In-N-Out Burger

Honestly, the food fell short today. Everything we ate was terribly over salted. Ironically, they included extra packets of salt to go with the salt that I think also consisted of some meat and potatoes. The service was fine the atmosphere was good. But I’m going to have to drink about a gallon of water to flush out all the extra sodium.

I never mind a long line when it comes to waiting for food here because my food is usually hot. But that did not apply at this location. This was my first time here and definitely my last. I waited in the drive thru for 28 minutes and when got my order and bit into my burger it was absolutely cold!! I did not wait until I was home to eat. I started digging into my food immediately upon pulling out of the parking lot. This was super disappointing!! My pictures clearly show the melted cheese was nearly solid because the burger was now cooled. There is no reason for that. If the shopping center here wasn’t so chaotic I would have drove back, went inside, and asked for a refund. Eat at different location if you’re expecting hot food.

Always a great experience. Loved the location on the Strip. We ate outside on the patio since it wasn't too hot. Place was packed but they move so fast you don't even feel the wait.

This location on Flamingo is the cleanest In-N-Out Burger I've been too. The staff was friendly. They stopped to ask if they could take away our trash. The food came out fast.

10/31/25 Casandra made my day. A beautiful 18 yr old employee who exchanged my fries to make them lighter and more tender.She’s the perfect customer charmer with a beautiful smile to Charm an older wizard like myself and make my strawberry shake sweeter! I’ll be back ! This place also runs like a Rolex Watch! A clean as they go and stock up supplies and condiments gracefully and with ease . Thanks to management. From the moment I walked in, he informed me about additives that I asked about that you could put on fries and burgers at no extra charge. He was constantly busy cleaning everywhere from the floor to the windows and the doors. He also rang up my order on the register. I had a wonderful shake fries with chopped herbs on top and a mustard fried patty on my double burger with extra tomato lettuce. A wonderful experience with the wonderful guy who I know will be a huge success and all he does. Thank you in and out Management for having such a wonderful employee such as Sebastian. And my food came out quickly thank you for that. Of course I had to order my 4 x 4 which the lady said they still had. I ordered it with extra tomatoes no pickles but it came with cheese that I didn’t order but I ate it anyway. It was fresh and delicious and the fries are pretty good as well. The strawberry shake was delicious as well. I was surprised they didn’t have any veteran discounts because all the other burger places I know do. The front door does not have any auto handicap buttons to open the doors and although it’s wheelchair accessible but not handy. It’s a nice clean establishment. Enjoy your food. Delayed Service with a smile but counter service seemed ignored even though 5 employees like busy bees. I had to call loudly across the counter and ask if they were taking orders while the cashier was packaging catsup. Food was quickly served, clean rest rooms for male as female. Very clean establishment. Great atmosphere .

You can count on consistency when you ho to an in-n-out burger place. One time I went and the drive through was a super long line, so I just went inside and the wait was not so long. The next time I saw the drive through was clear so I went through there. The service in both instances was the same, great. No differences in food quality or service. I will make it my choice when the need arises.

I ordered the flying dutch man and received just meat and cheese with a sprinkle of lettuce on top. I even relayed that I wanted the double double with everything on it but with onion instead of a bun and received the wrong order anyway. Please train the employees in proper preparation or they need to admit they don't know what something is. Me and my friend were so excited to try them and we were so disappointed.The fries were also stale and hard.

For peeps from the east coast In-N-Out is a rare treat. Same great taste and prices as a regular in n out but in Vegas. Very busy but fantastic service. If you stay at the Linq its only a few steps away. A great burger and fantastic prices await you.

Late night burger, yummm , this is the place for a quick bite after work the open till 1am with many locations around town, drive tru available and quick service, we love the double cheeseburger combo #1 cause is enough for 1 person, the fries are fresh cut and they are amazingly good.

Yum! There is no fast food burger quite like an in n out burger! The flavor is great and not too salty. I do like mine with a tad bit less onion, so I usually pick some onion out. This location was a tad bit on the slower side when I went through the drive thru, but that's ok because their flavor makes up for it!

We ordered the 3x3 animal style, Hamburger animal style, a drink, and a Black & White shake. Hit the spot! Funny the young cashier said he's never heard of a Black and White shake. I thought to myself I've been eating at in-n-out longer than he's been alive and I have most of the secret menu memorized. lol.

Great food and extremely reasonable prices. The burgers are cooked well and they have fresh tomatoes and lettuce daily. They have grilled onions that are mouth watering delicious and cook everything the way I enjoy it. The service is friendly and if you come to the same restaurant they get to know your name and the way you like your order. Amazing! the facility is always top notch clean as they show pride in their establishments and their selfs. 10 stars if I could.

I have been to this location a few times since it's close to me then the one on Marks street & sunset. When they 1st opened this place was a mess and I'm glad they're more in a routine and gotten things together & care about the quality of food served. The 1st time coming here (when they 1st opened this location) my order was all wrong and I was pretty disappointed, and now? We've had no problems with any orders and food is always fresh and tasty (which is appreciated) I love the fact that you can still get an affordable meal for 2 people under $20 and I'm sure that's why the drive thru is always busy. Even when the line is really long, you get "in and out" pretty quick and not stuck waiting forever. My roommate loves this place now, he's originally from Oklahoma and always raved about the famous burger place that starts with a W and ends with burger (lol) it took him a while but he has to have his double double no tomato extra onion weekly (or every other week when he's in town) we look forward to the next time

Landed and went straight to the in&out drive thru cuz I didn't wanna dine in lol I love ordering 3 protein wrap for me and I half the 4th regular to fill me up. Server was nice, very fast. Didn't go inside but it's nice seeing them through the glass on how they cook things.

The food is super fresh and delicious! Very fast service no matter how busy it is. Incredibly nice employees. Love the store decorations and clean restrooms.

It's been awhile that I've been to In-N-Out Burger so I look forward to it. Except after looking at the lettuce they put in the two hamburgers that we ended up taking out of them. Tell me, would you eat this stuff they call lettuce (Picture Included) I didn't get the usual protein style but I wonder if that lettuce would have looked the same....

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in yesterday right when they opened and I had to fix and repeat my correct order 5 times to the cashier (Fernando). I shouldn't have to repeat myself that many times especially when the menu is super simple. I ordered 1 double double, grilled cheese and a Flying Dutchman (protein style). Well I DID T get my Flying Dutchman. Instead I got a sorry excuse for a double double. Lettuce was hella soggy that I had to put on my own lettuce and discard theirs. No extra cheese at all and meat was a little cold. This is no excuse. Will be reporting this location to health department for not having the correct food temps and corp for the wrong order and hassle ordering. Husband tried to get them to remake and overweight woman didn't want to correct the issue. Very disappointed and will not return to this location at all

I looooooooooive In n Out. And I LOVE LIVE their shakes. I've had many. I got home and this shake tastes so disgusting I had to throw it away. I even tried to see if my bf wanted it. He tasted it and was so grossed out. It's very hard to describe the taste. I didn't know a shake could even taste this way. I wanted a shake so bad. It's the reason I picked them. Super disappointed . Maybe they will see this ? Maybe I'll be able to get another one ? I'm hoping. I tried calling but no one answered. I'm bummed out. And frustrated.

I must be bored or something, but whoever runs in n out , I take my hat off too , the customer service and friendliness of the staff is always awesome. That's the way customers should be treated, chick fil a is the same , I'm glad to know there's still business owners and employees who care ! I've stopped in at this locations a few times now. I work in the area, and it's a reliably quick drive through. While the line can seem long, it usually moves pretty quickly. My orders can be complicated when I have add on's from my coworkers- yet they never seem to make any mistakes! The staff is always friendly and diligent!! The burger comes hot and fresh! The fries are salty and delicious! It's hard not to stop in for lunch everyday.

I've been coming to this in and out since it was new and they usually have quick and easy service and there's seating outside and it's inside of a parking lot with a Smith's and a capriottis and a Dollar Tree. There's usually a lot of traffic and parking is open but they'll, usually have a long line for drive through. I'd recommend coming inside because there's usually seating and they can make your order custom too since there's a secret menu and there's stuff you could order that you can't see, like the flying dutchman. They have fresh iced tea and cut lemons available, and they also have cheese fries too. If you're looking for something cheap to eat in the neighborhood then stop by, like everyone else, does.

July 7, 2023 - Dinner and In-N-Out sounds satisfying, so off we go to Flamingo and Sandhill, our favorite location. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, and it is the same no matter which location you go to. When you walk in the door, you already know what you want. I love the simple menu. Tonight I ordered a Cheeseburger, Animal Fries (I usually like regular fries to eat with Ketchup and Pepper) and I made me an Arnold Palmer. The great thing about eating here, you know your food is always going to taste the same! I love when we dine in, because its welcoming and I enjoy my meal as well as watching all the other guests enjoying their meals. I enjoy watching the workers because they are so organized and everyone stays in their own sections. Listening to so many different conversations and watching guests coming and going and they are able to keep the drive through moving, its awesome. One of my favorite things in the dining area is, the person cleaning the dining room will take your trash if your done and refill your drink or get you something if you need it, like napkins, sauce, etc. It's nice that the store hasn't changed their look and the red and white is very welcoming. Also outside in the drive through, they have someone taking your order and customize your order as you prefer. If your hungry and want something yummy, head on over with great company for great food and I guarantee you a great meal!

There's an elder by the name of Mr. Gary who is AMAZING! I'm fully thankful for his attitude, his kindness and his words of advice! He was super sweet to my family and because of him this will be the in n out I come to you. Thanks Mr. Gary. You're truly an amazing helpful man.

WORST In-N-Out Burger I've ever been to! It's 10:00 a.m. and I pull into the drive thru ...1 car in front of me with 1 person ....me 1 person and I waited over 10 minutes to order and another 15 waiting for my food! This is completely unacceptable! This is FAST FOOD! I understand if it's busy and a back up of cars but that was not the senario.

In-N-Out burger is a must do anytime we visit the western half of the country and this location provided the consistency in service and good food that keeps us coming back. The menu is super simple and the fries could use some more seasoning but you can't beat how the burger is perfect almost every time and you never have to worry about a wrong order or someone helping you who acts like they hate their job. Could they have some more variety or slightly more flavorful food - sure. But why mess up what has worked for so many years.

I like the burger and the concept of fresh never frozen meat, Supposedly they process the own beef. But that hasn't been confirmed. Buns are made without preservatives. fries are peeled and diced dally from fresh whole potatoes. We have heard of how great they are and have witnessed the craze of lines. I still don't get that part but do appreciate a burger where it's hot and cold all at the same time. So for me it's about eating it there, while you get to enjoy eating it fresh and tasting the meat hot and the lettuce/tomato cold. There is something to be said for that. Fries for me is no big deal and the shakes not a fan. Personally I'd rather see barbecue sauce and bacon offered and then you have a better burger

Sometimes I can't make up my mind where to eat. Recently I've decided this... When in doubt, go to In-N-Out Burger! My decision has been right everytime. I just can't go wrong with this restaurant. I love In-N-Out Burger. Always clean. Always friendly. Always yummy. Always great. Thank you for your service.

This was our first visit to an In-N-Out Burger. Great service, tasty food, friendly staff, and clean! The gentleman who was checking on everyone and keeping things clean was AWESOME! He was making sure all the kids got hats and encouraging everyone to get refills and stay hydrated as it was 117F outside.

Should I start with "you CAN go home again?" No... let's go with "marry someone who looks at you the way I look at my regular order at In n Out!" Animal style protein style no spread

For such a busy place service is super organized. Hey, it's in n out burger. Decent burger, though the patties are super thin, so get a double and the fries are fresh cut and fried right there. The service was fast, friendly and efficient. You can't go wrong, so make sure you visit ii, when you are in the mood for a better fast food burger.

Today on 04-27-2025 I went to buy dinner for my family. It was a 40 minute wait. The bread was still. They only gave me two fries when I order meals for four and I messed up on my drinks. This used to be a good place to go and eat and have dinner with your family now I don't know what's going on

The truth is that they are my favorites. They always offer fresh and well-made products. The service is good and they serve you kindly.

From the time we got in the door to the time we received our food everything was done in the timely matter. The food was great reasonably priced for four people I spent like $30.

What In-N-Out doesn't have good service and great food! Absolutely phenomenal burgers and food and enjoy every minute of it! Don't hesitate to try this In-N-Out (;

Burnt food , not edible do not recommend, could definitely make someone sick so frustrating

It's a must every time I go to a state with in n out! Always super friendly people working. The lines is always long, especially now for drive through during covid but it actually go by really fast. There's people outside that will take your order so you can get your food by the time you get to the pickup window. Price is cheap, cheaper than other fast food chains for a decent burger and it's fresh. I love this place maybe because we don't have it in my state. I always get the #2 ANIMAL STYLE burger and fries! Soooo good! It's basically their spread sauce with grilled onions added. After figuring out the spread sauce is avail, I now order my fries as extra crispy with extra spread sauce on the side. I just put the spread on the top as I eat so it doesn't make it too soggy. However, animal style fries comes with cheese, spread, and grilled onions so if you all those go for animal style. I realized that if you get your burger animal style there's no extra charge but if you make the fries animal style it's like an extra $2 lol. I always get their pink/strawberry lemonade but I think this time it's different from last. Now it's just reg pink lemonade but before I though it was real strawberry lemonade ( it was sooo good back then) It's a must go to place every time!

Since moving to Las Vegas two months ago this is only the second time I've visited this In-N-Out location and it did exactly what I needed it to do. I got here around 7:00PM and the line was pretty darn long as I expected, but it moved pretty quickly and was worth the wait. I ordered a double double, French fries, and a vanilla shake to help wash it all down. The double double is the standard to what a fast food burger should live up to. This burger tasted fresh, tasted good, and doesn't need to be flashy. I'm not the biggest fan of the French fries, as they almost taste a little flakey to me, but they were alright none the less. The vanilla milk shake was a good price at only $2.50 and tasted like a vanilla milkshake should. Overall, In-N-Out gets 5 stars for being the king of reliable fast food. If you go to Burger King, McDonalds, and Wendy's you may just get cold food and stale bread, however, you never have that problem when you visit an In-N-Out burger. I'll be seeing this location again in the near future!

Love inn & out! The chain is always fantastic for quality and consistency. This location is one my Dad & I come to all the time. The staff here is very friendly as well as management. I always get the number 1 combo. Pro tip : I always order my buns lightly toasted so they don't come out too crispy. They keep this location nice & clean too.

Today I had in -n-out I ordered one double double for my self and one burger and one fry for my daughter. I got home and tried the fries and they were GOOD. I wished I bought some for my self they are NOT usual this GOOD. My burger was well seasoned whoever is cooking today, keep cooking it was AWESOME!! thanks

Okay, so originally being from California, I grew up having my fair share of In-N-Out burgers. It wasn't until moving over a thousand miles away and not having them at my fingertips that made me really appreciate them! If you want to talk about a popular southern California food chain, In-N-Out would be at the very top of that list, and for good reason. It's been around since 1948 and is known for serving the freshest burgers and fries. Their menu is very simple and straightforward, but that doesn't stop people from choosing them to fulfill their burger cravings. Most locals know about their secret menu, and if you didn't already, I would suggest doing a quick Google search. I have to hand it to them, they do burgers right! I have never had an In-N-Out burger that was anything less than flavorful and juicy. There is something about their burgers that gets my mouth watering! Their fries on the other hand, that's a different story. In-N-Out prides themselves on their fresh, hand cut firs that are fried with sunflower oil. I have never seemed to actually enjoy eating them. They are good, but not great. Maybe it's because they are a tad healthier than those at other fast food chains, but for me, they leave me feeling unsatisfied. Contrary to their name, they typically aren't the fastest place to get food from. No matter which location you go to, long lines can be seen both inside and at the drive-thru. People know good burgers, and they are willing to sacrifice wait time for a delicious, juicy burger. Now, as for this exact location: We came in at about 9:30pm on a Thursday. There was about a 10 minute wait in line, and then another 15-20 minutes to get our food. Granted, this particular location is in a very busy area of Las Vegas, not far from the strip. Our burgers and fries were hot and fresh. I have zero complaints about the food, and all four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and finished every last bite. Bottom line: If you don't mind the wait and have time to spare, go get yourself an In-N-Out burger. No, scratch that idea. Even if you don't have time to spare, GO GET YOURSELF AN IN-N-OUT BURGER!! You WON'T be sorry! And while you're there, buy yourself a t-shirt to remember the experience!

In-N-Out Burger 3804 E Flamingo Rd Las Vegas, NV 89121 July 11, 2021 Sunday - 12:45 PM for lunch 1 Adults Atmosphere - 5 starts Food- 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - I love visiting In-N-Out Burger locations and planned hitting this one during my drive from Reno to Phoenix. Atmosphere - Location number 334, which means it is really new.  Their floor plan is was shockingly different from all the modern locations I have been.  It was rectangular in shape, instead of the square floor that I am use to.  Still had the classic red and white tiles, and palm trees. Food Drinks - I actually had the pink lemonade for the sugar rush during my drive. Lunch - I ordered the Cheeseburger combo, and of course with the secret menu Animal Style.  The cooks perform a few extra steps to make the burger by frying mustard into the burger patty, adding pickles, grilled onions that are diced up, and do not forget about the extra In-N-Out's famous sauce.  The is one of my favorite ways to order by burger from In-N-Out.  The of course the combo comes with their famous fresh cut French fries.  My order had a lot of the smaller bits, that my wife would have loved.  Give me the longer pieces please. Service - It is not even 1 PM on a Sunday and I would say it was dead for an In-N-Out Burger.  My cashier was great.  Your number is on your receipt.  Normally they just yell out the numbers, today they used the over head intercom system.  From door in to door out, was less than 15 minutes.  Another way to explain how dead they were, the only cashier was mopping the floor after taking my order. Future - Ummm yes please!!

Never can go wrong with In-n -out. The burgers were are fresh and fries are delicious. Cashiers are always friendly and helpful. Can be a bit crowded but you will always find a seat , Don't forget the milk shake...... YUMMMMMM

Probably the cleanest In-N-Out we've ever visited. Friendly, fast, attention to detail. Loved it !

The Flamingo at Sandhill In-N-Out. When I visit In-N-Out, it ain't about in n out for me. I want to be in the moment of enjoying their delicious cheeseburger, fries, and Coke for as long as possible. I prefer to be living in the moment as long as possible on their premises. However, due to the Covid-19 State of Nevada Pause, restaurants are required to operate at 25 percent capacity. The upshot is that this In-N-Out is open to take out only with the exception of two outside tables. Guess who sat at one of them. In contrast to what this In-N-Out restaurant was over a year ago, it was dead when I visited on a December 20, 2020 afternoon. All the tables were roped off and the condiments bar was closed. In typical style to most In-N-Outs, this one is well managed. And easy to order! There are only three combination meals which speeds up the ordering process. I ordered the number #2: Cheeseburger Meal. Costing less than $7, it is a great deal. The price and delicious food explains a couple of reasons why the third East Side location has always been busy between the time it opened in late 2018 til the pandemic. In my opinion, the made when you order cheeseburger and fries are perfect holdover foods. The majority of my first experience here was outside having a socially distanced In-N-Out picnic. After the woman at the counter handed me my food and drink, I utilized one of the handsaniter stations to wash my hands. Following wise Covid 19 protocol, at the outside table, I placed my food on the bag to avoid germs. If a french fry or piece of burger ended up on the table, I wasn't touching it. The two tables appeared to be clean. Considering that there is a pigeon presence, there were zero droppings on the tables. Again, I used a bag as a protector from germs with a doubt that the table was recently sanitized. Just like many fast food restaurants during the Coronavirus 19 Era, they are doing fabulous drive thru business. From my table, I saw an employee directing the busy drive thru traffic. Covid-19 taught me that you gotta embrace change. During the pademic, that change is more frequently dining outside with the companionship of pigeons instead of a room full of people. Covid-19 also taught me to appreciate the little things in life. In the Era of social distancing and soft shutdowns that little thing to embrace is appreciating the company of pigeons. My most unforgettable Covid-19 outdoor dining adventures have been in the company of pigeons. Usually they are well behaved and social distancing. In-N-Out pigeons can be a different breed. Sometimes the smell and taste of In-N-Out can be too tempting to a pigeon. While enjoying the warm cheeseburger topped with a tomato, lettuce, and onions, the pigeon at the nearby closed off table was watching me like a hawk while social distancing. As soon as I started to get into my fries, a few ditched social distancing and decided they were going to distance me from my food. Soon a group of these feathered In N Out fans hopped on my table. And one of them took a bite of my nearly finished burger. I couldn't blame this feathered In-N-Out fan for giving into the temptation of a delicious In-N- Out cheeseburger. And I cannot blame myself for giving In-N-Out four stars. Just like the pigeons, I am also a fan.

Burgers are amazing as always. Will continue to eat with them. We had the double double burgers and they didn't disappoint

In-N-Out Burger - (Flamingo & Sandhill) Congrats to In-N-Out Burger Store #334. As of today, this is In-N-Out's newest restaurant. This restaurant is new, and half the staff is new. I went with my usual...two Flying Dutchman's (four patties and four slices of cheese). It was good, but if I'm going to be honest, it wasn't the best Flying Dutchman that I had this week. The burger patty wasn't as juicy, and the patties were a tad bit undercooked. The cheese paper was awesome, though. Leave no trace! The line inside the restaurant wasn't as busy as the drive thru and because this location is only 2 weeks new, it's as clean as can be. I'm sure that I will be back. Heck, I'm in the area a lot. Of course, I'll be back. 3-stars for now. By the way, my cashier stated that I was the first person to order a Flying Dutchman at this location. You're welcome. I am honored.

Lines in drive thru are almost always long. But they get the customers through fairly quick. Believe that the wait is always worth it. The food you get is always hot and fresh. And if youre eating it in the car, they will put it in an open box ready to eat. Everything about this place is good. Service , food quality , and prices. Best in the area!

You got these kids standing out here at night taking orders for multiple cars, it's 39 degrees outside!! get these guys a fucking patio heater to stand under like in n out doesn't make enough money, I would have gave 5 stars but that annoyed me

Not worth the wait anymore. I think the people at In-N-Out Corporate are the only ones surprised by how busy the location becomes. The buildings are too small before you even open.

Very friendly and consistent food quality! The people that work there are always very professional and go out of their way to speak to you and they are young !! I love this good Christian company !! In N Out - You da best!! And you didn't harass people during Covid !!! God bless you and God bless America !!! I see your scriptures on the packaging. Praise God !!

When in Rome....we always have to hit up an In N Out if we're on the west coast. If only they had decent fries!! Their fries just suck. But their burgers are pretty enjoyable. We usually get a Flying Dutchman (two patties with cheese in the middle). My favorite on this particular visit was the Double Double Animal Style. It struck a great balance of fatty meaty cheesey-ness with the crisp from the lettuce and tang from the animal sauce. Now if only we could put BACON on this burger!!!

Finally got to try this place and what a disappointment. The burger and fries were cold. Ordered the fries animal style and it looked good but the cheese and toppings were cold so I asked to replace it with fresh fries and topping. Yes, they just replaced it with another one that was sitting there so they gave me cold fries again. All hype for this place and huge disappointment!!

I came with my lil family ordered our usual. What made it special was that they have an awesome employee, Mr Gary. He made my kids feel very special. He brought a cap and stickers in the out door eating area. Food is always fresh and delish. Keep it up Gary!!!!

Great experience per usual when visiting In N Out. Food hot and fresh, service friendly. Clean facility. Can't ask for more!
