In-N-Out Burger

In-N-Out was awesome. The cheeseburgers were mouth-melting, but one time the fries were hard. You have also got to try the vanilla milkshake, it's one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. I even looked around and they were giving out kids hats and a small mini game paper! Didn't see anything wrong with the atmosphere, so 5 stars!

In-N-Out Burger is a world famous burger joint based mainly within California, serving burgers and fries in a quick service environment. The staff are friendly and accommodating, making the burgers quick and fast, even with all the hectic nature that comes with running a popular burger joint. The burgers were good as well. For the price the portion is good, and the flavors were pretty enjoyable. It is fast food, so I wouldn't expect high tier quality, but the quality is still enjoyable and not too greasy.

Terrific In-N-Out, the wait time usually isn’t crazy and the staff is quite accommodating to my esoteric orders. Look at my magnificent double-double with extra everything, besides cheese.

Wasn't very impressed with the food today. I felt the burger was kinda small, it didn't fill in the bun. We waited about 7-8 minutes for what I thought would be fresh food but it was like warm. I paid an extra $4 for cheese on my fries thinking it would be nacho cheese and all they did was melt American cheese on top. The pink lemonade was just ok. Decent atmosphere and the employees looked active and fairly happy but the food was not what I expected.

Kinda weird they inserted the straws into the drinks we ordered . That gross . … and ketchup packets just thrown everywhere . This is how it was handed to us . Other than that it’s bomb

Great place to get a fresh ingredient meal. These burgers are a California staple. I don't hesitate going to any of these locations. They're always clean. The service is always friendly. The food is always great

Had a great time at In N Out. The burgers were juicy, melts in your mouth. Fries were ok. Great service! Very polite! Great job guys. Keep it up!

The burgers were always good, the fries I ordered three times were really salty, I don't know if the fries guy hates salt.

Top tier fast food establishment. There's always a long line but it doesn't feel like a long wait because of how quickly the workers take your order, take your payment, and provide your food. And even with how quickly the process is, the quality of food is consistent. It's always great, flavorful and exactly what I order. I have never had a missed item or messed up order from this location and that is a rarity in fast food.

Went to the drive through and ate in my car on 10/27/24. Didn't have to wait too long, maybe 10 minutes in the drive through on a Sunday at 11:00 am. I ordered a double with extra vegetables and grilled chopped onions, fries with no salt and a regular vanilla shake. The cost came out to be $12.35. The price isn't bad and you always get the consistency you crave at in in out. The double double was delicious and the extra vegetables complimented the cheesy meat. The fries were cooked perfectly with a little crunch not over done. The vanilla shake hit the spot at the end. Always a delicious treat!

Delicious food and top notch service! Small parking lot and the drive thru line is always long during the lunch and dinner rushes, but that's to be expected with In N Out. They always do a superb job of getting all the food fresh and ready in a timely manner. Haven't had a bad experience yet :)

The young man taking our order needs to practice more as he got my order incorrect three times...the fourth time it was ok. Then the burgers came out wrong...I asked for extra grilled onions and got none, the other burger had onions which pissed off that person and the third burger was protein style and had no grilled onions on it either...and the receipt definitely has those modifications printed on it...no wonder this place has low ratings. Might have to go to Chick-fil-A nest time.

Food and service was excellent like every in n out location it is consistent across the board. This location does need improvement on keeping the restaurant clean on the inside. Floors and countertops left dirty and need to be cleaned and maintained. Aside from that one issue this place delivers what you should expect from an in n out restaurant.

This was the first time coming to this location to eat last night for a meal. We came in around 9:30pm and found good parking. Our cashier was Sonia GA. and she was really nice, gave us a warm greeting and displayed excellent customer service taking our order. We ordered the number 1 animal style along with 2 cheeseburgers, fries and drink. The food always is good and tasty. You cannot beat IN-N-OUT's food. There was seats available which was a very good thing and they were busy. Enjoyed our meal and will come back to this location again very soon.

I asked for my fries "well done" Mostly when I ask this it never happened, but there's fries were perfectly well done. XTRA HOT With xtra salt. Perfect for cooling an artery - and extremely tasty!! 10/10 Will be back

01/28/2024 Inflation hits everyone hard I've noticed that in and out has raised prices 3 times since 2023. Overall the burgers are still excellent. Pro tip: order without spread and ask for extra spread on the side. You don't want to eat the burger and have the spread drip down your arm or all over your clothes. A drippy mess. Add it yourself to avoid the mess. The fries are not cooked enough so I ask for fries well done.

3X3 Animal Style and Animal Style Fries with a Lemonade is my go-to order. Can't go wrong with this order if you are feeling really hungry.

In-N-Out is always busy and my favorite burger spot. The drive thru is way too long, wraps from one side to the other! Better to just park and go in to order; faster that way than waiting for the cars to move out of the way. There are plenty of seating inside, but it was so crowded that I was lucky to even get one chair while I wait for my order of cheeseburgers and fries. It's worth the wait because the food was so good! Note: when you place your order, they ask you if you want onions.

Update: 1/12/25 - since my last review I was hoping they'd improved. How can the drive thru guy repeat my order correctly, I pay for it, have missing food, and find they did not charge me for what I ordered? I cannot loathe this location any more. The girls at the window are rude and messy. Drinks spilling and dripping all over then get upset when you ask for a napkin to clean it. They are so worried about speed than accuracy

All things being equal -- great food, great service -- this is your usual run-of-the-mill, family-own, efficiently-run, burger joint cranking out the best fast-food hamburgers anywhere. What's nice about this location is that it's not on a busy street where the drive-thru line can jut out into traffic. It's also close to my home. This location is in the Monterey Park Marketplace adjacent to the 60 Freeway. This sprawling shopping center shares real estate with a Home Depot, a Costco (plus a Costco gas station) and other fast food places (including a drive-thru Starbucks). What's potentially bad about the location is the shopping center's main drag, Market Place Drive, can be hard to negotiate during peak traffic times. It can get really tricky getting out of the drive-thru during peak hour traffic, especially if you want to make a left turn to get out to Paramount Blvd or to get onto the Pomona Freeway. The traffic slowly heading out to the paramount entrance can get bumper to bumper. I've never counted, but it seems like every 20 to 30 cars, a kind-hearted motorist might wave you in. Making a right would be easier but the center's west exit is way past the Costco. That said, some flavor of traffic congestion has always been the bane of every In-N-Out, but even if the line for the drive-thru was long, tablet-wielding In-N-Out crew members are out patrolling the line of cars, taking your order before you'll ever reach the menu loudspeaker. In-N-Out's efficiency and dedication to service is impressive. Like any In-N-Out burger place, the best time to go get one isn't when you're hungry for one, but when no one else is. Timing is everything. That said, the best In-N-Out is always the one that is closest to where you are.

This place is efficient, but the reason I am giving it four stars instead of five is for two reasons, One the lady was yelling hurry up and so there were other vehicles at the other window, so what is the big hurry anyway I gave her the money and cause she had said hurry up I drove up to the next window, but there was still a car there and forgot to get my change. The second reason is I had gotten a chocolate shake, but they just gave me a regular straw and their shakes are very thick so really hard to suck to enjoy the chocolate shake. This place needs larger straws like Del Taco has. Otherwise the Double Cheeseburger and fries were great.

It's In-n-Out of course they get 5 stars. The associates go the extra mile to make sure guests are taken care of in a timely manner. I always order a 3by1 animal style, regular and grilled union, chilies, pickles, buns extra toasted. And oh; no lettuce and tomato. Give it a try :)

I love my Animal style fries. In-N-Out is one of my favorite burger places in the US. their prices did not skyrocket like other restaurants have because of inflation. because of that I find myself eating here a lot more now.

Although both lobby and drive-thru were packed, the cashiers seemed to get the line under control very quickly. Food was decent as well. On the other hand, when I initially ordered, I asked the cashier Javier to upsize my drink for my meal to extra large. He repeated what I said back to me, "you said extra large?" And I confirmed "yes for the drink" not even a second later after we were charged and handed our cups per usual, I received a regular sized cup. I asked if we were charged for the XL and he said no. (Mind you, we exchanged words not even a full minute ago.) He just shrugged and said "I'm sorry". I encourage glossing over the POS if a cashier(s) seems to be getting orders incorrect. And use common sense.

Food is always delicious and fresh - The Quality You Can Taste. Service is superior at any location. Ambiance is casual/comfortable. All In-N-Out Burger locations are always CLEAN (including their restrooms). ***Not sure about the new low calorie lemonade - the taste is chemical like. Better to fill half original lemonade and half water***

I could just be a hater but every single time I've tried In-n-Out, I always had to wait 30 mins to an hr. With the wait, it might've shaped my expectations to where the food would be insanely good. Every time, I was disappointed. Not only that, every time I'm at any In-n-Out, there's always barely any seating or you have to camp for someone to leave. I just don't think it's worth the wait but it is one of the few places open at 1am.

I have had the food over their and I don't like and the fries tasted like it wasn't good and the burger didn't fit me at all and the only thing that is good is their Milkshake but over all their burgers and fries are not that good and I choose Wahlburgers over these guys because INN&OUTs Burgers and fries aren't that good like you gotta put your own salt on the fries and their fries taste to crunchy

I come here twice a month and every time they provide undivided attention to my needs. They even pick up my plate when I'm done without even asking. Food is always delicious and I leave very satisfied. And the place is always clean.

I love in n out, it's so yummy and good. It tastes soo good and the service is consistent. It's sooo good and really nice employees

expect to wait minimum of 30 min in the drive thru line. It wraps up, around and then back down and you still haven't ordered. It's like a Disneyland queue but for cars! Location is terrible, parking sucks.

I've never had any issues with my food here. During my last visit, I was greeted by a friendly guy who took our order with a big smile. His energy was amazing, and he spoke both English and Spanish. My parents were really impressed by his warm welcome--it's something you don't see often anymore. This is definitely my go-to spot for In-N-Out!

It was okay- wasn't the best burger I've ever had but I'm still glad I got to try it. I definitely recommend not going to a location near an airport or it might really suck.

Best animal fries I've ever had, 10/10 recommend. Love eating them when I'm having a hang over. The double double cheese burger is my favorite. The service is also very good.

Burgers are good but i prefer a little joint. Hella long lines most of the time. It's affordable and doesn't break the bank. I asked for a drink with no ice and the cup was not filled!! Other places fill it up all the way, this was a to go order so i couldn't get refills inside.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor & outdoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment last night, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is decent, but it does get full very easily and quickly. Parts of their parking lot are closed off thanks to the super long drive through. Parking spots are decent. Food: I ordered a hamburger with raw onions and light well french fries. The burger was so delicious and mouthwatering. Juicy and thick patty. The French fries were hot and crunchy. The perfect meal to eat when you are drunk lol Staff: The staff here are very fast, friendly, and efficient. Yes, I waited 45 minutes for my food, but it's a holiday weekend, so I understood. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

Their dedication, compassion, and genuine care for their customers surpassed all expectations, leaving me in awe of their outstanding commitment to creating a warm and welcoming environment. As I entered the restaurant, I noticed a mother accompanied by her special needs daughter. It was evident that the little girl was excited to be at In-N-Out. At that moment, Armon, one of the employees, demonstrated an extraordinary level of kindness and empathy. He greeted the mother and her daughter with a warm smile and a friendly wave, instantly making them feel valued and welcomed. Long lines man.... But service is good! They have someone walking up to you to take orders before you even get to the ordering area to keep lines moving faster. Food is great as always, you know what you are going to get here at In n Out. Thank goodness This is a location we visit often, keep it up!

Always top-notch. Service is fast & friendly. Less busy than the Monterey Park one close to me. Doesn't take up traffic. Parking is ample despite being near Costco. Burgers & fries always freshly made & served warm. Place gets busy even late at night but tables remain fairly clean. Skip the strawberry milkshake, it tastes kinda watery.

Happy service along with awesome food, can never complain about going to an in n out! Parking was relatively painless as well and made for a surprisingly quick service at 10pm. Thanks so much!

Go vegetarian and ask for a grilled cheese sandwich with onions! Add fries and a lemonade and you are set! Employees always seem happy at all locations. Good pay, compared to many jobs.

What can I say about a Southern California based burger! The food is fresh and tasty! Satisfied my early lunch today.

Love this In-N-Out location! The line always goes by pretty quickly (15 minutes or less usually!) and it's right next to a Costco so you can grab some gas too. The fries are a bit soggier compared to the Alhambra location but not a big deal. Burgers are good as always and they always have peppers stocked :)

So glad the yellow peppers are back! The food wasnt the same without it. This is one of the fastest in n outs ive been to and all the workers were so nice!

I'm a big fan of In-N-Out, and I often visit this location when I'm in the mood for some Chick-fil-A as well. The drive-thru can get busy, but the service is fast, and the wait time is minimal. My go-to order is a cheeseburger with extra grilled onions, accompanied by a side of fries and no soda.

In N Out never dissapoints! I have been here quite a few times and their service has been consistently great and their food is always on point. Getting in the seive thru line may be slightly confusing at first, but you should be good as long as you follow their signs. They get you in and out rather quickly despite the lines. They are faster than another location I used to go to. They have never messed up on my orders. What else can I say? Their burgers are mouthwatering delicious with the juicy tomatoes and their famous sauce that they use. Delicious! I order my fries well done (extra crispy). Yum!! I order a side of their sauce and use it to dip my fries in. Sooooooo good! They are right off of the 60 frwy. This is the perfect stop if you're in the area and want to grab a bite to eat.

On the drive thru for 33. Minutes only one guy helping people . It suck. This has always been too Mitch no more

The best In N Out in this region, and that is saying A LOT because we have visited them all. The service is great, fast and efficient. The food is consistently good. I come here enough to know that this location opens at 10:00am (but sssshh! Only the locals know). The drive thru line at peak hours can be similar to those at Disneyland, but the food is always fresh and well worth the wait! Only gripe I have is the traffic thoroughfare to get out of the drive thru sucks because it's situated in a very busy shopping area that has a Costco. I wish there was a four way stop there, but alas the city of Monterey Park planning committee failed with this one.

We went to get burgers for dinner Sunday night and instead of soda we ordered 3 shakes,..2 were strawberry and 1 chocolate. Well, my youngest son had the chocolate shake but didn't finish it. Yesterday I cleaned the fridge and threw out 2/3 of cup of shake he left. When I dumped it in the kitchen sink, there were quite few small white pieces of something that at first I couldn't tell what they were until I opened the water faucet to see what it was. It was gross because the small pieces were chopped raw onion!!! How the hell do these get there?!!! Was it a stupid prank by one of the kids who make the shakes, or hamburgers?!! Where the hell is the onsite manager as workers do their assigned jobs???!!! It seems nobody is supervising to ensure quality control of food and beverages. The onions looked like they were already going bad and slimy,...good thing my son didn't drink all of it. Shame on you In 'n' Out!!! Pigs!!!

As someone who is lactose intolerant (is there anyone over the age of 18 who isn't?) I've discovered that in n out is the easiest and fastest place to get a good dairy-free meal. Yes, their buns are dairy free and so are their sauces!! What I order: veggie burger (burger with no patty) with chopped chilies and grilled onions and an order of fries with spread, grilled onions and chopped chilies. 10/10.

We all love In and Out. They have great burgers and fries. They also have grilled cheese and chili, you just have to ask them. This one can get crowded, we avoid the huge car line by eating inside and it is relaxing and clean. The service is super good and they get your order right. I just wish they did not have to make their burgers all so well done. Sometimes they burn them and that is not okay. I like mine rare, but they can't/won't do that and that is fine as long as they are not burned. You will love In N Out.

Food is always good but recently me and my wife have had some pretty rude people taking our order in the drive through line. They need to take some lessons from their nearby chik-fil-a counterparts.

In n out is my fav burger place ever! It has never messed up my order not once, the employee's are always nice and will always take the time to clean your table if needed. If u want a burger go to in n out for a wonderful burger.
