always the same. People will let you down, but In-N-Out never does. The caramelized grilled onions really elevate the flavor, and their Thousand Island spread is some of the best around. Stick to the burgers, and you can't go wrong. I'd rather get a second burger than eat the fries, but that's just my personal preference. I really enjoy their Neapolitan shake, and I often order it when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I highly recommend trying it! The service was top-notch. They were generous with the ketchup and spread, and even provided booklets for my kiddo. They managed to serve the food in a reasonable amount of time, even though it was one of the busiest locations I've been to.

I mean can you say anything bad about in-n-out? Do you have to wait a long time for your food? Yes, but that's always expected and still always worth the wait. My go-to-order is: double double, animal style, raw onions, pickles, tomato bun, add mustard, animal style fries (extra crispy)

The Food is always Reliable and Perfect like it has always been!!! The service is Quick and Efficient like it has always been!! The Ambiance is the UCLA VIBE that Everyone knows about!

This location is very dirty. The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and no toilet liner. There is no parking at this location, only street parking. The service was so so, usually the servers are more peppy and nicer. We got the well done fries and it was not crispy, tasted burnt, and some were stuck together. SO SO BURGERING!!

Stopped by the In-N-Out on Gayley St. near UCLA and had a great experience. The service was quick, and the staff was friendly. The restaurant was busy, but the line moved efficiently. The food was fresh and exactly what I ordered. I got two Double-Doubles--one protein style and one regular--along with a vanilla shake. Both burgers were well-made, with the perfect balance of flavors. The lettuce wrap on the protein-style burger was crisp and held everything together well. The shake was smooth and creamy. Everything hit the spot.

We got Double-Doubles to go with my friends, and they were delicious - juicy, soft, and perfectly cooked . I added their signature Spread sauce, and it made everything even better. Classic In-N-Out experience done right!!

Faster than usual service! The fries were not cardboard. Got banana peppers on the side which cut some heaviness of the animal style fries. The double cheeseburger was what would you expect from a typical in-n-out burger (or any burger). Would get again. There was a cool "in-n-out" sign inside the restaurant.

Clean. Courteous. Friendly. Fast. Delicious. What more is there to say? Got a cheeseburger animal style. And a Flying Dutchman, whole grilled onion wrapped, that I inserted in my cheeseburger animal style. While it was so freaking delicious, it was just too much for me. Skipping dinner now. Fatty.

whoever is on burger assembly and grill always kills it. when i ask for extra lettuce they make me happy. no wonder this location has a whole star above my home in n out

I've been going to this In N Out since I was a kid (even when I attended UCLA). If you would have asked me back then In N Out especially this one was a 5/5 sometimes 4/5 on a bad day. But recently it's been 2-3 out of 5. The service is good most of the time however the quality of food has declined. Not only does it seem like they have made their burger portions smaller but fries as well. Soda doesn't taste as good anymore. Plus I asked for animal style fries and this is what I got barely any spread and half of it is stuck to the box. As someone who loves In N Out hopefully this isn't a constant.

Burgers taste great. Service is excellent. The girls look beautiful and they are always so friendly to me.

Food was delicious. Line went quickly. Ambience was nice and the guy taking my order was very kind. Will be back!

I don't know what it is with this location but I have issues all the time when I come here. My biggest gripe is that they never have enough lettuce. I legit have gotten one tiny leaf of lettuce if I don't ask for extra lettuce. My most recent visit I asked for extra lettuce and they gave me the bitter part of the lettuce lmao I can't win :(

Ordered a cheeseburger animal style, 2 4x4's, 2 Flying Dutchman onion wrapped to go on top of the xtra well fries, a regular fry, a soft drink and a chocolate shake. Food came quickly, staff was friendly and food was made to perfection. This is the closest location to my house and always hits the spot

Decent product but the service was less than stellar. After waiting more than 15 minutes for plain beef patties, I still had to ask for help with the delivery of my order. It had been sitting for awhile. Somewhat disorganized for a hamburger joint. Too many people to adequately handle the food service

The staff of this place were impressive. Huge line of cars at the drive way huge lines of people at the establishment. I still got a perfectly tasting burger and fries and somehow the cashier maintained friendliness and composure. I am genuinely impressed tipping should be an option at Inn N Out.

An average of 4 stars only?! That's not right. In-n-Out is hands down a 5-Star burger joint. Service is pleasant, burgers and fries are the best, and the prices are very, very low! Regarding their drive-thru, yes, lines are usually long. But you can go inside. It's big and spacious and the lines are not so bad. For parking, try meter or the parking structures nearby.

this is stupid. i ordered a cheesburger with no cheese no meat no bread no sauce no pickles no lettuce and extra tomato. I WAS GIVEN AIR. they did not give me my order. horrible restaurant. Last year i order a cheesburger with no meat no bread no sauce no pickles no lettuce no tomato and 30 slices of cheese. THEY GAVE ME THE CHEESE. WHY TF ARE THEY WILLING TO GIVE ME A SLAB OF CHEESE BUT NOT A SLICE OF TOMATO. THIS IS HORRIBLE. worlds worst restaurant

The buyer I get is a cheese burger animal style add raw onion extra toasted bun .. the only issue I had here is it was not that busy.. but it took longer then any other time I have ordered in busier locations.. store was very clean much cleaner then other locations..

This was my burger fix today after a long day of walking around the Getty, about a 10-minute drive away. The veggie burger hit the spot, and the girl behind the till was very skilled at putting together a confusing order that our party of 8 chimed in to get. They were super fast! I'm docking a star because the tables don't get cleaned often enough.

This place's drive thru is kinda hard to find -- we had to loop around several times before we found the entrance. There was a massive line of cars at 10:30pm on a random Wednesday night which I thought was really funny. Can't comment on the ambiance inside the restaurant because I've never dined in, but I heard UCLA kids are always up to something there. I never get the animal style fries at in n out bc they're always soggy (their fries are soggy in general), but the animal style cheeseburger is the way to go!! Also this was my first time trying their milkshake, which (even though I know it's not made of actual milk/ice cream) was so bomb. The fries dipped in the milkshake is an elite combo. Highly recommend. PSA you can ask for a free hat (or multiple) which is so fun :)

What else can I say except that In-and-Out just hits? I always get the cheeseburger and I think the secret is in the sauce-- the perfect amount of onion too! The buns are also soft and yummy, unlike other fast-food chains. Fries could be worked on but overall I just end up craving In-and-Out once in a while. Despite the traffic and busy-ness here, service is good and food comes out in a timely manner. Finding parking might be a pain though.

I am a current Biomedical Major at UCLA. I felt some hunger in my tummy so I decided to visit this place called In-N-Out. Upon walking in, I was met with an abnormally obese woman(i think) with blue hair. I got scared and ran away, then came back an hour later. The burger was amazing it tasted like my wife. The Waiter was also extremely friendly and licked my ear. Thank you!

One of the busiest in n out burger place, typical in n out burger with all kind of freshly foods!! Services were quick n efficient!!!

Usually, despite the long lines, service is very fast and friendly at this location. They really do everything to move quickly, and they never mix up an order. The food is always good. Today, however, for the first time, my burger was extremely undercooked, which was very disappointing. But in general, I would totally recommend this location, it' a classic!

1st time at this location., we were greeted by a gentleman name Kenneth. I noticed he opens the door for customers & amongst other things.. everybody here is extra friendly. Also Jackson at the cashier was so helpful went out of his way to make me a chocolate shakes. Wow! What great service. And of course it's Inn&Out so the food is always good. Love the energy here.

Love In and Out. We stopped here to meet with my girlfriend's friends for lunch. They are on the heart of UCLA college. We ordered 10 Double Double with fries and drinks. One Animal Style fries. It was pretty packed with college students here and all. Service is good here. I love it.

I ordered Two Double Doubles Animal style with No Tomato, No Spread, Add Fresh Onion and Add Extra Patty. No fries and water to drink. Saving the second burger for later. First attempt comes out with no lettuce, pickles or onions Second attempt comes out without fresh onions...when I take it back she asks for the ticket that I gave her when I picked up my order. She said it was in the bag, but NO! Third attempt comes out with onions on one burger...now that they have manhandled my burger several times I ask them to just remake the one without onions. They take both and... Forth attempt they add spread , ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! Four attempts and they still blow it. Fifth attempt they forget to Animal Style it. So no grilled onions or toasted bun. They insisted they got it right that time. They also bring me an order with fries. And again, I didn't order fries because I don't want them. Yet somehow they thought that would be the way to compensate me for the half hour of my life I wasted waiting for them to repeatedly fix their mistakes. They tried to offer me a milkshake too and I didn't want a milkshake either. In the end, NOTHING! They NEVER GOT MY ORDER CORRECT. The manager's attitude was if you don't want our fries or a milkshake, TOUGH, YOU GET NOTHING! They wasted my time and never completed my order correctly. Idiot manager and worse employees. Too stupid to work at fast food. After all this I called their customer service number and get about the same level of incompetence. I explained the entire situation to the customer service rep and his solution is to send me two coupons for two 'meals' up to a double double. So I get fries and a drink I don't want and two burgers less the extra patty. STILL NOT FIXING WHAT I ORDERED!

I think this is the best location I've ever been to. My fries (light well) and cheeseburger (animal style with extra pickles and tomato) were AMAZING. You have to enter the drive through from Gayley. Luckily, the line wasn't too bad and it moved quickly. Everyone who I encountered was super friendly and helpful.

Oh man, I love in-n-out I am going through a Smashburger appreciation phase in my life, but this is a tried, and true institution. I've been to this location handful of times, and it never disappoints. I love that it's kind of hidden, I've only ever been in short-ish lines for the drive thru. The workers have mastered what they have to do so it's fairly quick. This is nothing like the nightmarish Hollywood location. (And I'm simply referring to the long lines not the food or service.) I only wish they would bring the whole Chilis back, chopped ones are saltier and not as spicy. The last time we were here, we had to order a dozen burgers, and they didn't even flinch and everything came out perfectly. The food is always consistent. The only gamble is the fries. I haven't tested this, but I would like to try ordering them 50% crispier than normal, but not nearly as rock hard as crispy. Does that make sense?

Have never had a problem at this location even though it is extremely busy. Be warned, drive through line usually stretches around building and into the street, sometimes past the corner. However, they move through it so fast, my orders have always been accurate, friendly and prompt service, and even on party nights the inside service was quick. Can't go wrong with In-N-Out and this location is great if you're in Westwood or go to UCLA/work in the area.

When you want a fast food burger, you just want a fast food burger... Despite how busy it seems, I've always gotten my order pretty quickly and it's always been correct. As a warning: The drive thru line is hell. During a peak time (say Friday night), it wraps around the corner--don't try to get in near the entrance because people can get pretty upset!

I waited for about 30 mins and got my food, the fries were good but my burger bread was burnt :( it crunched when I bit it. The meat was also not seasoned or something it tasted very bland, not like what you expect from In- n-outs I would've gone back but the wait isn't worth it. Just sad about my burnt burger.

Why oh why is the food so salty here?? Is this a knock-off In N Out?? I've been to plenty of In N Out locations, plenty of times, to know that the food should not be this salty. Service was great, I ordered a double double with grilled onions and well done fries. Even as busy as they are I waited maybe 5 minutes for the food. The fries came out super crispy but they added salt . . . Why? In N Out fries never have salt. I didn't ask for it, my receipt didn't have "add salt" but these were coated in salt. The burger was almost all around perfect - perfect patty, toasty bun, grilled onions, fresh produce, gooey cheesiness . . . And then the salt. Again. Why is it so salty??

It feels silly giving In-N-Out a review. It's five stars all day, every day. The service is top notch. The food quality is 100% every time. It is nostalgic. It is delicious.

Unbelievably overrated; this includes the French fries and the burgers. Sort of a cult clientele who lineup for two blocks for medocre food.

Closes at 1:30 on a Friday but doesn't take customers at 1:25? Yeah that makes sense. Last time I checked store 60 takes customers till closing time. Unacceptable.

Always an outstanding meal. 3X Animal Syle, strawberry shake. Food comes out out fast and hot, exactly how ordered.

Second time at this location. Went here after Getty Center. Parking is a pain but there are two garages close by including the Whole Foods one. Service was fast and everyone enjoyed their burgers. My only complaint- I wish their fries were crispy like McDonalds fries.

I walked in for lunch today and waited about in line for about 5 minutes. The cashier was nice and efficient. We don't have an In-N-Out where I live so I ordered a bit of everything - cheeseburger, fries, chocolate shake, and a drink. The cheeseburger had onions but no lettuce per my request. I also got some sauce packets for my fries. Everything was delicious except I thought the fries were kind of bland. The burger was on point! I could have eaten more than one for sure. The inside was not as crowded as I expected so it was easy to find a place to sit at a 2-seat table. Overall it was a good experience and I wish I could go back already!

In-N-Out Burger is a California staple - a must-stop place for visitors. The restaurant has classic 50's vibe and decent amount of seating. There's a secret menu and animal-style is one of the best and affordable burgers you can get. The drive-thru line stretches down Gayley, but it usually goes by pretty fast. My preference: Double-double animal style, no salt, extra toast, chopped chili. Neapolitan shake.

Small location but the burgers as as to be expected except my bun was slightly over toasted. A little too much char for my taste. Service was relatively fast as it was busy at the drive through. Indoor dining area was clean. No where to park in the immediate location.

Everyone has a different idea of what heaven is. For me, it is this in n out. Everytime I come here to eat, all of my troubles wait patiently outside. Only one thing makes me happier than hearing my order number being called. Its taking a bite into my burger. I hope that everyone gets to experience the same euphoria.
