In-N-Out Burger

I typically hate putting in negative reviews but this is probably the 5th time this has happened so I hope the people incharge can see this. But this is how much ice was put into my medium sized drink, a whole fry boat full in a 16 oz cup?? I am not trying to be difficult but I can only assume the reason i always have so much ice everytime I do drive thru is so they can skimp on the pink lemonade at that point im not even getting everything i paid for, also waited over 20 minutes and everything tasted bland. With this location open it started with a strong start but now is weaker everytime. What a shame

Newly open branch. Food is always exceptional. Service is outstanding. Much drive through space. But it may get crowded once starbucks open next door, especially they also have drive through. The entrance is one way in and out. I'm hoping that wouldn't be an issue.

This In-N-Out recently opened and this place is phenomenal! The staff here was so kind. That was one of the first things that I noticed walking into the restaurant. This location looks at a little bigger than typical in and out that I’m used to and that’s good. There’s great parking lot also. The restrooms were clean, and there was plenty of space to eat. We chose to eat outside where there were several tables where you could sit. The food was great as always. I ordered a double double protein style and you can’t go wrongwith the fries here.

Place was hopping. Greeted at counter. Opened recently (early November if I understood correctly). I got a 2 by 1 protein because I think the meat stands out in lettuce wrap and didn't do animal because it gets too drippy. Really liked that, IMHO they do the best lettuce wraps in the biz. Fries, ok most people don't like them, but I think these were the best I've had from any In n Out, They were the right amount of crispy and salty. One downside, lots of tiny undippable pieces in the bottom. I watched the constant cleaning and checking in by associates, good customer service. Place was clean and well kept. Keep it up!

Newest location in Oxnard! The workers are so friendly and the place is very clean. Top notch customer service. This will be my go-to location now. Near Costco, Daiso, Olive garden, Guitar Center, and more.

The guy taking orders had that special talent of sounding polite while somehow making you feel unwelcome. The food here was good 👍🌴

Excellent friendly service. Came through drive through. Quick service. Food was excellent. Ordered protein stay cheeseburger, animal fries, double, double cheeseburger.

It's a new store and they are fast and efficient. Pleasant people work there. Love the burgers. Sauce is fab. Not too busy the times I've visited

Can't go wrong with In-N-Out. Whether it's for lunch, dinner or a midnight snack. Can't beat those prices too. Burgers & Fries! Their simple menu works for these basic b's I chill with lols. Clean inside since it's a more recent location. Drive Thru seems well placed. Plenty of parking. Chill vibes & Service is fine. Surprisingly, these young cats are on top of things. Keep it up.

First time coming to this place, we usually go to the one nearby Esplanade. Out of curiosity we wanted to check out the new branch near Costco. Guess what.. super dissappointed by their services. We order the meal we usually order, meal number 3 for two with grilled onion, After they took our order, we paid, the lady on the pick up window gave us our order but we noticed from her vibe that she look so un happy with her job, perhaps she had a long day or what, still you can feel and see from her face that she was'nt happy of what she does, anyways, we asked for two animal sauce she gave us one and the funny part was when she gave us our drinks the drinking straw was already pushed in on the lid. Like wth.. i mean.. first time i had a drink with the straw already in it! I mean.. i was thinking wow how nice of her to do that for us, but still.. un acceptable due to sanitation purposes. Perhaps they need more training, rigid training before getting to the floor and should have been trained on how to have a good pleasant customer service. But sadly, i would never again visit this newly opened store across Ashley's coz' it turned me off by their services. Thank you!

Happy that I finally got to roll through the new In N Out in Oxnard. Not the closest location for me which is why it took me a few months to try it but glad I got to grab an early lunch here today. Like others have noted it's not too busy here. Like any of their locations it does depend when you come but with two in n outs in Oxnard this has helped with reducing the traffic and lines. I came shortly after they opened on a week day and there was only one car ahead of us. Getting through the drive thru was a breeze and took like 5 minutes. Staff were nice and efficient, our order was taken correctly and we were on our way. I liked the layout of this drive thru. Always appreciate a long drive thru where there was consideration to note block the roads and parking areas. Since this In N Out is new it's very nice and clean, love the baby palms and greenery. My classic order is a number 1 combo with well done fries. Usually opt for a pink lemonade and that's a 10/10 for me. Thanks for another solid meal In N Out. If you haven't been to this new location in Oxnard definitely check them out.

Famous west coast burger joint. It's tasty. Just not amazing. Good quick stop. Friendly people. Fast service!

Stopped for a strawberry shake for desert after dinner nearby . My fave shake ! So happy we have a second location. Seems like another In N Out . Service was quick . No long lines as people do know it's open. There was no Yelp Page ! Clean and new !

Food always on point. Service is always good. A+++ Ambiance is nice and calm. Not too crowded at all.

This experience was extra special due to the great customer service given by Miles. I appreciated his upbeat attitude and positive energy. We will definitely be returning.

The newest in n out in the 805. It's a classic. Great service! Food never misses! Clean environment. Just classic.

There was practically no drive-thru line when I pulled up to order. The staff took my order very quickly, and my order was confirmed again as is the In-N-Out standard. I don't think I've ever ordered, paid, and received my food in such record time at an In-N-Out before. Welcome to Oxnard (again) new In-N-Out!

This is my first time going to a newly opened In-N-Out. It was definitely very busy today! They had someone directing traffic for those entering/exiting drive thru and entering/exiting the parking lot for dining in. I waited about 30 min in the drive thru lane. The staff were really friendly. Had someone take my order, give me an order ticket and double checked my order, and paid at the window. The burgers were fresh and nicely prepared! Fries were tasty as well. Also got pup patties for my fur babies too. I have to say that the drive thru pathway was a little challenging to navigate and not the safest design going in and out of the lot. Someone rushed into the lot and drove the wrong way to avoid the drive thru traffic and almost hit me head on as I was exiting the drive thru... Drive slowly and carefully! Not sure if I'll be back at this location but definitely a convenient spot if you're in the area.

So far so good! The consistent quality and standard you expect from an In-N-Out can indeed be found here as well. The long wait times you find at a seasoned location is not here yet but that may change if you're finding this review at a later time. I visited during the lunch hours on a weekday and saw many working professions here at around lunch time. Lost of folks from dealerships and hospitals finding their way here but it seems perhaps due to the nature of a work lunch, people were not really just hanging out longer than their meal required so there was enough seating for everyone looking for a spot. I didn't take the drive thru but the lines were not backed up at all. The Esplanade location is actually closer to me however I think I'd save time from the reduced wait times by picking here. Food tasted great and nothing fishy going on with portion sizes. Can't ask for more than that.

Wow... just wow. Okay so let's be honest. If you're a Californian In-n-Out is where it's at. (If you don't agree.... who are you? lol) Anyway, I tried this new location (I didn't realize it's been open 6 months already) and like almost every other location you're gonna get good food, good service, a clean restaurant. A good experience in general. I can count on 1 hand the times an In-n-Out had an off day in one of those departments. But this visit today, this location....STELLAR. I wish I could write a list of names, but didn't get them all. The young lady that took our order was so polite, welcoming and helpful. Our food came out quickly, and was fresh, hot and the assembly was perfect. Mine was a double double, animal style whole grilled, chili peppers, protien style. We shared french fries and a strawberry shake and hers was a grilled cheese, animal style, chili peppers, hold the tomato (nobody's perfect they put a tomato on it, but I was okay with that because I love tomatoes so I got an extra on my double double , haha) There are no pictures sadly because I ate before I thought about doing this review. This review is ultimately about the service at this location. Long story short, not only was it just great in general, there was Danny who went above and beyond and so did Alex. No need to explain why...it's not necessary. I decided to make sure the manager knew this before I left. I understood why they were like that the minute I met the store manager, Vivian. It's evident she has the respect of her staff, welcomed the feedback, and said she hopes to see me there again. Her leadership skills were even more obvious to me when I turned to leave and heard her announce to the entire crew that they had just received a customer compliment and congratulated them. I think this location is my new favorite and I'll definitely be back.

Beautiful new location. Didn't dine in. Came around 1130 at a Saturday night in the drive thru. 2 gentlemen greeted us and took our order promptly. Fastest in n out line ever. Maybe not many people realize they're open yet. Excited to have them in our neighborhood! Ordered lettuce wrapped double double, Flying Dutchman onion wrapped, 3 animal style friends and as always were excellent. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

Soooo glad to have a second In N Out in Oxnard!!! Drive thru is not bad at all compared to the esplanade location. As always friendly service and they take your order quickly and the window is quick as well. They are also very accurate, they repeat it back so I've never had any mistakes on my orders! That is HUGE! Prices are always right, and quality is there! I always get the Flying Dutchman I love that they have low carb options for those trying to hit their macros and get those fitness goals while stile enjoying some delicious mouthwatering food ! This is such a west coast and So Cal STAPLE! Forever and Always an In N Out girlie :)

Absolutely loved the service and was loving the food up until the last few bites of a burger. The meat of the burger seemed to be crunchy on the inside and tasted a lot different than the rest of the burger had beforehand. Pickles caught me off guard. Too many, strong taste. Milkshake was amazing, amazing cherry on top.

The lady who took our food was amazing both English and Spanish, patience aswell I give the service here a 10/10. The line of people in the drive thru was not alot very quick to get food took about 9-8ish minutes. The atmosphere was nice here too inside it's pretty spaced not alot of people.

This was our first time at In-n-Out and it was great! Food was fresh & happily affordable! We'll be back!

Can't speak any more higher of Jake & Madeline Besides the wait being minimal with the amount of cars turning in at the last minute before closing hours, the food was some of the freshest on point by the book in n out i have ever had in 30+ years not to mention the amazing service and understanding our random situation with payment that held us up on our end. Truly loving the new location and the staff!

I have always loved in-n-out but tonight I went the drive-thru and the young lady working the window was so amazing I need lots of extras and she was so sweet and nice and she had a smile on her face the whole time she helped me Harley is the best and she deserves some recognition for a job well done!

As much as I enjoy this location not having a long line they have messed up twice in a row on our drive thru orders which is annoying, especially when you don't notice until you come home. The first time we were given the wrong order completely. The second time they forgot to add lettuce to one of our burgers and the other had the smallest patty ever it didn't even look like there was one in there and also our drinks weren't even filled all the way. At this point I'd rather just deal with the long line at the esplanade location.

Most Consistent burger restaurant around. amazing hamburgers. They taste the same no matter what location you go to.

Clean new In n Out, I'm in. Everything one could hope for, including being the freshest best it can be. Star crew made my cheeseburger look like an ad in a magazine. Thank you In n Out food stylists!

Had an terrible experience here went on 4/15/25 around 10:30am just wanted a simple double double and they messed up my order and put raw onions on it ,and when i went to remove ive also noticed it had just little to zero lettuce,i was surprised because it took bout 20 mins to get my order & there was only 3 cars in front of me. I went around the drive-thru again to get my order right and waited another 15 minutes only 2 cars in front(still very slow) just for them to tell me to park on the side. Very frustrating service so I just left without my order and without a refund or anything.last time they gave me a Cold/room temperature burger.

Yes we all know it's the best burger. But that being said it has to be eaten hot, like right away.

The worst in n out ever! Employees were extremely rude and they messed up my order. And on top on that I got food poisoning..... I have never experienced so much pain nor have I ever had food hit me the way the food here did. 0/10 experience

If your on an empty stomach this is the place to stop buy and eat. The entire staff is also very friendly, food is delightful as well.
