What a great burger! We live in Florida and this was our first INO experience. The place was very busy but super efficient from order to delivery. The service was friendly and everyone eating seemed to be very happy. Mostly locals but even they were acting like they were on vacation. The fries were just so-so - a little thin and needing a touch more cooking for some crunch. Sampled the chocolate and strawberry shakes which were excellent and not overly sweet. Overall an A+ experience and a great fresh food value.

Opening hours are Friday and Saturday 10:30 am to 1:30 am Sund to thurs 10:30 am to 1 am The fries were not cooked at all. Completely white and very salty. The burger was good and fresh and very good value for money. It is not in and out. The wait is quite long. For a restaurant with just 3 burgers… regular , Cheeseburger or double…. Why so much wait…

This was THE place to get food after the Coldplay concert. There were SO many concert goers lining up for food and the staff smashed it out of the park - friendly, smiling, even security guard was really friendly! The burgers were consistent with past orders, delicious, presented well like we were the only customers being served at the restaurant - rather than the 100+ that were lining up / ordering / waiting / eating! The burgers, fries, shakes etc tasted great. Highly recommend a visit here if you don't have a chance to find the In'n'Out on The Strip 😊 We'll be back next time we're in town!

I last ate here when there were only 2 In N Outs near the Strip. ATMOSPHERE: This location is super busy and it was the closest one to the strip, and nearby some schools as there were a ton of kids walking in. And the amount of taxis dropping off tourists from the strip (including us) was outrageous. FOOD: Double Double My all-time fave. The simple cheeseburger with spread tastes divine. Fries I'm not a fan of their fries but tried it animal style, but that only worsened their sogginess

Such an iconic In N Out for sure. It's RIGHT next to the strip, beautiful sign, same great if you were to go anywhere else. Simply incredible. Great customer service too. Thank you to the lovely ladies there. Thank you. I'll definitely be back. Also, I got a mix of a chocolate and strawberry shake. Very good combination. I mixed it in with coca cola when it got to half and that's good too.

In-N-Out was really good! The food was fresh, the burgers tasted great, and the fries were hot. Simple menu, fast service, and it definitely hit the spot.

Always consistent on their only product, the Double Double burger! Occasionally I order the chocolate shake in addition to my meal, which is a real treat! My only concern is that sometimes the fries don't taste too good. It's either very delicious or garbage! And when it's served like that, needless to say, it goes back ... and miraculously the new serving of fries is perfect! So in my experience, it must be a hurry-hurry situation where the fries on the bottom of the basket is crumbled, broken tiny pieces and served without care. But again, employees are not hesitant to correct it. They give immediately a fresh order! Dining areas are kept clean. Employees are constantly wiping down tables, mopping floors, collecting garbage ... even helping with cleaning the tables when you're done with your meal, taking away the trash. Place is always busy, so I appreciate their work ethic!

Being from the east coast, my bias is always Shake Shack. I will say though that I can definitely understand why In-N-Out is a classic choice for a quick and satisfying fast-food experience! During my visit, I ordered the double-double burgers and animal style fries, which are fan favorites. The patties were on the smaller side but they were cooked just right. Ask for chilis on the side and add grilled onions to your burger, it's a must! The only letdown of In-N-Out were the fries, which seem to be a hit or miss according to previous reviews. Despite watching the fries come straight out of the fryer, they were not crispy and ended up being soggy. The taste of the animal style fries was okay, but the texture left much to be desired. The toppings of melted cheese, grilled onions, and their famous sauce saved the fries, but the fries themselves could have been better. This particular location is VERY busy, but the service does its best to always wipe down tables for new seats. The staff was also incredibly helpful in giving recommendations on what to order, which made the overall experience pleasant. For a classic fast-food burger experience, In-N-Out remains a solid choice, especially if you focus on their standout burgers! I'd recommend giving it a try!

I ordered three burgers and two fountain drinks: 4x4 Animal Style, Double-Double Animal Style, and a Double-Double Protein/Animal Style for my boyfriend and I to eat while we get ready for EDC. Our order was correct, and we had no alarming issues. My only complaint is that the cups for the fountain drinks don't last very long. It seemed like it was getting too soaked into the paper cup and began to start leaking over our table.

We were here 2 days in a row. Lunch in the car then afternoon snack in the room the next day. Foods always consistent at different locations as well as the great employees.

In-n-out is a must for our trip to Vegas. We usually go here at least one time each trip. I love the animal style fries. There is something about their sauce, fried onion and meat on the fries. We came here late last night, it was a shorter line. The food came out pretty quickly. Ordering at the counter and pick up at the counter. There is a place for condiments to the left of the counter.

Restaurant and restroom was clean . Customer service was okay because they forgot to make my wife's fries animal style then still charged her for their mistake. Otherwise food was delicious as usual. Will def be back.

I'm not sure what the appeal is for this chain. The hamburger was OK, with barely any meat. The fries were not hot. Wendy's and Culver's are better, in my opinion.

Darn In-N-Out. We don't have it in Hawaii and when we see it, we HAVE to stop and eat! All I think when I go to In-N-Out is .... What happened to fast food with the other guys? If you watch the "Founder" movie about McDonald's they used to have some of the best burgers. What happened? When you go to In-N-Out, it tastes like really great fast food. Everything is fresh, the prices are reasonable, you can customize what you order. For me, I like the fries well done. It becomes crispy and even more delicious. The service is fast and the place is clean. When you are really hungry a double-double and a single is the ticket! But for the usual order, #1 - double-double with fries and drink is the go to. Everything on the burgers have been refined and it is a great fast food burger. It seems like you cannot go wrong with going to In-N-Out. The only problem is that there are many in Vegas and it's possible to over eat here! Anyway, great job and continue the good food!

So we finally got to try the famous In-N-Out Burger. My wife is the burger lover, more so than I am. She absolutely loved it here. She loved it so much she made me return a second time 2 days later. Personally, I think their fries could be better, but I was completely won over by their affordable prices and quality of ingredients. Also, they process a ton of orders very quickly. Well done.

There's nothing bad I can say about In-N-Out. Consistently good fresh food, clean dining area, excellent service! My favorite fast food restaurant!

Whats the hype all about? I like my Culver's better. The staff was awesome and nice to speak with. Establish was clean. The food was mediocre. Fries and burger was luke warm, the animal fries lacked flavor. Is it worth the wait? For me not at all.

From the airport direct to In N Out! Everyone must have had the same idea because it was packed. The line was out the door. Good thing they are superbly quick and efficient. The line moved fast. The order was taken quickly. Then we had to hustle for a table. This place is way too small for this area. Tables inside and outside were full, and people lingered, waiting for signs of a group moving to pounce. Pounce I did! Found us a table. Had to clean it ourselves, but I didn't mind, I just needed to sit. We ordered cheeseburgers and fries. Animal fries, too! It was all good. The best part of the burger honestly was the fresh lettuce and tomato and the raw onion. The meat patty is very slim. Very small. Now I can say, I too have had these popular burgers and animal fries.

Yum! Pre-concert dinner at In-N-Out Burger; delicious and consistent as other locations. Restaurant is clean, and the staff is super friendly. With all of the construction in the area right now, makes it a little difficult to get in and out of the parking lot, but when it's finished, everything should be fine...

The food was good but salty meat. The fries were good. The food was fresh. The place is clean and the service was fast. Good place for lunch.

This location has amazing staff who are super nice and efficient. Tables are cleaned immediately, food is less than a 5 min wait even with long lines. Nice clean bathrooms. They give cups for water as well. Burgers themselves at in and out are in my opinion not big enough. Double to me is so small and such thin patties. But for the price it's good and the flavor is good. Just wish a little more ozs of meat. Fries I don't like here. Thin and dry with no flavor. Shakes are great, super thick and filling. You can't really beat the prices, cheaper or the same than Burger King and McDonalds and the quality of food is much better

Still the best fast food burger there is and the best sauce (ask for extra spread)! Be prepared for very long lines at this location. In-n-out always has long lines but this one is super backed up with tourist traffic and people grabbing food when they get to/leave Vegas.

My friends and I came by here at 11:55am on a Sunday morning to get some lunch. It was a little busy. We ordered at 11:58am. The cashier was Ashley, who was friendly. I got the double double (only ketchup) combo with fries and drink. It was $10.24 after tax. I wish they had bacon, but they don't. We decided to dine in. They got their food at 12:03pm. My food was ready at 12:05pm. My burger was tasty. No complaints there. The fries were mediocre. They don't come with salt on them but they will give you a salt packet. they have a ketchup dispenser and cups. I got some to help with the fries taste. For me, they were decent/good with the salt and ketchup. I believe this was my first time visiting this chain. I'd return. All of the staff were very friendly, which was nice.

I was a 12+year resident in SoCal and I was never a huge fan but now not being able to have access to it I wanted it more. Visiting Vegas for conference and convenience and price and flavor they get my full 5 stars attention now I think not being able to have it made me want it even more. Part of me loves In and Out only when it's just out of reach. I can't wait to be in an area to get my double double animal style fries and burger again!!

This is the best In-N-Out I have ever been to! Not to mention, it's probably the cheapest meal you can get in Vegas, lol. If you haven't ever had In-N-Out, you're doing life wrong. Their burgers are smashed and delicious, plus you can get them customized in a number of ways. People love animal style, but if you are doing low-carb like myself, you can also get the burger sans bun. Trust me, it's not as good without the bun, but if you must the calories it can be done. Their cheese fries are full of carbs, but goodness do I love them! This particular location is amazing for many reasons, with a big one being the staff. Really friendly staff, above & beyond! They even gave us lap mats which I've never received before. They also have a huge parking lot and the line isn't quite as insane as other spots. Probably best of all here is they have an In-N-Out store! Tons of cute items! I bought cheeseburger leggings for $5 on clearance, lol. No shame in my protein game!

My first time at in and out and I loved it. We don't have this spot on the east coast and I was determined to have this before I left Vegas. It's fast food but it's really on another level. We got the food pretty quickly it was hot and very good. We got the animal style on the fries and cheeseburger which was really good. Definitely recommend this spot if you've never had it.

This was my second time at In-N-Out. It wasn't as good as I remembered it, but that is just personal preference. I ordered a single burger animal style and also ordered my fries animal style. This location was packed but the staff was efficient and it didn't take too long to receive food. I love that you can get your burger lettuce wrapped! What a great option for people who are gluten intolerant.

My first stop in Las Vegas was this In-N-Out location because it was on the way to the hotel. I saw the spinning sign while waiting at the stop light and I figured, I should get my burger and shake now and then not have to worry about getting it later in the trip. I parked and walked it. There was a line to order but it moved quickly. I ordered my usual which was a cheeseburger with grilled onions, fries, and a chocolate shake. It took a little longer for the order since they were cooking the onions. Once I got my food, I decided to eat in the car because I wasn't comfortable eating indoors yet especially because I just got off an airplane. The burger was hot and delicious, the fries were lightly salted and crispy. I ate it so quick because I was starving. I took a sip of the chocolate shake but it was still thick so I just enjoyed it as I drove to the hotel. In-N-Out is always consistent and they never disappointment me. I hope one day they open a location in Honolulu, Hawaii.

This was only my 2nd time at an in-n-out. This time, I planned to eat in. I came with my family. I love the ambiance the old school vibes. They were very friendly and helpful and clean and quick. The ordering process was easy but also nerve-racking as an East Coast native. The last time we ordered singles thinking we were here for a taste of their burger but with all the fixings we felt like we got a salad Burger. I went online and researched some hacks and found ways to get a meal for four for the price of two. For the little people, I got a double , and for the adults, I ordered a 4x4 with extra everything on the side. And I got 2 extra buns. Then you just split the meat between all of the buns. Yummy

We found an In & Out that was not very busy. It took only 15 minutes to get our food. The young lady was great and took our order, but the person who gave our food was not very nice. He went from the cashier window to pick the window. I found this a little unusual. The burgers took longer to come out, and now I know why. Apparently, the burgers were cooked well done. The burgers were dry and burnt. I took a picture to show it. The animal style looked non-existent. There were hardly any sauce and veggies. I was very disappointed in this In & Out. Usually, you can always count on a good burger from them. However, this time they dropped the ball. Please do better In & Out at this location. I give only 2 stars .

It's never a competition for In-N-Out. They're the best fast food burger. The burgers are tasty and high quality. The patty was pretty thin but delicious. They chose not to sacrifice quality. The lemonade is refreshing and the fries are delicious too. Mera's Tip: order the double double

In Vegas for a few days. Can't be here and not make a drive thru run at in and out. I appreciate their accommodations for drive thru customer. They present the food, "ready to eat" style. I dig that. Good service. Workers are Efficient! Long line but not so much of a long wait time. The burgers are hot and fresh! I'll be back - count on it!

In-N-Out Burger Denver is not the same as In-N-Out Burger Las Vegas!! And I don't care if it's the same restaurant or not. It's just not the same burger or hospitality used. First off for an example, the line wasn't 3 hours literal hours long. Coming through Vegas when I'm able and being able to stop at the truckers parking lot safely is always a treat to me! The big flashing lights and original palm trees, it just does something fabulous me when I'm at this location. My Double Double was perfect like expected with upside down melting cheese just like the picture and the thoughts I had imagined! All of the staff were very busy but having fun and using great communication. I can't wait to go back to Vegas again.

This has to be the dirtiest in n out I've ever been to . Usually they have workers cleaning all the time .

This review is for the East Coasters who have been desperate to try In and Out for years. It's okay. It's like 5 guys with fresher toppings. The secret sauce is like Big Mac sauce more vinegary and less sweet. Burger patty has good sear and seasoning but thin so i do recommend a double double. But, it was a must do experience for us but you aren't missing anything. Service and cleanliness of the outpost is fantastic! Overall, I would say 3.5. Again, we are happy we did it but it's a once and done for us.

The LinQ Promenade is my usual In-N-Out when I'm in Vegas because it's super convenient to the strip hotels. It's usually busy here not only because it's near the airport. Drive thru is never my option, and getting a table wasn't difficult. A security guard is on deck keeping everyone safe. But I'll always love animal style double double burgers!

Still the best burger in town or anywhere! $10 and change for the Dbl Cheeseburger, Fries, and a fountain drink. All good despite the long drive thru lines.

This is a good In-N-Out Burger location. The drive-thru was very fast and efficient, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. I recommend this location if you enjoy In-N-Out burgers.

This place is amazing!! So good, and fast service. We ate outside and there was a worker cleaning up outside making sure everything was clean which helps keep the birds away. Not sure what else to say... if you haven't been before google their special menu to find some fun modifications to their menu. If you order their burger or fries as is you're doing it wrong!!

Food: 2 double double - 7/10 2 animal style fries - 7/10 This combo hits the spot every time! Especially if you want something quick! I wouldn't say it's the best burger but you get what you paid for. Overall i would recommend people from the east coast to try In-N-Out once during your trip!

A simple, fresh and cheap dinner in LV. Burger was seasoned too salty taking away one star, but the milkshake and fries make it up for the salty patty. When in the west coast, definitely a must grab American sinful diet. Milkshake is very cheap and delish. Servers are quick and very patient from our multiple changes in our order.

I always assumed In-N-Out burger was a fad. But I also knew it was something I wanted to try. I'm so glad I did! The double double protein (no bun- lettuce wrap) was delicious! The meat was so flavorful and seasoned perfectly. It was literally melt in your mouth. Possibly one of the best done burgers I've had. The fries (didn't even take a picture) were just ok. One of my dining companions swears they're air fried (they're not- I saw the fryer) but the consistency wasn't great. They burger more than made up for the near-miss of the fries (I mean, they're fries- they're still good even when they're not that good!). Oh- and 4 people ate lunch with drinks for $30!! Fast, Friendly and Affordable! As an aside, we went to the one on Dean Martin Drive- location matters!)

11:10pm on a Thursday night. Drive thru was not too long. Maybe three cars in front of me? Fast in and fast out. Got two hamburgers with onion and extra pickles. $7.04 including tax. Order taking was quick and getting the burgers was fast, too. Yummy burgers at reasonable price!

Double-double with whole grilled onions, please. Add a Neapolitan to go. No matter where I'm at, In-N-Out delivers. It's always worth making a stop here whenever I'm in the west. They slipped on over salting the fries, but it's not a big deal. Great as always.

Vegas has In N Out now and I went here through the drive-through. The line was pretty long and had to wait a bit during the nighttime. The food tastes great though if you haven't ever had In N Out before you should try it when you are in Vegas! Originally a California-only fast food place but now it's available and pretty close to the strip. I got my usual which is a protein-style hamburger with grilled onions. The protein style means that the burger doesn't have a bun. But I think if it is your first time you should for sure get it with the bun! Their menu is simple and easy to read and also they are kind with the extra spread. This could be used with your French fries. Also, you can get your fries extra crispy but usually, they are a little bit soft if you just order them the normal way. Enjoy!

What can I say? It's in-n-out burger. Famous burgers and shakes if you haven't tried it you haven't lived! If you get a chance grab a burger. They also have a secret menu which is fun.

Burger great! Fries Cold - I can see this place is a big deal with its amazing twisting drive thru line. The service was quick and efficient so that made me wonder why the fries were cold when the burger was perfect. I still recommend a stop and maybe just eat in the parking lot next time or go inside. Also has a cool merch store right next door.

I've been to Vegas so many times, and everyone from Hawaii always says how much they loved this place. So for the first time, I finally tried it. And I have to admit it is very good. The menu is very simple and yet it was pretty busy on a Monday at 11:00. The customer service was very friendly and the dine in tables were pretty clean. I got the cheeseburger and my husband got the double-double. The burger was delicious. And for those people who don't want salt on your fries, they come unsalted. They just give you salt packets in case you want it on there. I also had a chocolate shake and it was nice and thick just how I like it. Definitely a contender against Jack in the Box. Now I know the hype, I would probably come here again during my next visit to Vegas.

Our first stop for a quick meal after our flight from Honolulu. Close to the Strip so there was a long line at the drive thru. Totally worth the wait! I've been having In-N-Out dreams ever since. The Double Double Animal Style is perfection as far as burgers go. The burgers and onions were cooked to perfection, the buns were perfectly toasted, veggies were proportionally perfect and the amount of sauce was animalistic perfection! All in perfect sequential layers. Did I mention that this burger is perfect? ;) Just one of the many businesses that need to find their way to Hawaii. Looking forward to our next West Coast trip to the Mainland so we can visit In-N-Out and the other great companies that aren't here...yet!?

It's In-N-Out. Either you like it or you don't. I think they're one of the better fast food restaurants. The lettuce on their burger is consistently crisp and fresh instead of limp. Definitely check out their "secret menu" online. The drive-through service can be a little slow, but it's worth it compared to what you get.

This was my first time trying In-N-Out as an east coaster and I gotta say - I don't get the hype. The burger was good but it was also just a burger, not much special about it. The fries were honestly just not very good and I discovered I don't like the spread that comes on the burgers and on top of the animal style fries. The neapolitan shake was really good and I'm glad I got it. They are super quick and getting orders through but overall I don't know that I'd make a special trip again (and spend $20 in Ubers to get there).

04/11/24 10:00-11:00PM: In N Out on 2765 E. Craig, North Las Vegas, NV 89030 I ordered take out, the fries was very salty, and you can't eat it. waste of mone!!!

We are big fans of in-n-out and make sure to visit any time we head west. This location has plenty of parking but was a little trickier to get to given the heavy construction on Tropicana. Once we crossed the bridge we were happy to find plenty of parking. Inside and outside seating made it easy to find a spot, even with a buss full of visiting high school students on spring break and groups of Swifties visiting before the Taylor Swift concert! We ordered or burgers and fries in a variety of styles...protein, animal, well done fries animal and awaited our order. There was a little bit of it but we are used to taking a bit longer with well done fries. The orders were all going out very quickly and the staff was super nice and attentive to customers. Once we hit our food we were in heaven! This is what it's all about. Some of the best burgers and fries ever! With a company store right next door for souvenirs, I would definitely recommend this location to anytime visiting vegas!

Took a long time just to order because she couldn't hear me through the speaker. I asked for "extra toasted buns" and she did "lite toast" All three of my fries were "light well done" and even after asking and repeated it back to me she put them "light" fries. By the time I got my food my fries were cold and soggy and my buns were soggy as well.

After an evening visiting the BTS photo exhibit and merch pop-up at AREA 15, our group was ready for some dinner. You can't go wrong with a trip to In-N-Out. Line moves quick here and the food comes out pretty quick too. I stuck with my usual order of a cheeseburger with whole grilled onion and added on a small drink. Food is as consistent as the In-N-Out back home in California. I found the touchless soda dispenser pretty neat. I didn't realize how close this location is to Excalibur and you can't miss this In-N-Out if you're driving west. Lots of seating inside and plenty of parking spots.
