In-N-Out Burger

Wonderful Staff and quick service. We went at 11pm and the line of cars was still wrapped around the parking lot. We went inside to eat and waited in line for less than 10 minutes and fresh food arrived shortly after. Haven’t eaten here in 11 years. Great memories!

Very good. Down from IL for graduation (not my first time at in and out) and it’s so busy here but the food comes out fast. Double double with well done animal fries is the way to go!! It’s pretty loud in there. Both times I went this weekend it was packed. I will miss this place!

Great burgers at a reasonable price. The milkshakes are pretty good to - especially for the price! Very busy place so could be a little cleaner at the tables.

Burgers were fresh and delicious, and the staff was super friendly and kind! They even held our door open as we came in.

Went here on a Friday night and the line up for the drive thru was insanely long so we went inside. It was pretty busy inside as well, but we didn't have to wait too long for our food. The staff were friendly and the entire team worked well together. In-n-out stays pretty consistent, so we enjoyed our burgers and fries, as always. We will definitely come back when we get the craving.

I guess this is one of the older stores. I did not think it was as good as the ones I went to in Boise, Idaho and Nevada. It was however of a high standard for fast food and the staff were in high spirits . For three thirty it was busy but not overcrowded. Ten min wait for food and barely a spare table. It's strange to consider that even with the Australian dollar as weak as it I can eat a meal here cheaper than something comparable in Australia 🦘. But then in Australia workers have a minimum wage and people don't generally tip; because they don't have to to amke sure their staff can eat !! (Not that one can tip fast food workers !

In and Out has the tastiest burgers in the entire universe! I haven't scaled the universe, but this place is amazing! I'm not a burger person. My son took me here and swore I'd be impressed and he was right! The burgers are cheesy, oniony, flavorful, damn, so juicy and tasty! Fresh, crisp ripe tomatoes and lettuce...hard to find! It's hard to describe. You must go and taste for yourself! The 50's vibe with the hats and yelling out the orders...I love the reference to a simpler time. That's so cool!

We arrived at 1 am. The employees were happy, kind, and upbeat. Food was excellent as well! I ate there 3 times during my 4 day trip!

Amazing customer service as always at the location on on camelback near 101. Always busy however fast service and never disappoints. Clean resturant and condiments always filled.

Basically tasteless burgers, but with several requests, at least your burger can be neatly put together. When it comes to service, it's difficult to find any competition. The ambiance is unimpressive, but then I usually avoid eating inside any burger joint. If Burger King would toast their buns the way In-N-Out does as requested, and matches In-N-Out's prices. I'd always go with Burger King.

Big meal for $12, decent burgers. I really can't complain anything about in n out. The service is great too. You can tell in n out treats their employees right, they are always smiling.

Today Friday-November 21! I got my food through the drive-thru and it was absolutely disappointing, the bread was hard and burnt, the patties were way too overcooked, they did not gave me ketchup after I ask 3 times for it, the Elmer Palmer tasted like old tea and had no lemonade whatsoever, after I tried it, I asked the cashier to add more lemonade and she rolled her eyes at me like if I was not already paying for this. Anyways! I'll probably won't be back for a while to this specific location. The parking lot seems to be a problem as well, the overall atmosphere seems off, feels like a sad In-N-Out Burger....

Had the best double double here! Service was quick even though there was a long line. Was super happy with my order, it was beautiful. LOL

In-N-Out is the only burger fast food place the girls and I visit. They always get our order correct , even as customized as it is. The drive-thru is getting longer , but still moves fast. Food is always fresh and yummy. We don't get French fries every visit. We always leave satisfied. They are opening a new location on the NE side of Cactus and the 303 soon. Hopefully that will make it less congested, though they still move amazingly fast.

It's in n out, long long long line, thank you for having two lanes! Outside dining tables and floor look clean, trash is not over flowing, friendly young man taking orders, perhaps encourage the man sitting at the exit for cars with his sign and dog to sit just to the side ... review finished before getting food but I'm sure it's yummy.

The kids that work there give great customer service, but the food is not what it was. In the words of the Wendy's grandma's... "Where's the beef?" my burger was mainly bread, lettuce and tomato. Check out a picture of my burger below. I was so disappointed when I got home and pulled my burger out of the bag. I was looking forward to having a burger and all I got was bun, lettuce, tomato onions, and a sliver of meat. I would've given this one star but the kids that work there are great! Too bad the burger is not. I can't believe I waited 30 minutes in the drive-through line for this.

If I could add a 6th star I would. This spot is the best! The staff always go above and beyond for my order and are always friendly even with the heavy traffic. The recently renovated their drive thru to help with the flow of traffic and so far it's working, going through the drive thru seems like a breeze. Their food is amazing, I crave this spot anytime I'm out of town and looking for a great burger.

This place never disappoints- consistency across locations is great. Come here for a solid burger! Tried the "animal style" for the first time (kind of like thousand island sauce/ Mac sauce) - can't go back now- was tasty! Shout out to Daniel at the cashier!!! What a fabulous young man! So polite and kind- need more Daniels out there!

The service is amazing. Good customer service at 12 am. I understand people get late night cravings and in n out does amazing with their customer care. The food is 10/10 always cooked right and well served nicely. I will be back always!

It was good. Classic in n out. They skipped our number but I fixed the problem. Would recommend

"IN N OUT - NEVER FAILS TO SATISFY." I will always keep coming back to this place, no matter where I am because the food is fresh. The service is great. The animal style fries are to die for; their shakes are delicious and overall the prices are just affordable in this drowning economy!!!

This was our second time going to this location. While I'm sure reviewing fast food chains is not the expected on yelp, I wanted to provide one because our food was...... pretty good!!! The lettuce on our burgers was most def subpar; however, given how busy they were and the timeliness and quality of our food, they did a great job. Not bad!!!

This place was hopping on a Sunday night. There was a long wait line to get food, but there simple menu made getting orders made quickly. You can get burgers, fries, and shakes. They had a drive-thru, inside, and a few tables outside to dine at. I normally don't eat at establishments like this because they feel greasy and dirty. I went to In-N-Out because a co-worker had never tried it and it was fast after a long day. The burgers were good. I think it was more so that I was hungry. The french fries are really good though. They tasted like fair fries. they just needed some vinegar. All in all it was okay. I am not sure what the cult like following is, but it must do it for many folks because they are busy many times.

Easy limited menu makes ordering quick and easy. I recommend the double meat patty. Thin single patty makes it feel like you are eating only the bun. The special sauce was nondescript. I liked the thin cut fries, but they got cold and limp quickly. I have heard a lot about In-N-Out Burger, but I don't think they live up to the hype.

One of the things I love about In-N-Out is their consistency. The other is the freshness. This location is no exception. Everything was what one expexts. Produce was crisp and plump. Meat was hot and juicy. Buns are fresh. Fries were as expected. (Not my cup of tea, but the kids were happy.) A great choice for a quick, weekday, family meal. Employees are pleasant as they work quickly. Most other locations offer my youngest stickers or the paper hat. This location did not seem to be offering those to any of the kids I saw sitting inside. Wait times at In-N-Out are always on the long side. This location was a little longer than other locations. Not so long that we won't visit again. Though I probably wouldn't recomend it if on a 30 min lunch break.

Of course this will get a 5 stars from me! When we first moved out here 5 years ago, the burgers weren't up to snuff, but they quickly fixed them within months and they are a weekly dinner at our house when things get busy. Service is great!

Had another great visit at In & Out. mely friendly. After ordering, the food came out in good time even considering they were extremely busy. All food came out as ordered (had a number of special orders) the food was all hot and fresh. Both inside and outside were extremely clean.

Well, it's In N Out. Animal style. Delish. The best cheap lunch on the planet. The staff is alway polite and on top of things. Can't go wrong. Just remember that no matter what you order, make it animal style.

The customer service here is great. I had a gentlemen take my order and he was just so attentive and kind. On top of that my food was delicious!

Worst In n out ever. Do not recommend. Been here twice. Buns are over cooked all stiff. Fries over cooked. Just poor quality for a place that's hyped for being good

Everyone was so nice!! Amazing staff. Restaurant was very clean and spotless. Food was so good and picture perfect. 10/10 recommend.

If your looking for fast food this is the place to go. Much better burgers than you'd get at McDonald's or a Wendy's. However if you want a good meal and a really good burger then go somewhere else. It's just fast food.

I mean my husband loves this place and I think it screams school cafeteria but worse. So I gave it a 3* for his sake. I know ppl will think I'm crazy, but it is what it is. The animal style fries have to be eaten the actual second it's put in your hands or else the cheese just gets gross and flavorless and it's like eating cardboard with yellow plastic melted over the top w/a dot of greasy onions to finish it off. I got the single cheeseburger animal style. I ate a few bites and just couldn't do it. I had a film of grease coating my mouth until I got home and ate a pickle to get the taste out. My husband got the double double w both cooked and raw onions. And as we all know, he loved it. He did say he'd order without the extra cooked onions next time as the burger was pretty greasy with doubling the cooked onions. Too bad he's not the one writing this review or else we'd see a couple more stars. Employees were friendly and the place was pretty clean. Need to send someone out more often to wipe tables down though.

Not a real fan of burgers in general, but when on the run and have to eat something before sugar levels drop too low, this place was available! Just thankful that there was only a 10 minute in line to get food, my sugar levels were dropping fast. To me all fast food burgers taste the same, with the exception of the condiments used. So, not a big fan of them.

I really like this place to bad is always packed and so noisy. The employees are really nice and they really try to keep the place clean.

Being from NYC and always hearing the West Coast people say this is the best burger spot ever is quite a loooong reach...BUT for such simple ingredients, it is good...NOT the best, but good I've always received good customer service in AZ, Cali and Vegas, so there's no issues there. And it's the perfect late night place to grab a burger if you have the munchies ;) lol

This was my first time visiting In and Out Burger. I heard many times about their wonderful burgers, and by coincidence, I was still able to visit this place. The first thing that impressed me was how clean it was inside the establishment, all the tables were clean and neatly wiped, a big plus for the karma of the employees of this restaurant. The burgers turned out to be so tasty that everything, as they praise, turned out to be true, this is my opinion, but if you are looking for a quick and tasty snack, then you should definitely visit the chain of these restaurants. 100% recommend.

Initially I rated them 4 stars, which for me is a high rating. Now that I've eaten at many other burger places since then, I can say without question that overall, In-N-Out is THE best. Sure there are great pub style burgers restaurants and high-end steak places with wagyu burgers that are amazing. But when you factor in that In-N-Out is convenient, fast, priced lower than just about everyone else and makes a delicious burger - they are #1. The dining room is clean, the kitchen is clean, the staff isn't disheveled. One of the few places too (not just of burger joints, but most restaurants) where the food looks like the advertisements. It's a sad thing to get a squished mess of a sandwich from a place when you're expecting it to look appetizing like in the ads. With In-N-Out you get delicious looking and delicious tasting burgers at a great price.

Well, normally, my reviews are always positive however, today was a big mess at in and out if you can tell by the photo I only got cheese on my burger. It's missing quite a few things. I hope the person that got my burger enjoys it.

This location has over the years consistently gotten every order right. No complaints. It's always as ordered and delicious. Keep up the good work.

Asked for no cheese xtra onion and spread. And this is what they gave me. More like xtra fires, cmon in n out

I'm not happy with my raw hamburgers. All 3 hamburgers were red inside. Do not recommend. Hopefully, we don't get sick.

The food is cheap. The food is good. I got the double double animal style. It was all under 6 dollars. 8/10.

All I can say is YUMMMMMM!!! Love me some animal fries and a burger w some hot peppers. In and Out is great!

I want to give a shout out to Jana she is such a sweetheart I came through the drive through a couple nights ago and she made my day when I was not the best one she is such a hard worker !!!

I mean if you don't like In n Out then something is wrong with you. The lines are typically always long but since then started having someone come outside with the iPad to take orders the line goes by so fast! Every-time we come out burgers are always fresh and my favorite animal style fries are always delicious!!!

This location is a hit and miss. They clearly don't understand what "light well" means pertaining to the fries. I didn't ask for chips lol My poor 9 month old son couldn't eat these at all

Had to make a pit stop for a burger and the line was not to bad drive thru or inside & I have to say this was probably the best in and out burger I've had. I was told by the people I was with that the are supposed to toast the buns however I'm California I never got a bun toasted like the way I did this time. So good. Service was amazing a quick dine is was available as well as social distance seating

Always great, always as expected. A double protein animal style! Every time I am in town I will go to an In-n-out burger. Talk about standards as a business!

In-N-Out Burger in the Glendale area didn't disappoint. Staff were super friendly and quick with our order and the burgers tasted super hot and fresh. We did the Animal Fries and it was delicious. The dining area was packed when we went today (Saturday) at 1:15pm and no where to sit. Wow! Crazy that people eat late?!? Haha. Overall I like In-N-Out but it's perhaps a two times a visit for me a year when I hit the USA . Fans will love it.

I love this place and so does my family. I never have had a cold or bad burger here. Always fresh and always delicious. Its simple yet incredible. Will be eating here till im old and grey

Burger Happiness In-N-Out Burgers is several steps above your bigger, faster hamburger places and not the trendy, boutique burger places that have opened up in the past few years. The burgers at In-N-Out arealways freshly made and worth the wait. In-N-Out is very reasonably priced. The restaurants are very clean and the staff has always been extremely accomadating. I would go here any day of the week over many other fast food burger joints.

This was my first time going through the drive thru here and honestly the first time in a very long time. As we turned into the parking lot the panic set in the drive thru line was very long, but we drove here from our side of town so about 15 minutes away. The girl met us with her pad and took our order and the line just flew. Our food was made exactly how we ordered and it was all delicious! We'll be back for sure.

You folks out West have no idea what you have. Sure, us Easterners have Five Guys and Five Guys is okay - they have more toppings options like grilled mushrooms and jalapenos. But the meat and the cheese and the fries at In-N-Out are better. So when I was out in Phoenix, I made it a point to stop at an In-N-Out for my dose of double-double. It was just as good as the last time, when I had one at a drive-through in Burbank CA. Yumminess! I'm taking off a star because there isn't an In-N-Out for over 1000 miles. Seriously, guys. Bring it to us! We'll make it worth your while and when you do, I'll bump this up to five stars.

It's your typical In-N-Out with the food that tastes like the other locations. Right now drive thru is a little crazy with everything going on and they do try to move the line fast. We waited about 25 minutes to get our food on a Saturday right at opening. Staff is friendly and they have us a bunch of their special packets! There's also construction in the area making it hard to get to them and out. Therefore I don't think I will be back to this location until that is done.
