Google
First time trying In-N-Out Burger since I am from the East Coast. I really like the classic burger joint uniforms and the styling of the establishment. The menu essentially has one option which is a burger with fries which honesty I am a fan of. The prices are extremely reasonable for what you are getting. I am honestly not a fan of the fries. However, the double burger was very good especially compared to other burgers at the same price range. The vanilla ice cream shake was solid, just plane old school vanilla shake, nothing fancy which I can appreciate. All in all, I had a positive experience and I recommend the burger for sure.

Been here many, many times and it always makes my stomach feel better! Cravings satisfied! Always have to wait but it’s always worth the wait! I loved the addition of lemon wedges and pickled chillies pepperoncini style. 💯⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Google
Employees were friendly and helpful! Like typical In N Out there was a line to order but I received my order quickly. The food quality was perfect. The food was made well and was tasty. The tables were cleaned consistently while we ate there.

It's been a while since I've last gone to an In-N-Out burger. And I was pleased that it is exactly how I remembered it to be. The burger was wonderful and flavourful. The fries were perfect. I know that the fries are a divisive topic. I just love fries of all types. I got the fries Animal style with no spread. All my good was hot and fresh. There were no issues with wrong toppings and missing items (unlike other quick service restaurants).

Absolutely love In-n-Out and their food is always great. Love the environment and nostalgia.

While in Medford, Oregon. I was initially hesitant to join the car waiting line as it seemed quite long, but to my surprise, it was moving quickly. We decided to head inside, only to find the same busy atmosphere. However, what really stood out was the crew’s impressive efficiency. Despite the rush, our order for four people was out in less than 10 minutes! The team worked together seamlessly, serving customer after customer with great energy and attention. They were helpful in every way possible, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone. One thing that amazed me was the fact that there are no taxes in Oregon, a nice surprise compared to what I’m used to back home in Texas. Overall, it was an organized and well-run operation, making the entire visit enjoyable.

Google
Very busy place. They weren't very friendly but the kicker was the kid who was yelling out order numbers to be picked up! He was literally screaming into the mic. It was horrible and made for a very unpleasant dining experience. It was so over the top loud that he woke up the baby. He waited about 3 seconds in between calling the names out. Good grief. No one could even get up fast enough and through all the people before he started screaming. I'm sure he was working hard, but maybe a little more workplace etiquette would be a good thing for those dining. The food was good as usual.

Google
The service was fantastic! The crew was very friendly and also got our food to us pretty quickly. We ordered a couple lettuce wrap double doubles and a "Pup Patty" for our doodle 😃😃 While we waited for our food, we watched the crew prepare the orders. Everyone worked together as a team and we enjoyed watching the "fry guy" rocking it! He was amazing 👍 Way to go! We will definitely be back next time we drive through the area 😃

Yelp
For a high trafficed fast food restaurant this place is kept clean. The order is smooth and the speed of delivery is amazing. The service is great as the staff is really attentive to your needs and try everything to help you out. This is one of the RARE occasions that the food hits 3 stars but the price of in and out just makes it a 4 star. Definitely come if you need some good cheap burgers! Oh, definitely google secret menu and make sure you know what you can add before you make your order. It makes the experience very fun!

Yelp
My girlfriend and I were shopping. We intended to go home and cook after we finished; however, we were really close to the In-N-Out Burger. On impulse we decided to cook tomorrow night and eat there tonight. We are so glad we did! I ordered the double double lettuce wrap (bunless), which was absolutely perfect. I don't get to say perfect very often. This was PERFECT!!! My girlfriend ordered the Regular cheeseburger and absolutely loved it. She is visiting from Northern California and said that this In-N-Out Burger is way better than theirs in Novato. The only improvement that both of us felt would've made it even more perfect was if the french fries had not been cooked until they were crispy. Both of us prefer our french fries which we hardly ever eat, to be softer. But everything else was just there we PERFECT!!!!

Yelp
I had the best and worst In-N-Out burger here. My usual order is a double meat hamburger with whole grilled onions and no spread. I also request it mustard grilled, which includes pickles. I've had over three decades of California In-N-Out burgers, and my first burger here tasted so delicious that I couldn't stop thinking about it. The hamburger patties were well seasoned and cooked perfectly. The veggies tasted very fresh. I came back a few weeks later after having that memorable burger, and it was very disappointing. The bread fell apart in a way I've never seen before. The hamburger tasted different. There was a sourness that I couldn't pinpoint the source if it maybe was too much mustard, the pickles, or bad quality meat. It left a bad taste in my mouth that I couldn't finish my burger. My husband said his burger wasn't as good too. From having a 5 star burger to a 1 star burger, I will not stop here again. The service was 2 stars because this location did not provide consistently good quality food like other locations. The fries also tasted different each time because it was too salty during the first visit. If you are on a long road trip passing through with an In-N-Out craving, then I recommend going to the Grants Pass location instead.

Yelp
As always, the food is top notch, burgers were delicious and they aim to please with their service. Came here while traveling and had a quick and nice dinner, then back to the hotel. Everyone in this location was friendly, made sure all of my questions were answered and smiles all around.

Yelp
Growing up in SoCal and living within a block of In-N-Out, can't go wrong with their burgers. It's a solid 4 all day and sometimes 4.5. Happened to pass by the Medford location which was super busy so good for them but noticed that they over salt the burgers and fries here and so noticeable especially on the burgers. I now understood while I was waiting for my order that someone was ordering "no salt" on their burger/fries entire order. Staff was friendly and like I said, place is super busy. Probably skip this location though.

Yelp
Yes yes yes, we come to the coast typically once a year. After we leave the airport and on our way back we eat this amazing....delicious....spectacular burger

Yelp
If In-N-Out is your jam and you're looking to satisfy that craving, this location will get it done for you. Located right off the highway with ample parking, it got busy shortly after opening at 10:30am. The gentleman at the register was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming by, and I appreciated his cheery demeanor at 10:40am today. The restaurant was clean, and I was shocked by the price in a good way!

Yelp
Amazing service although this is the third hair me and my sister have found in our food. Food is great although we don't appreciate the hairs. Good food disgusting things we found in it.

Yelp
We decided to dine in since we had some time before we catch our UA flight back to Honolulu, HI. We decided on In-N-Out Burger since there's is no such burger place like this in Hawaii. Crew members were friendly and customer service was quick. Nice clean place for a quick meal with families and friends. I ordered my burger meal as "Animal Style". Try it as I think you would like it

Yelp
Retro This location is bright, clean and inviting. We chose to navigate the drive-thru. Guest service starts as soon as you enter. There is a person meeting you and gathering your order. When arriving to the first window they are repeating and confirming your order. The second window is fully aware of your order and less than 10 minutes we are ready to eat! We enjoyed sitting in our truck and enjoying our late night dinner! Thank you!

Nik R.

Yelp
they didn't give us the right order, service was terrible, the girl in the first window nova, was laughing at us the whole time, when we tried too fix the order and ask for separate boxes, we order 3 doubles, 3 fires one animal style, and two regular dry fries, and we all got dry fries, the only thing they got right was the burgers and it's sad at this point seeing that place go under, and the food tasting like shit now a days, the way they talked to us seemed like they didn't care even to try too fix our order, seeing in-n-out, go from a five star Then tooo a 1 from is fucking crazy fix your restaurant and your staff get them on there leashes please.

Yelp
I said it before and I'll say it again: In-N-Out Burger is overrated. I don't care how many Californians try to convince me otherwise, this burger is just not the best. At all. I mean, it's fine and yes, it's cheap. But it's not anything special. We visited In-N-Out when we arrived to Medford as my partner's grandma loves this place and wanted to eat here because the rest of the family from Washington state loves visiting In-N-Out when they're visiting. So of course naturally, you'd think we'd be on this popular bandwagon, but I cannot join. It was as expected as with every time I eat it - satisfactory. We shared the animal style fries and regular fries and I had an animal style cheeseburger. The eatery on a Friday around lunch time was packed, with a drive-thru line that curved around the parking lot. We dined in, which was busy inside; however, the tables cleared quickly. Burger was okay. I prefer burgers when the meat is bigger than the bread and it's the complete opposite here. If you like tasting more of the bun than the beef, then In-N-Out is your jam, I guess. I don't like thin ass burger patties. Fries were lukewarm and not crispy. I don't care how cheap In-N-Out is, it's a burger that I'll never crave.
google avatar

Marcus M.

Yelp
For a location that is extremely busy, it was very quick service. The burgers were as expected. I think what makes In-N-Out one of the better fast food chains is consistency and sticking to what they do best...burgers

Jake C.

Yelp
there's a reason there is always a massive line (but it moves fast!), and why every celebrity and chef like Anthony Bourdain all LOVE in-n-out.. it's easily the best burger on the planet, hands down! Like Anthony said, they have the PERFECT meat to cheese to bun ratio!!! and the best special sauce and the FRESHEST ingredients.. you will NEVER get a yellow tomato or limp lettuce! plus they grill all burgers to order, so it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a cold burger, and they cut their fries right in front of you! people that say they got a cold burger or it was too messy or their shakes suck (which they do, but how cares???) are MORONS, LIARS OR SHILLS! They also ONLY use shoulder or rib meat, do other fast food restaurants do this??? of course not.. they use the SCRAPS off the butcher floor to save pennies! is that what you want to eat and support??? think about it people, this means better QUALITY and a better burger!!! my fav is a TRIPLE-DOUBLE with extra sauce! that's three patties and two pieces of cheese.. the perfect burger imo. there's a reason EVERYONE that KNOWS, loves in-n-out.. please open one in EUGENE!!!

Yelp
This was a convenient location for us during our winter roadtrip. They are located at the Rogue Valley Mall in Medford located right near Kohl's. They were a busy location with a long drive thru line and a shorter line of people ordering inside. They had an ample amount of cashiers working inside to make things go faster. We ordered a couple of double singles. The food was ready within 10 minutes. They burgers seemed look and taste better here than in California. It was a good quick stop for us so that I could drive another 4 1/2 hours.

Dennis T.

Yelp
I always do togo cause I'm disabled always get a double double and fries always good till today big chunk of lettuce and the burger patties were like hockey puck's and my bun was even hard I look forward to it at least twice a month hope it's better next time

Yelp
That girl was so nice! I'm going to go again! (Second Window) Service was prompt delivery line moved fast They even had someone out side taking orders! He gave excellent service as well And the food was excellent Parking lot was kind of full BUT There is a wider parking lot just a 100 feet away and in many ways it turned out even better than I wanted because I'm actually enjoying this meal much more now that I parked a little further in a quite spacious area. As there is an absolutely PACKED lot and very few spots :) other than that definitely recommend and will be coming back soon .!
google avatar

Heather P.

Yelp
The food was really good and the price was great. They had a long line but it was moving really fast. I wish we had one in Spokane.

Yelp
You are a BUN in a million !! We stop at this In-N-Out every time we are in Medford and feel like we need to move here just for this . Amazing Burgers and delicious fries and the thick shake to go with it . Calories can go suck it up !! The staff is sweet and the wait has never been too long . The location is well maintained with plenty of seating and clean restrooms .

Gem B.

Yelp
The place is clean and the service reasonably quick. I had a burger with a number of things on it and it was pretty good but they gave me frys that obviously had been salted twice.
google avatar

Brian W.

Yelp
Great burger at a great price, what more can you say?! Fresh ingredients, fast service, I always walk away feeling good for quality food at a great price! In & Out is totally under rated! Hopefully we can get one in Idaho Falls at some point!
google avatar

Yelp
This is a very good In-N-Out Burger location. The restaurant was very busy, like most In-N-Out locations. The staff was very efficient, courteous and accommodating. I received my food in a timely manner, even during a busy time of the day. This was a treat, since I don't have In-N-Out Burger near me. I suggest trying the Neapolitan Shake from he secret menu, if you have never tried one. The food and service met my expectations, I would definitely visit again.

Yelp
What's up: We were charging at the Superchargers nearby and wanted to grab a bite to eat before jumping back on the road. It's a short walk to here from the chargers. Parking: There were plenty of parking spots available near the building. And if that fills up, you can always park at the Rogue Valley mall parking and walk right over. Environment: This place was busy! There was no indoor dining and it was only open for to go orders. One you walk in, you're practically in line already. The restrooms are located towards the right of the order counter. There are markers on the ground to indicate social distancing. The staff member who took our order was extremely friendly and energetic. What was ordered: - Animal Fries (extra well done with yummy sauce) Yay/Nay/Meh: Yay. The ordering process was easy and although we had a slight issue with our gift cards, they were able to work things out for us. The outdoor tables were all taken so we took our food on the road with us. Other than that, things were good.
google avatar

Kaylie B.

Yelp
I haven't had In and out in SO long! As always it was delicious! This is the double double. Cooked to perfection. This store was SUPER busy, however, we only waited about 5-7 minutes for our food! We ordered 4 burgers and 2 fries and it was reasonable for price. This store was very efficient in customer service, quality and speed! Good work!

Mark M.

Yelp
Oh my goodness! They really hit it out of the park for our son's wedding, preparing 150 burgers to fuel our late night dancing and even threw in a fun extra.

Senna O.

Yelp
I'm not a big fast food eater and am vegetarian so the options are even more limited, but I have to say, this in n out burger is just... nice. The employees are hard working and always wonderful, the portions are generous, the prices are circa-2001, and our order has never been wrong. I watched one of the employees ask a homeless individual who had been hanging out inside for a while asking every customer for money to leave. It was one of the kindest encounters I've ever witnessed. She kindly told him it was time to go, gave him the time when he asked, offered him some water or a cup of coffee, and escorted him gently to the door. It's moments like these-- not necessarily the food itself-- that keep us coming back.
google avatar

Cynthia M.

Yelp
Great food but the fries were a bit salty. Hope you can rectify this for future visits.

Kathy L.

Yelp
We love In-N-Out burger we always never fail to eat here when we are in California. I wish we have one in Washington state . We have to drive to Oregon every time we get the cravings for In-N-out

Lisa K.

Yelp
Great burgers staff is always really nice and friendly. Shakes are good as well . Our favorite is the animal style double double

Lee L.

Yelp
In-N-Out burger is hard to beat when it comes to consistency and price. From the long lines every time I visit, others must agree! I'll be back soon.
google avatar

Yelp
I arrived on a Saturday night and there was a huge line for drive-thru but only a couple people ordering inside. There is a huge parking lot so there was ample parking. I get my usual order: double double animal style ($4.15) with fries well done ($1.95). Beware that if you get your fries well done the order will take a little longer, but it is well worth the wait because even 10-15 minutes after I got my order they were still super crispy. Don't forget to ask for their spread because I love dipping the fries in it. It seems like every time I go to an In-N-Out I never have a bad experience. It doesn't matter where or which state I eat one in, it always tastes the same. Since I don't live near one anymore, when I am able to eat it I get a little emotional because I miss it so much. Seriously, I think the In-N-Out spread runs through my veins.

L. Ken C.

Yelp
When I first ate at an In-N-Out years ago, I thought it was ho-hum. But now I eat there 3-5 times a month. The burger is always hot, fresh and served with lots of good fresh vegetables and real cheese. The fries are thin cut and cooked well in fresh oil, not stale and over used, plus there are lots of them. I really appreciate that the menu is limited and everything is good. I also appreciate that each item is ordered individually and not in a "meal" as I don't want the pop. The serving is filling and the price better than any other fast food place. My grandkids love their food "animal style." Not my thing, but I can see why a lot of people like it.

Yelp
A quick stop on our week long road trip. We arrived at the perfect time that we were able to walk right up to the counter to order. Shortly after we ordered a line, all the way out the door, formed! We had to wait a few minutes for a place to open up to sit down but we did eventually get a booth. We got our own drinks from the fountain machines and waited for our number to be called. It's a longer wait here than most places because not only are they busy in the dining room but they have a very long drive thru line too. Be prepared for the longer wait and be patient. The burgers are always great! We ordered a double double and a regular cheeseburger with fries and drinks. As great as the burgers are we can't say the same for the fries. They're very bland, even with fry sauce. Next time we'll skip the fries and just get the great burgers.
google avatar

Jeff H.

Yelp
Ate In-N-Out for the first time. I'll admit it's a better burger than a standard chain burger - fresh beef makes a difference! I just don't really get the hype - it's good but not outstanding. A bit overrated, but fine if the line is less than a 15min wait. *CAVEAT* I get it if it's a sentimental thing for some that grew up in So-Cal. I also skipped the animal style as I usually avoid onions, so that may be the difference to some.
google avatar

Alexis C.

Yelp
justin is amazingggg he gave us extra fry sauce pls give him a raise i love him thank you!!!! his hat was cool too and he gave us some! what a friendly guy!!!

Yelp
Just stopped in with our entire 30 person scout troop. In front of us was a church youth group. The In n Out staff handled it so well. Got through our line pretty fast considering the line was out the door when we arrived. They asked what troop we were from and welcomed us over the loudspeaker. Then handed us all hats and wrote a charming note for our scoutmaster on one. We were able to get In and out literally! Couldn't ask for more.
google avatar

Yelp
in-n-out gets 5 stars for the burgers alone and let me tell you that's an understatement! restaurant ambiance is right on par with your typical fast food joint, key word being "fast"! throw in "awesome" and "delicious" as well. the burger patty it's self isn't too thick which i like, it's seasoned and grilled PERFECTLY! alllll of the veggies are super super fresh, so noteworthy words don't do it justice. the lettuce was clean, crispy and the tomatoes and onions were welcome thick slices i don't eat a ton of red meat but i ate two of these bad boys!! my first in n out experience but will definitely NOT be my last. these guys have it dialed down. quick, quality burgers and the fries are superb too. thank you so much in-n-out! was the best pit stop for grub on a long drive! two thumbs way way up

Yelp
Forgive me Kyle but I have sinned, it has been two and a half years since my last visit to In n Out Burger. Kyle was the ultra helpful guy taking the order from me, the Tax Deduction and my Mom. You know what though, is this review really about this In n Out? Or is it more about the culture, the legendary status and the memories that this chain represents? Well I'm the one in the driver's seat here, write your own review. As I took my first bite into that long awaited 3X3 I closed my eyes and for a moment I was younger, sitting with friends long lost, family gone from my life, driving my first mini truck, worried about nothing but a test in high school. I realized what a big part of my youth a simple burger chain was. I am eternally grateful to the founding family. Kyle was amazing, the employees buzzing around behind the counter looked like they really wanted to be there, try to find that at most fast food places. If I have any issue it's their selection of diet soft drinks. Light lemonade or Diet Coke. That's it. This could be improved. I hope it's not another two and a half years before I go back.

Yelp
Good ppl And good to community I need some more characters so help will post my review

Yelp
Protein-style was good, but an abominable mess to eat. I don't have enough words yet to submit the review. There we go, now I do. The workers were awesome as well.

Yelp
Martha from the drive thru deserves as raise. She was great with my order. In n out animal style was delicious as always

Yelp
I mean...duh. It's In n Out. It's perfect. Always has been and always will be. I love it here and it represents the best of California living. Animal style all the way!!
google avatar

Janet R.

Yelp
What is the hype?!?? I can't understand why people wait in line for this terrible food. The fries just suck. I have nothing good to say.
google avatar

Steve M.

Yelp
Long drive up line. Which was fine... I expect to wait on a GREAT burger...Ordered and waited another 15-20 minutes. Paid and waited another 10 minutes... Recieved my BAGGED burgers and drove home 10 minutes max...The burgers were cold and soggy... Ate part and the rest went into the garbage ben... ITS A SAD SAD DAY IN AMERICA WHEN IN-N-OUT. BURGER MESSES UP A BURGER... TOTAL DISAPOINTMENT...... Still wont go to the GUYS down the road but maybe soon...
google avatar

Yelp
It is what it is! Finally!! Glad to have one in my city! I moved up here two years ago and as a native Californian, I've been jonesing for a burger for two years!!! Can't beat the price! Mc Donalds will charge you twice as much and give you half the food!
google avatar

M J.

Yelp
Fresh, heck yes. The drive-thru is always busy so I ate in. The facility is spotless, the staff courteous-helpful-pleasant. The food "Fresh", did I already mention that. The burger yummy. The fries crispy on the outside hot and tender on the inside ( just the way I like them). Yes, I'll be back!!

Laura B.

Yelp
Best burger ever! Best fries ever! Even if the line is clear out the door, which happens(!), the great staff is soooo quick that you don't have to wait too long to get your fix?

B C.

Yelp
Smaller portions than received 6 months ago. I guess inflation hits everywhere. Patty was so thin I could hardly see it, and it was not even cooked through. How is that possible?? Half the fries as usual. Less food, and it costs more.
google avatar

Ruthie N.

Yelp
I might be bias since I'm a SoCal girl, but give me a Double Double protein style with onions and spread on the side ANY DAY! Nom nom nom! You can't compare In-N-Out to a sit-down like Red Robin or the local favorite Jaspers...it's not that type of joint. But for what it is, a fast food place, it's legit, especially for the price! If you don't like the way the fries are normally made (kinda soft for my liking), order it well done. A tip to get super fresh fries is to say you want it without salt (then add some from the salt packet later).
