In-N-Out Burger

Store#425 @10am on 9/25/2025 ...Finally open! My family and I live across the street, so this will be dangerous! Went in around 10am on the opening day and boy was it awesome! This store is one of the coolest stores yet, it's very ergonomic like and will most likley be able to handle rush hours. Today for the opener, there is a lot of extra employees and everyone has been so very nice and welcoming. (Edit: the merch tents were gone after the first opening day) There's merchandise tents outside in the parking lot, they will be out until monday I believe...better get some gear before it's gone! They said it will go fast! P.S...Bring your electric vehicle and charge while you eat... there is tons of EV chargers available. Enjoy!

I can’t say enough great things about In-N-Out Burger! This location was every bit as good as any I’ve been to. Just like every other In-N-Out, the food was absolutely 5-star — fresh, hot, and delicious. What really stood out here was the service. The staff were friendly, upbeat, and clearly took pride in their work. The restaurant was spotless, and everyone we interacted with had a great attitude, which made the dining experience even better. It’s always nice when a place lives up to its reputation — and this In-N-Out definitely does.

Very nice. Brand new in and out with a huge dining room and a very well organized drive-thru. As always, staff is trained well and it's very clean and friendly!

I was guest #125 on their second day in business. I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Firstly, the traffic control was very well organized and executed. The ordering process through receiving my food was great. The In-N-Out employees seem very well trained. They are very friendly, polite, cheerful, and efficient. The food was exactly what was expected and cooked to perfection. Kudos to the Monrovia In-N-Out Team for a job very well done!!

I've been waiting 30 minutes in the drive-through line, but two cars behind me ended up in front of me because merging two lanes into one was not organized fairly. This incident happened when one of the staff members taking orders had a shift change, which also delayed my order. When I mentioned this to the staff members, one of them sincerely apologized (since he just began his shift and had no clue), but the other staff member told me she would push my order ahead. Please! I'm in the drive-through line! There's no such thing! Trying to trick a customer is not nice at all!

Waited 15 minutes for an order of animal fries whilst other walk in customers received their double double and fries combos with very little wait. The animal fries were barely warm. I told the staff that I wanted my money back for taking too long. Then all of a sudden, my luke warm animal fries were delivered. At least they offered a shake for free, but got a coffee. Maybe I’ll come back just to charge my car. Not sure if I’d order from this location again. Maybe I’ll give it another chance.

ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries well done, pink lemonade. tasted the same as every other in-n-out and i wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!

I don't know how anyone can give this Jn N Out a low score! This is the first time I dined in an In N Out and I have the best experience ever for a long time. Arrived at around 11:15am on a school holiday. It's surprisingly not that packed (unlike the on Santa Anita Arcadia which lined up a few blocks). We picked to dine in, order and the food comes up pretty fast (again compare to other In n Out time line! This place is clean, a few staff constantly cleaning and asking if they can help in any way. The seating's are lovely for small group (4 or less). A few outdoor seating and all are nice. The food: on par with any In N Out, and that's good for me. The assistant manager (I think) Luca goes around every take to check on each customer to see how we are doing. It's just wow! (Chick Fila used to do that) And to me the best of all is, when I paid with my credit card for the food I ordered, there is NO SCREEN to ask me how many percent I want to tip them!!!!! That's a honest surprise nowadays! We are asked to tip in all situation, and I am pleasantly surprise that In N Out won't charge tips for dining in!!

The Monrovia In N Out burger location has been open for less than 2 months and still going strong with lots of customers. Upon first impression the store is not very large, but it's clean! The parking lot & traffic flow could have also been designed a bit better as well. Last night it was raining and we walked a further distance because we couldn't get in the actual lot. The staff were friendly, but the cashier mixed up a few things on my order when repeating it back (x3). It took a while for us to get our food & my burger seemed especially salty. Aside from that, the kids had a blast eating indoors at an In N Out which was a treat. They still have some kinks iron out, but I rounded up because the kids had a blast and the staff gave them some activity packs while we waited.

The food and ambiance here is up to In and Out standards- what stands out here are the employees- they are all doing a great job. In between the many locations of in and outs, (or even other places that are considered franchises) what ultimately makes me return to a particular location, even if it's a bit of a drive, is the customer service. Special shout to Luke at In and Out Monrovia, the reason for the stars. We noticed him going above and beyond in different ways with different customers. He was so courteous, attentive, respectful and helpful.

A brand new In N Out Burger in Monrovia with inside seating! I've been watching it from breaking gound to a new building. The drive through line is a bit challenging. It's sharing a lane in the parking lot and it was packed when I went on Friday night. The inside is exactly like all the other In N Out but this one is smaller than I expected. I ordered my usual - cheeseburger with whole grilled onion and grilled onion, light salt. When I looked at the receipt, it shows light spread instead of light salt. The staff was nice about it and said she will note the change at the grill. Love their customer service. It's just a little annoying that the order was not right. The cheeseburger tastes exactly like the one at any other In N Out locations. Love the fresh ingridents and the tasty burger.

Location: Finally decided to try the new and more convenient Monrovia location. The drive-thru line was about as long as a typical In-N-Out line. The staff managing the drive-thru traffic were friendly and smiling, which definitely helped the wait feel smoother. Customer Service: I ordered a #1, #2, and #3, but when i got to the window it was two #1s and one #2. I tried to correct it, but the cashier just said, "But the rest was ok, right? The fries and drinks?" I said yes, assuming she'd fix the burger mix-up, but she just took my payment, and the total stayed the same. She seemed a bit flustered, so I decided to just let it go. The window attendant, though, was friendly. Food: I live about 2 minutes away, but by the time I got home the food was barely warm. Oddly enough, when I go to the Arcadia location (about 12 minutes away), the food is still hot when I get home. Unfortunately, this time the food also tasted rushed and under-seasoned. My burger was messy--the wrapper was actually tucked into it, with spread and half-melted cheese stuck to the paper. Convenience doesn't always mean better. I think I'll stick with the Arcadia location from now on.

So excited for this new In-N-Out location in Monrovia. It's down the street from the First Ave location and hopefully helps with their car traffic flow. I love how this one has a sit indoor and patio feature, the interior is designed with modern and classic twists of the In-N-Out empire with printed odes to LA. Ordered my usual double double meal with grilled onions, a classic staple. Haven't tried the drive through lines yet, but it's interesting how they merge together. For regular parking, the shared lot has a lot of spaces with the Huntington Dr. Plaza. I'll def be back!

YAY! A new Inn n out burger in the city of Monrovia. It has been a long time coming because Monrovians would flock to the Arcadia location and it was always busy! Now that the Monrovia location has opened, I've noticed less lines at the Arcadia location. What helped make visiting the new Inn n out more pleasant was the clear direction of where to go! I was surprised of how easy it was to find the drive thru line. Don't you get nervous going somewhere new with lots of cars everywhere? Food: What makes Inn n out locations better than others is not the burgers. It is actually in how the fries are prepared. I'm happy to say that this location cooks their fries so well. The outside crunch with a soft middle is what everyone desires. The fries were a tad too salty, but it happens. The burgers' taste was on par and very enjoyable on a cool windy day. Service/Ambiance: I only did drive thru, but the staff was attentive and kind in taking my orders, as usual with Inn n out employees. The line was about 10 cars long and we got our food in less than 20 minutes of arriving. Safe to say the line moves pretty swiftly. Overall, I might migrate to Monrovia once in awhile to munch of those lovely fries.

Cheap cost and hot fresh burgers! Same good quality and excellent customer service. If there is anything wrong, let any worker know and they'll fix it for you. Right next to a bunch of shopping and all. By the gym I go to so it's good for a post workout meal protein style.

On a Sunday morning in early October, I went to new location for early lunch at 10:11am. There are plenty of parking spaces. I was nicely greeted as I entered inside. I ordered double cheeseburger combo with soda. There were 3 groups of people eating inside. Inside interior was clean and new with 2 Coke machines. There is a central spot for ketchup, peppers, and napkins. Soon as I heard my number, they cooked it to my liking. The freshly made double cheeseburger tastes so good and fries were fried nicely. More people came inside to eat by 10:30am. Plenty of tables inside and outside to eat. Nice and clean inside.

I love everything new and this location is only three days old! The staff are young and energetic and inside, sparkling. All the tables are fixed with associated chairs, so no sounds of scrapping chairs as people leave. Condiment station was clean and orderly with no spills or waste. I will certainly be back to this wonderful addition to Monrovia

Can't wait to see actual real time service when all the help leaves. But so far so good the last 2x I've come it hasn't been too bad

This is one of my new favorite In-N-Out locations in the area. The Arcadia spot is perpetually packed, so I tend to skip it--Monrovia, on the other hand, offers a much calmer vibe with fewer crowds and a smoother drive-thru experience. The burgers were spot-on, as expected, though the fries were a bit of a letdown (classic In-N-Out roulette). We requested slightly light but they came out simply overdone. Still, if you roll in with realistic fry expectations, you'll leave happy. The drive-thru runs like clockwork, and the interior is brand-new, spotless, and stocked with plenty of comfy seating. If you're tired of the Arcadia chaos, swing by this new Monrovia location--you won't regret it.

The burgers here are great! The burgers came out pretty quick and the service was great. Definitely a new hot spot in Monrovia!

So happy this location is finally open! I've been keeping an eye on this place ever since the "coming soon" sign went up. Came here opening week and again the following week. Staff is friendly, order was accurate and hot, drive-thru line was exactly what you'd expect. Giving this place 4 stars because the line doesn't move as quickly as I'd like.

I was there exactly 2 weeks ago. The employee handed my order to someone else and they looked through it (touching all over it) to make sure it was theirs and it wasn't. They gave it back to the cashier and the cashier proceeded to hand it to us after. I told her they needed to make fresh food for us because we waited in line for around 15-20 min and the food was touched by others. She turned around and came back with the same food!! And tried to say it was fresh. I confronted her about it and she finally had them make a new order. Definitely not coming back because of that.

Brand new location, however the food and some of the workers are oblivious to quality and customer service. The bread in my burger was all black and burnt on the edges, making it inedible (I tore the burnt pieces off). To add insult to injury, one of the workers was cleaning the glass windows, and literally some of the spray got in my face when she oversprayed too close to us. Not coming back to this location. Please do better.

I'm inside with an order to go, they call my number: "thank you, are the spreads and chili's inside the bag?" (I ordered at register and they were on my receipt) Girl "yes" "Ok thank you" Get home, no chili's or spread. Why would you say they're in there and you didn't put any in the bag? Ruined the whole meal for us. Sorry, but we like spread with our cheat meal of burgers and fries. In 15 years of going to the Arcadia in n out they never screwed up once. Also, the bun on our cheeseburger was WAY overdone, it was hard as a rock. Fries were overcooked. Massive fail in so many ways.

Finally open! Glad to be here on opening day. Had to do my go to meal. Double-double animal, fry and coke. It's amazing to experience the InNOut taste is a brand new location. This experience alone speaks to the level of service we expect from In N Out.

Wow the worst burger place ever They are adding salt on meat paddy Now it's extra salty!!! Too salty!!!! Stay away! It was perfect balance without the salty meat paddy Now they ruin it I know some place do salt on meat paddy maybe they do just a tiny bit but this is a lot of salt yuck I like it salt free

new INO location found in the trader joes plaza in Monrovia! its found on the other end of the plaza near the street. food quality was consistent as always! service was stellar. the restaurant is so clean. the way they run the drive thru line is very organized, despite it always being so long. there is also plenty of parking!

This new In-N-Out is a great addition to the neighborhood. The staff was doing a good job of directing traffic. This store is brand new, so of course it is clean, but the staff was doing well with keeping the inside clean. The burgers and fries were hot and fresh. It was a long wait, but it'll likely calm down once the store isn't brand new anymore.

I heard some people say their food was on the salty side, but mine was perfectly seasoned. Service was excellent, as expected from any In-N-Out. Didn't get a chance to see the dining area, as I went through the drive-through. But I had no issue without location. So glad they're finally open for business.

As an once in n out die hard it just has not been hitting as of late. We rather goto 355 in Sierra Madre less of a queue for a better burger and fries.

This location just opened, and I'm really sad to say that our order has been incorrect almost every single time -- except for the day they first opened and one other visit. Every time we place an order, something is wrong -- and tonight was no exception. The burger arrived with no patty and no bread, and our drink was also missing.

Drive thru line very long, yes I did go during day on a Saturday. By the time I got to the front window the cheeseburger and fries were cold. Burger hardly had any lettuce and shake was melted since they poured it in from the time that I ordered. I believe eating inside would be a better option for hot food. Do not recommend drive thru.

Maybe it's because it just open but they need to work out a few kinks, hamburger buns were burnt I asked for another one and the same thing happened. French fries were overcook plus they were all Little pieces which I think are the ends of the potato they need improvement

Food was amazing. Fries were fresh. Location was super clean. Service was impeccable. Employees were super attentive. Would 100% come back to this location.

I went in today this afternoon to place an order for number one and an extra burger with everything on it the people in the Drive-Thru who are directing traffic are rude not only did they forget my single burger but they forgot to put my Chili's I asked for total chaos they need to get it together why why do they need so many people giving directions I'd rather just go to the one in Santa Anita great customer service on Santa Anita in Arcadia I spoke English perfectly and they still got my order wrong get it together guys!!!!!!

Worst In-N-Out experience I've ever had. I went through the drive-thru today and ordered a cheeseburger combo. After waiting about 20 minutes just to pick up my order, the hamburger meat turned out to be dry and cold. Really disappointing. I'd rather drive to the In-N-Out in Arcadia on Santa Anita -- they always have the best burgers and service.

Just opened up in Monrovia. Great traffic control and signage. Found parking on a weekday lunchtime without any difficulty or wait. No line to order inside. Found a table to wait for my burger, which was filled efficiently, despite the numbers of people waiting. Tasty fresh burger as always. Staff promptly came to collect the basket and cleaned the table after I finished eating. Even held the door open for me when I left!
